Everyone! Cadence bit back to her retort to peeves. The professor (who also happend to be the head of her house) had told her to stop talking. She simply stood there listening to the professor and prefect talk. She, of course, knew Peeves's name because she had read Hogwarts, a History religiously before coming to school. She really wanted to get out of this corridor and find Set. Nodding at everything the professor and prefect said, she finally replied to the prefect, I don't have a story to tell. I came here after everything happened. John's just my friend so I didn't want to leave him after I found him... Cadence, deciding it would probably best for her to leave now since she didn't have a story to tell, she gave John another hug and looked at him regretfully. I will wait in the Common Room for you. And with that she left sadly to go back to the common room and wait to comfort him. |

He started to feel better about his nose problems. He could breathe better but held to it while the dungbomb smell flew away from the halls. Emiliano could also listen to the conversation at the next hallway. |

"Yeah, but, authority is overrated," she said, smiling. "Just kidding. It makes me sad though that she had to be taken away so fast, without choice as well. I, at least had an input on whether we moved here or not." She shifted the bag on her shoulder as she began to turn to walk towards the common room. All she wanted was to sit down on that couch for a little bit. She motioned for Emiliano to follow her before she started to talk again. "What was your old school like, before Hogwarts?" |

"I'll whisper it to you." He waggled his finger, summoning her to come closer to him, and just when she was close enough, he leaned in toward her ear, cupped his hands together, and blew an especially wet raspberry. "THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHPBBBBBBBBBBBBBT!" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!" He winked, stuck his tongue out at her, and disappeared (cackling), leaving behind a raunchy smell and a resounding "race ya!" He was most certainly looking forward to meeting the new "boss." To the Headmaster's office! |

When Karma started moving, Emiliano followed her. His hands were hiding in his pockets. "Well..." He really needed to think about that answer, he had enjoyed Durmstrang a lot, but the fact that she was an outsider made him feel weird in a lot of places. "I...was always studying, but never made excellent grades...it was really strict there, at Durmstrang, but if you follow rules, you never get in trouble..." He said in a chuckle. "And before Durmstrang, I was in a muggle school, until the powers started to show up like with my sister when she was nine years old, and I lifted a boy up in the air...that's when my parents decided about what magic school I should be attending...and the rest of the story is just infinite after then..." He told her. |

It came with being a blonde. Maybe there should be an instruction manual. She had a book about her heritage, and the way Veelas were. Who knew. "Well, at least they got you out of there fast enough. I never went to Muggle school, obviously since my whole family is pureblood. Well, except my little brother. He happens to be a Squib. But he likes it, for some reason. No way to get in trouble for something he didn't mean to do. That's how he looks at it." |

"Muggle schools are really interesting, they teach you really useful stuff to survive in their world...and it works forever..." He commented and showed a wide smile remembering his soccer days' memories. "Your brother is wise...I got into a lot of trouble for lifting that poor kid in the air...." He told her, laughing outloud. |

"That's really good," she said, crossing her arms and balancing her bag on her shoulder. "It sounds like you had fun there. Do you miss it at all?" Germany. Oh goodness, how much did she miss that place? A lot. Spending a month there was enough, because she liked England just as much. She would live here the rest of her life though, or so she planned. |
Professor Shakleton ; Anna; Everyone Else Rose listened to Professor Shakleton, she reminded her of her mother who always had the last word. Smiling up at Anna, she nodded. The common room had been her first destination after the feast, but she just got lost...so fast. As for Peeves, she kind of thought he was funny, if he were a little more senstive towards pranks. She was sure he could be humorous...mainly if the joke wasn't intended for you. Listening to Anna's advice, she shrugged. If she had made it to the common room, she wouldn't have met up with everyone else...or met Peeves. It was an experience...scary but an experience. "Thanks Anna" She murmured, gratefully returning the smile. She'd made one Gryffindor friend at least...it was a start. When the Professor mentioned Hogwarts a History, she frowned. Her trunk had been...full and there hadn't been any room for her copy. At things were, a lot of people would be taking it out of the library and she wouldn't get that chance to read it. Reminding herself to ask her parents to owl it to her, she looked to Reese as she retold the ordeal. Piping up once Reese had finished Rose nodded, "We didn't do anything at all. I saw Reese at the end of the hall and was going to to ask her for directions, and then Peeves just.." Frowning, she tried to find a word for it. He had just popped up, there hadn't been any forewarning. That's why she'd been so frightened. "Appeared" She finished nonchalantly, looking up at the poltergeist. "It's not nice to do that" She scolded him, looking silly from her height. |

