This flight will make three stops -

1) Houston, Texas
2) Los Angeles, California
3) San Jose, California

Where will you depart?

Edit!: This adventure should be completed by no later than 12:00 midnight Sunday, April 12, so that I may grade and get the party in motion!

A door somewhere closed.

"Alright. I understand. But, Rian. I don't care if we're away, I just want to know that we are together." Sneeze said this, his head still in his hands. His hair was becoming wet from the little plastic cup of Coke on his open table thing.

Rain, not knowing what to say, just looked at Sneeze. When he put his head in his hands, she felt this weird feeling...it was her heart, she was pretty sure. Maybe it was guilt, maybe it was something else. She didn't know. All that she did know was that she wanted Sneeze to talk to her.

When he did, her face lit up. Then he said those wonderful words, and she grinned this huge, happy grin. Not at him, really, just at anything. But, of course, she wasn't sure if he was saying what she thought he was saying. "Are you saying that you want to get back together?" she asked, hardly daring to believe that he did. But I just want to know we are together sounded like he wanted to be with her.

Sneeze lifted his head. "Yeah, I want to get back together. I know I'm a third year but I feel like a seventh year. I know that doesnt make since. Yeah, to your question. I feel that without you, something is empty, missing. I know we're young, but, I don't know." He put his head back and then noticed his wet hair. He silently cursed and started drying it with a paper towel.

"Does she ever listen to me?"
"Yeah, she does."
"She likes you, James."
"Uh hu, I'm going to listen to the organ that pumps red stuff through my body. Should I, Joe?"
"Yeah, because if you don't she'll threaten to stop working and take a break."
"Oh, don't! Linda, keep up the hard work!"

Sneeze looked down at his pocket that was ringing. He picked up his cell phone. Text message: Yeah, yourn't making it up, James. We exist. Sneeze deleted the message.

Qaz rather enjoyed traveling by airplane. For the most part, it was a quiet and peaceful experience. Of course, this is the first flight she'd been on with a slew of students. Much more chatter than usual, so she put on her headphones and listened to the music.

Rian could hardly believe her ears. Had Sneeze actually thought about this? It wasn't like she didn't want to be with him, but she still felt that it was unfair to him if she wasn't there at Hogwarts. There were other girls there, and - as much as Rian hated to admit it - there were girls that would be far better for Sneeze.

"Have you thought about it?" she asked quietly. She didn't want him to make a mistake. And breaking up - or staying broke up, either way you look at it - in person was better than breaking up via owl.

She let a small smile come onto her face when Sneeze started wiping a paper towel on his hair. Then he pulled out a muggle phone thing, and looked at it. Rian resisted the urge to raise her eyebrows, and waited. She let out an breath as she felt the ground underneathe the airplane disappear. She tried not to think about the fact that she was so far off the ground.

"I have thought about it, Rian. I know that being apart is hard but these past few months were harder. I tried meeting new girls. All of them were first years, pretty much. I'm a huge, what do muggles call it, nerd. I spend my time in my room, inventing. No girl is going to wait there until I finish. They all will walk away because supposedly I don't have time for them and they are all I think about. I know that you are perfect because you make me feel like I matter, like I can succeed at anything I do." Sneeze smiled at Rian. He was happy she was concerned.

"Ok, you guys! You can come back in."
"Great speech."
"Thank you."
"And now we wait..."

Rian felt a smile come onto her face before she could contain it. To buy herself time to think about what to say, she turned forward in the seat. Keeping her eyes firmly off of the window, she debated for about a second and a half.

I make him feel like he matters, she thought a bit smugly. Of course he mattered. He mattered very much. Sure, Rian probably sounded like any other love-struck fourteen year old, but it was the truth. Now how do I tell him I'd like to be his girlfriend again?

"I'd like to be your girlfriend again," she told him smoothly. Oh, like that, obviously. She said it confidently and cheerfully, as if she was talking about Texas, like she was suppose to be doing at this moment. But she couldn't get what he had said out of her head. These past few months have been harder...no girl is going to wait there until I finish...you are perfect because you make me feel like I matter... She turned her head to look at Sneeze, a winning smile plastered to her face.

