Merry looked at the girls ankle. "Well sprain might be the right word. It's definitely swollen but not broken luckily." She wrapped it carefully and put an icepack on it. "Let that bring the swelling down and then I'll fix it better here in a few minutes." She told the girl turning her attention back to Copernicus.

When Tobi started calling her name she turned to look at him with a raised eyebrow. "Tobi?" She questioned him just as he fell to the floor and knocked his head. Oh dear that had to hurt. Bubble wrap. Where was it when she needed it? She levitated his unconcious body onto the couch to tend to in a minute.

"I felt kind of fuzzy and warm out there, but... I feel better now. It seems to have passed," he gave her a pleading look. She needed to just let him go! Not... tests. He was fine. His liver seemed to have stopped with the exploding, or whatever it was that had exploded.

"Phew!" Rian breathed. A broken ankle was the last thing she wanted. And from her own clumsiness, that would've been embarrassing to tell people. "Okay ma'am." she said with a bob of her head. She held her foot as still as she could.

She looked around the room as she waited. She couldn't help the smile that spread across her face. Normally, a hospital wouldn't do that to people. But all Rian could think about as she looked at the white sheeted cots was her future, which would hopefully be a a Healer at St. Mungo's.

Fuzzy and warm? Hmmm. Well Merry assumed it was possible...after all he did come in with a girl. She gave a knowing grin and nodded. "Well in that case, I'm glad you're feeling better." She gave a quick wink and removed the cold cloth. "You are free to go when you choose."

Livvy grinned at Copernicus and shook her head. Guess he was definitely better now. That was good. Which reminded her, though she had no clue how she was reminded of this... Livvy had to go talk to Liz... soon...

She smiled gently at Rian. Livvy jumped when a boy suddenly yelled out for the nurse. By the look of it, Livvy had guessed the boy was faking it but he actually fell and hit his head on the seats. Ouch. "That HAD to hurt," Livvy muttered to Rian. When the nurse said Copernicus could go, Livvy smiled at Copernicus. "All better now?"

"I don't know. Do you think I'm a complete idiot?" He rubbed his head sheepishly. "Do you think there's medical treatment for overreacting?"

Livvy laughed and shook her head. "Naw.. you aren't a complete idiot," she said, grinning. "No. But that's quite a brilliant idea. You should invent it. I bet you'd be able to do it."

He slumped down into his seat. "I sometimes like to fancy that I'm quite clever, and then something like this happens..." He sighed. "Girls are odd. You know? Maybe not you... it's too soon to tell," he quirked a sideways grin. "But most of the rest of them."

Livvy leaned back too and gave him a sympathizing smile. "You're clever.. just.. not with girls I guess," she said, chuckling. She remembered how he acted around Cela. Livvy laughed. "Guess you'll have to find out then," she said, grinning. "Let me guess... problems with Cela?"

"What?" He popped out of his slump. "Livvy, that is my brother's girlfriend you're speaking of. Don't be silly. It's just... she was explaining something to me... about kissing," he swallowed hard and put his head down. "Oh, I feel my dragon pox coming on again."

Livvy raised an eyebrow. Cela was dating Plymouth? Weird... guess Copernicus didn't have enough guts. "Wait... they're going out? Wow.. Oh yeah.. kissing.. I heard that," she said, wrinkling her nose. Did third years have nothing better to do? "Okay, okay. I'll let it go. You can tell the dragon pox to go bye bye. Come on. Let's go. We don't want to bother the nurse," she said, chuckling and stood up.

"Hope things get better. Talk to me once you can leave," Livvy said to Rian, and squeezed her shoulder.

"Just don't talk about... yeah," he let her pull him up. "Can we go back to the common room, Liv?"

He frowned as he unwrapped it and ate it quickly. "Lampposts?" He asked frowning before shaking his head. "Don't worry about me ma'am, I know my frogs." he replied smiling up at her. Feeling a hundred percent better he smiled, back to his normal self. "I guess I can go now right?" He asked, not knowing why he was asking but not wanting ot be rude.

