Just as Evangeline was letting her now second spoon of coconut ice cream melt in her mouth, the Headmaster (she was definitely not used to that) announced that the feast was over and that they should go sleep and get ready for the next day. EEEEP! Setting her spoon back down on the table, trying not to be depressed about the wasted ice cream, Evangeline stood up. "Come, Clifford. We have to take them down to the dungeon." She smiled excitedly down at him, adjusting her badge so that it was pretty visible. Turning back to Theo, she winked at him. "See you in the common room."
Prefect Green time now!
Clearing her throat, she looked around the table. "First years?" She called out for them, eyeing the small students. Goodness, they were even smaller! "Please follow me and Prefect Carden. We'll show you the way to the Slytherin Common Room." Weeeeeeeeee! | |

The feast was ... over? Already? Wow, time did fly by fast when you were having fun and filling your tum full of yummyness. They hadn't even finished their ice cream yet!
Pouting a little, Clifford listened as Evangeline called out tot he first years, stating that they were gonna be showing them the way to the common room. Oh goodness, was it time to really be a Prefect now? What if he messed up!?
Trying not to panic too much, Clifford cleared his own dry throat and got to his feet. "Uhm - right.. the erm - the Slytherin Common Room and our dorms are located down under the lake in the dungeons. You're lucky we don't hafta walk up all the way up to the towers like the Gryffindors and Ravenclaws." That would hurt after the amount he'd just eaten. "So ... shall we?" He finished, eyeing Evangeline nervously.

Theo smiled at Evangeline and waved. He scooped one final lump of mashed potato into his mouth. "Bye bye Miss Evangeline and Mr Clifford. I will see you soon," he grinned, swallowing the mash. He stood up and picked Eddie up off his goblet. He wanted to get out of the way before all the first years crowded the corridors.

Sakura was gone in a flash,And after the conversation the had just had she was thinking about her brother but she stoppd just in time to hear the prefects call out she had met Clifford but not Evangeline.She got up and followed them.

After giving a little wave in Theo's direction, Evangeline turned to the first years that had gathered around and nodded at Clifford's words. He was right, they were lucky they didnt have to walk up the stairs to the towers. Seven set of stairs was not an easy thing. "Oh, not to mention the moving staircases, of course. You can easily get lost because of them, but if you need any directions ask me or Prefect Carden and we'll help you. Or any other student." She informed them with a firm nod, a small smile flickering in her lips at her last words. Aaah, she had gotten lost ALOT during her first year.
"But enough talk. I know you're all tired and eager to know the Common Room." Turning to Clifford, she winked encourangingly in his direction. Pffft. They were such awesome Prefects. He had no reason to be nervous. "So let's go. Please don't stay behind." The last thing she needed was to lose first years. EEEP! With one last look around to see if everything was alright and if the most part of the other students were gone, Evangeline began to walk towards the great oak doors. | |

She didn't want to black-out. She wanted to stay where she was and not spend her first night back here at Hogwarts in the Hospital Wing. Maybe that terrible Intern Healer was still there. Eep!
With the picture of her having to spend even a few minutes with that Trelawney-woman Nancy's eyes flew open all of a sudden. No! She was not about to start the term like this. Slowly turning her head towards Freya whose shoulder she'd apparently grabbed before Nancy's face was even paler than it usually was. It was pale white with a slight hint of green in it. Whoa, she felt like she was going to throw up right now.
That was the moment Nancy heard Clifford and Evangeline who were gathering the firsties around them so they could all head off towards the Common Room together. Oh, thank Merlin! Nancy dashed out of the Great Hall and down the stairs until she'd reached the Slytherin Common Room. She didn't want to throw up right there in the Great Hall. | |

Jake stood stock still as Nancy finally let go of him after the twirling and spinning. For not the first time that evening, he was glad he hadn't eaten much for even now he thought he might throw up. But no... Jake refused.
As Nancy got that ill look on her face and Jake realised it was time to scarper. The Slytherins were going to their house common room, maybe so were the Hufflepuffs.
Turning to Trey, Jake muttered. "I think the point about the pink might go far in this revenge... tell me what you and Paris plan to do." Looking back to Nancy, Jake quickly excused himself. "Erm... I think I should go now... don't want to lose the others..." and then Jake darted back to the Hufflepuff table.

"I'm definately committed, I'll do whatever it takes just to have the chance to play for Slytherin and help steal the cup from those ruddy Ravenclaws. This isn't something I take lightly either, I will be staying out of trouble this term even if I don't make the team." She said seriously, showing this guy that she truly was committed to the team.
