"It's pretty good, so far," she said then looked down at her watch. "I've got to head off to HoM," she said. "Are you coming to the class?" she asked Chase.

Walking through the corridor, Chase stopped and leaned against the wall. He yawned. Apparenly trying not to sleep. He popped his eyes open wider and twirled his wand between his fingers.

John was walking down the corridor when he saw someone with his wand out. "What you doing?" He asked as he walked upto them, John was bored and hadn't seen his twin brother Jack for awhile and so wanted someone to talk to. He hoped that they didn't mind saying that this kid seemed nice and so John continued to talk. "My name is John Mosier and I'm in my first year." He wondered what year this kid was in. "I'm a Hufflepuff." He pointed to his robe knowing full well that this kid could tell he was in Hufflepuff.

Chase practically jumped when he heard someone addressing him. He smirked at the young boy. "Im a Ravvie." he said nodding at his robes. "I was bored and just twirling my wand. I didnt knw anyone was around."

John wondered what the boys name was. "Excuse me, but can I have you name?" He smiled. "You see I don't like calling people, people, so I like to know their names." He laughed then. "So what you doing?" He wasn't satified that the boy was just bored so he wanted to know what he realy was doing, maybe he was about to do some magic. He wondered what to say next to the boy. "It's nice to meet a Ravenclaw, most of my friends are Hufflepuff and Slytherin I don't think I know that many Ravenclaws." He thought hard and wondered if he had actual talked to any Ravenclaws at all. "Saying that I think you might be the first Ravenclaw I have spoken to." He waited for the boy to respond to everything he had said.

Her feet landed on the third floor and out came the next poster as she let go of Roberts arm for a moment. She nodded her head in agreement as everything that day was covered in the sweet white stuff but then she instantly looked back and smirked at the Ravenclaw. "Why Mr. Chambers, did you just...." -gasp- "...flirt?" He was rather cute when he was playful and not so serious.

She walked up to the wall and smacked another poster on the cool stone wall.

"Silly cat," she giggled as the poster stuck to the wall with her favorite sticking charm, the one she knew very well of course. "Oh good," she began as she stepped back to make sure that the picture was at least centered to her perfection, which was nothing much at all. "I like your way of thinking, Robert." She turned back to him and smiled. "I think it will help with HoM homework.

"Next floor?"

Robert watched as Lyra let go of his arm and laughed as he saw her smirk. He ran his hand through his hair, turning slightly red and laughed, "Umm...yes? What am I not allowed?"

He watched as she turned toward he wall and put up the poster smirking slightly as she looked at it to make sure it was centred, "I don't think it will matter much. I suspect Peeves or a first year will come through and mess them all up by tomorrow," he laughed. Shrugging he started walking toward the stairs again, "You're the one in charge, maestro."

Helena rested against an empty wall as she walked through. She wasn't tired, but she had a few minutes before she actually had to be anywhere, so she took that chance to rest up a bit. Digging around in her bag for a moment, she finally pulled out an apple and began munching on it.

Elizabeth wandered down the corridor in the third floor, generally heading back up to the common room after her time reading outside. She wanted to put her copy of The Three Musketeers back in her dorm, before she had to worry about the next class, and whatever she was going to need for it.

Partway down the corridor, not far from the entrance to the hospital wing, she saw one of the posters Lyra had been putting up ages ago, and grinned, remembering how fun it had been annoying Robert about his joking comment about sending a riddle in. And stepping on his foot, which she thought had made Lyra wonder about the friendship between her and the giant Ravie. But she knew she had been nothing but a friend to the boy. Besides, she wasn't going to betray Mari.

Maddox was walking down the 3rd floor corridor when he noticed a blond girl walking infront of him. He looked a little harder and got a glimps of her face when she turned to look at the crazy looking cat picture on the wall. He smiled. It was the girl he thought looked familiar in transfig.

He walked a little faster to catch up with her. Once he was close enough that he wouldnt have to yell he said, "Oi. You there. Do you have a moment?" He smiled and waited for her to turn around. She was really cute, and really familiar.