Livvy laughed and pulled Copernicus up. "Sometimes you're so serious," she said, shaking her head. "Yes we may. Come on. Let's go," she said and then held onto Copernicus's arm as they left, so as to make sure he won't entirely fall if he just suddenly had dragon pox again and fainted.

Dominic wrinkled his brow at her grin. What was that about anyway? Oh right, she obviously was conceited into thinking she could serve his dislocated elbow well. Hmph; well he'll just have to see about that. Shaking his head, the fifth year blinked a few times at her. "I don't have any pain, so no thank you," he offered her a weak smile, just willing for her to put it back into place already. "But well, would it be trouble to request something of you?" He whispered quietly, a mysterious expression across his features.

Sakura woke up slowly to indistinguishable voices. Everything was just a buzz and she could feel sleep pulling her back under, that is until she moved slightly. Then there was just pain. Her arm was killing her but she couldn't remember why. Slowly it came back to her. She'd been on the seventh floor looking for Ruby. She had requested several days ago for her mother to send her a parcel for her cousin and she had finally gotten it. So deciding that even though she and her cousin weren't on speaking terms she still thought it would be a good idea to give it to her. She had found her cousin alright but not in a situation she had been pleased with. Seemingly Ruby was using this DADA project as a way to get back at Jack, even though Sakura had expressly told her not to. And then when she tried to stop her... She couldn't even think about it. She remembered Jack threatening Ruby, and turning and running from her cousin, tripping down the stairs due to feeling dizzy, after that though everything was a blank.

Blinking slowly she finally opened her eyes and looked around drowsily. The first thing she saw was Jack and she smiled softly up at him, it seemed he was holding her and it was comforting, even if the place she was in was becoming far too familiar. It was the Hospital Wing Waiting Room. She'd known that just by looking up and seeing the ceiling. The next thing her eyes fell on however made her react in a completely different way. She started to shake in anger. How DARE Ruby come in here with her and act like she was worried. Her eyes flashed slightly and a scream started up in her throat. Before she even thought about it Sakura tried to launch herself at her cousin. She wanted Ruby to feel as much pain as she did right now.

Jack looked down at Sak again to see her open her eyes "Hey" he smiled while speaking softly, he saw her turn to Ruby and he felt her start to shake "Hey, calm down, no, no screaming" Jack told her while grabbing her arms to stop her from moving any further "No, no moving either, she's here for two reasons" Jack told her before pulling Sak back so she was laid on him again "She's here 'cause she's feeling dizzy and..." Jack gave Sak a sympathetic look "Because she's worried about you, you fell down the stairs, for no reason" Jack told her worriedly "Now, how do you feel?" he asked, already knowing "and remember, I already know, but the nurse needs to know" Jack told her so she wouldn't lie. He pulled her into a small hug "I promise, nothing will happen to you while I'm around" Jack told her, when he released her from the hug, he put his arms around her so she couldn't get up, but she could still move.

When he stopped her from moving Sakura started to hit him without any real strength, trying to get away from him and towards Ruby. When he said that Ruby was worried about her she laughed hysterically. "Why would she be worried about her heartless cousin." Sakura felt sick though so she stopped struggling and relaxed slightly. "It hurts, my right arm is killing me." Looking down she noticed that it was sticking out at an odd angle. "And my head is pounding. Also I didn't fall down the stairs for no reason. I felt dizzy and I couldn't see what was happening." Maybe she should have ate more earlier.

That's when she remembered the parcel was still in her pocket. Using her left arm she searched around and found what she was looking for. It was one of the mirrors she had asked her mother for. The other would be with Scorpius. Pulling it out she threw it at Ruby. "Your heartless cousin wrote to her mother and asked her to give you this. It's one of a pair of mirrors that let's you see and speak to the person who holds the other half of the pair, Sasuke gave them to me last year for my birthday. I'm so heartless that I requested that mother send this to me for you and give the other to grandfather, so that you would be able to communicate with him while he was in St Mungo's whenever you wanted to. So that you would be able to see how he was doing for yourself instead of just relying on your mothers correspondence." Sakura spat at her.

