She sat there copying down the homework, this was going to be so sweet! She thought as she sat there writing and smiling. |
Set raised his hand, "Ya, in many cases uniforms are far more expensive than even poplar clothing. Many people have to go to uniform exchanges or even get look-a-likes that are cheaper. Plus kids always find something different. At my old grade school, kids compared socks and backpacks." |
Ana wrote down the homework, gather her things and waited for her friends. "Thanks Professor, See you later" |
Damian wrote the homework down in his notebook, pack his stuff together and leftthe classroom. |

Nick flew into the classroom, at least there were some students here now. Maybe there were still some Gryffindors around. He knew who the prefects were, they were named Anna and Cale, and he had learned a few of the other students' names, as well. Nick wondered how many students would notice him as he flew through the room, looking for the familiar red and gold tie. |
Alana wrote down her homework and headed for the Gryffindor common room. It was a fairly easy class and she wanted to get started on her homework right away so she wouldn't get behind. "Great class" Lana said smiling at the other first year girls that got into trouble. |
Jake grumbled as he noted the homework down. "Stupid bloody fashion homework." It was obvious that Jake was NOT a fashionable person, from his dressing for comfort rule all the way to his rainbow style. "Later," he said to anyone who'd listen as he left, swinging his bag over his shoulder. As he left he ended up going straight throught a ghost, which frustrated him. "Ghosts!" he exclaimed, annoyed, leaving. |
Jack stared at the ghost "Wow, Sir, glad to be in your presence" Jack smiled |

A student had noticed him! "Hello there, young man," Nick said. "It's nice to meet you. I am Sir Nicholas de Mimsy Porpington. And you are...?" And then, the female prefect was there. "Hello, Anna," Nick greeted her. "I'm doing quite well today, and how about you? I know I can count on you to motivate the Gryffndor students, I've heard you are a very good motivator. I know you and Cale are going to keep up the good work and that I can count on you for that!" |

Kaitlynn wrote down the homework, and then waving goodbye to the professor she packed up her things and left the classroom. She stopped though when she noticed the ghost come into the room. "Hey Nick," she called and then made her way out of the room. |
Feeling slightly foolish for her question, Lasca quickly gathered up her things. Giving the professor a curtsy she lfet the classroom. |
"Thank you Professor Dumont. I will see you next lesson." Chalice said after she worte down her work and got up to leave the lesson. |

Emiliano started to write the homework down. Reading was going to be so much fun and hoped to have at least some help from Diana about it. While he did so, he felt a sudden chill through his body. It was not for him to feel like that. When he turned around, he saw a ghost, Nearly Headless Nick to be exact floating among them all. He just tried not to gulp and that worked, though goosebumps let his emotions go through a lot. |
Sarah had been sat in thought listening to all the other's answer the question about uniforms.Snapping back to reality at the sound of the word "homework" she shook her head and glanced up to see it written on the board. Copying it down she then tossed all the stuff into her bag.Standing up,she swung it over her shoulder said a cheery, "Bye Professor Dumont, great lesson!", and headed towards the door.... Unfortunately she didn't see the ghost until it was too late. Quote:
Turning round to see which one it was she sighed and relaxed. It was the one she had seen at the Gryffindor table at the feast...Sir Nicolas..or something. He seemed cheery and not in the least bit troublesome. "Oh it's you Sir Nicolas..Hello..Ummm good day to you,Sir." |
"Dude are you okay?" Chalice asked, in a wisper, the guy with goose bumps. |
Terry had barely scribbled down his homework assignment and started to get out of his seat to leave when silvery white wisps out of the corner of his vision distracted him. ......WHOA. Okay, majoy delayed reaction. But had that been a ghost? And Gryffindor's own Nearly Headless Nick? But too late. The ghost had disappeared. Hoisting his messenger bag onto his shoulder, he quickly moved towards the Gryffindor prefect, who'd evidently been one of the last to speak to the ghost. 'Uhh, have ghosts always just been allowed to randomly wander into classes?' Terry mused, glancing about the room. Eh, trust this to happen after the professor had left. |

Chris wrote down the homework. He put his notebook back in his backpack. Then grabbed his backpack and started walking toward the door. But then saw a guy who didn't look alright. He looked and saw Nearly Headless Nick. He walked over to him. "You alright?" Chris asked him. "Not use to seeing ghosts?" He asked with a friendly smile. |

Elizabeth quickly wrote down the homework after Professor Dumont gave it out, then packed all her things back into her school bag, including the materials she was going to need to do the homework later. As she looked up, she saw Sir Nicholas leaving the classroom again, and shrugged. She had tried talking to the Grey Lady a few times now, but had never really gotten anything, so it didn't bother her that much to have missed the Gryffindor ghost. Standing up, she smiled at the professor. "Great class. I guess I'll see you later, Professor." Next class, around the castle, who knew? After she finished speaking, she turned to make her way through the desks and left the classroom. |