Emiliano did miss his Muggle School and Mexico, his homeland. "I do...but the most I miss is soccer...football as British call it..." He told her. "It can still be my passion if music didn't show up when I moved to Austria for a while..." He commented. "And...do you miss your homeland?" He suddenly asked. Karma seemed quite nostalgic about her life before Hogwarts. |

The green grass. The castles, the mansions, the actual haunted towns and buildings. The school Quidditch pitch, her old friends. The way that everyone knew you in the town. The snow in winter and how it seemed so different here than in Germany. So, in all reality, everything she did miss. But Britain replaced everything as well. "Yes. I do miss it at times. Like, when I think of my friends at school. And my family that lives there. It was a lot of fun. But we came here for a reason. And we're fulfilling that duty. I love Britain as much as Germany. But, it seems like you've moved a lot. Is that hard to do?" |
Emiliano quietly listened to Karma as she sighed about her homeland, Germany. He smiled wide. "It is hard when it gets for the time to say goodbye to those people you got attached to during your time there...but you get used to it, after some time..." He told her in a long sigh. "I can't really count the many times we've moved around, my parents just exaggerated at that point with our lives...both my sister's and mine..." He told her and grinned. |
Quote:
"I can imagine parents doing that, just to make it sound that much cooler," she said, running a hand through her hair. "I'm pretty tired. What do you say to going to the Common Room and sitting on a couch?" |

He nodded his head when Karma suggested to go to the common room. "Yes, we need a lot of rest..." He commented and smiled as he walked along with Karma upstairs to the common room. |
Brandon made his way down yet another corridor, looking around and taking in his surroundings. He was not quite sure he was on the right floor, but he liked going on adventures around the caslte, so never minded being a bit lost. |
Agie was still running when she entered the second floor corridor. When she was out of sight from the old man, she stopped and faced Lyra a little out of breath. "What. A. Old. Git!" She huffed. "I went to his office to see if he'd teach me some advanced DADA. I thought it would come in handy." She smirked. |
Lyra was a bit out of breath from running with Agie. It had been a while since she had ran that much. "What an old geezer," she huffed out of breath. "I mean, granted we were a bit mouthy but you have to earn respect to get respect." If only she would listen to her own advice for a change. "So, what type of advanced DADA are you seeking, dear best friend of mine?" Oh she had to be up to something in order to seek out the knowledge of an old Professor. |
"What is wrong with being a little mouthy?" She looked at Lyra and then bursted into giggles. "You have to admit that what we said was priceless. And he couldn't even appreciate that. HA..we'll show him!" What a tool! "Well, I told him I've already completed 6th year DADA and he didn't take that too well. Sooooo I thought it would be good to know a few extra tricks." She said with her shifty eye. "BUT...He started to mention some other stuff about earning it and blah blah proving myself. Whatever!" |
Lyra began to giggle as her hand flew to her mouth. "Well, you proved yourself today, Ms. Brandywine," she giggled and began to mock the professor in her best old man voice. "That will be 15 points...NO that will be 125 points for the 200 year old lady." |
"As have you Ms. Noir." She said ever so politely. "I should get a point for each year I aged." She laughed. "And you should as well, cause we know how to share." "Now, to the head master we go." She said with a sly smile. "We have things to discuss with him." |
Lyra wore a shocking look as Agie just stated where she wanted to go. "T-The Headmaster?" OH CRUD! -facepalm- This was going to be interesting and would probably get them no where, but one could only try. |
Sam walked along the third floor corridor, his bag slung over his shoulder. There was this one little melody stuck in his head from listening to too much muggle music during his holidays. As he hummed the basic guitar notes, Sam squinted out of a nearby window onto the grounds. The weather was great, so why wasn't he out there? The thought was interestingly as new to him as a cow wearing dragon-hide. Why wasn't he outside? That was a good question. |
Reese wandered through the second floor corridor all very sneaky like. She was trying to get back to the common room,so she can star her homework. She looked at al the moving pictures that were waking up as she passed. She hated moving pictures. They watched her every move with was so CREEPY!! |
