Ruby was walking along the 7th floor corridor and she saw Professor Lupa "Hello Professor Lupa"

"Oh Hi Ruby!" She said to the girl approaching her, "Excuse me one moment, My night in shining armor," she told Copernicus and took her hand off her forehead and pulled her wand out casting a bat bogey hex to the girl. Homework was homework...

Ruby smiled at the professor and it soon turned to a frown as a bat bogey hex came towards Ruby "PROTEGO" Ruby yelled and the spell bounced off her

Alessia giggled and said "Good Job Ruby... you go on and finish your DADA homework now..." She winked at her and turned her attentions to Copernicus again.

Ruby tried to smile "thanks Professor" and she walked off

Amy smirked at Jake at the mention of the room of requirements. Then as her thoughts blinded her sight she pictured their time spent in the room two terms back. She could not help but to smile as she felt her flush. Then she pictured their first time meeting out by the lake. "Wow, all my good memories of school involve you," she said opening her eyes to look at Jake. "Hmm," she said stepping back while eying Jake.

After a moment Amy gave a little giggle as she step toward and took Jakes hand. "While are you ready to head to the end of the corridor to see if Mr. O.C is there?"

Jake chuckled "by that smile on your face I could see that you remember our time there" he said picturing their time there, it had been right after detention. He was brought back from his thought by Amy voice "really, well Im proud and I hope I make more" he said.

Jake took her hand and looked down the corridor "lets go meet this Mr O.C, I have a bone to pick with him" he said as they started to walk "no one scares my girlfriend and get away with it" he looked down at her "not even me" he said laughing "you always get me back".

"Professor..." Copernicus was shocked. "I can't duel a professor. I... can't lose any more house points. I'd duel a student, if you wanted... if you asked them first."

Amy laughed at Jake's attempt of chivalry in her honor. “Well I am glad to have such a boyfriend who thinks in that manner. Plus I am also glad to have one who knows better.” She gave Jake a wink as she laughed and continued to walk down the corridor.

When they reached a stop where they could see a picture framed in what looked to be a brass metal she stopped. “Right over there is the picture I seen him in,” she told Jake while she started to creepy toward the front of the picture to get a better look. To her surprise there was two beautiful ladies occupying the canvas. “What the heck,” she said in a frustrated tone. Then turning to Jake, she shrugged her shoulder.

Jake rolled his eyes "anytime babe"

Jake looked at the picture "wow Mr. O.C looks like a girl" he said chuckling looking at Amy "maybe he moved to another one, they could do that". Jake turned to stare at the picture again, seeing the two ladies and no old creepy guy "should we ask them, if they know where else he would have a picture, maybe this is the wrong one, are you sure this is it" Jake ask once again turning towards her.

Amy nodded her head slow, "Yes. I am sure this was the one." A feeling of disappointment filled her, but she was determined to find the man she had seen last night. Turning from Jake to the ladies in the picture she cleared her throat to get their attention. "Um Hello there," she said in a casual tone. "I was wondering....well you see the deal is..last night there was a man in this picture, do you know who he was?"
The redheaded was first to speak.
Then her sister the darked haired one replied. Amy took a breath before describing him, "Well maybe you know who he was. He looked to be a taller gentleman with dull green eyes and oil black hair and I believe he was wearing a ring but it was weird...it looked only like two circles lapped over another." She turned to look at Jake again until the darked hair sister responded.

Jake waited till Amy was done talking to the woman before speaking "Thank you for your help ladies, if it isnt to much trouble we would really appreciate it if you could keep a eye out for him, its important we find him"

The redhead smiled at him
Jake smiled "thank you ladies" he said before turning back to Amy "you know we might be able to find a picture or some sort of information in the library" he told her "or maybe we could keep looking at the pictures, it was dark maybe you got them confuse". Jake ran a hand through his hair thinking "maybe these girls are lying" he said looking quickly at the picture then back at Amy.

Amy shrugged her shoulder in hopelessness, "I dont see why they would lie about it." Taking a quick glance down the corridor she thought to herself, or would they. Looking back at Jake she gave a small smile, "Yeah lets go to the library" Reaching out she took Jakes hand to head back down the corridor to the stairs.

"What?" she said her face turning into a sweet pout. "You said anything... now you are telling me no professors?" Her eyes starting welling up with tears. "What about prefects?" She said her face no longer pouting.

"I've dueled prefects before," Copernicus agreed. "Are you trying to get me in trouble, Professor? You realize how much trouble I'm in already?"

"I'm not trying to get you in trouble..." she smiled and bat her eyelashes at him... "How else can you prove yourself worthy of my affection if you don't duel someone... I was thinking of Prefect Green, in Slytherin."

"And if I win? What happens to the winner?" Copernicus was willing to have a duel if it meant the professor would stop looking at him like that. "And... who is Prefect Green?"

"Slytherin girl prefect... but no falling in love. I will tell you what you can get if you win... if she wins she gets nothing." She said snearing.