Sneeze lifted his head and smiled at her. There hands were still together, and he squeezed hers a bit. "I'd like you to be my girlfriend again." And there it was. The best smile he had had in the past few months.

"Yes! James, you have finally done it! Now we don't have to mope around any more!"
"Ah, I am just so happy for you, James. You are such a nice young man."
"Life is awesome."

Then Sneeze felt a door close around him. As he looked around and saw Rian, he smiled. "So, we are back together... Never thought I'd see this day." Somehow, Sneeze didn't feel like he was just 13. He always felt older, older than the number he had. He felt now like a 17 year old. The age always got higher when Rian was around. He didn't know why.

Rian settled back happily into the seat, for once not even caring about the distance between her and the ground. She couldn't care less, actually. She just wished the flight could last a bit longer. She could stay here forever. But! She was still doing schoolwork. And that was what mattered.

That, and the fact that Sneeze and her were back together again.

"Me neither," she whispered, slighlty in awe. She had hoped, but she wasn't sure if she would actually be back with Sneeze. Taking a deep breath, feeling some unknown courage, she looked out the window. They were flying over the ocean! Or a lake...or sea, or something. Whatever it was, it was water, and it was pretty. "Look," she whispered, touching her index finger to the window. The sun rays danced off the surface, and there were ripples going across the water.

"Man, looks awesome down there!" Sneeze took a look out. The ocean was blue, but not as blue as in Spain, but still nice. He sighed. The trip seemed to be flying away. He took out a small box from his backpack. He took out a pen, but on it where flowers which bloomed. On top was a small rose that opened with the light coming from the window. "Here, a present."

"Me too! But they don't tend to happen around where I live and my parents don't have a car to take me to any." She sighed and started fiddling with her hair.
Awww John was being so sweet.Up until now she was of the impression that all boys were useless and had cooties...turns out it's not true.
"I'm glad I'm going with you too," she smiled. "Certainly makes it more interesting going with someone.This is our little Huffie adventure! WoooHooo!!" she shouted,a little too loudly.Looking around to see if anyone had noticed she then sunk back into her seat as the plane took off...and her ears popped.

"What?!," she shouted to John. "Your ears? Hehe yes they're still there.It'll be fine in a few minutes I promise!"
She had to lip read what he said next as engine roar and ear popping didn't really mix.
"$135? Oh cool,we should get by on that.And I needed that map,thank you," she said nudging him on the arm. "I have a terrible sense of direction!"
Hmmm a present for Professor Dumont? That would be a great idea.Hopefully they would pick something he liked.
"Sounds great..the gift idea I mean.Something related to the concert maybe?"

John looked as the plane continued to fly he looked at Sarah as she said his ears where still on. "That is good." He smiled as felt his ears. "I think professor Dumont would like something from the concert." He smiled as he tried to thing about what Dumont might like. "I think." He started when someone offered him a bag of peanut. He struggled to open it and then when he did he tried one. "I see what you mean it does taste good." He laughed as he ate the rest whilest watching the film.

Suddenly a voice came floating to them. "This is your captain speaking we will be arriving at our destination soon, please put your seatbelts on." He laughed as he said to Sarah. "That was quick wasn't it." He quickly finished his drink and peanuts and fastened his seatbelt.

Rian turned back around when Sneeze said 'present'. She looked to see what it was, and saw a rose in Sneeze's hand. After looking at it more closely, she realized it was a pen. She smiled, then looked up at Sneeze. "That's aweso-"

She was cut off by a voice announcing that they had to put on their seatbelts, and that they were arriving at their destination. "Wow," she said, sounding surprised. "That was fast," at least it seemed that way.

"Faster than I thought it would be. Flights aren't usually that fast. Who..." Sneeze thought that maybe the Muggle Studies professor might have something to do with it, but he doubted it. The flight seemed to be a short one but times does fly. He got all his stuff ready, the box back in his bag.

