Alessia jumped out of no where and screamed a high pitched war call aiming her wand at Abby, who was wearing her badge and hexed her with a finger removing hex. |
Abby turns around surprised by Professor Lupa. She aims her wand and says "protego". A shield goes up around her hands. |
"Yay!" She squeeled and ran around, "You blocked, good for you..." and then she ran to find another hiding spot. |
Lyra looked up to find that crazy professor hexing other students once more. "Eeeeek!" What was with the professors? This hexing stuff was only supposed to happen with students and now...everyone was going insane. She opened up Robert's robes and decided to hide as she was scared to death of these crazy professors |

Hearing her words he stood up and pulled her tightly against him, "No one is going anywhere," he said soothingly. "I'm sure there is an explanation..." Quote:

"It's a long story," she closed up as she spoke against his chest then pulled back. "Long story." All their times of chatting and she could talk to Christian about anything...well just about anything except for that one moment in time, the time she hurt him but what was she doing now? Now, she leaned against the wall pulling away from Robert and wiping the tears from her face. "I'm sorry." She needed to write a letter, she needed to tell Christian what was going on, but she had to find out the whole story first. She didn't want the boy to just show up for no reason...well, that might be a good thing on her part but...Her eyes fell to the floor as she stopped talking. This was not fun. |
Robert's own confusion grew as he felt Lyra pull back and he reluctantly released his arms from around her. "But..." He watched as she leaned against the wall and seemed completely closed to him. This was not the same Lyra that he had that 'moment' with as she called it in the Greenhouse. He looked at her curiously and shook his head, "You know you can tell me..." They had just started to get somewhere with each other after all but now.... He didn't understand what had happened from a moment ago when she was crying into his shirt and now where she stood before him almost a seemingly different person. "For what?" Taking a chance he stepped forward and placed his hands on her arms, "Lyra...I'm here for you. You can tell me anything and I'll listen. You don't need to be sorry, or regretful or anything of the above." He smiled weakly and raised his hand to her cheek to wipe a tear away, "I care about you. I don't want to see you like this and I want to make it better...or try to anyway." |
Lyra closed her eyes and sighed. "It took so long to make it better," she whispered, placing her hand to her face and covering her eyes. "I was a completely different person when I first came to this school. I was all alone, no one to talk too until my uncle introduced me to two people, one in particular." It was as if she could remember it like it was yesterday. The first time at the lake and the first time she laid eyes on him. "I didn't talk to anyone except for one person for the longest time and that one person helped me for so long, until Agie left to go with me to Beauxbatons." She stopped talking as she lifted her head but didn't look at Robert for the moment. "It's hard," she paused as her red eyes looked to him. "It's so hard to talk about." Tears began to fall once more as fear for her dearest uncle began to drive her nuts. "There are two people left in this world that mean more to me than anything and I am so afraid of loosing them like I lost my aunt so long ago. She was everything to me." |
"Hmmmm, hmmmhmmmm..." Jake ambled down the corridor in what he was thinking was a straight line, not quite registering how he had to kinda bounced himself off the wall every now and then. With his hands behind his back, holding onto his wand, Jake prepared himself for any attack that could be imminent. Wonder where my frieeeeeeends are... Jake thought to himself. He hadn;t really seen much of Cam since the *ahem* event on the 4th floor corridor for DADA. "Hmmmmhmmmhmmm..." |

"Aww, you got me a present?" he asked with a grin, opening the boxes as she handed them to him. In one box there was a floppy plastic thing...a blow up guitar? And microphone? Bwahaha. "Thanks Reese," he said with a grin. This could NEVER hurt him! Well, it probably could, but not horribly like a real guitar. "What's this?" he asked in confusion as he opened the can of mousse. Mousse? Wasn't that an animal? "What does this do?" he asked. He popped open the lid and pushed down on the little nozzle thing, and suddenly a bunch of liquid squirted out onto the floor. Not only that, but it expanded into a big poof of something! EEEEEK! "What is that?" he asked, stepping away from it. A commotion down the hall distracted him and he turned to see that spazzy Huffie walking down the hall, walking into a few walls as he went. Eyeroll. Cale just shook his head and turned back to Reese. |

