"Umm I think it was the Care of Magical Creatures Professor. And yea you ran off. Dumont wasn't so amused. Yeah one day in the Bamboo Forest you just couldn't control your gift and kept reading my thoughts. But don't worry I know that your not doing it on purpose." She smiled slightly sadly. "I bet it seems like I know you better than you know yourself huh? I wish you could remember, but you don't yet, hopefully you will at some point."

Jack moaned "Care of Magical creatures? Why would they need dung?" Jack asked "Dumont wasn't so amused?" Jack sniggered "I bet he wasn't... Can you read minds too?" Jack asked interestedly "I want to remember, I just... can't" Jack's amused smile turned serious.

"Oh well then maybe it was the Herbology one." Sakura said with a dismissive wave of her hand. "No he wasn't. He was concerned for you and for John as well. He doesn't want to see you in trouble." Sighing Sakura then answered his third question, "I can't read minds but I can read you. You looked kinda lost." She nodded slightly to his last statement. She knew that he would remember if he could.

Jack smiled "Sure and why not, I hate him." I think Jack added silently "You can read me?" Jack wondered how, body language... or some other random way.

"No you don't hate him. Not anymore." She sighed slightly before looking chipper again, "Your facial expressions, body language and the way you pronounce or word what you are saying let me know what your feeling. It's subtle but I made it my business to notice these things."

Jack frowned "Why not?" he asked "You read my expression and the way I sit?" he asked, sitting up as straight as he could, and keeping his face blank "You make it your business?" he asked confusedly.

"You came to an agreement, and you found out some truths. I think I'll let John or Dumont tell you what those were though." As she said this she pulled a lock out of her pocket, it was the one she had gotten from Charms. She threaded it through the holes where his shoe laces would go before locking it. While she did this she said, "Yea I read your expressions, tones, phrasing of sentences and body language to tell what your feeling. Like right now your confused about what I said before." She shrugged slightly as she said this before pulling her wand out of her pocket. Before he could start to struggle she said "Alohamora," and was surprised when the lock actually opened. Smiling up at Jack she quickly put her wand away, removed the lock from his person and then started singing one of her favourite songs under her breath.

"I did? You will?" Jack frowned, when was he going to find out? In a few years? Jack sighed and closed his eyes, only, when he opened his eyes, there was a padlock on his shoes "Wha-" he stopped as she took it off, then he laughed, she was impatient "Nice song" he murmered to her "I'm feeling ok, can I go please, I want to go to the dorm and sleep" Jack sighed deeply "I'll be fine" he promised.

"I promise you will find out soon. Sorry about the padlock, I was just bored and figured that I should do my Charms homework." She gave a beguiling smile. "I'm glad. It's my favourite song, Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. It's muggle but good. It's really old though." Sakura looked around uncertainly. "I'm not sure. I'm not opposed to you leaving here but in case of concussion you shouldn't be sleeping for at least 24 hours. So going back to your dorm and sleeping probably isn't the best idea..."

Jack sighed "Soon... Don't worry about it" he smiled "I love that song, my mum used to play it" Jack smiled and spaced out, thinking of his mum, he was brought back to reality by Sak speaking "Oh, but I'm tired, I wanna sleeeeep" he whined.

Kawaii "I promise if they don't tell you within the next two weeks I will. Yeah it is beautiful and haunting." Okay he was sounding like a kid now. But it was still kawaii. "I know you want to sleep, but you can't. It would hurt all of us if something happened to you because you slept and then didn't come back to us. If you sleep when you have a concussion you run the risk of dying Jack."

Jack smiled "Thanks, I love that song" he sang it in his head "Dying?" he asked his face fell, his heart had dropped "How am I meant to stay awake for 24 hours?" he asked scaredly, he didn't want to die, but he needed to sleep "I can't stay up that long!" he said, his voice was high and filled with fear.

Sakura stood quickly and wrapped her arms around him. "I'm sure you wont die, it's just a possibility. Umm Pepper Up Potion? Or maybe you can sleep for a few hours and just have someone wake you up to check that you are still okay."

Jack swallowed "P-p-pepper up potion?" he asked while he trembled

'Hmm...?' She opened her eyes again after hearing another person speak to her. "Oh, hi." Freya said with her hoarse voice. "I'm just sick, that's all."

Lizzie's eyes turned from Freya to Chris as he came back. She watched him thoughtfully for a second, then seemed to, by focusing hard, to remember who he was and said I still know you. A tiny smile appeared on her face and she added I haven't lost that much of my memory yet. Her focused eyes looked a bit confused yet again, as she spoke again. How long have you been gone? You were right here, am I right? Have you been gone for long...um.. Chris? She seemed to have to put a lot of effort behind recalling his name. And still she was quite sure he had been there just seconds ago... She knew him. With a sigh she hoped for the nurse to show up again soon. She didn't like this confused state of forgetting things after just a few minutes at all. It was very frustrating.

Chris smiled to Lizzie "Its ok i havent been gone long at all i just had to go to the bathroom."

Oh, right Lizzie said, then smiled a bit at him. You haven't heard anything more from the nurse? You've got any idea what's happening to me? She held her head in her hands as she spoke to Chris, preventing it from spinning, and closed her eyes for a second with a sigh.

"Hey Chris. You're back." Chalice said when she noticed that her friend was back. "Lizzie, how you feeling hun?"

I'm kinda ok, just fine Lizzie said to Chalice, a bit unsure how much of it was true. You've got any idea of what's wrong? she added curiously.

"i have no idea Lizzie i havent talked to the nurse. He Chalice." he looked at her.

Okay then Lizzie answered, closing her eyes again after peeking at Chris while he spoke. I guess she's kinda busy.

"Yeah, she probably is busy. Say, you are starting to remember more, like after Chris returned you remembered him!"

Lizzie watched Chalice. That's true, but I think that was only because he wasn't gone long enough for me to forget. She grinned. Sorry to ruin your theory lovey.

Chris laughed. "Well at least you didnt forget me."
