Through half of the trip, Willie made sure to ignore the girl who defended him and the other who accused him of making her uncomfortable. He kept his green eyes on the scene outside, watching people as they say their goodbyes to their families and relatives. He wished his Mum kissed him goodbye before he ran into the train. He bet Garret took a kiss from his Mum.


Sighing, he leaned his head against the window and looked at both the girls. "How long ith thith trip, eh?"

Jenn laughed when she noticed Liz had fallen asleep. Then though, something painful seemed to tug on her heart when she notcied Liz had fallen asleep on her boyfriends shoulder. Why am I feeling like this, like I lost part of my heart? Jenn wondered saddly. Jenn looked out the window and sighed. A tear rolled down her cheek.

Jenn looked away from the window and whiped the tears away and grinned at a boy she had never met. "Hi. I'm Jenn. My full name though is Jennumara Abigale Blood, but call me Jenn, everyone does."she said, grinning. Except for one. a little thought said in her head. Jenn sighed and looked back to the window.

Their compartment had fallen quickly into silence. Leah felt a bit guilty about it all really. Her outburst had caused this. Maybe the others liked the hectic environment...even if she didn't. She should have bit her tongue, or left if she hated it so much. Too late for that. She sighed and began to play with the ends of her reddish hair. That was before Willie piped up again. Leah jumped slightly at the break in silence then turned to look over at him.

"I dunno. I hope it isn't too long though." She responded casually, and shrugged her shoulders once. Again, the Malfoy comment struck her. She looked at Willie curiously. "Is a Malfoy some kind of monster or something? Or is it just some rich family?" She asked him. The girl had said Malfoy like it was some kind of threat. Though she wasn't worried Leah wanted to understand the threats that were being delivered to her.

Isabella wiped the tears from her eyes and decided that dwelling on things would only make them worse. She slipped out of her compartment and made her way down to hall to see if she recognized anyone. She stopped when she looked in one and saw Jennamura. She smiled slightly and opened the door to the compartment slightly. "Hi Jenn. How have you been?" She asked quietly as she gave a small smile to the girl that she saw looked as though her heart was breaking as well.

Lasca glanced up as another boy entered the compartment. Tundra leapt up into her lap and took a seat staring at the newcomer. She nodded her head as Mariel introduced them. "Hello Nathaniel. It is good meeting you. My holiday was decent. Spent the last couple of weeks in a muggle hotel." She grimaced at the memory. If she never spent another moment in a muggle hotel it would be too soon.

She smiled again at Nate's mention of a cat. Tundra was still sitting in her lap watching everyone. She had a feeling that once the door shut again he would be bounding around the compartment. The tiny kitten had some energy, and to prove her point as soo as the door slide shut her went to playing again.

Lasca listened to the conversation with interest. She was learning more and more about what to expect when they arrived at the school. Suddenly, the train gave a slight jerk, it unseated Tundra and made him fall to the floor. He gave an unappreciative meow and then leapt indignantly into her lap. Giggling she couldn't help but be happy. Finally.

Jenn looked away from the window and smiled slightly at Isabella. Jenn notced Isa looked like she had been crying. "I've been doing good. How about you? Are you....um....ok?"she asked, wondering what could of happend to make the girl upset. Jenn fell out slightly when all of a sudden the train lurched forward. Yes! Where going now! she thought excitedly.

Willie couldn't help himself but grin wickedly once he noticed that she jumped slightly. He made the girl scared, which made him happy. He didn't know why scaring people made him grin wickedly, but the neighbors always told him he was the spawn of the devil.

"Th'yer firtht yea'?" Willie asked, tilting his head. The girl didn't look older than thirteen, and she was taller than him! She couldn't be eleven like he was, it would be humiliating. If she was, he would put out the task to drink milk every single day. Gah. Milk, oh how he hated it. "Erm... I dunno abou' them Malfoy'th, but me brotha Garret 'e told me them Malfoy'th 're a rich lot, they 're." The small boy told her, nodding his head.

Isabella tried to keep the tears at bay but failed when one slipped. She shook her head and wiped it away. "Um, no actually I'm not." She bit her lip and looked down and then back up. "He's gone Jenn. He left. One minute everything was wonderful and now I'll never see him again." She pulled a tissue out of her robes and wiped her eyes. "He sent me an owl a week ago. He didn't explain much of anything but said that he was sorry and I needed to find someone else." She explained. "He's not returning to school this year either. I don't know what happened." She practically whispered as she finished and the tears flowed once again.

After she jumped and looked over at Willie he was grinning evilly at her. Some part of her mind was telling her that she should be wary of this boy, that when he gave her that look she should run the opposite direction. He was clearly enjoying her nerves...and that wasn't exactly normal. No, it's normal. Watching jumpy people is funny! She told herself, unwilling to think badly of Willie. He was just another person right? Everyone needed a chance, even if they were a bit strange.

