"Well, I said somethings to her that I regret saying. It was out of jealousy and anger, and I wish I could take it all back, but unfortunately for me life doesn't work like that." Amanda said, biting her lip softly. She played that scene back over and over in her mind, it just seemed so right saying that to Whitney but it was wrong.

"Been there, done that" Kayla muttered and on more than one occasion. "All I can suggest Amanda, is that if you value your friendship with her then you will go and find her and apologise to her and beg her for forgiveness." Yep and she's had to do that many times as well. "If she's any kind of friend she will forgive you."

"Well I will do that, before its too late. I have to stop letting my jealousy take over, it turns me into a nasty person who says things that I later regret anyways." Amanda said honestly, looking back up at Kayla. "Anyways, enough about me, how's things with you?"

"Might be a good idea" Kayla replied and then chuckled, "I so know where you are coming from there."

She was about to answer that things were good and she had even opened her mouth to form those words but stopped because things weren't good. "You know what I am actually having a crappy day" Kayla stamped her foot in frustration. "I have tried so hard to be like a sister to Celandine, but she does all she can to make my life a misery" she blurted. Actually she hadn't meant to say all that but it just came tumbling out of its own accord.

"Well then, that's definately a predicament there. Tell me, what has she done to make your life a misery?" Amanda asked with her left eyebrow raised, that was for sure interesting. Nothing that she had dealt with before, however there is a first time for everything.

"Ugh...where do I start? She knows that Nico, has asked me to look out for her now that he is not here. And so because of that, she is giving me attitude all the time. I really care about her you know and what happens to her but she just doesn't seem to get that" Kayla placed her head against the wall and groaned softly. "She doesn't even want to confide in me because she thinks I'll go running off to Nico. I don't like being stuck in the middle of them, I want to be there for the both of them but I feel as though it's a constant battle" she sighed deeply and blinked a couple of times...oh crap she actually had tears in her eyes.

Miranda was fully aware that this castle was insanely big, but still, walking up the stairs to the sixth (!) floor was surprising. And she didn't even want to think about the towers. But ofcourse, Miranda did think about them and groaned. Though it sounded more like like a squeal as she leaned over the railing to catch her breath.
She'd been 'running' around the castle corridors in search for her subjects. Not having found anyone after the second floor, no prefects or teachers were to be seen.
But as she was heaving in some much needed air into her lungs, she caught the shape of a blonde girl standing way over there.

Instanlty, she straightened up, all traces of fatigue gone, and made her way towards the girl. The prefect seemed to be in the middle of a conversation with another girl. Perfect, a distraction.

With a action-super-spy-soundtrack running in her mind, Miranda started to sneak towards the duo. She huddled behind a large plant and made a hole with her hands to look through the leaves.
Miranda had never been to a safari, but she imagined it was something like this. Exept for the girls not being animals. And they were in a school. Yeah.

The camera came out from under her robes and was put ontop of the plant, making the leaves and delicate branches sag and geting squashed by the wheight. Oops. No time for that now! Theres a mission to be done!
The girls were some feet away, Miranda would have to get closer. But here goes!
*FlasHaZaaaM!*

Quickly, even though she was half blind, Miranda ran over to a nook in the opposite side of the wall, hitting her forehead on the way. She paused and hid, hoping the camera wasn't poking out.

"Well, it seems to me that she has a problem with trusting you, you've got to be able to show her that you're not going to be running off to tell Nico what happens with her all the time. She's just going to keep doing this to you unless you prove to her that she can trust you." Amanda said, throwing in her opinion about the situation. "However, that's only my opinion, so you don't have to listen to me."

It was barly a second after Lucas agreed to continue to be Reeses friend that she was in his arm, her arms wrapped around his body hugging him tightly. Lucas stood there for only a second not wanting to hug her back, but obviously he truely did want to hug her back, but at the same time was so scared. He knew how he truely felt about her but didnt want to be having those feelings.

Feeling her arms wrap around his body, Lucas gave in and also wrapped his arms around Reese, squeezing her tightly. "I missed you too Reese, Like you wouldnt believe!" Lucas said quietly, but in his mind he was wondering if him and Reese could truely put everything behind them and become friends again. He knew deep down that it would never be the same, never be the way it use to be when Lucas was with Mikaila.