"It's a hair product,"Reese told Cale with a nod. "It can help calm frizzing...fly away hair...and it does a lot more stuff." Reese jumped backwards when Cale pushed the nozzle and all the foam went onto the floor.Grrrreat.Maybe it was a bad idea to give him some muggle mousse. But ti was something new to Cale. "It's the foamy stuff you put on your hair." She laughed. Reese noticed another boy walked down the corridor. She smiled at him. |
Cam was secretly stalking his friend Jake, tip-toeing so that his footsteps wouldn't be heard and that he could act all stealthy. Like a sneakeh cat. Yeah he was trying to do that and also trying to like, push him or something because he made him lose his poking finger. NO ONE could do that to his poking finger. His poking finger was violated and murdered by a spell so he was expecting that Jake to go arrested anytime soon. Well it was probably the time to tell him something. So without tip-toeing anymore, he ran straight forward at Jake with his arms out in a shoving maneuver. "AI AI AIIIII," he shouted out and then stopped mid-way when he noticed like, he noticed that... that Reese! He was curious. But he really wished he didn't go to the corridor, it made him be like some sort of a stalker to Reese. But he wasn't a stalker at all, they were all just mere coincidence. So he looked away, pretending he didn't see her and only payed attention on Jake. "Hiiii Jake. I got mah finger back, looooky!" He held it out and pointed it at Jake. "So watcha dooooin'?" Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the other Gryffindor Prefect who was Anna's boyfriend. NO. NO NO NO NO NOOOOO. Anna was his, no one could steal her away from him. And that sideburns, he felt like shaving them and tell him a good lesson to back away from the beautiful girl named Anna Greingoth. |
"Ohhhh, that's what you do with it?" Cale asked, looking down at the bottle, wrinkling his eyebrows. Wouldn't it turn his hair white or something? He looked back down at the glob on the floor, which was slowly sinking as it sat there. Hmmmm, it must dry differently, then. "Thanks! I'll try it out tomorrow," he said with a grin. Just then, a yelp from down the corridor made him jump. Some Slytherin kid had just tried to scare that Huffie one, arms flailing about as he did so. Another eyeroll. Kids today--they just had to be so LOUD didn't they? |
Jake heard a familiar screeching behind him, and he didn't exactly need to turn round to find out who it was. "Hello Cameron," Jake replied, stopping. As he did so he noticed that up ahead was that mean git of a Prefect. Grrrrrr... But there was also a girl he remembered vaguely from the train. "Oh yeah," Jake replied, looking round at Cameron who was pointing at Jake and whatnot with that bloody finger. I thought I got rid of that... "Very nice..." Sincerely hoping that Newell didn't hear Cameron say Jake's name, Jake looked up at his best friend. "Just... walking," he replied, with that stupid automatic sounding voice. "Are you... following me...?" |

There seemed to be some sort of commotion in this corridor, and everyone also seemed a bit jumpy. Huh, wonder what's going on... Strolling around the corner, she grinned and clasped the gigantic camerosaurus under her robe. Yes! Another prefect, and it was Cale, Annas boyfrrrrriend! Wohooo! Now the trick would be to sneak up behind him, make him turn around, and then take the meanest and awesomest photograph of the curly haired boy. Totally awesome! Taking short but quick steps, she maneuvered herself around the corridor, sneaking from armoured suit to crouching akwardly behind a pot to trying to hide behind a drapery. Ofcourse, the camera would bulge out. Not much for cover there. But soon enough, she was within a few feet away from Mr. Greingoth, she raised the camera, her finger ready on the trigger. "CAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaale!!!" Blinking, she wondered where Cale had dissapeared to. Stupid white spots...where are my shades?? |
"Like a sneakeh cat" LOL. Quote:

Reese heard a familiar voice. That voice was the voice that belonged to that weirdo. That weirdo Slytherin. She turned around and crossed her arms when she saw Cam. |

