Macadrian thought she was running terribly late. She had been corresponding with Senior Undersecretary Reagan Taylor via the fireplace in her office and completely lost track of time. Macadrian had vowed from the moment she heard someone was running against Minister Cooper that she would get involved, and she felt grateful that the person opposing him was more than capable of doing the job. It wasn't until her stomach began to rumble that she realized it was time for the feast and she hurried herself downstairs to the Great Hall.

As she walked through the doors with her blonde hair piled in curls atop her head and her cream colored robes flowing around her, she scanned the crowd. Making a quick approach to the Staff table, Macadrian took a vacant seat and scooted her chair in, realizing she wasn't late at all!

Was she first at the Dias? No... Macadrian was here. Good, she didn't want to be first! What if the Bunny woman came now... or Truebridge after he showed his true nature... or Forrester... she'd kissed him after all... oh Merlin! Ray Bontecou. What would he think of her? She acted a fool in his class... in his office... Oh Merlin-on-a-popsickle-stick! Why did she come to the end of term feast?! She stood up to leave, hoping Macadrian wouldn't say anything.

Ian lumbered on up to the dias and made way to his seat at the staff table. He greeted his colleagues with a nod as he passed each of them, and flopped down onto his chair. He paid no attention to the squeaks and groans with which the chair protested, and instead stared out at the students with a wide grin on his face. What a fantastic year it had been! He couldn't believe it was already over, too!

Constantine walked up the Staff table with two things in his hands. In one hand, there was Ian's panda lovingly named Spot...s. The other hand contained one baby red panda from the litter of five. He had Roma protecting the other four and providing them warmth and a cleaning; they had all fallen asleep when he left to come here. He had brought this one because it wouldn't stop crying. It broke his heart (shockingly).

"Ian!" he called, stepping up onto the Dias, "guess who I found?" He smiled and held the first panda out to his uncle.

Antonio walked over to the staff table and took a seat, having just loaded his plate down with a variety of healthy snacks, well, he hoped they were healthy, anyway. He gave a quick nod and a smile to his fellow staff members and began to eat, wanting to get that out of the way before the Headmaster came and began his speech.

EEP!! Too many people... it's too late to leave now...She sighed and took her seat... this time AWAY from the Headmaster's chair...

Forrester took a seat at the staff table for the end of term feast. Hopefully, the students would remember more than his childish antics this term.

Reese nervously walked up to the staff table,looking for Professor Forrester.She still needed to apologize about losing the points she lost for geting detention.She already apologized in the Great Hall a few weeks ago,now she just had to apologize to her Head of House and Prefects.That wasn't so hard,riiiight?

Reese took in a deep breath and walked up to Professor Forrester. "Ummm-excuse me,sir.I just wanted to say I did something very foolish this term and I served my time in detention for it. But,also,I lost a few points.20 to be exact.So,sir,I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for losing these points,"she told him.She took her eyes off of him for a second to glance around the Great Hall then looked back at him. "I did get my points back,though.I earned 30 points." She nodded her head and stopped talking,waiting to see what Professor Forrester would say.

Deciding to leave Ian to reconnect with his long lost but recently found red panda, Constantine cradled the baby panda against his chest and stroked its fur, deciding that he was going to go for a walk. Ever since being a niffler, he had this constant need to walk around. Perhaps he's afraid that his legs are suddenly grow short again and this is his way of straightening them out.

Deciding to go for a walk around the hall and join the grouping later, Constantine stepped off the dias and started to walk amongst the tables.

Forrester was surprised. Someone apologizing for losing 20 points when the point difference was nearly one thousand? How remarkable. And then she earned them back! Applaudable.

"Thank you for telling me, and good job on earning the points back, and then some. Very impressive. Too bad more Slytherins weren't like you. We might actually win if they were. Keep up the good work and return to us with it, and maybe you can inspire some of our lazy snakes."

Reese smiled when Professor Forrester congradulated her.Thank goodness he wasn't mad.For some reason,she had a feeling he would have gotten onto her for losing those points in the first place.

"Thanks,Professor,"Reese told him. "I'll be sure to earn more points next term." She looked at back at the Slytherin table and then back at the Professor. "I'm going to go back to my table now,Professor.That's all I wanted to tell you." And with that,she turned around and headed back to her table.Now all she had to do was talk to the Prefects.

Daniel walked up to Professor Ashby for two reasons. He wanted to say his apologies about the Charms incident and wanted some extra homework help.

"Ahmm, Professor. I am very sorry about the incident last time, about the cursing and stuff. I assure you it would never happen again, as promised on my detention." he speaks slowly. "And now that the term is about to end, can I have an extra assignment? I mean, the tutorial for the OWLs for Charms was great, but I need something to do when I returned to our Manor at Romania. It will only be myself and some house elves over there and I wanted to master something to have a great use of my time." he asked shyly.

Looking very suave and debonair in his navy robes trimmed with bronze and a crisp white collar poking out. The shades were on and the flickering of the candles overhead were reflected in the lenses. Vindictus wasn't alone as he entered the Great Hall. He was escorting two female professors. On his left arm was Professor Morgan and on his right arm was Professor Bunbury. "Ladies, did I tell you how beautiful you both look tonight?" he said smoothly as he escorted them to the Staff Table.

Feeling as if all eyes were on her, or more likely her escort, Professor Morgan made her way into the Great Hall with long, graceful strides. Her pearly, white robes billowed about her with each step, as their pace began to quicken. At the Professor's compliment, Iliana smiled and squeezed his arm slightly. "Thank you, Max." Yep, they definitely had an audience.

