Jack shook his head "Don't worry" He told her without taking his eyes of the girl who'd tried to hex him.

Shana looked at Jack.Dont worry Im not worring Just tell me.Shana wanted to know she was very nosey.She gave Jack the look she gave Charlie when she was telling him that she was going to get what she wanted without saying anything.

Jack sighed "Forget it" he told her, he wasn't looking at her but she still knew she was giving him a look "Don't look at me like that" he said with his back to her

How did he know She was giving him a look ? She thought to herself.Mabye he could read minds. She gave up thinking her pea sized brain didn't like that.She leaned against the wall.

Jack kept his lips closed, he wanted to turn around and answer but he kept it to himself. Finally he realised the girl wasn't going to hex him, so Jack relaxed and sat down again "You ok?" he asked Shana and Sak

Shana smiled.Yeah thanks and yourself ? Shana turned to Sakura who she hadnt seen in ages.Hey Sakura I havn' seen you in ages. She smiled.

"I'm good" Jack smiled "Where did you meet Sak?" he asked

Where did she meet Sakura she could remeber.Ermm The Great Hall I think ? She turned to Sakura hoping she could remeber because Shana's mind had gone completely blank.

Jack smiled "Nice place to meet, did I scare you?" he asked her

Scare Me ? She thought No Why where you meant to ? Shana was very confused.

Jack shook his head "No, I wasn't, but you seemed to be scared, wait" Jack finally saw the badge "Are you here to duel?" he asked as he gripped his wand

Cale walked into the 2nd floor corridor, whistling happily as he did his prefect patrols. He saw two students up a few feet from him who looked like they were about to duel, and just as he was about to open his mouth to yell at them for using magic in the corridors, he saw their DADA badges. Ahhh, that was ok then.

It was only 4 more floors to go until she was in the Dungeons.Reese really needed to get back to the common room.She was still behind on some homework that she needed to get started on,like now.She was about to exit until something caught her eyes. "Cale?" It's been ages since she has seen her bestest friend. "Long time,no see."

Cale turned around at the sound of a familiar voice and grinned when he saw Reese coming up behind him. "Hey Reese!" he said happily at the sight of one of his best friends. "How are you?" he asked, turning to look at the duelers once more. "You didn't sign up for this did you?" he asked. He hoped people wouldn't mistaken his prefect badge for one of those DADA badges.

"Hey Cale,"Reese said with a smile on her face."I'm good.I've been trying to catch up on some homework.How about yourself?" She noticed Cale looked back at the two students who looked like they were...going to duel?She shook her head when Cale asked if she signed up for it. "Nope.I don't want people hexing me.For some reason,it just doesn't seem like a good idea."She looked down at her bag then back at Cale."I got a letter from my mom yesterday."

"Yeah, I didn't either...I don't trust people to not take a crack at a Prefect just because they can," Cale added with a little chuckle. "Here, let's sit," he said, pointing to the wall as he slid down to sit on the floor against it. "Oh, you did? Anything interesting?" he asked with a grin.

Reese couldn't help,but laugh."It's not that I don't trust people,in general,it's just that I don't trust those little firsties with a wand.People could do some major damage just by saying a spell wrong or something."She slightly shrugged at what she said.It was true.People could do some major damage to other people. "Okay,"she said. She walked over to the wall and sat her bag down on the floor and sat down next to Cale. "Nope.Nothing interesting at all,"she told Cale.She pulled the letter put of her bag and handed it to Cale."I'll just let you read it."

"Nah, it's not really that for me--more like I'm afraid people will take this as a 'Take a free hit at a Prefect' card and think they can't get in trouble," Cale told her with a grin. He knew a number of people who just didn't like him--why, he had no clue. He was a totally nice guy!

Cale took the letter that Reese had given him and looked through it. "Aww, I'm sorry. You're still leaving?" he asked.

"But-Who would want to hex Cale Newell?You're like the nicest Prefect I know.Well,besides Anna,of course,"Reese said.Yeeeah,all Cale needed to do was give her some names.She could sort out everything else out by herself.Bwahaha.

"I really don't want toleave.And you know that.I'm trying everything I cant tosay.I'm going to try to talk to my godmother over winter break.Maybe she could talk some sense into my mom,"Reese explained to Cale."I'm not going down without a fight."She shook her head.

Jack sniggered at the prefect "No badge? Not playing?" he called over

"Well, in particular, the Slytherin Prefects," Cale said with a laugh. The fact that none of the prefects seemed to get along made him chuckle quite a lot. He sometimes even wished that Trel was still prefect, just because he had gotten on her nerves like no other and it was always fun to try and taunt the Slythies. "Try talking to your godmother," he said in agreement, nodding his curly head. "I'm sure you'll be able to stay eventually--I mean, even if you move to Ireland maybe you can request to still go here. Hogwarts isn't horribly far from Ireland--I mean, I live in Scotland and I still go here," he added for reassurance.

Cale's attention was caught by one of the dueling students down the corridor, a Hufflepuff that he had seen a few times around the castle. Wrinkling his eyebrows, he shook his head. "Nope. I don't have enough time--plus, too many opportunities for people to take a cheap shot at a Prefect just cause they can," he explained with a friendly grin.

Reese looked at one of the boys who was getting ready to duel another student.She raised her eyebrow at him when he started to talk to Cale.Was this boy...trying to start something?It was really none his business if Cale was paticipating in DADA or not.

Gahhhhh.The Slytherin Prefects.She had like a Prefect phobia when it came to her Prefects.After Trel,she never messed with a Slytherin Prefect.She knew better."I'm pretty scared of my Prefects,"she told Cale.She nodded,slightly."I am going to talk to her,"she said. Waaaaait,hold it."You live in Scotland?"She raised her eyebrow at him.

Jack shook his head 'wimp' he thought to himself "Fair 'nuff" he smiled back

Jack glared at the girl, so rude, to him anyway

Cale chuckled. "Pssh, the Slytherin prefects aren't SCARY. Well, maybe Evangeline is a little bit but not Clifford. He pretends to be a big bully but really, he's just hiding behind his badge," he explained. It was true--Clifford was just a big jerk cause he wanted to be. Why Evangeline was dating him, he would never figure out. Oh well, those two were QUITE the pair anyways.

"Yup, in Edinburgh," he explained. "We moved their right before my dad died when I was 10," he added. He couldn't believe that was almost 7 years ago.

He turned back to the Hufflepuff and gave him a head nodd. "Well, erm, good luck with your dueling," he added.

Reese glared back when the boy started glaring at her.Sooooo,someone wants to play the glaring game?Well,then.Let the games begin.

"Well,after messing with Trel a few years ago.I have a Prefect phobia,"Reese told Cale."I know Evangeline,not Clifford."She shook her head."Soooo,Clifford is nice?"

"Yeah,I'm sorry you're dad died it,"Reese said."It must be bad not having a dad around."