Elizabeth turned as she heard someone call out, a grin still playing on her face. She coudln't be entirely certain whoever it was was talking to her, but she hadn't seen too many people over at this end of the corridor. And as she finished turning, she saw it was the boy from Transfiguration. The one she had recognized from Rhiannon's Halloween party.

"Sure," she said, tilting her head to one side in curiosity. "Did you need something?" She had to look up a bit to see him, which wasn't entirely surprising to her. At least he didn't seem to be as tall as Robert was.

Mads smiled, notcing she was thinking the same thing he was at the same time. She thought he looked familiar too. He still couldnt figure it out though. He would ask her.


"Well actually, Im trying to figure out why you look so familar to me. I'm Maddox Darcy. You are?" He smiled waiting for her to answer, hoping that maybe her name would give it away, or that she possible knew where they knew eachother from. He grinned crookedly at the thought. 'Of course she knew...shes a ravie.' His smile grew a bit bigger.

Elizabeth raised an eyebrow as he admitted he thought he recognized her from somewhere, and then grinned. "Elizabeth Andrews. And it's possible either you saw me here last term, or I saw you at the Halloween party last year in France. You were there with Nicholai." She paused, then added, "Rhiannon's my cousin."

Her curiosity was piqued by how his smile grew larger after some thought he had had. What exactly was going through his mind, that was that entertaining?

Maddox turned his head to the left said and gawked at her for a moment. He couldnt believe that she had seen him dressed as an overgrown rat. He flushed and remembered her instantly from that party. He smiled and said, "Lovely...you saw me as a rat. Wasn't my idea by the way." He laughed and turned an even deeper shade of red. Darn Cela and her stupid idea's! "I didnt know Rhiannon very well, or Josh. Nico wanted someone to come with him, and being his best friend and all..." He smiled.


Great. Now she was going to think he was a blushing bumbling fool. He shook the thought off, and tried to pay attention to what she had to say.

Elizabeth couldn't help but grin as he blushed, and was insistent the costume wasn't his idea. "Okay, if it wasn't your idea, whose was it? Cause I'm fairly certain that while Nicholai enjoyed being the pirate, he wouldn't intentionally force you to be a giant rodent." He was actually kind of cute when he was embarrassed. And she honestly believed the former Slytherin was basically honorable. But she helpfully straightened her expression out, not wanting him to think she was laughing at him as he went on to explain more about the party. "Yeah, I don't think Rhiannon had known most of the people at the party. But then, beside her and Josh, I really only had known Asteira, Mari, and Nicholai. So it seems we were sort of in the same boat then." She knew more people now, but in a weird way that was atrributable to Asteira and Nicholai both leaving. When half the people you knew at school weren't there anymore, you needed to learn to talk to more people. Simply to make school bearable. And fun.

Maddox flushed a bit more. He decided he better tell how so convincing Cela was. Yet how extremely evil as well. "Well, I'm Sure you know Celandine...Nico's little sister. Well she can be very convincing. When it comes to her i am a pushover. Sometimes." He raised his left eyebrow, and thought about that for a moment, while folding his arms across his chest. He wanted to ask her if she would watch Cela for him, but he wasnt going to quiet yet. That would be his ploy for her to talk to him again.



Mads smiled. He definatly new Mari, but wasnt sure who Asteria was. Though it was a very cool name. "Yeah I know Mari. I dont think I have ever met Asteria though." He pondered that thought.

Elizabeth laughed a little as Maddox then went on to explain it had been Nicholai's little sister who had convinced him to wear the costume. "Ironically, I don't actually know Celandine. I mean, I sort of met her end of last term, when everyone got drawn into those rooms realted to that treasure hunt thing. But I never really officially met her. Nicholai always said I should though," she explained, then shrugged a bit. The way he was looking at her, with his arms crossed like that, made her curious once again what he was thinking about. But then he smiled again as she talked about her friends. "I think a lot of people know Mari. She seems to be the type of person who people get to know." Unlike me, she thought, with a slightly uncharacteristic moment of self-pity. But then she smiled again, fighting the thought off. "Asteira was sort of my cousin. At least, we called each other our cousins. She's actually the cousin of my sister-in-law. She was here last term, as a Slytherin." She smiled a bit to herself, as she wondered what Asteira would have thought about everything that had happened so far this term.

