Since Juniper was still standing, Mariel got up from her seat yet again. That was the best way to cheer, right? Besides, she was having a hard time watching the game with everyone jumping around in front of her.

It was at that moment that Juniper made up some sort of cheer. Mariel stared at her for a moment as the girl rattled off words about snakes and green and flying, then nodded as she thought that was pretty good for on-the-spot cheering. Not that Mariel could remember that to follow along other than the Go Slytherin, you can fly all the time, but it didn't make a whole lot of sense out of context.

She raised an eyebrow at Juniper's leaf flag. That was... inventive. Mariel wondered if she would have time between halves to quickly make some sort of banner or something to wave at the second half as she didn't have time to complete anything earlier.

Shrugging to herself, she turned back to Willow and gave her a bemused look. She didn't know who she was supporting? Or it was neither. Oh no, that did not fare well for their assignment. They had to show loads of cheer and support and excitement, and her captain was exuding none of that. Which seemed really strange to the 13 year old, although she was fairly certain that the older girl was not the type to get up and start screaming for either team, especially neither of them being Ravenclaw. Still, Ravenclaw needed their points to stay in the lead.

And what was this about Switzerland? "Oh, neutral?" That sorta made sense. "So, you'll be cheering for both teams then?" she asked slowly, still thinking something seemed a bit off. As long as Ravenclaw was showing the most team spirit, the 2nd year didn't care if they rooted for badgers, snakes, or both.

Turning back to the game, Mariel peered out at the pitch as the Seekers started scuffling for the snitch. Did Hufflepuff catch it for the 2nd time? That would probably mean the first half was over. She quickly started thinking of poster ideas since she wouldn't have long to make anything.

Lyra began to snicker as she raised a hand to her mouth. "Oh Kayla you are the best," she giggled then looked back to Robert. "See, even she agrees with me!"

She continued giggling until he got to one part. "Umm...Robert, You are Ravenclaw right?" As she asked she noticed that his eyes went wandering towards someone else and that is when she saw Mariska and smiled. So that was what he was up too. About time!

"I only ask because...I already have YELLOW hair!" At least Blonde to her was YELLOW and yes it was pick on Rob day because when he was not looking, she took her wand out of her pocket and slipped it up the sleeve of her robes all while patting him on the back. Slick, cleaver and he would never know, unless Mariska told him.

Willow was neutral. Huh. She may not have known the older girl as well as she thought she did, but Juniper would have guessed that Kovac would cheer for Hufflepuff. She had Hufflepuff friends, right? Except... wasn't Kovac's best friend in Slytherin? Ooooh, that must be why the girl was neutral. Juniper aimed a sympathetic smile in the girl's direction and gazed up at the sky, barely even noticing that the players had all left for the half-time.

Juniper turned back to Mariel. "You think up a cheer now. For when the teams come back." Bouncing some more, Juniper looked down at her makeshift flag. The leaf was going to die if she kept using it as a flag. Hmm. Maybe she should just...

Put it on her head.

After all, when in doubt, leaves atop the noggin were just lovely. Green leaves on the head showed true spirit for a team with a green uniform. Humming slightly, the fourth year carefully took a seat, taking care to balance the leaves on her head. It was time to think up a cheer for later. After Mariel's cheer, of course.

"Clifford Carden's quidditch SKILLZ brings all the girls to the yard!!!!!!" Plymouth shouted.

That was certainly a compliment she was hearing for the first time. Maybe she should compliment him, too. You know...in an effort to make their TP experience a bit more bearable. "You, erm, look handsome in green, Plymmy. Slytherin would be proud to have you support them."

"So, erm, what are we supposed to do now?" she asked, turning her head towards him. Oops. Bad idea. Anna's face didn't need to be so close to Plymouth's. Danger Zone alert! "I can't reach my banner, Plymmy. If I count to three, do you think you can bend down at the same time I do, so I can reach it? Why don't you do the countdown?" she asked.

Plymouth blinked away all the crazy things he was on the cusp of saying. Instead, he swallowed hard and gathered his wits. "That's how I got Cela, you know. Not looking handsome in green, but my hair. She said it was better than Daddy Newell's." Plymouth reached, with some difficulty with the toilet paper restraints, and patted his hair. "I have no idea what you just asked me. I go all gooey around you. You ever notice?" SIGH.


"SLYTHERINNNNNNNNNNNNNNnnnnnnnn!!!!!!" Plymouth offered the whole team an air nose nuzzle.

Amanda pondered the possibilty of keeping her hair green and silver for the rest of the term, it would be interesting and it would grab attention, which was good at times. She kept waving her Slytherin banner around, watching the game.

"Come on Slytherin!!" She cheered as loud as she possibly could, hoping that she wasn't going to lose her voice at the end of this.

Kayla laughed at Lyra, "Oh you should totally dye his hair Lyra and maybe even put a few bronze streaks through it. Give him that whole Ravenclaw feel" she giggled at the thought.

