"Nope not yet you haven't" Kayla replied. "I'm just getting warmed up hun" she turned to Lyra...oh yes the posters she had almost forgotten.


"LYRA" Kayla spluttered loudly. "There is going to be no kissing thank you very much" she was going to kill that girl. "Wasn't you who said that flirting was just harmless fun?"

Oh and she wasn't going to let it go now was she? "Fine" she moaned softly. "I got into a fight with another girl at Floreans before school started. She dumped ice cream on me, I then squirted her with chocolate sauce and then we had to clean up the mess. And then well she just had to have the last say, so I dumped a bucket of water onto her head and poor Robert's book got all wet and he thought that meant that he could get into the middle of it" she growled. "It had nothing to do with and he sould have just stayed out of it."

*He smirked at Kayla's reaction to Lyra's kissing comment.*
"Well now I'm rather hurt. It looks like I really have won."
*He folded his arms and smirked down at Kayla. This was starting to become more fun that he had planned.*

Kayla looked back at Gabben and he was smirking at her. Damn...Lyra's comment had rattled her slightly not something that usually happened. "Oh please Gabben, you had no intentions of kissing me either. So nobody has won anything" she glared at Lyra for ruining her fun.

*He let out a barking laugh to Kayla. Lyra's comment had gotten to Kayla.* "You have never met a boy before then have you."
*He shook his head and looked at the posters again.*

"You've never met Agie completely, have you," Lyra snickered to Gabben's comment about girls. She liked the boy and thought he would be good for Agie, or at least that as her opinion.

But just as soon as she was about to put up another poster on the wall, someone hit her from behind. "Oy!" She turned around and placed a sticky poster on the boys chest just for that.

"Have a poster, Chase" she smiled as the cat poster looked pretty good on him. "Great advertisement! I'm Lyra! Nice to meet you, Chase."

She then turned to Kayla and noticed the sour look on her face. This girl was more like her than she realized and at times, it was as though she was looking at herself in the mirror. "You know I love youuuuu," she said as she wrinkled her nose at the Huffie Prefect. "I wouldn't pick on you if I didn't." There was more truth to that than anything. She listened to the story that Kayla finally told and snickered. "Was that...Paris that was the other girl?" It sounded like something Paris would do. "And maybe you both could see past your differences and just smile and get over it." She looked back to Robert with a raised brow since he did the same for her. Maybe she needed to remind him. "Remember you did the same for me."

Chase laughed and looked at the poster that was now on his chest. A huge cat was on the front of it. He looked back up at the girl that had put the poster on him . :Nice to meet you too." he said smiling. "I guess I should say thanks for the poster as well." he said looking at it.

"So do you," said Robert with a glance at Kayla. At her muttered words he frowned and shook his head not bothering to respond.

He looked back at Lyra as he walked, well was rather forced to walk, with her up the stairs, "History of Magic homework? Umm...yea sure." At her last words though he clenched his jaw thoughtfully. Him working with the two of them together almost spelled potential disaster, "Umm...yea sure I could ask her I suppose..." Not sure she will thought... He finished in his head as they headed up the stairs.

Robert watched as the boy grabbed the posters from Lyra and laughed. He nodded to the boy with a smile, "It's alright. I'm Robert Chambers."

He rolled his eyes with a frown, "Let's not and just say we did..."

Robert rolled his eyes and glared at Kayla, "You know...I'm not as bad as you seem to think I am. Just because you got mad at me for telling you off doesn't mean I'm normally like that on an average day." He turned toward Lyra and shook his head, "And no, I'd rather not."

Robert rolled his eyes as Kayla spoke and turned toward her, "Well someone had to since no one was.... Here's how it would have gone had I not. Mariska would have said something else or done something else and you would have retaliated and it would have been a never ending cycle until SOMEONE stepped in. And since I'm bigger then both of you I have no problem stopping you what would you have done...? Got more water on me?" He scoffed and turned walking ahead of Kayla.


Robert looked at Lyra and shook his head, "No, Paris was after that. The other person was...Mariska." He clenched his jaw and shook his head, "Can we talk about something else please?" He glanced behind him at Kayla and whispered to Lyra, "I don't have a problem with her, she's the one with the problem with me. Every time I see her she has something smart to say about me and I don't start it." He smirked at her and shook his head, "Ahh but we didn't really have an issue. That was mostly Paris...who I really do have an issue with. Did you know she knocked my chair out from under me at the feast? I think she has real anger issues."

Lyra was having another giggling fest at Chase when he said he liked the poster. "Well, I can add one to your back too and you can be my walking advertisement." Now that was funny right there! She could pay him in...chocolate frogs with cool Wizard cards?

Lyra turned her head when Robert began speaking again and she watched his moods change. He needed a little bit of the Agony Aunt. Maybe he could be a walking advertisement as well, but may be some other time because whoever Mariska was, that was a sore spot. "Paris does have anger issues," she began. "That is why it is best that she shall never become your enemy.

"So, yes, let's change the subject," she said as she linked her arm back with Robert's. "Good, so we can work on History of Magic together anddd...I was thinking of maybe visiting the Divinations professor. Do you happen to know who that is?"

