Chris walked into the Great Hall. Another term gone... but he was actually smiling. He had gone a whole term with out Melinda. But now that it was almost summer he would probably, well hopefully get to see her.

He walked over to the Gryffie table. "Hey Chris, Lizzie, Jesse, Cale." He said to them and sat down.

Lizzie gave Jesse a friendly smile as she said I'm sure you will survive, or you can always throw a huge party and invite everyone you know she grinned. As she saw Chris waving at her she smiled back and turned to Jesse. You wanna go sit with them? she asked politely, indicating to where Chris and Freya were sitting.

He grinned at her, "Huge party? My parents would kill me," he said, pulling a face, "But maybe when they're on some cow convention,"

He looked over to where Chris was sitting, "Sure, sounds good," he said, returning her smile.

Chris smiled brightly as Lizzie and Jesse got up to come over. He scooted over soem so they would have room on his right side and he could still talk to Freya on his left.

Lizzie grinned widely at Jesse, saying Yeah, just tell me and I'll send them a fake invitation to a cow meeting. With a little giggle she got up and started walking over to Chris while still talking to Jesse. So don't you have any plans at all for the summer?

Chris set out more clean goblets for Lizzie and jesse to have.

Lizzie sat down next to Chris with a smile and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Hey there she said happily. You've been busy lately. I saw your name on the list of best students btw, congrats! she grinned at him.

Chris smiled as she kissed him. Thanks for the Congrats. I really am going to miss you this summer, you know that?" he said smiling at her. He was going to miss her more than she knew. Because of all his studying this term he didn't get to spend much time with her and he felt bad about it.

Reese wandered over to Gryffindor table after visting the Slytherin table for a few seconds.She never stayed at the Slytherin table for long,the Gryffindor table was were she stayed at.It was because more of her friends were in Gryffindor than Slytherin.

Crossing her arms,Reese glanced around the table,looking for Cale and Anna.Her two bestest buddies in the whole entire universe.Geez,where were they?They were Prefects,they should already be down here patroling the area.She hmph'd a little bit and turned around so she could head back over to the Slytherin table,but a familiar head full of curly hair caught her attention.

"CALECALECALECALECALE,"She squeaked and ran over to him,pulling him into one of her big bear hugs. "There you are."

Anna Greingoth pushed open the doors to the Great Hall and immediately began looking around for Cale. She'd been all over the school at least twice trying to find him, but so far she'd not been able to. The only other place she figured he might be is in the Great Hall. Wrinkling up her face in a mix of frustration and confusion, Anna shrugged and headed on over to her house table.

"Hey there," she said, greeting both Chris's, Lizzie, and Jesse. "You guys ready for summer?" Anna certainly was. She'd been making plans for the summer ever since Christmas, and it was exciting to know that everything she'd been waiting so long for was only a few days away. "So, how was your school year?"

Just as she was about to scan the room for any sight of her boyfriend, Anna heard someone literally squealing Cale's name. Giggling softly, Anna turned around and noticed Her good friend, Reese, and lo and behond, Cale, nearby. "Hello, Reese," Anna greeted, smiling at her friend for a split second before turning to devote all her attention to Cale. It wasn't that Anna necessarily didn't want to speak to Reese, because she did. When Cale was around, though, it was a tad hard for Anna to focus on much else.

"Hey, Sweetheart," Anna said, spinning around on the bench she'd sat on. "Something told me I'd find you in here." She sighed and scooted closer to him. As exciting as the summer was going to be, Anna was still a little downhearted about this being Cale's last day at Hogwart's. "Happy Graduation. How's it feel to know this is the very last time you'll ever sit at this house table?"

Oh I know she smiled back, some sadness hidden in her voice. I will miss you even more. A little smile appeared on her face as she got an idea, and she started to tell him. Hey you know what, I got an idea. What if I come visit again this summer, just like last year? I could stay for a few days and we could just hang out. It would be great, then we won't have all the classes and homework and finals and stuff hanging over us like dark clouds. And I got to borrow one of Marcus's brooms over summer, well really he forced me to borrow it, but anyway so if I bring it we can practise flying together, because that's something I really need to work on... y'know, I haven't really made it more than a meter above the ground without serious danger. But what do you think about...? she put her hands across her mouth and smiled a guilty smile. Why don't you stop me when I start babbling like that? she giggled.

Chris looked up to see Anna talking to him "Hey there Anna! This Term was great, dont you agree! Im sure you like everyone elese is absolutley depressed that Cale is leaving. But on the brightside you go the highest points for Gryffindor! And I even made it to the third spot!" he said excitedly

Chris smiled the biggest grin he had smiled in weeks it felt like. "I would love that. I could have you flying by the next school term." he laughed. "You should definnately come over all the time." He hugged her tightly

Tobi wandered into the hall, totally exhausted from his 7th and final year. How weird is THAT?

Spotting some familiar faces, he took a seat at his house table one last time.

"Hey Anna, Cale, Chris, Er.. Everyone!" he greeted. "How weird was THIS term?" he asked.

And how weird is it that I'm never coming back? Steady Avalon, don't get nostalgic now.

Penelope sat down next to Freya. She didn't know anyone here.
'Hi Chris' she said brightly.
'Nice to meet you'.