The treasure hunt. That was still going on huh? He wondered if that was what was with the ghosts. He shook the thought of and replied, "Yes, you should. Shes a bright girl and extremely sweet in her quirkyness." He smiled and continued, figuring this was the best time to ask, "I have a question. Would you mind keeping an eye out on her for me? Shes been...acting up a bit lately and Nico asked me to watch her for him." He smiled, and smidge smuggly. 'Bite on that Cela.' He thought to himself.


He could tell something faltered in her confidence there for a moment, but he didnt say anything about it. He just smiled and said, "Well I only met Mari once. I dont really know much about her other then she was with Nico for a bit. " He smiled hoping she would gain that confidence back, he didnt want her to feel bad because one person know alot of people, including him. He smiled at the way she described their connection. "Well thats interesting. I mean she practically is your cousin then." He grinned. He wished he actually had siblings. He would have loved to have a younger brother or sister. He would have been a great brother.

Elizabeth smiled as Maddox seconded Nicholai's comment from last term, and added more to it. "It almost seems like you consider her your own little sister," she idly commented, before looking up at him again as he made a request. "Sure. I mean, I'll try. I can't guarantee anything, but I'm sure Nicholai wouldn't care if there were more eyes on his sister when he's not around."

Her expression turned serious for a second as he mentioned how he knew Mari, and she recalled some of the things from last term, leaking into the beginning of this term. Even though that fight in Flourish and Blotts was fairly entertaining. "Yeah, she was," she said quietly. "Can't say that all ended well." Mari crying to her and Asteira on the train ride home was something she didn't think she could forget. Especially with all the new drama going on surrounding her friend. But she grinned as he spoke of her and Asteira. "Yeah. And it seems we can occasionally have the battles that relatives can have as well. At least, I now know teasing doesn't always go over well with her." Even though it had been fun teasing her cousin about Seth. Who, thinking about it, she hadn't really seen much this term, even though she was fairly certain he was still at Hogwarts. Breaking free of her momentary tangent, she saw him grinning. "What are you laughing about?," she asked with a slight teasing quality to her voice.

Maddox smiled and said, "I do. Nico is my best friend. Almost like a brother, so yeah...Cela is like a little sister to me, who needs to be kept in line." He shook his head at the erlier occurance that day. Boys kissing her...not gooooood! He smiled and said, "Thank you. It would be greatly appreciated." He grinned, notcing the way the sun glinted off of her hair. It was dazzling. "Your hair looks gorgeous in the sun." He said it before he realized and turned a slight pink. "Sorry. Mouth works before brain does sometimes." He grinned, hoping the innocent act would get her to flirt back.


Mads had a feeling that Mari had taken the break up pretty hard. He decided it would be best not to dwell on the subject, so he replied to her next comment instead. "Thats how Astrid and I were. She was a gryffie here last year, and helped me through a lot. I dont have any siblings, so she was like my serogate little sister and best friend." He smiled at the thought. Man he missed that girl. He was startled when she asked why he was laughing, he then smiled and said, "Just wishing I had siblings, and how awesome of a big brother i would be." He gave her a crooked grin.

Elizabeth tilted her head as Madoox talked about Nicholai and Celandine. "Kept in line, huh?," she asked with a slight grin. Maybe she should try to actually meet the girl. It certainly seemed like she'd have an interesting time keeping an eye on her. But then he sidetracked her by the compliment, and she automatically blushed. "Um, thanks, I guess." Nobody had ever said something like that to her. But then, she was fairly certain the mix of being petite, and fairly quiet, had kept her under most people's radar. But when Maddox flushed as well, and tried to apologize, she regained a bit of her composure. "Maybe you should get that checked," she teased. "Might get you into trouble sometime." She grinned.

