Come up to the door of Professor Dumont’s office and knock, the professor is usually in and is happy to talk to you about whatever you may have in mind, especially if it involves muggle studies.

As you walk through the door of Professor Dumont’s office, you are struck by the fact that at least part of this room appears not to be that magical at all, but looking rather like an office you might see on muggle television (had you ever had the chance to see muggle television, that is!) The main feature of the room is a very large wood desk with a nice comfortable chair behind it, a purple, cushiony chair. There are a couple chairs in front of the desk, which appears as though it may be oak, both these chairs are a dark green velvet, padded, and appear very comfortable as well. The rug on the floor is a forest green color, imprinted with a variety of flowers in many different colors, it is very relaxing and lovely, one of the prettiest rugs you could ever find. Professor Dumont inherited this rug from his family, it is an heirloom.

On the right hand wall you notice many photos calling to mind muggle entertainers. There are photos of various muggle rock bands from the ‘60’s and ‘70’s including the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Who, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin (it turns out that Professor Dumont loves this type of music). There are pictures of Elvis Presley as well, along with such muggle icons as Marilyn Monroe and James Dean, Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Perry Como, and many others.

On.the wall immediately behind the desk are some photos that are obviously personal. There are pictures of a very old castle with high pirouetting towers, this is Castle Dumont, Antonio’s family home. You gather that it is located somewhere in France, and you would be correct. You will also find many of the pictures that move and talk, wizarding pictures, there is a man and a woman in their 50’s, Professor Dumont’s parents. There is a new picture added this year, one which has a special place right over the Professor's desk. This picture is of a very pretty little girl, no more than 2 years old, with curly dark hair and a somewhat familiar look about her. You would be guessing correctly if you guessed that this is a picture of Professor Dumont's daughter, Antonia Michelle, who he has just become reunited with during the term break. But that's a whole other story, one you may or may not be lucky enough to hear (probably not!)

Along the left wall there is a long table which goes the length of the room. On this table are many muggle items to look at and perhaps even play with, including computers, video monitors that might even pick up muggle television (who knows?), video game systems, cell phones, iPods, skateboards, yoyos, Playdough, Legos, various board games, and a huge variety of books on all subjects. Your eyes fall on this table longingly, perhaps you might have the chance to play with some of these items yourself if you are very good some time, you never know!

Jack smiled "Don't worry" he nodded "Promise" he held her, sitting on the sofa and leaning her against him so they were both comfortable "I'm here" he smiled "I know, I know" he said soothingly before looking up at the professor, trying to hide the worry in his face, Jack closed his eyes and took a deep breath, hoping this was all going to get easier to handle, he opened his eyes again and looked around, he was wide awake, then he played the vision over again, he glanced at John worriedly and sighed.

"Everyone should relax while we can," Antonio said. "There is going to come a time when we are going to need all our strength, so it's not going to do any good to worry over what might happen. Jack and John, let us know if you get a lead on Claxton and his bunch through your gifts, I really think one of you is going to be the one that figures out what his next move is going to be." Antonio was thankful that they had the Moiser twins with them, they were the best chance they had of ever stopping Claxton's operation.

ooc: Do we want to RP Christmas break at the Moisers? That works okay for me. You guys can move to the other thread whenever you are ready, too, and begin RPing there.

"Yes professer we might as well enjoy ourselves while we can, these holidays could bring something for us and change our lives, you never know" said Barry he was going to leave soon

ooc: Yeah I agree we should rp at he Moisers it might help you guys develop the plot further.

Barry got up "I was leaving anyway, if anything pops up just call me, I`m here to help, if not I`ll see you during break" he said and he nodded to the group and left the office.

"Thank you, Barry, we will," Antonio said. He then turned to Jack. "Okay, it looks like it's only us here right now, at least for the moment. What did you want to tell me?"

Jack tried to swallow, his heart was beating fast, he took a deep breath "The vision, I'm scared," Jack stopped himself from shaking "I saw John..." Jack breathed in "Remember he said there would be another casualty before the end of the night?" While Jack waited for an answer, he buried his face in his hands.