Just then, he heard someone calling his name from behind him. He turned, but as soon as he got around, a blinding flash popped in front of his eyes. OHMIGOSH! He was blindddddddd! He couldn't seeeeeeeee! "Reese, help me!" he exclaimed, holding on to her shoulder from support as his vision started to come back into focus. "My retinas are burning!" |
Love Love Love! "Uh oh." Maybe you shouldn't actually stand so close to the person when taking their picture. That flash was awfully, how should you say, blinding. Miranda slowly lowered the camera, her eyes big and round were fixed on Cale. Well it wasn't her intention to make the Gryffindor Prefect scream like that. Luckily there was another student there, maybe she could help him! Grimacing, though thankful her sight had come back fully now, Miranda slowly took a few paces back, away from the two students. She looked at the machinery looking for a button of sorts, "Maybe there's a dimming thingymabob..." she mumbled and turned the camera around, her tounge between her teeth. Looking up at the older Gryffindor again Miranda took a step forward and waved her hand infront of his eyes. "Um...are you allright?" |
Cale blinked as his vision came back into focus completely. Letting go of Reese, he continued to blink for a good minute as he shook his head. "No, I'm fine--that was just REALLY bright," he said with a chuckle. Not to mention the fact that she had popped out of no where to scare him like that had definitely made it a teeeeensy bit worse. Oh lordy, that picture she got of him was probably atrocious. |
Cam tried to smile at Jake but the poking finger incident just couldn't be forgiven. Well it could have but his freaky mind still didn't accept it even though he got Jake back with that knee-reversing thingy. But it was his POKING finger and it meant a lot to him. It was so hurtful that it felt like someone just stole all of his wizardry away from him, that was how much he loved and adored his poking finger. If someone ACTUALLY made his finger disappear forever, then he would have bit the guy, get a new plastic finger, and then bite the guy again. "NUUUU. I am not stalking you, merely just following you wherever you are." HMPH. He was definitely not stalking Jacob Bakers Jail Upstead. No, he was not at all. Maybe he was stalking Reese though, since wherever she went, he seemed to come there also. Ugh. So he tried to ignore her but he really couldn't and his eyes would always go to hers. IT WAS JUST SO ANNNOOOYING. His eyes were being mean today and everything else was just at their regular job; going crazy. And then there was that Cale. Ohhh, that Cale. Cale. Cale. Cale. Cam did not like the guy, he hated him as almost as he hated the future person that would destroy his poking finger. Anna was not Cale's. Anna was Cam's. And she would not live happily ever after with Cale. She would live happily ever after with Cam. Only Cam liked Anna since soon, he would teach that Cale a lesson. Cale was a meanie. Cale should not have been Anna's girlfriend. So without hesitating, his finger reaaached out to poke Cale's stomach. He was about to do the same with the other hand but then suddenly there was this girl who had a camera with her. Cam looooved cameras, why else was his name Cameron? He wasn't such a fan but he loved to be in a lot of pictures. "OOOOH. OOOOH. Take a picture of meeee!" And he posed. |
Jake stared at Cameron, slightly alarmed. Following him...? That was... bad... and slightly ominous... "Uhm," he said. "Sure..." His best friend seemed to be having an inner battle of sorts with himself, and glaring over at that bloody Gryffindor prefect. Jake sensed hate, and mighty large bucketfuls of it. He gazed at Cameron for a moment, wondering, just wondering, if they might work together on getting Newell back, for the guy's blatant idiocy, and whatever it was he'd done to Cameron. Reaching out, Jake grabbed his best friend's arm. "Don't do it," he muttered. "So much better stuff we could do than poking..." Jake said, hoping he wasn't insulting some kind of band of poking fanatics in the world somewhere. When Cameron struck a pose, Jake couldn't help but grin at the boy, his first real grin in days. "You're... awesome! Work it, Cameron," he joked. My best friend is a lunatic... now THAT would get some TV ratings... |
everyone! xD "Sorry about that," Miranda grimaced slightly, indeed it was very bright "I just got this beastie..." she held up the camera with both her hands to show Cale. Well he was looking more calmer now, maybe it would be better to ask him for another picture, just in case the first one turned out blurry or something. Hah, not likely. I hope. "Would it be allright to take another picture of you?" Once again, Miranda raised the camera, rather unecessary, to indicate what she meant. "It's for the yearbook!" she added with a grin Suddenly there were two other, younger boys, and one was even...posing? A younger Hufflepuff and a Slytherin. Must be the new firsties! Thinking about it, Miranda shrugged, she wasn't sure how many pictures she could take but she would definitely find out. And this was good practice, and who knew, maybe they would need a picture of that student later. "Oh oh oh, do a snake!" she cheered, raised the camera and clicked. The flash came like a slap in the face. Blinking her watery eyes she still grinned. |

Meeting her teary red eyes he swallowed, "Nothing will happen." Though he couldn't be a hundred percent sure about that. He did know that the way she was talking...he wasn't one of the two. In fact he'd be willing to bet right now she was talking about her own version of him and Mariska. Not now. "Look...tell me what to do. I'll go with you wherever...speak to whomever you want." He ran his hand through her hair with a smile as the conversation of others in the hall passed over him, "Lyra...I'll go with you. I promise. I just need to know what you'd like me to do." |

Lyra didn't want to say much after that since there seemed to be people in the hallway and she needed to calm down. It seemed as though there was something else going on and when Professor Shackleton left her office, she seemed upset but...ohhhhhh the Hufflepuff kid maybe? It definitely didn't seem as though there was something wrong with Fabian but, she would have to ask as soon as she saw the professor again, but now, it was Robert who she needed to speak too. "We...need to talk," she said as her smile was slightly forced but, she was still smiling none the less. "There is something that has happened that...I believe in telling the truth and coming out clean." |
