Nancy was still standing right there in the middle of the Main Street contemplating over where to go first when all of a sudden two pretty familiar boys dashed out of Honeydukes. Jake and Cam. The two boys seemed to be rather hyper, though, judging by Jake's behavior causing Nancy to grin slightly as she started to walk up to them. With that same grin plastered across her face the 13-year-old shouted, "Oi! Jake! Cam! What's-Jake! Watch out!" Her eyes widened in shock as Jake accidently bumped into a Ravenclaw girl knocking her over due to his wild spinning and twirling. With a rather concerned look on her face she immediately ran over to where the girl was already getting back up asking her, "You okay?"

"I think Honeydukes sounds ideal, and I insist on buying something for each of you. I already know what Rian and Jenn will choose, but you can pick something as well, Liz," Copernicus tried to spot which shop was which while the girls discussed their sweet tooth problems. It seemed to be quite popular at this school.

"Oh, be careful, chap," Copernicus offered Liz his hand to help her up. "Are you hurt?"

"I am doing pretty good. How about you?" Chris asked Rian.

"Umm no I haven't thought about it in awhile but I will be sure to get back to those plans soon. And I am fine. How about you?" Chris told Jenn and smiled knowing she was joking.

With a smile, to Jen, Copernicus and another girl who came, over. Taking Copernicus's and Jenn's hands, she stands up.

"Thank you! I'm fine. Just taken by surprise, that's all. Jacob, is, umm, a little over excited, nearly all the time it seems." she says with a small giggle.

Turning and remembering she had heard Chris's voice, she drops Jenn's hand, and says "Hi, Chris".

All of a sudden, she realizes that she hadn't dropped Copernicus's hand. She blushes and let's go, "Sorry!" she whispers.

Jenn smiled happily at Copernicus. "Aw. Thanks Copernicus!"she said, hugging him quickly. "If you want, I could buy you something too."she offered, grinning.

Jenn bit her lip as she tried to hold back laughter. She knew Liz would love to take his hand, but she wasn't going to ruin the moment.

She laughed. "I've noticed. Gee! He could be more bit more careful though."she said. Jenn laughed as Liz held onto Copernicus's hand then quickly let go. Biting back a remark she just went to smiling widly.

Jenn laughed at Chris's remark. "Oh dear. I shouldn't have brought it up."she giggled. "That's good. I'm doing great!"she said, smiling happily up at him.

"I'm pretty great," She answered Chris, standing up straight. She smiled at Liz when she stood up. She laughed when she talked about Jake. Rian had only met him once, and he hadn't exactly been hyper.

She frowned slightly when Nic 'insisted on buying them each something' from Honeydukes. She wasn't used to boys buying her things, even if it was just a chocolate, and even if he did owe her a chocolate frog card. "Thanks," she said cheerfully.

"Hey you alright?" Chris asked as he had just watched Liz get knocked over.

"That's good." He told Rian and nodded.


"No you probably shouldn't have." He said teasing Jenn. "Well then that's great." Chris said smiling back at her.

“Noo I finished it all…or something…I don’t have any.” Alexis said, she herself was surprised. She usually had some candy. Ohhh no. Sam had done it. She had only been kidding around with the whole Samantha thing and she HAD to go call her, by her birth name. If Savannah and Fred weren’t here right now she would have gotten up and left, because she was SO not going to speak to Sam till she apologized.

Feeling a bag of Sugar Quills drop onto her lap, Alexis almost jumped up out of happiness. But that would have dropped the candy. “YAY Thanks Fred!!” She said quickly as she took out three sugar quills and stuffed one in her mouth. She threw the other two to Savannah and Sam. “You know you still have to talk though.” She added to Fred.

Lex grinned. “Yeah I guess I did...I wish I hadn’t. Buuut I did. I’m ignoring Samantha.” HA she had used her name again! Sam deserved it.

Turning back to face the front of the bench, she noticed that the male Gryffindor still had not said anything. But he was still responsive, because he gave a bag of candy to Lex. What was wrong with him?! Maybe somebody had annoyed him before she arrived. That better not be true! Only she could annoy dear Frederic! Well Savannah could too, but she didn't count. She did that by accident.

When Alexis said she had no candy, Sam's mouth almost dropped. The Candy Queen with no candy? The Temperamental boy with no button? What was this world coming too?! If Vannah suddenly announces she is scared of animals she was going to walk away. This was all getting a little freaky. But then again, Fred did give her a bag of candy right now. So she wasnt out anymore. It was like he completed her. Heehee...

She couldn't help but grow a little smug as the Hufflepuff sided with her. Vannah never sided against her best friend. So that was a win for her! "Thank you Vannah!" she said, a smile falling onto her lips.