"Yes, of course I remember that," Antonio said. How could he possibly forget something like that, he thought, but didn't want to say that. "What is it, Jack? Did you see something, as well?" From the way Jack was acting, he wondered if it could have something to do with John not feeling well. Could John be the casualty in some way?

"When John has these visions, and I am in the room, I can see them, his thoughts are louder than others, and I have this connection with John so I can see it aswell, and I saw John," Jack paused to let Dumont take the information in "Dead, before the end of tonight" Jack started to shake a little "I can't lose John"

Antonio started. "What? What exactly are you seeing?", he asked. He was really getting concerned and worried about this whole vision thing. It really was pretty scary, and he was beginning to see why Jack had so many problems. He didn't think he could cope with something like that. "John can't possibly die, we won't let that happen!"

"I saw John, on the floor, alone, just flailing, and after about twenty seconds he went still and... just stopped, everything stopped" Jack's voice shook as he spoke "I know, you're concerned, scared..." Jack trailed off "Why do you think I blocked the door and wont leave him?" Jack asked "I am not leaving him, I will not let him die, see, the future is flexible, we can change it if we are careful" Jack explained, still shaking but trying to hide it.

"I understand," Antonio nodded. "I think you are not right in not leaving your brother alone. Something may happen, and we have to be prepared for it if it does. But I do think we can prevent anything bad happening to John if we are careful."

Jack nodded "I am not letting anything happen to him, I will not leave him, not in body or mind, I may need something to keep me awake, but I can stay up as long as possible" Jack nodded while looking around the office for a distraction "I am prepared to do anything" Jack told him "What I said to Sak, about dueling, would you be prepared to duel Sak? To help her get better?" Jack asked "To make me confident, I wont let her go unless I am sure she can defend herself" Jack told him.

"You would want me to duel Sakura and not Professor Kazimeriz?", Antonio asked. "I'm a little confused, I would think you would go to him over a matter dealing with dueling."

Jack nodded "I want her to duel you first, so I can say to Kazimeriz that she either beat you or lost against you, and she can get more help either way" Jack explained

"Okay, that makes sense, I suppose," Antonio said. "I should hold back, then, and make it easier for her to win, don't you think?"

Jack nodded "It does" then he shook his head "No, if you hold back, she wont be able to know how far she can go, how far she can push herself" Jack explained "I will watch and step in if I have to, I can tell when she's too tired, or you are, and stop it" Jack explained

"All right, as long as we are dueling under those conditions," Antonio agreed. He knew that Jack cared deeply about Sakura, and he also knew that he had enough control not to allow things to get out of hand.

Jack nodded "Thanks professor, I think that'll be better, she knows you and can trust me to not let one of you hurt the other, nothing bad will happen" Jack promised, he looked around "Professor, do you have that muggle drink? Coca Cola?" Jack asked, he'd seen it around and wondered what it tasted like.

"Oh, Coca Cola," Antonio laughed. "Yes, I do have a few bottles of that in the refrigerator. I like to keep it on hand for those who would like to sample it, it's somewhat of a curiosity and probably has the best flavor of any of the muggle drinks, in my opinion. Let me get one for you." Antonio smiled and reached into the small refrigerator he kept in his office, taking out a bottle filled with brown fizzy liquid. "See what you think of this," he said, handing it to Jack along with a paper cup. "People use those to drink this out of, well, the muggles do," he explained.

"It is, isn't it?", Antonio smiled. "Who would ever think of drinking something out of a cup made of paper, of all things? And that beverage, they use a process called carbonation, which is what puts all the bubbles in it. Which might make for a fairly interesting class at some time in the future," he said thoughtfully, stroking his chin. "The muggles are really creative when you think of it. They have to be, after all, they have no magic, and they say that necessity is the mother of invention."

Jack nodded "Nice, they're kinda clever y'know, I never realised how clever they were" Jack admitted "I knew they were pretty clever but not that clever" Jack smiled "So, how was Antonia?" Jack asked Dumont interestedly

"It was great seeing her again," Antonio said honestly. "I really enjoyed the few moments we did have together, and I can't wait to spend more time with her soon. She really is a precious little girl, and I'm surprised by how smart she is. I don't know where she gets that from." He laughed.
