Large quantities of food are spread before you. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Hogwarts' house elves are the best in the world. The food is superb and the company is as well.

Rachel walked in, smiling as she headed over to her table in a particularly god mood today. As she neared the blue table, she stopped just out of eyesight and surveyed the scene with raised eyebrows and folded arms. She saw her boyfriend whom she hadn't seen since the summer, sitting with her two friends, one of them who happens to be her very best friend; and all looking quite cozy.
Smirking mischievously, she approached them from behind then leaned in so that she was inches away from Toshi's ear and said in a stage whisper so that both Livvy and Rian could hear too, "Hey there stranger. What's the matter, you don't see me for a few weeks and off you go flirting with my friends? Tsk tsk."

Livvy heard a familiar voice and squealed. Rachel! She gave Rachel a large grin and gave her a big fat hug. "Hey Rachel!! I haven't seen you in forever! Well.. actually I saw you during Transfiguration lesson.. which got cancelled.. but hey!"

At Elan's words, a smirk spread across Nia's face. Why indeed was Crybaby not with the Slytherins? Why ever would he chose her company? It was well known that Theo didn't exactly like his sister. His answer was somewhat disappointing though.
"You do...what about Paris? And I'm sure there must be some from the Quidditch team last year. Or you could see if your crush Angel Lyra is about. I'm sure she'd love your company." She was trying to refrain from scowling. He'd had the cheek to come and sit here with his 'little sister'. Meh. She was not little, especially compared to him. And he'd come over purely to annoy her when she was having a lovely conversation with Elan. Should she ignore Theo? Or would that seem rude?
"So, Elan, you never did tell me your reason..." Nia asked, slightly turning her back on her brother. Enough to hopefully give him the clue he was not wanted here, but not enough to appear rude.
Elan breathed a sigh of relief as she said she could get more. It helped with Theo distracting him. He noticed Nia slip a furry blue book quickly back into her bag. He knew it wasn't a school book, but it looked interesting nonetheless.
He listened as Nia and Theo interacted and was surprised that Theo had no SLythie friends. Perhaps he was too nice for them to deal with. He figured the Slythies liked people to be at least some mean and nasty. The only time he'd seen Theo act that way was with Nia.
HE was confused however. "I thought Nia was the older of you two." he said to them both.
As Nia turned back to him and away from her brother, he grinned. "Ok. I give. I came over to visit you."

"Livvy!! I've missed you so much!!! I saw you in Transfiguration? Really?" she asked as she smothered her best friend, ecstatic at finally seeing her. "So, may I inquire as to why you are flirting with my boyfriend?" she asked suddenly, a massive smirk spread out on her face. She loved teasing her friends - It was one of her favourite passtimes!

Livvy giggled and squeezed Rachel very hard again and sat down. "Yeah... Patricia fell asleep," she said, chuckling softly at the poor tired girl. "He's too impossible to resist. And I wanted to see why you fell for him," she said, jokingly and winked at the two. Livvy would NEVER steal Toshi from Rachel.

Most people thought she was the older one, and usually by at least a year. She'd always been the taller, more advanced one. And as someone who loved to read, her picked up mannerisms were a true contrast to her twin's. Especially before Theo had spent the effort on trying to speak properly. "It's only a matter of a few minutes though. Ironic really, isn't it?" She raised an eyebrow.
As Elan finally gave his reason, Nia felt her cheeks warm. Only a little bit, but enough to make her lean over her plate to let her hair drape around her face as she took a mouthful of chicken. She chewed it slowly, before taking a glug of pumpkin juice. Looking up, she returned his grin and flicked her hair over her shoulder. It falling in her gravy would not be a good look, all slimy and horrible.
"I'm glad you did," she said, still turned away from Theo. "You finding it good to be back?"

Nia nodded. "It can get, well, kinda of uptight and competitive between us," she said with a knowing glance at Theo before looking smiling at Elan. "Always has been...probably always will be." She shrugged, liking the fact at Hogwarts that they were seen as different people. The knowledge that they were sorted in to completely different houses had helped there a lot, and Nia certainly didn't miss her brother's whinging and crying before bedtime.

He smiled. "Various sounds mysterious." He told her. She seemed to be winking at him and he grinned.
"Have you had troubles sleeping then?" He asked her. She seemed well rested and he couldn't think why she would have trouble sleeping.
Just as he was about to dive into a pickle barrel, he felt a chill down his spine for an unknown reason. "Did you feel a draft?" he asked as he shook his entire body to get it out.
Nia raised her eyebrows. "You reckon?" She laughed. "No, not much competition at all," she said with added sarcasm. It was definitely there, even if neither of them would admit it to each other. Whether it was trying to get their parents' attention when they were younger - Theo's crying always won there - or house points last year - Nia's area of expertise - they didn't exactly get along. And if Ravenclaw faced Slytherin at Quidditch, and both of them got through, it would probably be a nasty sight on the pitch. Especially if Nia had the beater's bat in hand.
"Mysterious?" Nia gave a cheeky grin. "Nah, I just mean that I was looking forward to coming back - seeing everyone again, learning and all that jazz." She tried to cover the flush threatening to come to her cheeks as she said 'seeing everyone'.
Nia nodded. "At home, yes. We all have." She looked at Theo, who she knew had had it worse than her. "We've got a new sibling. Nathanial. Has an affinity for crying...and being sick over her sister." She grimaced, before looking mischievous. "Obviously takes after his older brother," she said with a giggle.
She watched as Elan went to eat something, before frowning slightly. "A draft? No...but then again I'm wearing several layers and eating a hot meal." She looked at him concerned. Was there a ghost around? Weren't that meant to make you feel chills if you walked through them? She quickly looked around to check. "What sort of a draft?"
Theo nommed on his mashed potato. He knew he wasn't wanted at the table, but he was hungry. He listened, but didn't interupt. He drank some of his milk and returned to munching the potatoes. Then he heard something about him, "I was never sick over you. And I don't cry anymore," he piped up, after swallowing his mouthful. He frowned and returned to the food.

"You're welcome," Rian laughed, handing a chocolate frog to the boy. She grinned and greeted Livvy when the girl walked over and sat down by them. When she heard a loud whisper, she smirked.
"Hey there Rach," she said, controlling a laugh. "Not flirting, just being polite," she corrected, winking at Rachel. Rian would NEVER try to steal one of her friend's boyfriends. She smiled as she watched her friends, then dug into her bag, pulling out two more chocolate frogs. "Do you want one?" she asked, offering the sweets to Rachel and Livvy.

Livvy squealed and gave Rian a hug. "Aww.. Rian.. how did you know? They are my favorite! Thank you.." she said, grinning and took a chocolate frog. She quickly took it out of its wrapper and stuffed the chocolate frog in her mouth. Yum.
Rian laughed at Livvy's enthusiasm and returned the hug. "Everyone loves Chocolate," she said matter-of-factly. "They're my favorite too," she added with a grin. She unwrapped her own candy, stuck the card in her bag, and popped the chocolate into her mouth.
He hugged Livvy back. "Hey I`ve been missing you!", he smiled.
Toshi jumped as Rachel approached and whispered in his ear. He knocked over his glass of milk like he`d done so many times before.
He wiped the parts of the table he`d spilled milk over clean and hugged Rachel, too and laughed. "You don`t know how much I´ve been missing you!" He grinned at her.
Amanda dragged Amelia over to the Ravenclaw House table and sat down. She looked around, grabbed some chicken, and started eating. She then turned to see what Amelia was eating. "What're you gonna have?" she asked.
