Cela listened attentively, her mouth moving along with some of Seymour's words. King? "Wait, he's in America?" Cela's heart was in her mouth just then as she realised how difficult it would be to even visit. Kingdom? Celandine mulled over Seymour's words and decided he was being all deep and metaphorical. "I think so, I wish he was my brother; Will is wonderful! He was so nice to me when I first came here." Cela sighed a bit mournfully and offered a shaky smile, "But I'll always remember how wonderful and kind he was and I'll try my best to be just like him." She straightened in her seat and her eyes gleamed, "I'll make him proud."

Seymour nodded, scuffing his shoes against the floor. "Well... I... I know his father is in America. I think his university is in the United Kingdom, though. His kingdom is, so he's not... gone forever, at least." He listened carefully to Cela's poetic, touching words, and found it quite hard to not start to tear up. She respected Will nearly as much as he did! Sure, they always said that what brings people together most is a common enemy... but in this case, it was more of a common hero. He nodded. "Will accepted me right from the start, and even though I first met him after a hard battle he fought... he was always welcoming to me and everyone else. He'd defend the weak, protect the helpless... even took me in as his understudy and squire when I knew nobody else. I hope to someday even become half the knight he is... I don't want to let him down." He met her eyes and smiled, discovering only then that he was quite trembly-- he was really going to miss Will this term. It wouldn't be Hogwarts without him.

Even though Cela only really understood maybe every second word Seymour was saying- since she didn't really get the knight and squire thing- Celandine nodded emphatically and threw herself forward to wrap Seymour in a hug, "We won't let him down! We can make him proud; Billium Q. Jones was the best Prefect to ever walk the halls of Hogwarts, and you and I will make sure his name lives on!"

Okay so maybe Celandine was getting a tad carried away in the moment. She pulled away and gazed out the window with her chin jutting out bravely. Cela was done spilling tears. She turned and looked at Seymour, "Did I tell you my brother isn't coming back either?" Cela sighed.

A snowy owl flew in and out of the compartments and dumped a bag of candy in Celas lap. There was a note on it.

Finally, a suitably empty compartment! Kiri heaved open the door with some difficulty and sat down heavily in one of the seats, made almost shapeless by generations of students' backsides. With the compartment's door closed again, the rumbling of the train lost some of it's volume, and Kiri spent a few moments just looking out of the window at the landscape that was whizzing past. She was on her way back to Hogwarts!

Her bag was lying on the floor, and Kiri bent down to pick it up. Most of her luggage was safely stowed away in the back of the train, of course, but the bag she'd wanted to take with her. It contained a few books as well as something to drink and, most importantly, her pygmy puff's cage. She pulled it out carefully - her parents had convinced her to put the 'puff into the cage so that she wouldn't lose it in the confusion that was Platform 9 3/4, but now she wanted to let it out again.
Tiny and pale yellow, the pygmy puff blinked confusedly in the light, but when Kiri opened the door of the cage and put her hand inside it, it squeaked. Kiri smiled as the fluffy hair tickled her hand, and, after removing a book and stuffing the cage back into her bag, she shoved her bag under her seat with her foot. She slid down a little to be more comfortable and opened her book, the pygmy puff rolling around on her stomach.

As shana was walkng down the train to go and say hi to kevin.She sliped on somthing that was on the floor and fell.She Was hoping that nancy had noticed her slip so she wouldcome overand then they could sit together but nancy was no where to be seen.So she got all her belongings together and put them back in her bag.But the photo she had of her mom and her had slipped under the door of one of the compartments.Shana got up and carried on walkin on her way past she saw the cutiest yellow fluffy pygmy puff she had ever seen.Then by the girl that was sitting in the compartments foot was the picture of her mom and her!

She forgot that she was meant to be going to say hello to kevin and she slowly opened the compartment door.She smiled at the girl sitting inside.The girl looked very nice and she looked slighty older than Shana.In her quiet squeaky voice shana said Ermm Could I sit with you on the journey i havn't made many friends.