When she felt Lucas' arms wrap around her,she smiled. "If you missed me,why didn't you write or something?I really wanted to hear from you,"she said. she finally let go of him and back away a few steps,so she wasn't crowding him. "I have so much stuff to tell you. Like how I might have to move to Ireland...and that my brother really isn't dead."She was going to have to catch Lucas up with her life.

Kayla stood leaning against the wall waiting for Amanda to speak and her attention was so completely focused on the third year that she took absolutely no notice of someone sneaking around in the background.

That was of course until an extremely bright flashed her way and she was momentarily blinded. "What in Merlin's name was that?" Kayla brought her hands to her eyes trying to rub the fuzziness out of them. When she could see clearly again, she looked around for the source of the light but could see no-one else around. Okay that was weird and if she was not mistaken that bright light reminded her of a camera flash.

Oh lovely. Someone had taken a picture of her...for what? She quickly looked down at herself and groaned, well they could have given her some warning she looked absolutely hideous at the moment, sighing she turned back to Amanda.

"Yeah well that's easier said than done, Cela's too smart for her own good. She knows I won't be manipulated by her and if I start promising her that I won't tell her brother things, she'll know I'm lying" Kayla banged her head lightly against the wall a couple of times. "And Nicholai, is just going to go ballistic I know it and it'll be all my fault." And she had been so looking forward to seeing him too and now she was actually dreading it.

Barry wondered into the corridor and spotted Kayla. She had said he was over-jealous and agresive or something of the sort. He was no such thing and so he was going to proove it, he had candy in his pocket, Cela liked candy so perhaps Kayla did too? It was a long shot but still he offered his bag to Kayla as he approached "Candy?" he asked.

"Well, I don't know what else to tell you seeing as I've never had to deal with a situation like this. Nico won't go ballistic on you as long as you explain to him what's going on, if he doesn't believe you then you've got to find a way to make him believe it." Amanda said, biting her lip softly. She really wanted to help Kayla out with this, but this was something that she hadn't had to go through.

Startled by someone's voice Kayla turned her head towards the sound and her eyes narrowed slightly at Barry's appearance but it soon disappeared as she looked at what he was holding in his hand. She raised an eyebrow and looked back at his face, "Is that how you sweet talk all the girls Barry?" Kayla sighed deeply, there was no need to take her bad mood out on others. "I'm sorry that was uncalled for, I'm not really a candy person myself but one every now and then is always nice. So thank you Barry" she reached into the bag and pulled one out and popped it into her mouth.

"It's okay Amanda, I appreciate that you've taken the time to just listen to me rant" she gave a harsh laugh before contuining. "You don't know Nico, like I do. Cela, is his number one priority and if she's doing stuff that she's not supposed to and I'm the one who is supposed to be looking after her...yeah he's going to go nuts."

"Hey Amanda" said Barry nodding to her, "Hows your band?" he asked, the thought being at the back of his mind. He also caught the word Nico. Barry would consider writing to him, perhaps, to seem polite, and before Kayla wrote he was Aggresive.
"Smart girl" Barry said more to himself then Kayla "So would it be wrong of me to ask whats up?" he asked, not quite sure where he stood in Kayla`s books. And anyway he had to say something.

"Well, I'm here if you ever need to rant like that again. It's not like I'm that busy anymore or anything." Amanda said then smiled slightly. "Well, all I can say is good luck, cause you're going to need it." That might not have been the most appropriate thing to say but that was all she could think of at the moment.

"Oh hey Barry, the band's going good except for the fact that we're still minus a drummer. But, I won't bore you with that. What's going on with you?" She said, looking at him for a second before turning her attention back to Kayla.

"No I guess it wouldn't. I was just telling Amanda here that I'm going to be seeing Nico and well he's not going to be very impressed with that I have to tell him" she sighed again and closed her eyes briefly. "Barry, can I seek your assistance with looking out for Celandine?"

"Oh I'll be sure to rant again, Celandine is going to make my life a misery of that I am sure" Kayla's hands clenched behind her back. "And I know I'm going to need all the luck I can get, I might not even make it back alive after this meeting with Nico" she gave a half hearted laugh.