As she climbed up the dias, Iliana stopped behind the first three available seats at the Staff table and looked out into the crowd.

Being the gentleman he was, Vindictus pulled out the chairs for Iliana and Annie. "Ladies, won't you have a seat?"

Anastasia marched into the Great Hall with Max and Iliana, not minding for once that she was not the exact center of attention. He could have the spotlight for a bit - after all, she was still ashamed of her behavior from earlier in the term. Ughhhh.

But this feast would make up for it, surely. Bunbury's gorgeous, studded Prada stilettos made sure that everyone noticed the three enter the hall and choose seats at the table.

"No Maxxie dear, you hadn't mentioned my gorgeousness until just now," she half joked. "But I forgive you; after all, you're not looking too shabby yourself."

She winked at the handsome flying instructor and gracefully slipped into the seat he pulled out, smoothing out her black, sparkly robes as she sat. Annie folded her hands on the table in front of her, then moved them to her lap, then fiddled with her bracelet a little as she waited for the feast to start. She had nervous anticipation for some reason...

"Why Professor..." Iliana said, in her most playful, girliest tone. "It seems that chivalry's not dead after all. Thank you, sir." Sliding into the seat she was offered, Iliana quickly scanned the table for Alessia. She wanted to tell her in person how touched she had been by the owl she'd received earlier that day. Spotting her friend just a few chairs down, Iliana gave a little wave and then turned her attention back to Vindictus. He was looking exceptional today. Annie wasn't mistaken one bit. "So Max, any plans for the summer?" What she really wanted to ask fell more along the lines of 'are you as anxious to see this term end as I am?' It was probably best to keep that question to herself.

Merry headed towards the staff table and took a seat that was available. She smiled at those around her and looked out at the students at their tables. It had been an exciting and odd year and Meredith was sad to see it end, but ready for a break as well.

She was curious to see just what the next year would bring that could possibly top this year. Then her mind wandered and she rememebered how much she had missed Vegas. The big lights, her denim skirts and cowboy boots were calling to her.

Mere broke out of her own thoughts and poured herself a drink, taking a small sip and setting it back down on the table.

Bunbunz twiddled with her bracelet some more, then tugged on the thick, sparkly diamonds hanging down from her earlobes. She wasn't overdressed was she? She'd wanted to look nice, for a change, since apparently she had gone barefoot all term......guhhhh!

Annie clapped a hand to her forehead as she remembered she'd forgotten something just then. Great, she was getting as bad as her good-for-nothing brother.

Bunbunz turned her head to the side and spotted the nurse having a drink. What a splendid idea; shame the Hogwarts elves only kept a limited supply of certain beverages on hand. Nevertheless, a bit of water would be nice.

The redhead poured herself a glass and tried to recall the woman's name. She worked in the hospital wing, right, so she had to have lots of patience....and she was always cheerful, like merry....Meredith?

"Meredith, right?" Bunbury spoke up, smiling weakly at the nurse. "What a term, hmm?" It just seemed like it would never end.

She turned at the mention of her name and gave the herbology professor a grin. "Yes, that's right!" Mere had to laugh when she mentioned the term. "You can say that again, never was a dull moment that's for sure."

She moved her hair back behind her shoulders. "I am eager for the break, but I'm going to miss it." Meredith admitted.

"I plan on relaxing the next two weeks at home and playing with my boys before starting on a few projects around the house," Max said and picked up the bread basket. "Bread, ladies? Well, this term has, ahem, been quite interesting. But this is Hogwarts." He winked.

Alright, so Anastasia still had her memory intact, that at least could be said. "Right...I don't think Hogwarts knows the meaning of the word 'dull.'"

She shook her head and sighed. "Any good plans for the break?" Annie had a few. Seeing Mayzie would be nice.....maybe meeting up with a few other peoples.....some traveling...... anything away from here.

The redhead watched Max dig into the bread and mumbled, "No thanks." She didn't need unnecessary carbs, especially not after all the candy she had consumed in her childish days.

That reminded her. "Iliana, dear," Bunbury leaned forward on the table and rested her hand in her chin. "You must forgive me for my behavior around the dragon. It was simply ridiculous - I'm surprised no one was injured. You must have the patience of a saint."

And that was closest she could bring herself to actually apologizing; it would just have to do. Now, if the CoMC professor accepted the apology too, her conscience would be mostly clear.

Oooo bread! Mere took a piece even though she wasn't sure if Max was talking to her. It did seem like he had had his arms full. She placed the bread on her plate and turned back to Max. "You have sons?" Meredith loved kids and had an adorable little niece she loved to pieces.

She turned to Annie with a bright gleam in her eyes. Vegas. "Well I'm returning home to Vegas here soon so I'm looking forward to seeing my family and lounging around in denim skirts instead of healer robes." She chuckled before returning the question. "What about you Professor?"

Iliana looked into his kind, blue eyes and sighed. "Time at home sounds divine." She picked up a piece of bread, unsure if she'd be able to eat it or not. Bread was not what she needed right now. Regardless, it had been offered and she didn't want to seem rude. So she nodded her thanks and smiled.

Iliana had to agree. Hogwarts wouldn't be Hogwarts without a bit of excitement. She thought, stealing a glance at Less once more. "And I wouldn't have it any other way." She replied, with a wink of her own.
Iliana smiled sweetly and shook her head. "Annie, there's nothing to forgive." Bless her heart. Iliana's heart went right out to her. "In fact, I'd love it if you'd come to another of my lessons. I have great plans for next term and they might benefit you as well. What do you say?"
