With an exaggerated sigh, and an eyeroll, Evolette slanted her gaze at Lima once more. "No. Didn't you hear?" She asked, waving her hand, "I'm just peachy." She dropped the fork that she was holding right beside her plate and stared at it.

"Does it look like there's something wrong? Because if it does, then there must be hmm?"

Oh well, she couldn't take it back now.

They annoy me beyond belief and most of them are very immature. Two: I don't like blondes. Don't ask why, because you won't get a reason. Three: The first time I met you, you were in some dim lit corridor, flirting with my boyfriend."

She dropped her hand back onto the table, and raised an eyebrow, "Now, does that answer your question?"

She rolled her eyes. "Whoever said that everyone was my best friend?" That was just ridiculous. "Well, you, Willow and Maddox all hate me now. So apparently that's not the case"

"And your first two reasons are shallow and your third is totally untrue." Did Evee really think that Lima had flirted with him then? It was true that she had flirted with him a bit at the end of last Term, but she had felt guilty about it after.

"Right." she agreed, nodding her head, "Maybe I was just imagining that afterall." the sarcastic tone in her voice with thick, "I know what flirting looks like, you were flirting with him." Evolette held up both of her hands, "But hey, why should it matter to me anymore? Terry's not my boyfriend. Flirt with him as much as you like."

Pushing the plate away she stepped up, away from the table. "Actually, no. Keep away from him. My boyfriend or not. He doesn't like blondes."

With that, she walked out of the Great Hall, feeling quite a bit better.

When she heard Lima's voice and another Slytherin girl...speaking...Whitney had to look up. Sounded like that girl,whom she'd seen before,had a problem with her. Her first thought was to try and help solve the problem but knew all to well that when a Slytherin was upset,choosing a huffie's side was not smart. 'Plus,it looks like she's got it under control.' Just as she was about to go back to concentrating on her cup she saw Amanda talking to someone else out of the corner of her eye. 'Should I talk to her?' It'd been a while since they last spoke,technically since that little talk she and Zeke had had. "Erm....hey?" she said looking everywhere but Amanda's eyes.

"Oh hey.. listen, maybe we should just put aside this whole awkwardness. I'm sorta giving up on Zeke anyways." Amanda said honestly, starting in on the mashed potatoes that were on her plate. She just wanted their friendship to return to normal before things had gotten any worse.

As soon as the other girl left, Whitney turned around to see an upset Lima. That was never good. Without saying a word she just hugged her. Her hugs were magical they always helped. "Who did what this time?" It was odd,but Whitney was always around when Lima was upset.

They had done that already,hadn't they? But there was still tension. Everything was still awkward. Would it even work this time? She was slightly startled when Whit appeared out of nowhere. But she was also grateful. Giving a slight smile she returned the hug and said, don't you hate it when people totally get you wrong and you can't talk sense into them?"

"So I've got a new friend, her name's Cambri but she likes to be called Cam, she's trying out for Beater on the Quidditch team like I am, so I'm going to be training her before tryouts so we can both rock the tryouts." She added, taking another sip from her goblet, washing the potatoes from her throat.

She raised her brow when Whit yelled out that she knew... But she ignored that for the moment. "You're right. I tried talking to Evee... Seems she hates me partly for flirting with Terry when I first met her. Which isn't even true. I flirted with him at the end of last Term." She sighed then added, "first Mads and now her. Maybe I'm as bad as they think I am..." Lima only wanted to be friendly but was she really being more than that?

"Well, that would be good. If I don't make the team, I'll try again next term." Amanda said honestly, turning her attention away from Quidditch. "So have you had any bad experiences with the ghosts around the school yet?" She asked curiously, putting some chicken onto her plate, cutting it up and eating it slowly.

Like some kind of sixth sense, Cam could feel a pare of eyes on her. She turned slightly to see two girls staring at her. One of the girls looked similar enough that they could have been related. Freaky, She thought, and wrinkled her nose. Cam pulled her hair out of it's messy bun, and combed the locks down, creating a veil between her and the girl. Maybe that would save her from their stares.

"Well yay! I've been wanting an excuse to get back on my broom!" She grinned and laughed. She was pretty excited to get outside with Amanda in the morning. It would be fun. And she was psyched for tryouts. Sure, it would be fun to be Beater, but Cam would settle for Keeper, or even Chaser again. She just wanted on the team.

Cam looked down at her potatoes, then began to eat them when a girl came over and started talking to Amanda about some boy named Zeke. Whoever that was. She shrugged her shoulders, and worked on filling her empty stomach.