Chase shook his head. "No no no. Thats ok. Im good. Ill just wear this for like.. mabe.. a few more days" he said laughing. 'So stressed/ A meeting or something?'

Robert laughed and shook his head, "Now you tell me. Where were you in the Leaky Cauldron.... Though this last time I didn't even start it she just kind of went ballistic..." He shook his head and whistled, "Definitely has some issues."

He smiled grateful that Lyra had changed the subject. But then again he had to remember to ask Mariska if she wanted to work with him on the homework. "Yea, we can work on that together. Divinations?" He shook his head, "No idea, I'm not too good at that and trying to keep that in the back of my head as long as possible."

Lyra turned to Chase and snickered as he obviously was happy with his one poster. Poor lil' fella who make her giggle. "HA! HA! It is for the Agony Aunt which is an advice column for the Quill," she began as she leaned into the other Ravenclaw. WHOA! Anotherrrr Ravenclaw! -sigh- They were just...cool in her book. "If you need any advice and wish to remain anonymous, just send an owl and 'she' will keep it that way." She tapped her elbow to the boy a couple of times and gave a rather LARGE wink.

"Oh! I was in the Leaky when her white chocolate went everywhere," Lyra turned as her smile disappeared. "I do have to say that I was rather tasty." Hmm....that might not have been soooo bad. She began to giggle as Robert stated that the girl did have issues and yes, she did but she could be fun if you knew her the right way.

"I'm not good at Divinations either," she began as she scratched her head. Fleas! JUST KIDDING! Just an itchy scratchy place at the moment. "I couldn't tell you if it is the same Divinations professor when I was here before, I try to stay away from that subject but, someone said that my card guy was well known in that department. Maybe that is why I don't know much about him. I can't see his future." She rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Come let's go to the third floor and get these things up." She linked to Robert once again and began walking down the hallway. "Thanks Chase for the advertisement!" She waved to the other Ravenclaw boy and if he wanted to come along he was more than welcome as well.

Robert shook his head, "A little warning might have been helpful. After all that chocolate bomb landed in my bag. I was completely drenched in the stuff." He raised his eyebrow at her comment and smirked as he chuckled, "I bet you were."

"I don't know many who are good at Divinations..." he shrugged and laughed at her comment. "I'll go with you to meet that professor if you'd like. Might help with the homework assignment for History as well. As well as give him an excuse to stay out of the common room longer. Avoiding Mariska was top on his list...well Paris too. He nodded and smiled as her arm linked with his again. For some reason her almost bouncy presence was contagious and he found himself smiling more, "Lead the way."

Reese giggled when she said he was nice to look at."I do need to start my History of Magic homework,"she said.

"Oh,okay.It was nice meeting you,too,"Reese said with a slight wave as Evolette walked off.She headed of in the direction of the grounds.She was going to go find Cale.

Aggie jumped off the last step to the second floor corridor. The lack of Tobi steps through the Armor Gallery had set an even greater uneasiness in her chest. Although, in all honestly it could be the lack of air and the exertion of energy she was spending by all the running. Who knew how long it really was from the Transfiguration classroom to where she currently was running.

Thank Merlin’s socks I’m not running up the stairs. If she had been. Tobi would have caught her by now. As it stood, she appeared to have either lost him by taking the way through the Armor Gallery or she had gained a lot of distance on him.
And then she heard Tobi’s voice and realized she hadn’t lost him. “Eeek!” her voice echoed up the stones as she turned another corner and tried to loose him on the 2nd floor. So far, her plans weren’t working that well…

Tobi had launched himself down the stairs at breakneck pace, in his fervent attempt to capture Aggie, he couldn't see her.

“Eeek!”

But he knew that squeal anywhere. It was coming from the opposite end of the corridor.

It was amazing how fast she could move! She had been running from him since the 6th floor, and still managed to evade him, with a few close calls. If he didn't catch her by relying on speed and stamina soon, he was going to have to rely on guile. But that he could do.

There was one thing that would get Aggie to give herself up. He would just have to let her get outside, which, if he knew Aggie, was exactly where she was going. And it in itself was a sort of revenge...

Tobi slacked off a bit as he rounded a corner past more suits of armor. He regarded them apprehensively. There was one on the 6th floor that was rather angry with him.

Aggie was at the top of the staircase going down to the first floor.

"You can't run forever Aggie!" he blustered, hoping this would send her fleeing down the staircase.

Reed walked down the second floor corridor. He was still trying to get his feel of the school and learn his way around. He still didn't really know his way around all that well. Since he had some time on his hands he decided just to walk around for a while and see who he ran into. Or if he met anyone knew or just learned where he was going for that matter. He hated not knowing where he was, but he really was liking hogwarts. It would get better soon, or at least he hoped so.

Reese entered the second floor corridor with her nose inside of a notebook. This secret notebook held all of her music she has written over the years. Some of her music were written about friends...ex-boyfriends.She was looking over a new one she had just written.Some of the things she needed to work on.They were HORRIBLE.