Mari had now reached where they were sitting and Kayla gave her a nod back, she didn't trust herself to open her mouth anyway. It was then that she noticed that she was sitting beside Robert and Lyra was on the other side of him. Kayla sort of smirked, oh now where was Mari going to sit? Eh...she wasn't in the mood for a fight and she had just made friends with Robert and she didn't want to get him caught up in the middle of another row with her and Mari.

She stood up and moved down to the next vacant seat. "There you go Mari, you can sit next to Robert" she said stiffly and she turned her eyes back to the pitch.

Chris was so excited for this match it was going grreat so far. huffle puff was in the lead and they were beating Slytherin!

Jane took a seat in the row behind Plymouth.Jane was having fun bejigging the chant for Slytherin. She even painted her face dark green and sporting a silver snake on the side. She even changed her turquoise bow clip into a green and silver stripped bow. She was waving a handmade flag thingy she made in the morning with some left over felt cloth from Charms.



She added a few acorns on strings so it made alotta noise when she waved it. She was having fun too!!

Shana walked into the stands and found herself a sit,but she didn't sit down.She began jumping around and cheering.Then it hit her.Who was she meant to be supporting,that sounded like a really obvious question seen as she was a slytherin but they were playing hufflepuff and Jake and everyone were hufflepuff and on the team.Then another thought hit her.SLYTHERPUFF! She carried on jumping up and down.GO SLYTHERPUFF! GO SLYTHERPUFF! she beamed.

As Mariska came up to the group he smiled and put his arm around her, "Thanks babe. At least someone will." He smirked and glanced toward Lyra, "Lyra...thinks I need more house spirit and wants to dye my hair BLUE." He smirked at Lyra before turning to glance at Kayla not missing the nod Mariska gave her. Well at least they're being civil. "And Kayla is encouraging her." All in all he found it rather amusing but he would never have said so.

Hearing Lyra he frowned and shook his head, "She agrees with you because it would amuse her." Oh he didn't like where this was going at all. At this rate he would be leaving the stands with BLUE hair and not be able to do anything about it.

Hearing her comment he nodded slowly, "Yes...what does that have to do with anything?" As he looked back to find Mariska he saw Lyra's smile and nudged her playfully, "Not a word." Watching as Mari walked up he grinned not paying attention to anything else.


Robert looked at Kayla and rolled his eyes though he was still smiling, "You...are absolutely no help you do know that." He started laughing and looked back at the game. Okay, so maybe it would be a little funny.

He glanced at Kayla again and looked at Mari, he had a solution to that problem but then again it might get them in trouble. Looking passed Mari to Kayla he could see the stiffness in her face and looked thoughtful. "Thanks Kayla." He smiled and looked at Mariska with a grin and then back at Lyra, "So how'd you get poor Tobi anyway?" Yes blue would be better than bright red that was for sure but he would never admit it.

Ems made her way to the stands in her Slytherin robes and in her small, bony hand she was clutching the plastic green and silver flag she had nabbed from some celebration party the Slythies had a couple of years prior... when they were actually winning stuff.. pfft.

She took a seat towards the middle of the stands, hugging her robes tighter around her. How many bloody hufflepuffs? God, this was like being in some yellow badgery hell. She glared at the Slytherin shouting for Slytherpuff. Merlin's pants – that was no way to support your own house!

She waved her flag nonchalantly as she turned her attention back to the pitch. She would make up for the her house's obvious lack of pride.

"GO YOoooo SNAAAaaaaAKES!"She shrieked above the crowd noise. She had a good set of lungs on her for such a small girl.

Herminny was so happy half time was finally over and the game resumed and she screamed"Go Hufflepuffs", as both teams took to the skys again.

Tobi surely looked quite ridiculous in his too small yellow Puff tshirt, and his too tight yellow-striped black pants, especially once you add the RED hair he'd asked Lyra to give him for flying homework, but he didn't care. But it was all in the name of housepoints, and since he was starting to burn out, he could probably use them wherever he could get them. Besides, he liked the Puffs, they were a good team.

"WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! GOOO PUFFS! YOU SHOW 'EM HOW IT'S DONE DENTON!!!" He screamed, failing his arms madly.

"Come on you Badgers!" Vanessa yelled, as she stood watching the game. She was still nursing a sprained wrist, from an earlier practise and was thus unable to play, but that hadn't meant that she couldn't go to the stands, and root on for the others. "You can do itt!"" She added, not really knowing that they'd be able to actually here her, but it still would help right?

Anna winced as Plymouth yelled loudly into her ear. Well, technically he wasn't yelling in her ear. He was just yelling in general, but because Anna and Plymouth were currently toilet-papered together, Anna's ear was quite close to Plymouth's mouth. She knew he couldn't help it, though. Besides, it was sort of her fault that they were in this particular situation.

Anna tried to turn towards Plymouth a bit when he started talking, but moving was proving to be impossible. Instead, Anna just faced forward and nodded at all the appropriate moments. "Daddy Newell?" Anna questioned, her face wrinkling in confusion. "Is that what you call...Cale, Plymmy? Erm, how did he get that nickname?" Anna giggled when Plymouth claimed that he got all gooey around her. "Yeah, I've ummm...sort of, yeah...noticed," she answered. "I need my banner...my Hufflepuff banner. I'm wrapped in all green, and I'm supposed to be supporting the Badgers." Anna sighed. She wasn't getting out of this toilet paper anytime soon. She may as well support the Snakes a bit, too.