"Ohhh very brave you are." Cam commented, doing her best to sound awed, when Kyle walked over and sat down next to her. "I mean, walking into enemy territory like this? Just sitting down at the Slytherin table like it's nothing." She moved a hand to her chest and let her jaw drop. "I mean. I've totally seen Gryffindor's stoned for less." She announced jokingly, then grinned at Kyle. Avoiding? What?

"Oh. Mhmm," she motioned to the red-head next to herself, "this is my decoy, Amanda. Manda, this is Kyle Montgomery." She cleared her throat loudly, then spoke again in a whisper. "That boy I...ya know...TOLD you about." She joked, then looked back at Kyle and rolled her eyes at him. "Why would I avoid you?" She inquired, and ate another bite of her potatoes.

Sakura was still slightly wobbly when she walked into the Great Hall, however she had regained some of her grace, and hoped that if she ate a bit more she would be okay. She quietly walked over to a group of older students and said in a quiet voice, "Hi, can I sit here please?" She really didn't want to be alone at the moment but she didn't see Ruby around, and even if she had of she likely would have avoided her.

"I'm going to warn you that you're going to have to duck when I hit the bludger unless you want to get hit" Amanda said with a smirk, it was going to be cool, she was going to show Cam what it was like to be an awesome beater when you're about half the height of a normal beater.

She nodded to the guy who just joined them, not really needing to introduce herself as Cam already did that for her. She took a bite of the chicken on her plate, grabbing her goblet of pumpkin juice and taking a sip to wash it down.

"Sure it's the danger you like? Maybe you have a death wish or something." She bantered once she'd swallowed her mouthful of potatoes. "Excuse me. It's Miss ThAng," she said and snapped her fingers as 'thang' left her lips, "thank you." She chirped, her voice getting higher on the word you. "I didn't really mention you to her. We were busy talking about Quidditch tryouts and how our house is going to obliderate Gryffindor and Ravenclaw this year." She announced matter-of-factly. They had only really been talking about Ravenclaw...but Cam had to throw in Gryffindor for the sake of argument. She had to give something to get Kyle personally involved in the conversation...otherwise he'd just agree that Ravenclaw sucked or something. Boring.

"No I'm not avoiding you." She laughed and shook her head, then looked around as a first year approached them. Cam grinned hugely at the girl. "Hey Sakura! Course. Pull up a bench. This is Kyle Montgomery, and Amanda Lesalle." She introduced her. "You guys, this is Sakura." She added formally. Her gaze shifted back to Amanda as she grinned. Tomorrow she'd probably wind up getting herself a few good bruises. Her mother had always been appalled at how eager Cam was to get herself roughed up. It wasn't anything after what she went through on a full moon.

"You think I'm going to be some kind of cream puff don't you? Oh this is going to be fun! I can't wait to have at those bludgers." She giggled at the thought of her and Amanda up in the air, trying to knock one another off their brooms.

Sakura smiled at Cam before pulling up a bench and sitting down, hesitantly she said hi to the other people around the table and slowly picked out some food and with only a slightly shaky hand poured herself a drink. Then she remembered that Cam had said something about an Amanda leading her to the hospital wing, turning to the appropriate girl she said, "Thank-you for helping get me to the hospital wing." She then ducked her head down and took a small bite of chicken after cutting it with her knife.

"Actually I do, you've got to prove to me that you're capable of knocking a wicked Beater off her broom. I should mention that I've got an awesome broom with my brand new bat." Amanda said with a smirk, she couldn't wait to try and knock Cam off her broom, it would be a piece of cake obviously.

"You're welcome. Cam didn't know where to go, so I figured that I might as well lead her to the Hospital Wing while she levitated you there. You alright now?" She asked Sakura, remembering the condition that she was in when she last saw her in the Hospital Wing.

Kyle laughed. Cam was something else entirely. She clearly did not have her bloody head on straight. "Gryfindor is goig to obliterate every team here. Sorry to tell yall" he said nodding to AManda and Cam. Shrugging he said matter-of-factly. "But its true." He laughed adn waved at the person that had showed up. He felt sort of out of place. Probably because he was the one person over here wearing red robes. He didnt care but maybe they did. He wouldnt let that bother him though.

"Yea I guess so, or I will be within a few hours, I always am." She said with a small shrug. "So you play a beater on the quidditch team? That's cool, I myself like the position of chaser better." She took some more bites of her food before reaching for her goblet, she was thankful that the trembling in her hand had nearly stopped as otherwise she would have gotten Pumpkin Juice everywhere, so not the best first impression, although technically it would be a second one.