"Drummers don`t come to mind, sorry" said Barry "I`m fine, just a few little problems here and there, need a few more house points and stuff" well it was true sort of "Whos in your band?" he asked, he expected Chris but no one else he knew was into music, exept from Mel, but she had moved away.
Barry listned "Nico is too protective" and so are you Kayla Barry thought. Then he gulped at her next question " Looking out for Cela? I do, but what exactly are you going to be looking out for?" he asked, he knew of cource, what she meant but needed to make sure. He couldn`t be a spy for Kayla.

"I wouldn't let him hear you say that" she gave Barry a stern look. "She's his only sister, what do you expect? And she is only thirteen Barry." Kayla dismissed the thought that she too had been Cela's age when she met Nicholai, but that was her and Cela was completely different. "Well for a start stop giving her candy because I know that you are. And well just make sure she stays out of trouble, I don't expect you to report to me because I know that you won't" she chuckled softly. "I know where your loyalties lie and that's with Celandine but just keep her safe, that's all I ask."

"Well, just owl me next time you want to rant. I'll probably be up in the RoR practicing by myself." Amanda said. "Should we plan your funeral now or later then Kayla?" She joked, trying to lighten the mood. Why was it that she seemed to want to blurt out the most random things at totally inappropriate times?

"Well, I've got Chris on lead guitar, my friend Rogue from my old band Fallen Angel on rhythm guitar and Emiliano on bass. Of course, I'm the lead singer, but that's not because I have a huge ego either." She said honestly, surprisingly she was quite grounded for being a rock star who just got a recording contract.

Kayla had to laugh, "I'll be sure to do that. Actually can I seek your help as well to look out for Celandine? I can't be everywhere at once and she's being very careful not to run into me too often." That was an understatement Cela, was making damn sure to stay away from Kayla.

"Whenever" Kayla snorted. "Just make sure it is a grand affair, I want to go out in style of course" she joked, although deep down she was utterly terrified.

"Sure, I can do that. Gives me an excuse to wear camoflage and hide in bushes. Not that I needed an excuse to do that however, I've just been waiting for the perfect time to do that actually." Amanda said, then laughed at how idiotic that sounded coming out.

"Oh of course, I'll personally handle all the arrangements and make sure that its quite lavish." She said then chuckled at that, it was just amusing even though it was supposed to be serious.

Lucas' stomach twisted when Reese asked him why he didnt write her or anything. He remembered the last time she wrote him while he was in America, it was when she broke up with. Lucas couldnt even think of anything to write back, so he didnt. He never wrote her after that, or spoke to her or anything.

"Yah, I'm sorry I was really busy there.. You know with school and what not.." Lucas lied, as he struggled to smile trying to push away the memories that were taking over his mind. He knew he should have wrote Reese back, at least letting her know he was still alive, he knew that he still cared about him and always would.

Lucas shook away the thoughts as he began to listen to Reese telling him some of the things he had missed in the passed year. As she continued to speak his eyes became wider and wider. "Really!?" He finially said, "Why do you have to move to Ireland? And your brother.. Like.. The skateboarding Muggle?"

Kayla reached over and grabbed Amanda into a nice big bear hug. "Thank you I knew I could count on you. Just don't let her catch you at it though, otherwise she'll go underground and probably never trust me again." She shrugged, Cela didn't trust her anyway but she didn't want to make it worse.

"Good and make sure there is nothing pink, I really hate pink" she said seriously. "Although don't tell Anna, Lyra or Agie that, they think I love it as much as they do and I wouldn't want to upset them." Oh definitely not because they would probably turn on her and Agie could be quite scary.

"I am a Slytherin don't forget, I know how to be sneaky so she can't catch me checking on her." Amanda said then smirked. Ah, she'd have to break out her camoflage clothing and makeup then go on the spy mission of the decade for Kayla.

"Ah, that I would never do. I despise pink myself, and just seeing it blinds me somewhat so yeah. Oh, I wouldn't tell those girls. Besides I don't know Lyra or Agie, and I hardly talk to Anna." She said seriously, well that was something to add to her list of things to do.