The Gryffindor raised an eyebrow at the blond, when she said she was ignoring her. Well if she wanted to play that game, she wasn't going to disappoint her! "What a coincidence! I was just going to tell Vannah I'm ignoring Alexyna!" The fight was on Alexis. The fight was on!

"It's no problem," Copernicus blushed and shoved his hands in his pockets. "Glad you're not injured."


"That would defeat the whole purpose," Copernicus protested with a smile. "I'll let you pick something new for me to try instead. I've been informed I have a woefully undeveloped palate."

Nodding, still a bit pink, Liz smiles at him.

Looking up, she sees they're now in front Honeydukes. "Shall we go in?"

"WoahWoahWoah!!!!!" Jake cried, zooming faster and faster, trying his best to dodge people. Soon, the circles were getting tighter and tighter, and Jake was doing his best to stay upwards, but he could only concentrate on his feet, going faster... and faster... and faster...

"ToffeeToffeeToffee!" Round... and round... and round... Jake started feeling a little dizzy, and a tad sick. But NO!!!!! Must... run around... IN AIMLESS CIRCLES!!!!!

Making curious honking or foghorn noises he used to do at his old school, Jake kept moving. He felt himself hit someone, and then saw who he missed, then it was Nancy's voice, and and older boy telling him to be careful.

"SorrySorrySorry!" he cried out. Then giggling at that statement Jake began repeating words over and over... "Chap!!!!!HappyChappyHappyChappy!!!!!"

Wow... this is cool... from one piece of toffee...

For a fraction of a seconds Fred felt the gazed of Savannah on him and something was making him uneasy about it. Repositionning himself on the bench he brush his head as if he had something was bugging him. Not noticing that he was closer to Alexis he stop breathing for a fraction of a second. Maybe he felt as thought someone could read what he was thinking or maybe he was paranoiac but still he didn't like the feeling.

This whole disput between miss I annoyed the hell out of you and Alexis was starting to bug him. Accidently, well not so much, he kicked the Sam something knees hard enough so she could understand the shut it message that he was sending her. Then again girls would be girls and they were no way he was sure she would just cut it out.

The only good things that had happen so far was making his friend happy but off course she still wanted him to talk but about what. He couldn't see anything interesting to talk about and more important was there something he could have the guts to talk about in front of her friends. The answer to that question was simple enough for him. It was a big NO. The slight thought about it was making his stomach go upside down.

Playing with the sugar quill that he had in his mouth, Fred looked up at the sky. Thinking about how easy things would be if he was different or if things had happen differently. He took a deep breath before turning back his attention toward Alexis. "Talking about what?..." his voice came almost as a whisper.

Rian nodded to Chris before chuckling at Copernicus's comment to Jenn. She stood quietly as she waited for them to decide to go in the shop. She smiled when Liz asked to go in. Chocolate frogs, here I come.

Cam heard a familiar voice, it was Nancy's, the girl he met at the library. The library, oh the memory made him shudder with the ink incident. He waved and then walked nearer to her and whispered. "I think Jake's gone insane. I'ma try if this'll work." His plan was to throw something sweet in the air and then watch if Jake would jump about 5ft high and take a bite at it. Maybe his hyperness would make him become like something super. With one hand he managed to grab the chocolate frog and throw it hiiiigh in the air. It was heading straight towards his friend's face though, not higher in the sky.

"WAIT, WATCH OUUUUT!"

Oh, well, at least the Ravenclaw seemed to be okay. Or way too distracted by the handsome boy next to her to actually feel the pain. Whichever it was it was none of Nancy's business nor did she want it to be actually. There were a lot of more important things to wonder about right now, Jake's weird behavior for instance. What was wrong with that guy? Why was he giggling and talking, or more like shouting nonsense?! Huh?

Cam who had walked up to her apparently was just as clueless as her as he whispered something which caused Nancy to smirk as she replied, "Yes, completely insane." Shaking her head slightly the 13-year-old leaned against the nearest wall watching Cam as the little Slytherin boy threw a chocolate frog...right at Jake's face. With a snicker Nancy exclaimed, "Interesting idea, Cam." before turning her attention back to Jake her eyes twinkling in amusement as she waited for the chocolate frog to hit its target.

Hogsmeade was growing louder, with the noise and chatter from students passing. Savannah had little issue blocking most of it out, enough to focus on the conversations flying between the three lions and herself. "Your-" about to say welcome to Sam, Savannah was caught off guard by Alexis tossing candy at her. Thankfully she caught it, no fumbling involved. "-Welcome. Thanks Lexis," The hufflepuff chuckled, sticking one end in her mouth to suck on.