Rian pulled her bag down from above her, standing up on her toes for a second. She sat down and buckled her seat belt, placing her bag on her lap. Her heart started pumping faster, and she thought about what she was doing. This was a fun final, getting to go somewhere new, getting to do something new.

Sarah did as they were asked and fastened her seatbelt.Not long now and they would be at the concert,dancing away...or at least attempting to.

Turning to John she smiled. "Told you you'd like the peanuts! Oh and your ears may pop again when we land."

With a bump and a screech the plane touched down,slowed and made it's way to the gate.
As the people around them gathered belongings,Sarah undid her belt and stood up,looking for some assistance.Spotting a steward she tapped him on the shoulder. "Would you mind reaching up and getting that black bag for me please?" she asked.
Taking it from him with a quick "Thank you!" she gestured for John to join her in the throng getting off the plane.

"Oh thank you, God." Freya muttered to herself and quickly fastened her seatbelt again. 'Thank goodness this horrible ordeal is nearing an end.' She waited impatiently for the plane to land so that she may once again feel solid ground under her feet; she would have enjoyed using her new broom to fly all the way to Texas, but showing up to a muggle event like that would cause mass chaos for sure.

Before thinking much about it, Freya reached into her sidebag; which she had been able to take on the plane with her...though she received several odd looks from the muggle security. After a moment, the eighteen year old took out her silver watch and placed it on her left wrist. Her watch had a compass in it, so she thought it might help her find her way around once they landed.

"Now..." Freya flipped open a map of Houston, "Should I take a bus, taxi, or a shuttle if possible?" She had read about shuttles, they took a large amount of muggles to the same location and dropped them off, sometimes for free when they had tickets, other times after paying a small fee. 'I'll look for a shuttle first, that is probably cheapest and it will get me to the right place without all of those piddly stops.'

As the plane touched down and the passengers were able to get their things, Freya unclasped her seatbelt and made for the exit as quick as she could.

Sneeze put his backpack on and followed Rian out when they were finally at the gate. His ears didn't pop, like they did usually, but that was just another wonderful thing. He looked at the other Hogwarts students on that same plane to Houston, and smiled. They were never alone, and never would be.

John smiled. "That was quick wasn't it." He laughed as he started to get off the plane. "Now all we need to do is find the Concert arena." Once he was off the plane he waited for Sarah to join him, hopefully she wouldn't be long, he knew the concert would start soon and knew that she wouldn't want to miss any of it.

Excited, because Liz had never been on a plane before, Liz finds her seat and sits down, buckling up.

When the plane starts moving, she braces herself a little nervous, but relaxes once they take off.

Jai pulled her sleeping mask up when she felt the plane jerk, the flight attendants voice came over the intercom telling them they were in Houston. She was on her way to California and would have to take the connectng flight over. Taking her mask all the way off her head she un-buckled her seat belt and pulled her hair up in a scrunchie. She needed to stretch, she was way too cramped, she hated flying but she always did she knew for most of her class mates this was their first flight.

Qaz looked around the plane, surprised at how many had gotten off in Houston. Perhaps she had made the wrong choice, but she'd take LA over Houston any day.

Listening to the intercom, saying they were in Houston, Liz sits back to relax again. Looking out the window, she watches the crew on the ground, getting the flight ready for takeoff, again.

Daniel strap himself comfortably on the seat of the plane and nodded to himself. He should be attentive on where to alight to. He should be in San Jose in no time.

Qaz felt the plane desending. Must be coming into LAX.

After about 20 minutes they touched down and taxied over to the gate.

The pilot announced that they had arrived in Los Angeles.

Qaz grabbed her bag and headed for the exit.

Jane was getting nausea from the stop and go-ing. She was holding a barfbag ready. She barely finished watching the on flight movie because she kept rewinding it.Too much Muggle stuff for her to comprehend. Something about a guy who has to say 'Yes' all the time. She glanced sideways to Daniel as the people going to LA got off the plane.

"San Jose?"Jane asked Daniel, hoping she'd have a fellow Gryffie to enjoy the concert with.