Kiri had barely started reading when the compartment door was slid open again. A little annoyed at the interruption (she'd barely finished two paragraphs), Kiri lowered her book and looked at the newcomer, who turned out to be a small girl with reddish hair and a lot of freckles, a bag in her hand. She was smiling, and Kiri put her book aside and straightened up. Her pygmy puff, suddenly dislodged from it's comfortable position on her stomach, squeaked in protest, but Kiri grabbed it before it could fall to the ground. The little creature was trembling indignantly, and Kiri stroked it with her thumb to calm it down.

"Umm sit with me? Sure", Kiri said with a nod, and pointed at the empty seats. "I'm Kiri." She stuffed her book into her bag as the girl sat down. "You don't have a problem with pygmy puffs, do you? I've met some people who don't like them."

Seymour nodded in what he hope she interpreted as a confident manner, beaming over her shoulder as she hugged him. "Agreed! Every student, new and old, to enter the bounderies of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry will know his name and legend!" They'd go over and above the expectations Will set -- fufill their respective duties, finish his unfinished work. This term was going to be EPIC.

His smile faltered slightly as she pulled away from the hug-- it could've continued for hours and he'd have been okay with it-- but quickly fixed his smile and tried to think of something else, looking down at his shoes. Today had certainly been surreal, if nothing else... surely none of this could actually be happening? He was undoubtably at home, still asleep, not even time to board the Hogwarts Express yet... and this was alllll a dream. Yeah. He looked up at Cela, shaking his head and trying to look sad for her. Wasn't her brother the bloke that kept threatening Will last term? No loss there. "I... I'm so sorry to hear that, Cela. I suppose if old doors close... new doors and new opportunities will appear?" Well, that was the best he could do for an optimistic remark, anyway.

Mackenzie wandered the train looking for a compartment. She found one that was pretty much empty and took a seat. The other people didn't even notice her come in. So she sat quietly and stared out the window.

Marina had been handed the heavy trunk by her father and given the uncalled-for advice by her mother that she shouldn't be shy and ask people if she didn't know something- as if that was so easy- and now she was dragging the trunk down the train, looking for a seat, if possible in an empty compartment or one whose occupants didn't look all to intimidating.

Kevin returned to his compartment to collect his pet kitten victor and to feed his owl bubbles and sighed he sat down and hoped that he would meet some more people soon

"Yeah,I'm glad about that,"Reese said.It hurt knowing she might have to leave her friend,if her mom made her move to Iceland."Not,really.I choose not to see my parents.It's a long story."

"Oh,you must be pretty smart if you are in Ravenclaw,"she said with a smile.

Hugo continued to flop in Issy's arms, smiling dreamily at Terry. "I do love you Terry. And I'm...." He paused to ponder. "No I'm rubbish. I've had the worst day EVER!" He moaned, sniffling self pityingly to himself.

Hugo let out a contented sigh as Issy wrapped her arms around him protectively, and immediately he knew that he had been saved. Not only had she stopped him from falling forwards and landing SMACK on the floor, but his friends had also allowed him to feel better, simply by being there. It reminded him of the time he'd broken his leg and was stuck in a cast for weeks, unable to run around after cute girls. He'd been thoroughly miserable, moaning about the weather and demanding cups of tea from his obliging mother every five minutes. It was only when Miles had paraded into his room with a box of chocolates and about five good films that a grin had stretched across his handsome features. Friends were there in EVERY bad situation.

"Oops, sorry Issy!" Hugo apologised, quickly straightening up and pulling her into an embrace that lifted her off the floor. "Boy I've missed you," He murmured, burying his face in her hair. And it was true; he'd missed her a LOT. "And yes, you've saved me more than you'll ever know. And you!" He nodded towards Terry with an affectionate wink.

Curtis Diggory was here for his Seventh Year at last, and it felt great to be back. His luggage was all packed away, Naya was safely in her cage; terrified, yet safe. Stepping into the middle compartments, Curt strained his eyes for anyone he might know. Familiar faces were of the essence but none of his close friends came into view.

He sighed slightly, and rubbed his eyes. He was completely exhausted, he actually didn’t sleep the night before. He and his brother Jared had stayed up all night playing games such as exploding snap and Wizards Chess all while enjoying a nice glass of firewhiskey here and there. The tired Seventh Year filed into an empty compartment and layed down across the empty seats, perhaps going to catch a few hours of sleep before they got to Hogwarts.

