Amanda headed to the snack cart from the back of the train, she got some Chocolate Frogs, Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, Licorice Wands and some Pumpkin Pasties. She needed this to take her mind of what Zeke had just told her, how could she be so stupid to think that this was going to be perfect?

Blossom coming up to the snack cart smiled and said to the lady minding the snacks" May i please have 2 cauldron cakes, 4 chocolate frogs and 1box of Bertie Botts every flavour beans?" The lady told her the price and Blossom payed up then with her goods walked off to find a carriage.

"Can I have a Bag Bertie Botts' Every-Flavoured Beans and a pumpkin pastie please?" John Told The Cart Lady " ohh and another cholclatte frog..."

Jack smiled and stood up, putting his arm around Sakura, he waited for John to come with them.

Ella was on her feet again. Her destination was the snack cart. Not that she was hungry but bored. She was gliding through the fellow students without bumping or hitting anyone.

John wasn't looking were he was going and bumped into this girl. "I'm s" he started to say as he lifted his head up to hers but as he saw who it was his face went red with excited "Ella how are you?" John had been wondered what had happened to the nice girl who had spoken to him in Diagon Alley. "I'm glad, I bumped into you I've been talking to a few fellow first year but I always wanted to talk to you again." He smiled and then finished what he was saying at the beginning "I'm sorry." He hoped he hadn't hurt her.

Hmm. Bumping. Not her fault this time. But it happened. Fortunately there was no spilling, nothing. Thanks to whoever done this to me She mumbled to herself and looked up. The recognized the little boy immediately. The boy who she met in the Diagon alley. "Oh..hay..John..," she said, adjusting her robes, "I'm glad you prefered to talk to me.." she gently patted on his shoulder, "no worries..it happens sometimes.." As they were standing in the pathway.."mm..shall we move to the corner..for not to disturb others..?" she asked, moving to the corner.

"I think maybe we should move" laughed John as he followed Ella to a corner. Once they were at the corner John asked Ella. "How was the rest of your holidays?" He smiled to her before continuing "I hope you enjoyed them." John looked at Ella he wonder how old he would have to be to reach the hight she was, she looked like a giant to him but it didn't bother him. "I'm glad I found you, I got fed up with all the kid talk about what hogwarts would be like, I can have a more grown up talk with you"." For some reason when John was near Ella he acted more grown up than he was. "So Ella what year will you be in when we get to hogwarts?"

Ella watched him as he was acted like a matured boy. Boy..he was changed a lot within a quick time. A fascinating smile spreaded on her lips, "My holidays were fun..I'd visited..my..ummm.." she paused and skipped to the other subject. "Grown up talks?" giggled, "What you mean..? you mean pranks?" she said, as her right foot pressed against the wall, leaned in...rested her right hand on her knee to get the same height like his. "This's my final year..very important period in my life.." she said, flipped her hair to back.

John looked at Elle and smiled "Yes I meen Pranks, I saw my brother with an arm round a girl and they were talking about Dungbombs" laughed John "Who were you visiting was it you boyfriend?" Asked John, "If you don't want to tell then it's no problem." John looked at Ella and smiled as she made it so that they were about the right hight. "You look great now." He then quickly hugged her and hoped she didn't mind "That's for being a great friend." His face expression changed when she said this was her last year "But doesn't that mean that I only get to speak to you this year." John felt like crying but stopped himself in time.

"Haha..if you're interested in pranks..I can teach you some..tricky ways.." Ella winked, gald that she got another person to play along with her. Then he came to the subject again..he was so observative. She nodded silently to his boyfriend question. Jack..the beach house..sunbaths..plays..wooh..the slide show repeated in her mind in a flash. She felt her cheeks growing hot and shading pink. But before she could regain herself from those thoughts, John hugged her and told she was looking great. Oh...he seemed so light hearted and emotional. She gently hugged back him, "You're right..we have so many other modes to communicate.." watching him close to tears. Oh..no..not good. She tickled his sides..to improve his mood.

'SURE, you'd find it funny Miles.' Terry murmured gruffly, trying to look put-out, then giving up when his lips twitched with laughter. Eyeballing him throught narrowed eyes, Terry raised an eyebrow in warning, attempting to sound stern, 'Just so you know. You'd better not start making a habit of this. Otherwise, I might have to resort to measures to get you back in...line.' Smirking evilly, Terry let the sentence sink in.

'Of course you wouldn't forget my face Milseyman,' Terry told his best friend, looking smugger by each passing second.

EEEEEEEEEE. They were back to his love ...life baby err, pygmy puff! 'YEAH. I bought him only yesterday, only you know the weirdest thing? I still don't understand what on earth compelled me to buy it! I mean one moment I was passing by the great glass windows and caught sight of him simply staring at me with his ginormous eyes. The next blinking second, I was walking out the store with Mr. RAWR sitting on my head!'

Terry smiled fondly as the puff stared back at Miles imploringly, blinking as if in understanding. 'He says...'hi' back, mate.' Terry said jokingly then broke off as Mr. RAWR suddenly bounced right onro Miles' shoulder, squeaking as he squished his face into the boy's ear. ....oooops.

Miles continued to laugh at his angered friend, a sort of dorky laugh, but a hint of Slytherin cunning-ness in it. He raised his eyebrow at the Gryffindor, who had the confidence the threaten him. "Back in line eh? Was I ever in line?" He was a little bit of a push-over when he was younger, much younger, but now he wasn't. You needed a VERY powerful spell to push him over.

Milesyman? He remembered that name, and the shortened version; Milesy. "It's difficult. It just sticks in your mind like a bad smell sticks to your feet." He chuckled.

Miles raised an eyebrow at him. "Didn't it bother you that he's ... pink?" That would have been the first thing that Miles noticed if he saw a Pygmy Puff, that was the main reason why he hadn't bought one yet. Too girly, and he also felt sorry for Mr RAWR, as he was pink AND a boy. Nyawwww. He began to answer his own question. ".. I guess not, as you've bought him, and you were too weak as his cute powers took over you." He grinned.

Miles smiled, and watched as the fluff ball came closer to him. His smile faded and he looked a little concerned. What was he doing? He felt as Mr RAWR jumped on his shoulder. "Waz he doin'?" He asked a bit nervously as he started burrowing into his ear. "He better not being making a nest or somethng." Did pygmy puff's do that.

Set walked up to the snack cart. He saw John talking to a girl. He wondered where Cadence and all the rest were. Set then walkd up and said "Uhhh.... can I have a dozen caldron cakes, and a chocolate frog!" He took the food and paid and went to find Cadence.

Rian hummed happily to herself as she made her way to the snack cart. Her nose had led her hear...well, that and the gaggle of students surrounding the cart. Abruptly, she stopped humming. These other students were keeping her from the treat she desperately wanted.

She rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet while she waited her turn. The wait seemed unusally long for Rian, who was normally a patient girl. But, of course, she wasn't waiting for any normal treat.

Chocolate frogs! she thought excitedly when she finally got to the cart. She grinned cheerfully up at the snack lady and pulled out a few coins she would need. "Ten chocolate frogs, please" she asked, going back to rocking on her feet.

"There you are Rian!" Liz exclaims when she hears Rian a little ways behind her trying to get around the group of students.

"How was your summer?" Liz asks with a smile.

"Liz!" Rian said happily, hearing her cousin's voice. "I haven't seen you in such a long time!" she carefully put her purchases in her cloak pocket, then gave Liz a hug.

"My summer was really good," she said, popping a chocolate frog into her mouth. "How was yours?" she asked, then took out another sugary amphibian. "Oh, want one?" she offered, holding the frog out to Liz.