"Yeah. It's my first year." She confessed, sounding as if it were some great sin. She still wished that Seth had been the wizard instead. She didn't want to be at Hogwarts. She wanted to be home with her mom. That was when he explained his knowledge on the Malfoy's. Well at least she wasn't missing some big bit of information on that family. Ruby had spoken as if she should just know everything about the Malfoy's...but if even Willie didn't--well she couldn't be too stupid right?

"I hate that attitude. Really. Does Ruby just expect me to worship her because her family has money or something?" She inquired irritably. Everything about the brunette rubbed her the wrong way, and Leah was having a good time pretending that the girl wasn't still standing in the doorway. Invisible. Ruby isn't there. It'll just make your life easier if she vanishes! Leah told herself.

Walking up to a compartment Sakura heard someone talking about Ruby. "Excuse me? Are you talking about Ruby Sawyer?" Sakura got the feeling that this was Leah, the girl who was very soon going to be experiencing hell.

Jenn walked over and put her arm around Isa's shoulder's. "Here come sit down with me."she said softly. Jenn listened closely, her eyes widdening in surprise. What had happened? Biff and Isa seemed to be doing so well! How could he do this to her? "Isa? You have no idea why? You and him seemed to be doing so well though!"she said, slightly upset by him. She leaned over and huged Isa tightly. "Hey it's o.k. You'll meet someone even better!"she said, trying to grin happily at the girl. "Hopefully you'll be luckier than me though. I haven't met a guy yet that's interested in me."she said, smiling.

"Alright, I'll see you sometime at school Chris" Amanda said, shrugging her shoulders slightly and turning her attention back to Belkin. She hadn't paid much attention to her owl since the start of the summer but now she was going to make that time up. She had a feeling that this term was going to be odd, she wasn't sure why but Nicholai had left and so did Astrid, and she heard something about Anna leaving at the end of this term which was going to be weird, but she remembered one thing that Nico had told her at the end of term feast last term. She had to keep her promise that she would make the top 5 point earners for Slytherin, it wasn't going to be easy, but she wasn't going to lie to a friend that didn't attend Hogwarts anymore.

Kevin smiled and said "Oh boy i am looking forward to getting my first glimpse of Hogwarts"

"Ah how did you know?" Chris asked Jenn. Then sitting down across from her as he leaned his guitar next to the window.

Isabella sat with Jenn and slowly the tears began to subside. "I don't know what happened Jenn. One day we were shopping in Diagon Alley for school supplies and for our vacation with our families to Ireland. That night after I arrived home there was an owl waiting in my room. I thought it was just Biff saying goodnight or something. But then I opened it. He didn't say much. Just that he was so sorry. He said I needed to find someone else, that he would not be returning to Hogwarts. He said he was leaving." She whispered the last part and wiped the tears away again. "We were so happy. I don't understand what happened." She said to Jenn and partially to herself. She couldn't grasp how everything had changed.

Another figure just burst into her compartment. What is it with these people?! Must they all just barge in like that?! Has no one the sense to KNOCK? Leah thought irritably, and looked over at the girl that was obviously Ruby's friend. That was the only excuse to have barged in at the sound of the name. Rather than answer, however, Leah glared over at the girl, tempted to simply ignore her presence and go back to talking to Willie and Damian. But how could she not comment?

"She's a SAWYER?" Leah demanded, ready to pull her own hair out. No way. That girl couldn't be related to her. No way. Not happening. She must have heard wrong! That girl wasn't from the same gene pool, and Leah refused to accept it. "And have you EVER tried knocking on a door before? I know the idea is a bit outdated, but it does wonders." She told the girl. You really should have just stayed home. She told herself, wanting desperately to run and hide at that moment.

Willie frowned, upset that the girl was a first year. She was tall, she was Willie thought darkly, his eyes looking up and down the girl as if he were plotting to do something evil against her. Although, that look quickly dissolved and was replaced with a big smile and a sweet yet mischievous twinkle in his eyes.


"Yea, I'm a firtht yea' too." Willie confessed as well, still smilig at her. "Me brotha'th olde' tho 'e tellth me all about 'Ogwartth. He thayth it'th all good fun, it ith. Thept fer the thchool work. I ain't keen on that, ye know," he smirked scratching the back of his neck out of habit.

He stared at her, not knowing what to do or say after she told him about that attitude rich people had. He had met a lot of rich people, and he did agree with her that most of them were snobby and expected something from the lower classes like him. "Jutht ignore 'er, she ain't worth yer time." He smiled weakly.