Lizzie felt warm inside, seeing Chris react so happily to her idea. She hugged him back with a wide smile, saying That would be great! I just gotta go see my family for a few days and then I'll come stay with you. Her goblet was filled with pumpkin juice, and she now drank some before peeking at him over the edge of the goblet as she smiled and said So do you have any other plans for the summer? Another trip to China perhaps?

Chris smiled at Lizzie "Well tell the family i said hi." Chris thought for a moment. Well I dont know yet my dad did say something about Italy so maybe i can go there with him. Its in the middle of July." he said excitedly


Chris looked at Freya's Slytherin, Seventh year friend. "Hello Penelope. Are you sad about leaving Hogwarts?"

Paris skipped down to the Gryffindor Table. She couldn't believe this term was already over! So many of her friends were leaving, them being seventh years and all. She frowned, mainly because she was getting left behind, but also because goodbyes made her really sad. She noticed Tobi and took a seat silently beside him. She remembered how she'd first met him, and how they tried out for the Quidditch team together---and both made it. With a smile turning up on her face, Paris loaded her plate with food and filled her goblet with some juice.

Lizzie raised her eyebrows excitedly. Wow Italy's great! I'm been there once with my uncle Billy and Marcus's family. That was before I knew about wizards and everything though.. She giggled slightly, having a hard time imagining what life was like before Hogwarts. How had Marcus been able to keep it a secret for so long? Well she was doing the same thing to Louise now, wasn't she?

Must be fun to have a dad who takes you on so many travels she said thoughtfully, before abscentmindedly adding Sure I'll tell them hi, if you do the same to your family...

A little brunette sat down next to him. Tobi looked over his shoulder to get a better look. "Oi!!" he exclaimed, hugging his Quidditch Partner in crime. "Paris!! I was hoping I would get to see you!"

He'd miss Paris a lot. He had spent most of the games as her co-beater and a lot of the practices they had just naturally gravitated towards each other.

"How are you love? Excited for the holiday?" he asked.

Paris grinned, and hugged the Tobe-ster back. She felt a close attachment to him, most likely because of Quidditch. Not like a omigod i love this guy! attachment but more like a brotherly-sisterly way. She'd miss him. A lot.

"Goodness Gracious, I haven't seen you in a while! But anyway, I'm doing quite fantastic, what about you?" Her smile faltered for a second, but then it lit up her face once more, "Oh, I'm very excited for the Holidays! My family and I are traveling to America! It'll be great. But, I'm also very sad. Because when we come back....you won't be here," she told him with a small pout. "What about you? Are you excited to be leaving?" She asked him.

As she awaited his answer, she took a drink of her juice and chewed on a cupcake thoughtfully.

Making her way into the great hall Alexis slowly glanced around at all the faces. Most people were laughing and talking and just having fun. It was just how she wanted to remember Hogwarts. Lexi took a seat at the Gryffindor table next to a couple of people that she would have liked to think she knew well?

"Paris! Tobey! Mr and Mrs Newell!" She called out with a grin. Ahh she had been dreading this day for months but yet the feeling of actually leaving had not hit her yet. And she was quite happy for that. Because when it did....well she didn't even want to think about that. "How are you guys?!" The blonde asked unable to think of anything else to say. Speechless? Bah that never happened to her. But she was too excited. It was the end of term feast.

As Paris continued to munch on her cupcake, her hand reached out and grasped a muffin for once the cupcake was finished, she would need something else to fill her belly with.

Upon hearing the voice of her fellow Quidditch Member, and her friend, Alexis, Paris grinned.

"Hey Alexis. I'm doing fantabulous, just hanging out with Tobester! What about you, dear? Are you sad to be leaving?"

Paris was getting quite sad, she was surrounded by people she deeply cared for, and they were all leaving her. Tobi, and Alexis. It would be such a shame to see them go!

Rose had rather stumbled into the hall, tripping over her feet at the door. Wearing a rather annoyed expression, she walked towards the Gryffindor table noticing it was an utter Hug Fest. Awkwardly avoiding the group, she sat down smiling lightly, "Anna" She murmured in greeting before smiling politely at them all. Tossing her hair over her shoulders she looked around the hall, hardly able to wait for the feast to be over.

Hayden walked to the table and sat down. Okay so she was going to come back next term that was set in stone. Whether or not she'd surrvive, was a completely different story. reaching for something to drink, Hayden grabbed a cup of tea and sipped it looking for someone to talk to.

Hehe Tobey and Paris. They were cool. Even if they liked to crash into each other during practice ooor attack each other.

Alexis's eyes lit up as she looked at what was in Paris's hand . Was that what she though it was? CUPCAKE!! She liked cupcakes. Not as much as candy though. But it was like....mild candy. When you couldn't have candy you ate cupcakes. Or at least thats how she saw it.

Scanning the table her eyes locked on the cupcakes. YAY. Reaching over she picked a cupcake covered in red and gold icing, it obviously screamed Gryffie spirit. Taking a bite she shrugged. "Great and nope noooot really. Not now. It hasn't like sunked in yet. My brain is still going lalallala you flunked NEWTS lalalala chocolate frog. Lalalala TK's gone missing." Lex answered as she swallowed.

"How was final exams? Are yoou happy to be heading back home?" Home. Gah. Hogwarts really seemed like home. They spend 10 months here how could it nooot?