Then she listened as he talked about one of his friends from last term. "I can't say I ever knew her. But then, I think I really only ever talked to Cale and Anna, if we're talking about Gryffies." Or, more accurately, she had tried to point out that whatever had been going on between the two of them and Seth last term had made it uncomfortable on the other prefects. Several of which, including her, seemed to have relinquished their positions this term. It was kind of interesting. She smiled as Maddox appeared startled by her last question, but answered her. "So should I take that to mean you have a bit of an ego on you, that you think you'd be awesome?," she replied back, teasing again.

Aggie was MAD! Oh he had her now! He'd take the corridor and beat her to the stairs! He'd catch her in moments and Transfigure her into a newt or something. Not that he had any idea how to achieve that.

Tobi rocketed down the Third Floor Corridor, realizing now that he had been so caught up in the desire for revenge he hadn't actually planned out what he was going to do to her. Maybe he should lock her in the Greenhouse covered in dung, and wait for Bunbury to find her. Or maybe he could tie her to a broom and send it flying around the Quidditch Stadium a few laps.

Tobi skidded to a halt at the end of the corridor at the top of the stairs just in time to see Aggie at the bottom of them.

WHAT? The armor gallery can't be faster than the corridor! HOW did she do that?

Tobi stood at the top of the stairs, dumbfounded and out of breath.

"A-aggie!" he gasped, "Come back h-ere so I can jinx y-ou pro-operly!"

The Bloody Baron glowered at the children who felt the need to run through these halls. What good could come of the world when this was how they acted? He muttered to himself and moved on down the hall.

Moddox cleared his throat. He wasnt sure how to explain this to her but he was going to try. "Um, yes. Cela, just recently discovered she likes boys. Infact...I over heard her talking about someone that kissed her." He glowered at the memory, and tried to continue, "Seeing as Nico asked me to watch out for her, and that specific issue...I am trying to do my best to make sure that she stays out of trouble, and that issue will cause problems." He sudenly felt overprotective and kinda stupid. He shook it off and folded his arms across his chest. He grinned at her last comment. "Yeah i should get it checked out, and your welcome." He grinned a little bit smuggly. Shyness always worked




Mads smiled and shrigged, "Well she was only a second year last term. She got transfered because of family issues." He shrugged and wanted to move onto another subject. Then she said something about his ego. He grinned and raised his left eyebrow, always the left, and replied, "I dont think. I know. And im not as bad as my best friend Nico, I daresay." He chuckled, and looked down at his boots.

Elizabeth watched him as he tried to figure out how to explain the issue with Cela to her, and nodded. "Okay. While I have to say I don't know that there's really a lot any of us can do about her finding out boys are more than just people to be friends with, I can see why you, trying to act as Nicholai's proxy, could have difficulty with that." She smiled. "All you, me, evn Nicholai if he had been here, could really do is make sure she doesn't get hurt." She knew if she had heard about Ariana doing something like that, she'd be fairly protective too. And then he was replying to her teasing comment, and she had to fight not to laugh. "Well, it wouldn't do for you to be getting into trouble if you're supposed to be keeping other people from doing so," she said, not quite able to hide the amusement.

She managed to control her urge to laugh as Maddox talked about Astrid, though. It didn't seem appropriate. "That's too bad," she said, sympathetic about the transferring, and to an extent, the family issues. Even though she had never had anything happen to her personally. But when he picked up on her comment about his ego, she rolled her eyes. "Yep. Definitely an ego," she said with a grin. "And Nicholai never really pushed that any of the times I talked to him." Although Asteira's assumption he was going to try something with her during the incident in Flourish and Blotts was quite entertaining, when the two of them had only been trying not to crack up at the ridiculousness. "Your boots that interesting?," she then asked, as Maddox had turned his attention to his feet.