BAM.

Reese ran right into somebody without knowing it.She feel right on the floor and growled slightly under her breath. Why did this always happen? It was either someone ran into her or she ran into someone. Maybe some of Cale's clumsyness rubbed off on her.Yep.That was it. She sat up up a little bit,but was still on the floor, and wiped the hair out of her eyes.She looked up at who she ran right into.

"Oh,Reed...Hi,"she started to say."I'm sorry about that.I was half paying attention."

Reed was just walking down the corridor. He had alot of things on his mind and was actually enjoying finally having the time to think about them. Right about that moment he noticed that someone was running into him. He looked around to see who it was but he didn't see anyone. Then he looked down on the ground and saw Reese.

He hadn't seen her since the opening feast. He bent down to help her pick up her things that she had dropped and noticed the journal with, what was that, were there songs in there? Handing her her things he gave the slytherin girl a smile.

"Hey Reese, don't worry about it." He told her. Then he offered her his hand to help her get up off the gound. "I haven't seen you since the feast, how are you?" He asked her curiously.

Reese watched as Reed picked up all her things off the ground and handed them to her.She felt like a total idiot.She took her stuff from him and returned the smile.She genlty nodded when he said not to worry about it and took his hand when he offered it. She pulled herself up and looked at Reed.

"Oh.I know.It seems like forever since we've talked,"she told him."I've been good...and busy since classes started.How have you been?"

Reed looked to Reese. She was one of the few people that he actually knew at Hogwarts. He was glad that he had run into her, well actually the other way around. She was a familier face.

"I've been pretty good, still just trying to find my way around the school and everything" He told her with a smile. He knew where alot of things were, but not everything.

"Anything new or exciting since the last time I saw you?" He asked her. He knew that he didn't know her all that well, but he was curious so he decided why not ask. She could always choose not to answer.

Reese looked down at her skirt and noticed there was some dirt on them.She held her notebook in her right arm and brushed off the the dirt with her lest hand.When all the dirt was gone,she looked back up at Reed.

"So,you're getting to know Hogwarts?"She said with a smile."Have you made any wrong turns,yet?Gotten lost?"

She thought for a moment before replying to Reed,"Not really."She slightly shook her head. "Nothing really exciting happens in my life,anyways.I think the only excitement I got so far was when some of my friends sa me with brown hair.But that was before school started.See,I use to be blonde headed."She wasn't sure if she told Reed or not that she died her hair.Oh,well.Now he know.

Reed gave a small laugh as Reese asked if he had made any wrong turns. He had actually made quite a few, but he didn't feel like telling her all of them. He didnt' want to sound like a complete idiot. "Well there was one time I was trying to find the library, and ended up in one of the bathrooms." He told her. "Thankfully it was the guys one" He said with a smile. THat would have been totally embarrasing if it had been the girls.

"Nothing exciting? Well thats boring" He said with a wink. Then he listened as she talked about how her hair used to be blonde. He could actually picture her with blonde hair. "Really, blonde? Why did you change it?" He knew that that was a stupid question. Girls were always changing the color of their hair. That was just something they did. He knew was excactly sure why though.

Reese listened to Reese's story about taking a wrong turn.She slightly giggled and then replied,"Yeah,lucky it was the boy's one."It would have made it a funnier story if he said he went into a girl's bathroom.

"Yeah,my life is pretty much boring.I'm like...a magnet for horrible things,"She told Reed witha slight smile.It was true,though. Everything that happened to her was pretty much horrible."Yeah,I was a blonde.Oh,I just wanted to...see how it felt to a brunette.I do miss my blondeness though.I might go back blonde next term.I'm not sure just yet."She slightly shrugged.If she moved to Ireland, her mom might make her change her hair color back. She doesn't know exactly how her mother will react to brown hair. But,anyhow,she was still going to fight back. She was going to do everything and anything to stay in London.

"So...has anything interesting happen to you?Besides taking a wrong turn,"Reese asked with a slight smile.

"Yea, Lucky, thats me" Reed said with a scarcastic laugh. For one thing he was definately not lucky. If anything he always had really bad luck. But if she spent any more time around him then Reese would soon learn that.

Reed could easily see Reese as a blonde. He wasn't sure if he like the brunette better or not. It didn't really make too much of a difference to him. SHe was still really pretty either way.

"Not really anything too interesting has happened." He told her. "Just trying to learn my way around and try to meet some new people" His life was pretty boring that the moment. He still needed to write home that was one thing that he had said that he would do as soon as he arrived and still hadn't gotten around to doing it.

Reese let out a slight giggle."Oh,now you're being sarcastic?Come on,Reed.You can't be that unlucky,"she told him.She looked around the empty corridor then back at Reed."Do you want to sit down...or we can just keep standing up?"She wasn't sure if Reed liked sitting down on the stone floor.Some people just don't like doing that.

"Trying to meet some new people?I need to introduce you to some of my friends,they're pretty awesome.All of them are in Gryffindor,"she said. "Maybe one day,we can go hunt them down and let you meet them."