Anna blinked when she first caught site of Evolette's face. The Slytherin girl looked slightly annoyed at first, and Anna was a bit taken aback. She instinctively glanced at Cale, silently asking him for a bit of help as to what to do now. Maybe they really had been talking about something too important for her to interrupt. The two had become pretty good friends, after all. Anna started to politely excuse herself, but when Evolette's annoyance seemed to quickly drift away, Anna smiled and knew she was welcome to stay after all. "It's good to hear you summer went well," she said, replying to Evolette's answer. "I'm excited for a new school year to start, though. Of course I'm not all that happy about the schoolwork starting up all over again, but it's nice to be around my friends all the time, you know."

Anna laughed softly and nodded at Cale, agreeing with what he was saying about being bored. "Same with me. I'm too excited to see everyone again to stay cooped up in the prefect's compartment for too long," she said. She frowned when he mentioned not being the most popular prefects in the world. Sadly, it was true. They didn't seem to get along with the Slytherin prefects too well...and something told Anna it would take quite a while for Cale and Dominic to become best buds. Ahh, well. Maybe Anna could mend a few broken fences this term. "I may go back later on, though. I'm thinking about going to the snack cart, purchasing a stash of my favorites, and then heading back to the compartment to rest for a while," she continued. "Not now, though."

Cale was looking at her in an odd way. Sort of like he knew exactly what was going on in her mind. Evolette blinked innocently at him, wondering if he had possibly seen past her rouse. She had been doing a good job hadn't she? She thought she had been. Talking to Cale and Anna was making her feel better, not completely whole, but better. "Something wrong Cale?" she asked, chewing on the inside of her lip and unconsciously holding her breath.

Smiling at Anna, Evolette stepped forward and hugged the female prefect. "I'm sorry if it looked like I was about to pounce on you." she said, giggling slightly, "I thought you were someone else at first. There's quite a list of people that I'm avoiding lately." She hoped that Anna hadn't taken it personally, but she seemed perfectly fine now.

School work! Yes! Just the thing she needed to occupy her mind. "I'm actually looking forward to that." she admitted, smiling, "It will keep me busy." And hopefully holed up in the Slytheirn Common Room, far away from a certain Gryffindor.

Adrianna walked out of the back of the train with a sigh. Their compartment had gotten crowded, and then everyone had dispersed to do their own thing- leaving her to her own devices. She looked around for another place to sit, and hopefully more people to talk to.

Kevin sighed he wanted more friends but he was finding it difficult to approach people cause of his shyness so he sat and petted his kitten while looking at the students passing by his compartment

Adrianna passed one compartment and saw a boy with a kitten. "Aww!! Cute cat!" she said, taking a step in the compartment. "Oh, I'm sorry... do you mind if I come in?" she asked him, smiling sheepishly.

Claire walked down the corridor. She was looking in the compartment windows looking for someone to talk to but she didn't find anyone. Was this what Hogwarts was going to be like? She sure hoped not. She kept walking looking for somewhere to sit

Kevin smiled at the girl and said "Of course i don't mind take a seat"

Adrianna glanced out and saw another girl wandering. "Hey! Do you have anyone to sit with? I think there's room in here, as long as he doesn't mind," she said, smiling at the boy.

Adrianna smiled. "Thanks!" she said, stepping in. "Your cat really is adorable! I'm Adrianna by the way," she said to both of them.

Kevin smiled at Adrianna and said "Thanks Adrianna, i am Kevin it is a pleasure to meet you" Kevin smiled at the other girl and said "Of course i don't mind"

Mackenzie decided to get up. So she grabbed her owl Midnight and walked down the corridorr. She spotted Kevin with two other girls she hadn't met before. She walked over to the compartment and said, "Hi Kevin." She turned to the other girls. "I'm Mackenzie." she said introducing herself.

"Nice to meet you Kevin!" she said brightly. She took a seat and placed Ebony's cage on the ground. The owl fluffed up, and then resettled, glad to finally have a stable floor beneath him. Adrianna giggled and then looked up at the boy. "So, what's your cat's name?" she asked him.