"Go Slytherin! I'm mummified in toilet paper to Plymouth Morgan just for you! Go Slytherin!!! Oh, and GO HUFFLEPUFF, too!!!!!"

As the match resumed, Juniper committed all her attention to the match. Slytherin was not doing well, and she had to be the best cheer person ever. And with the Slytherin green leaves on her head, Juniper felt prepared to be loud. She hated being loud, but she had to cheer for Slytherin. Right?

Right!

"Go Go Slytherin!" The fourth year shouted waving her arms wildly in the air and even bouncing. "Green is for leaves! Green is for Snakes! Green is for Slytherin, Make no mistaaake!" As her cheer progressed, Juniper began bouncing more noticeably, and the leaves on top of her head began to bounce away from a balanced point, ready to fall off. "Go Slytherin, Go Slyyytherin! Hooraaay!"

By this point, Juniper was bouncing more than a kangaroo, and the leaves that remained on her head bounced off like a green waterfall. She did not notice, though, for the seekers were going for the snitch. Juniper held her breath. "Go Slytherin..." she squeaked one last time.

The match had resumed and Paris Ashton had taken advantage of the break time, she had made a few banners to show her support towards Hufflepuff. As her fellow Gryffindor's cheered the Huffies on, she held up her signs and chanted for their win.

Dominic was sure the match was almost over, but he just had to come out to the stands anyway. Despite his collision with Callie and the now massive headache she had induced (cause is it ever really HIS fault?), he was going to see his badgers win!

Climbing up to the first row - ignoring the mob of two people wrapped in green toilet paper (huh?), he held an icepack on the top of his head and started to cheer just in time to see the seekers going into a dive. Well at least they weren't going towards his head this time...

"GOOO HUFFFFFFLEPUFFF!!! GOOO JAKE!! YOU'RE THE FASTEST SEEKER EVER! GET THAT SNITCH!"

So many idiots shouting for the yellows... even the reds were at it. She narrowed her eyes on the pitch. She didn't really understand what was going on because Quidditch was so damn confusing... but she did know the greens were lagging behind.

“Go Slytheriiiiiiin!" She yelled.. and added for good measure. "Knock them off their damn brooooms!” She giggled to herself. Kate would smack her for that if she was here.

Yawning, Evolette crossed her arms, she was getting a headache from all of the shouting. The Slytherin cheering, she didn't mind surprisingly. Perhaps it was the fact that Dominic Denton had suddenly appeared, or that Tucker was playing for Hufflepuff, but she felt quite proud of her house at the moment.

"Yes. Go Slytherin!" she added, it was hardly a cheer, or a shout, more like a forceful demand, but that didn't change the fact that she hoped her house would win. Arching an eyebrow, Evolette snickered as she caught sight of Anna wrapped in green toilet paper. How.....fashionable. Hah.

As she turned her eyes back to the match, she couldn't help but notice that Denton was sporting an ice patch. Mwaha.

Maybe Quidditch was fun afterall.

"WHOOOOOOOOOOO! GOOOO UPSTEAD!!!" Tobi screamed as the seekers raced for the snitch. "YOU CAN CATCH IT!!!"

He jumped and flailed like a buffoon.

Shana carried on jumping around wildly.She sighed,hufflepuff's were winning she may aswell cheer them on aswell as her own team.COME ON SLYTHIES!! she shouted and jumped some more.GO ON JAKE! she shouted and jumped around a lot.Huffies were really good at quidditch but of corse Slythies were better.Shana nodded in agreement with herself.

Herminny screamed "Yes, Hufflepuffs rule", as she saw the Hufflepuff keeper grab the snitch and win the game.

"Eeehh!!!! We wonn!" Vanessa half screamed and giggled, as she watched the teams group together on the floor. Woot. They'd done it, even with Dominic being taken off half way through.
That reminded her, she'd seen Dominic appear a few minutes, ago and she really wanted to see how he was. But she was feeling a little hyper, they had won after all.

"DDOOOM!" She giggled, as she approached him, grinning. "We won!" She added, before promptly tackleing and giving him a huggee hug. Then she remembered his head. "Oh..Opps...Hows your head?" She asked, ignoring the tingling senstation in her arm.

Juniper deflated a bit as the Hufflepuff seeker caught the snitch. Ohhh well. Everyone had flown valiantly. And that was what counted, right? Juniper supposed so, but she bent down to retrieve her fallen leaves before she could shout anymore. Once all but one leaf were stowed safely in a pocket, the fourth year waved that last leaf. "Good joooob Slyyytherin!" she shouted. "And good job Huuufflepuuuff, tooooo!" She would have to find Clifford later to congratulate him on his playing. And if she happened to run into Denton the lemur thief helper, she would congratulate him too. But only if she saw him otherwise.