"Fall in love?" He made a face. "Dueling does not lead to love normally, Professor. I'll go challenge her," he gave a little nod. "Um... why doesn't she get a reward for winning?"

"Because she is mean... and I don't like her." She said lifting her chin. "You beat her, and then you and I can head to the lake..." That's were the snoggers went right? There and the whomping willow...

"The reward is at the lake?" Copernicus scratched his head out of sheer confusion. "Okay, Professor. If you want me to try duelling Prefect Green, I'll go find her."

"You can say that..." she smiled... "Go Go... find her... and be careful... she's a slytherin... We cheat."

"Um, yes, Professor," Copernicus nodded and scurried away from her down the hall.

"Ho-ho-ho to you, too, Cam!" Anna replied, giggling the cute sense of humor of her little Slytherin friend. She really didn't know Cam too well, but from what she'd seen in class, he was a really sweet boy. He just might be sticking around on her friend list for quite some time. "So it is Christmas! What's on your wish list, Cam?"

"Reese! It's so good to see you! It feels as if we haven't seen one another in weeks! How have you been?" she asked. Anna's face widened into a big smile when Reese pulled a huge box from her bag and handed it to her. "Oh, Reese! How exciting! Thank you!" A little over-excited, Anna immediately tore into the package and pulled out the prettiest crown and necklace set she'd ever seen. "Put them on me! Put them on me!" Anna squealed, turning around so Reese could fasten her necklace. "Oh, I love them! Thank you!"

"Oh, hey, Lima!" Anna said, still standing at attention and waiting for Reese to fasten her new necklace. The last time Anna had seen Lima, the Hufflepuff girl had been quite upset over a break-up. Hopefully she was feeling lots better now. "How have you been?"

Anna smiled and returned Whitney's hug. "It's so good to see you, too. I haven't been able to catch up with all my friends lately. It's nice to be around all of you once again," she said. "Oh, another gift!" Anna exclaimed, stepping away from Reese for a moment. She'd get her necklace fastened later. Anna quickly unwrapped Whitney's present, pulling two beautiful hair clips out. "I'm going to be sooooo lovely!" Anna exclaimed, twirling around and around, then sticking the clips in her hair. "Oh, I have gifts to hand out, too! I didn't know I'd be running into you all or I'd have brought them along! I'll be right back," Anna said, hurrying off back to the common room.

Cam smirked again at Reese who told him that his jacket was just so awesome and lovely. HMPH. People these days, they were just so jealous about the things he had. His jacket was obviously catching Reese's eyes and he knew that she was going to steal it any sooner or later. The thing had cost him so much money, about 99 cents so it was a valuable thing he thought was precious.

But that smirk of his soon disappeared at the two packages that she got out; they were his gifts. His gifts. Now this was getting better, since he loved gifts and he was getting twooo. How great was that?! Quickly unwrapping it and opening one package, his eyes shined and glimmered. It was a troll.

"ZAHMAHGAWSHHH, YOU GOT ME A TROOOLL?! Thanksss!" He then embraced his own toy and then looked towards the other package. Unwrapping it too, only shock came over his eyes. Spider. Spider. EW. Insect. It took him about 15 seconds to realize it was a stuffed animal. "Th-thaaanks," he stuttered and quickly put the thing back in its package, and did the same with the troll.

Nice gifts from Reese so far. "Here ya go Reese!" he said and gave her a package wrapped and had pink polka dots on it.

Turning to LemurWoman, he nodded and looked at her purse. Well she was taking something out from it so he suspected that it was his gift again. Ohgee, he had a lot of gifts! Again like Reese, he took the package and then ripped the wrapping paper to find out what his gift was. But what he saw was waaaay too awesome. An autograph. An autograph from his own LemurWoman!

He held it in his hand and bowed his head as thought it was something so sacred. "Thankeeesss, Lima! I'm gonna hang this poster out on mah walll! And heeere's your gift!" Cam took out a small rectangular package which had a barbie doll in it. But it was a different kind of a barbie doll.

"My dad works in a toy factory, so I asked him if he could do that for you. So it's basically our gift even though ya don't know him." Well it did come in handy for your dad to work in a toy factory sometime, right?

Now looking at Whit, but when seeing his gift he just opened his mouth right there. Erasers, erasers that were colorful and shaped into his favorite shapes. They. Were. Awesome. Erasers, what else could be an even better tool to erase pencil marks? Right. Nothing. Nothing could be better than erasers and these erasers were even better. "Ooooooooh," he gazed and then gladly took the pile. "THANKSS!"

But he wasn't sure if she liked her present. With a scared and uneasy expression on his face, he took out a package from his trunk and blushed embarrassingly. "So whenever we have a problem again, we could use that!"

That blush was still there, but now for a different reason, when he faced back at Anna. Oh her lovely eyes... Cam was about to say that he could make up 5,000 poems about her cool-looking eyes but he knew it was impossible yet possible at the same time. From his trunk, he was about to give her her gift but she went back to her common room to get the gifts. So Cam just stood there, waiting for her to come out again.