Jack's eyes widened as she tried to hit him "Hey, calm down" he told her "Because she's your family" Jack told her simply, he released her right arm and put his hands around her waist to keep her there instead "The nurse will sort it, I promise" Jack nodded "Well, if you felt dizzy and coudn't see what was happening, maybe you should eat more, drink little but often and sleep more" Jack told her, then he watched Sak amusedly as she threw the mirror at Ruby "Hey, seriously, calm down, this shouting is doing nothing for any of us" Jack told her.

"I wasn't yelling." Sakura hissed at him, eyes promising death. "And since when have you and my cousin been friends? Furthermore it is none of your business what I do. You tell me to sleep more. Well how can I when I'm constantly plagued by nightmares, of my blood stained sheets? As for my eating habits..." Sakura trailed off. She knew that he was only worried about her but when he brought up how much she ate. She didn't want anyone to know about that. Besides it wasn't like she never ate. She did. Just not a lot. But she couldn't help it, if she ate more she felt sick. Turning around on his lap she burst into tears. She was completely exhausted and soon cried herself into a state near sleep while leaning on him. Everything still hurt but if she didn't move it felt a little better. Unfortunately her crying made the pounding in her head worse. I'm sorry, so sorry, Sakura thought, knowing Jack could most likely hear her.

Jack raised his eyebrows at her "Really?" he sighed as she broke down "Don't worry, I know you are" Jack hugged her, he started to rock gently again, it was comforting to him even if not to Sak.

Rian sat quietly while she waited, giving a small wave to Copernicus and Livvy as they left. She looked back down at her stupid ankle, pleased to feel it getting better. But now it was...well, not too purty lookin. It was red, and whether that just be from the ice that was on it or not, Rian didn't like the color.

Hmm. But at least the swelling was going down.

Jane skipped her way to the waiting room to see Nurse Merry. She tripped over a rock, several roots, and someone's Kneazle's brush, scrapped more knees, palms and tore her socks on the way here.( It was the lice/fleas/ticks AND the lock)

"Nurse Merry???I need some help, please?I'm itching all over after bathing my Kneazle.I think it's fleas or ticks or lice... or something. It's really itchy. I've got small boils all over my hands, toes and knees. Help?"Jane said while panicking as the itch made its way to her head.

Merry grinned and nodded. "Yes you may go."

She popped it back into place easily enough and then raised an eyebrow. "What is the request?" Merry asked him curiously. He did have her intrigued.

Merry checked the ice and the ankle. "It's looking much better now." She vanished the ice away and rubbed some cream along the bruises. "Ok, allow that to be absorbed then try walking on it and see how it feels."

"You'll be just fine, all you need is this potion and cream for the spots." Merry handed her the potion and took the top of the cream and began rubbing it on the small blisters that had developed. "Here, apply this two times a day today and then tomorrow and you should be good."

"I need everyone to calm down. All will be fine without the added dramatics. Now, tell me what happened and I can set about healing you." She gathered a headache reliever potion and a dreamless sleep potion as well as a pain reliever potion for when Merry set the right arm.

Rubbing his elbow subconsciously after the healer lady popped it into place, Dominic waited to see her reaction. Naturally, she was intrigued by the question, with ever reason to be so. "Well," the fifth year paused dramatically to build up the suspense. "At the welcoming feast, I wrote this little ridiculous sonnet thing, which I would be obliged if you would be so kind as to take two minutes to read it." The Prefect chewed his lower lip nervously as he glanced around the waiting room, knowing full well that she had others to attend to. Ah well, she was allowed to refuse, technically speaking . . .
