Barry entered the classroom. Transfiguration wasn`t too bad. He couldn`t wait till he was a sixth year and could drop some subjects it was way to hard keeping up with homework he said "Hey Professer" and took a seat next to Anna "hey!" he said.

Jack looked over at Melanie, he sniggered at her, he knew that she knew what he was sniggering at.

Grinning back at Mariel Nancy followed the direction the young Ravenclaw had just waved at and noticed Nathaniel sitting at a desk on, of course, the right side of the classroom. Which reminded her, she still had to figure out a way to make Chistery behave as much as Nathaniel's cat did. This was definitely going to be tough, very touch. The 13-year-old gave the Gryffindor a small smile before turning back to face the front again, picking up her wand to twirl it around between her fingers. It was still rather annoying that they were seperated, so with a small frown on her face Nancy turned to Mariel and had already opened her mouth to whisper something into her friend's ear before she thought better of it and closed it again. She didn't want to lose any points for Slytherin after all due to chatting in class. Although, it was going to be quite hard for her to keep her mouth shut during classes she really wanted her house to be in the lead again. Which meant, only talk when you're answering a professor's question. Sigh.

Sarah rushed to the door of the Transfiguration classroom,hoping she wasn't late.Peering in she could see people still milling around, "Oh thank god,I'm on time!"
She moved into the room and saw the the younger students were on the right and the older ones on the left.She also saw Mariel and Lasca...
Walking towards an empty seat she greeted the professor cheerily.. "Good morning Professor Pierce!"
Tapping her two friends on the shoulders as she passed,she grinned at them. "Hey guys."

Lasca grinned at Sarah as she walked by. She had also noticed when Mariel had walked in but she was preoccupied with a Slytherin girl and Nate. Not wanting to interrupt she settled for a small wave. Then she turned back to Sarah. "Hey! How are you?"

"I'm OK," she smiled, "are you? It was a hell of a knock you took in Potions.Oh and do you mind if I sit here?" she asked,gesturing to a seat next to Lasca.
"I don't think we had better talk too much,though,Professor doesn't like it..." she whispered to her friend,as she put her bag down and took out her book.

Melanie grinned at the people who had responded to her. "Yup, I'min Hufflepuff. Nice to meet you guys. My names Melanie by the way, Melanie Lockhart-"

Kid... She didn't exactly know his name but Mr. Whosywhatsit was starting to get a little irritating .... even if he was right most of the time. "But the class has hardly even started yet." she pointed out. Melanie seriously did not want another argument. "I'll be quiet when it does." she whispered, hoping this was good enough.

Melanie gave Jack a death glare.If the prefects weren't watching Iwould so stick my tongue out right now.

Freya had taken a seat on the left side of the room, hopefully this time she would learn something she didn't already know. She had her sidebag on the desk space in front of her, opening it quietly, Freya took out a notepad, her wand from her pocket, and the book she had been reading the last few days. 'Chapter seven...' She thought to herself as she began to read the text, tapping her long nails on the table.

Jack laughed a little at her, he knew she would do it!

"I'm good, little sore but none the worse for wear." She smiled at her friend and nodded. The last thing Lasca wanted to do is lose Ravenclaw points, since they were so far ahead. When Sarah asked about the seat the young Ravenclaw waved her in. She was glad that she got to sit next to a friend, it made the class that much better.

Matilda had no idea what to expect from Transfigurations as she sauntered into the classroom, settling into a seat on the far right side. And just because she was not supposed to socialize with her fellow classmates did not stop her from wishing everyone else did just that. Yes, lose all your points. ALLL your points. Let your second-rate house fallll!! Matilda fancied she possessed a fair likeness to the professor in her History of Magic textbook. She would be cackling. Why? Because the planets have aligned, or something.

John Walked Into Class and chose a chair at middle of the class ...
"hello Professor " He said Politley..

Heidi noticed John walk in and waved to him. There were a couple of empty seats behind her and she motioned to him to sit with her.

Zeke walked into the classroom with a grin on his face. "Hello, Professor," he said. "How are you?" he asked, taking a seat toward the front.

John saw heidi waving at him and moved near her
"Hey Heidi !"

Cadence walked into transfiguration and flashed a smile at Jack saying Hello! in her head. She heard Lanie say hello to no one in particular and waved hello saying Hi Lanie!, and finally took a seat next to Ana and said Hey Ana! Hopefully this class is, um, not as scary as the last one was. She took out her wand, parchment, ink, quill, and book and spread them out on her dask and waited for the Professor to proceed with class.

Heidi smiled at John then looked around. While John took his seat, she handed him a piece of paper. The professor asked us not to chat. We don't want Gryffindor to loose any points. She hoped he would understand why she wasn't saying anything.

Jack grinned "Hey" he waved as she sat down. He remembered Denton's 'talk' and laughed again, this time, more to himself.

Mariel looked up from her book as Nancy turned to her. She thought for a moment that she was going to say something, but then stopped at the last moment. Figuring that she didn't want to get in trouble for chatting, Mariel just gave her a smile and shrugged, turning back to her book once more.

She looked up again at the feeling of a tap on her shoulder. As she turned around, she recognized her friend Sarah and gave her a cheerful wave and smile. As she did, the young Ravenclaw noticed another friend sitting not too far away. Mariel first gave Lasca a confused look and then smiled and waved to her as well, before turning back to her book yet again. For as observant as she thought she was, Mariel couldn't understand why she hadn't seen Lasca there when she walked in.

Once again her attention was diverted from her textbook as a young Hufflepuff girl decided to introduce herself to the younger half of the class. As she heard the girl tell a boy that class hadn't officially started yet, Mariel raised an eyebrow at her and put her finger to her lips in the universal 'be quiet' sign. She was sure this girl was a first year and most likely didn't know that some professors more than others would dock points for excessive chatting in class. Not that Mariel cared much if Hufflepuff lost points, but even more than that the young Ravenclaw hated chatting in class herself as it disturbed her learning, or, presently, her reading.

Marcus sighed, picking with his books and stuff at the table. When was the lesson gonna start? He was eager to use his new wand, it wouldn't be the same as Jesper's old one. He glanced at the professor every each minute, waiting for the lesson to begin.

And Jack was laughing at her again. Melanie sighed, nothing new.

"Hey! What's-" she started to say, but then clamped a hand over her mouth. right no chatting... wonder what the definition of chatting is... maybe I can talk without chatting. ahhh this possibly the hardest thing Iv'e ever done. Wait she just say the last class was scary?! Melanie couldn't help it. She started giggling. "Oh come on, it wasn't too bad..." she said, but then shut her mouth again. Melanie groaned. It was going to be a long class.

We're allowed to say hello, Lanie. Cadence said rolling her eyes. The professor hasn't officially started class yet. She glanced quickly at the Prefect who had made her cry. I don't think it's against the rules to say hi before class begins. Is it? She posed this question to the Prefect.

Heidi looked at the note, and started to write, Hi! How is your day going? You enjoying the term so far?

Heidi also noticed more of her house come into the classroom. She smiled and waved to them. Heidi wanted to make friends this year and what better way to start than by being friendly to them when she saw them.

Jake looked up annoyed. "Look, please be quiet. We are in a class, right? Even if the professor hasn't started yet, that doesn't mean we can chat. Save it for outside the lesson," Jake almost pleaded. "You may have noticed it's only the less experienced kids in this class chatting away, so please stop now."

Jake didn't like telling people what to do, but rules were rules and he didn't know this professor, which made him nervous. He readied his notes and resolved to let any other talking be dealt with by someone else, and he'd just have to deal with anything in his mind, as he was certain he didn't want to talk anymore.
