You're searching the castle for a mysterious room you have heard of called The Room of Requirement. You have searched every nick and cranny of the castle but still no room. You climb the stairs to the seventh floor and come across a stange tapestry showing Barnabas the Barmy trying to teach trolls to dance the ballet. You laugh at the silly tapestry until you side almost burst. Then you remember hearing the Room is located opposite such a tapestry. You turn around expecting to see a door, but find a blank wall instead. You start walking back and forth three times concentrating hard on what it is you need. Suddenly a door appears. You open it and discover you have found the Room of Requirement...

Mariska didn't quite know what to say when Robert mentioned Cayden. She knew she liked him, but she knew she liked Robert too...however she couldn't tell him that. " So what, you've got Lyra, don't think I haven't noticed how you two look at one another." She said, her defiance fading a little. " And since when do you want me to notice you?" She asked, but then he spoke in a way that she hadnt' expected. He had just...given up. She made an angry, frustrated noise, something akin to a little growl and she pushed past him. " Fine, I hope you at least learned something from this." She said, wondering why this bothered her so much, this fighting thing her and Robert so often engaged in. She walked, half hoping he would stop her but wondering why he would if she was acting like she was. Again though, she was just too proud to admit it at all so she kept walking, almost reaching the door before she really began thinking about stopping.

Robert didn't even know what to say to Mariska. She was right. He had Lyra and he cared for her but what she didn't know and what he was sure Lyra did though she wouldn't admit it, was he cared for her more. "That's complicated and since when do you care?" At her question he swallowed, "I don't." Not anymore. He watched as she made a noise that almost sounded like a growl and walked past him. He wanted to stop her but his own stubbornness was telling him not to so instead he just watched as she walked toward the door. Once she reached it he sighed and sat down in the chair with his back toward her and his head in his hands. Things were just too complicated. Running a hand through his hair in frustration he stared at the wardrobe in front of him, waiting to hear the door close behind him.

Amanda headed into the room of requirement with her guitar case and she sat down on a stool that appeared for her. She set her guitar case down and took out her electric guitar, plugging it into an amp and starting to play one of her own songs.

Ok. His bass needed electricity, something that didn't exist in Hogwarts. But...how about in a room where Emiliano would request it? The Room of Requirement!

He smiled and then remembered, he wanted to meet the band there. The band...it just sounded great. As he took a walk into the room, he noticed Amanda was there too. He smiled at her, then he spoke. "Hey, Amanda..." He said with a smile on his face.

Amanda looked up from her guitar and noticed Emiliano there with his bass. "Hey Emiliano, want to just play some music together for a bit until Rogue and Chris show up?" She asked as she stood up from the stool she was sitting on, and turned the knob on the amp up a bit.

Mari half expected Robert to come after her, but she was surprised and...disappointed when he didn't. She waited a few more moments and then she realized he really wasn't going to come after her. She made another little frustrated sound and pushed open the door just a bit. She stopped a moment, considered being the one to make some..apology for the fight but then she shook her head a little and pushed te door open again, this time completely. She stepped out, wondering why she felt she should be going back into the room instead of leaving it.

There he stood, with hands shoved into his pockets..God..he's really smart and always increasing my heartbeat..she chuckled slightly, walking gently, hugged him tightly behind him. Amanda stopped when she heard a voice. "Hey Rogue, glad you could make the first band practice. Alright now that we're all here, its time to get down to business. This is where we will have all band practices, I will send my owl with a note for the next band practice. Now, we've got to come up with a name for the band before we do anything else. Any suggestions?" She said and fiddled with her custom made Slytherin guitar strap.

It was going to work just being his friend. It wasn't going to take away the feelings, but for now, it was going to work out.

She wrapped her arm around Hugo's waist when he kissed her cheek, giving him a one armed hug. Yes. This could all work. They could all be friends again.

Tilting her head to look at Hugo, she arched an eyebrow. "Do you want to cut it?" she asked, "It is your birthday afterall." she added, using his own words on him.

Emiliano smiled at Amanda and practically ran to connect the bass to an electric plug. Instantly, he took the instrument and started to play something random along with his hum. The song, as he remembered from her grandmother's old CD's, was Decode by Paramore.

She took that microphone off and unplugged it, then attached an silver and green microphone to the stand, plugging it in and testing it. After dragging Ludo down from the Astronomy Tower after the distastrous encounter with Professor Forrester, Elizabeth had stopped in the corridor as she tried to figure out where they could go without being interrupted. And then it occurred to her where they could go. Dragging Ludo over to the correct tapestry, she left him there as she paced backl and forth three times, thinking about what they needed.

And as the door finally appeared, a faint smile appeared on her face as she went back to take Ludo's arm to lead him inside. Of course they could talk in the room of requirement. And they shouldn't be interrupted either, not considering she had made that part of her request.

He'd been dragged clear from the Astronomy Tower. Neither had said a word since the terrible second encounter with Professor Forrester. Ludo didn't know why he was following Liz, he should have gotten away and hidden out of pure embarassment. His stomach ached terribly and he doubted it was because of the badly-lifted Hurling Hex.

They stopped outside the Room of Requirement and he watched her pace back and forth, making the door appear. Again, she dragged him inside, unsure of where the conversation would begin.

"I......I'm...." he stuttered. "A complete idiot and have no idea what to say..." he thought as a follow-up.

Robert sat staring at the wardrobe unsure of what to do. He wanted to stop her but...well he knew that would be bad for both of them. No, not necessarily them...but the people they were seeing if they found out. As he heard the door open and close he sighed and put his head in his hands with a tired groan. Things were just too complicated. He sat there thinking over and over in his head that this was the right thing when in his heart he knew it wasn't. He must have sat there for over an hour until he finally got up and walked out of the room. Running his hands through his hair he looked around before heading down the stairs. He didn't think he could go to the common room figuring she was probably there.

Elizabeth stopped examining the room that had appeared as Ludo started to talk, and turned to look at him. He looked like he was in some sort of crisis, and she had a feeling she knew why. Which was also why she had dragged him in here. Walking back over to where he stood, she reached out to grasp his arms as she emphatically said, "You're not a complete idiot."

She let go of his arms as she reached one hand up to his face. Boosting herself onto her toes, she kissed him lightly, then turned away as she started to pace again. For some reason she felt like she needed to move while she tried to explain what had happened up there. "I'm just not used to this," she finally said, trying to help him understand. "I'm used to people just seeing me as someone to be friends with. And since last term, I thought you liked Asteira. So I was a bit confused." She paused in both her speech and her pacing as she stared at the wall for a second. "And then we got interrupted by Professor Forrester, and the whole thing just went down a completely different path. I wasn't scared of you. I was scared of him." And she still ended up losing points. She wasn't exactly sure what to think about any of this. Especially how Professor Forrester seemed to always show up at the strangest times.