This train is completely full...she thought as she walked through the corridor. She smiled to every person who pass... everybody seems so nice. I'm going to Hogwarts She haven't sleep almost nothing thinking about Hogwarts and the train, everything... she is soooo excited...

Jenn laughed. "I'm good at guessing. And I had a feeling."she said, giggling. She then grabed her little kitten from where she was sleeping, and set her on her lap.

Jenn sighed slightly. "Maybe he just couldn't handle it. I mean, he really didn't strike me as the type of guy that got into serious realationships."she commented. "I don't think it was your fault. He just couldn't handle it, or something important came up and he was afraid you might get hurt or someting. Let's hope it's that."she said, smiling warmly down at Isa. "Hey come on, cheer up! It's not getting any better mopeing around."she said, hugging Isa again.

Sakura glared at the girl, "Yes she is a Sawyer, and no she isn't related to you don't worry, unlike you she is a Pureblood and knows how to behave politely around people." Looking at the other people in the compartment she said, "Sorry I did knock I guess it just wasn't loud enough, anyway I'm Sakura Takenouchi, Ruby's cousin and the Japanese part of the Malfoy family." She gave them a small smile at that. Turning back to Leah she said, "The Malfoy family are Purebloods, we have money and only associate with the best, also we control many parts of the wizarding world, many members of our family work for the various MoMs around the world."

Jake shoved his hands into the pockets of his red jeans as he strolled down the train, trying to find his earlier compartment. Lolcat was once again riding on his shoulder, mewing loudly (and probably in warning) at people who passed by.

Why couldn't he enter a compartment without starting a bloody argument all the time? It couldn't be that hard, and he was just acting the way he always did, never had much trouble there. Well, aside from the street he hadn't seen many people.

Looking to the side, Jake recognised the compartment from earlier. Oh yes, it was that girl who though she was the boss of everyone and Ruby who'd only tried to speak to Jake, and been snapped at because she'd made an honest mistake, and Willie Crocker along with some more people. Sakura was here now, too.

Jake racked his brains, trying to work out what he'd done wrong earlier. Jack had picked on Willie, so Jake went to check he wasn't going to snitch and that he was okay (he'd seemed freaked out). Jack had turned up again and made more snide and bullying comments, and Jake went on to try and get him to stop. Then that girl had a go at him, at all of them, and defendied Willie herself. Can you say Hypocrite?!

Jake shook his head and carried on; he knew his compartment was only one compartment down now, and on the opposite side. Sure enough, there was Cameron, Allie and Reese, so Jake began to enter.

"You must be." Chris told Jenn and laughed.

But then heard Isabella say her and Biff broke up. Chris looked out the window sighed. He knew exactly how she was feeling.

After Leah asked what a Malfoy is Damian began to laugh "That was good. Ok one Malfoy was a monster and yes they are rich. Here in England they are one of the most powerfull purebloods but they weren't good all the time. There was one, Lucius Malfoy, he was evil and a deatheater. A subordinate of Lord Voldemort, an evil Wizad who hatet all muggleborns and muggles. He wanted to get Domination of the Magic world. He was really a crazy Monster." explained Damian.


"There are aways people who think that they are better than others but there are Exemptions. Look at my Family, rich and pureblood but I don't care the Heritage or if they ar rich or not. My family thinks that intelligence and personnality is more important. But be prepared that there are student who looked on heritage and hates you or me. They put all in one Drawer - muggleblood, half and half and pureblood." explains Damian, "So now a more better theme. Did you looked in your books yet? How was your holiday, Leah?" asked he.

"None of my family went to Hogwarts. I just moved here from the United States. My mum went to Salem, and my dad doesn't talk about school much. I think he went to Hogwarts...but I'm not really sure." She babbled. She was a bit jealous that Willie had family to tell him what to expect. He hadn't been raised in a box the way she had.

"I wish I had an older brother to tell me what to expect. All I have is a little brother...and we don't think he'll get a letter at all." She confessed. She really did envy Seth that. She'd give anything to not be in that compartment. Home was a much more welcoming place. "Well perhaps that's Hogwarts in a nutshell. Fun, and full of people who can't keep their abnormally large noses OUT of other peoples business!" She added, once more glaring at Sakura, only to have Damian speak. She glanced over at her friend, and snorted.

"There's a legacy to be proud of." She told Sakura snidely. "You can leave the way you came in you know. The door hasn't moved." She informed Sakura shortly. Leave, leave, leave. Just get the heck out of my face! Leah urged her mentally. What had she really done to deserve this anyway? Ruby was the one that had burst in like she owned the place!

"Thanks!" Kiki said, relieved to have found someone to talk to, even if they were far younger than her. "My name's Kiki! Yours?" She asked, excited not to still be in the hall injuring people. Besides, the girl looked nice enough.