The blonde and brunette went on, arguing about who wasn't talking to who and who was right and won, or something to that affect, full names being used was the main factor that got under both girls skins - Obviously. Vannah, sitting close enough to Sam that she could easily nudge the sixth year with her elbow if she wanted to, wasn't oblivious to what was going on in their little group at all. Clearly, she saw Fred's non-chalantly 'bump' into Sam's leg. Saying nothing, since it was innocent enough and somehow she knew he meant no actual harm by it, Savannah shook her head and pulled the sugary stick from between her lips. "No no no! You two stop bickering, should I seperate you two? Three minute timeout? Samantha! Alexyna! No using full names, only I can do that." She playfully scolded, there was still a hint of seriousness though. Had the Mommy Vannah remarks gone to her head? Perhaps. Or perhaps she was just using their comments to her advantage.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Jake laughed out, for no reason... uh-oh... on the brink of insanity now. Jake was starting to see the detrimental affects of running full pelt in a crcle for too long after eating. He felt a little... off...

And then, Huh?! Watch out?

Jake looked up at Cameron as the boy told him to watch out, which was kind of stupid, as Jake was the kind of person who would stand up and shout "WHERE?!" if someone were to yell "DUCK!!!!!"

SPLAT!!!!!

"Aaaaaargh!!!!!!! MY FACE!!!!! MAH AEYES!!!!!" Jake couldn't see, he was blind, he was damaged goods, he was was... STILL RUNNING!!!!! But, now Jake couldn't see where he was headed, and circles are pretty complicated to keep up.

Jake's foot hit an unfamiliar protrusion in the ground, which made him all disorientated. He ended up running full pelt straight ahead. Jake flung the chocolate frog away and looked, wide-eyed, at the sight ahead. And then... and then...

WHAM!!!!!

And then Jake went facefirst into a lampost.

"Owwww..." he crumpled to the floor, kicking out at the old fashioned lampost, which only served to hurt more. What was a lampost doing THERE?! Gahhh... it's not like LIGHT was a NECESSITY or anything...

Cam ignored what the girl said since he was only closing his eyes and waiting if that chocolate frog did hit Jake. SPLAT. Yup, it did. And then he heard a really loud bang, was that the frog too? When he did open his eyes he saw an injured Jake lying on the floor. All because of him. "GULPING GARGOYLES, I FREAKIN' KILLED 'IM!" Oh right, the sugar, it might have been the hero of the day! He got 2 of the sugar quills he bought and skipped to where Jake was.

Slowly he started inserting one of the quill-looking candy right into Jake's nose (so he could smell it, duhh) and the other into his mouth. With both hands he pushed HARD into Jake's stomach. "Oii, BREAATHEEEE."

Ignore Sam. Ignore Sam. Ignore Sam. The two words repeated in her head. If she responded to her then things would blow out of control because she would most defiantly show her anger. Which would be sooo out of character for her. However she was the granddaughter of Nancy sooo her friend’s really should have seen it coming. Shifting in the bench a bit she turned he eyes to Samantha. Her one sentence had completely ruined her ignoring Sam idea. “Shut it Sam.” She replied with a scowl. NO ONE was aloud to call her Alexyna. NO ONE. Not her dad or Rae not even Savannah! Okay well maybe Savannah was an exception but Sam wasn’t! She was too evil to be an exception.

She was the one who had turned Sam evil and her own creation was turning agasint her? Nooo way. Not cool.

Alexis turned her eyes on Fred. He seemed more confused than before. And before he already seemed pretty confused. She found it funny, it was like seeing another person. A more vulnerable Fred.“I dunno! But I would suggest that you choose or I’ll make you talk about something like-” She gazed up trying to think of an idea. “-clouds.” There! No one wanted to talk about clouds that was super boring. Unless the clouds were in the shape of candy…or a broomstick…or animals….or annoying people named Samantha.

Lex opened her mouth to argue with Savannah, but then closed it. Gazing at the Hufflepuff Alexis bust out laughing. "You accept it! You accept it! You’re Mommy Vannah!” She choked out in between her laughs.

Garret ran past the front gates and into the magical village which he had heard so much about from older students, and of course from his self-important cousin, Mars. He had almost slept through the whole trip! Of course, Hogsmeade was open for the entire weekend, but he'd been so tired and sluggish that he'd stayed in that day.

And almost missed the sweets and joke shop!

Gee! This looked bad, really bad. What was wrong with Jake? Even though, Nancy was sort of slightly concerned about why Jake was acting that weird she still couldn't keep herself from snickering at how funny the whole thing looked. Especially as the chocolate frog Cam had thrown at him, for whatever reason he'd actually done that, causing Jake to run straight into one of those old-fashioned lamposts. Those two boys definitely were a lot of fun to be around.

Upon noticing the concerned look on Cam's face as he exclaimed something about having killed Jake while running over to where the Hufflepuff was sprawled across the ground Nancy carefully pushed herself off the wall and slowly started walking to the two boys. As soon as she arrived there her eyes widened in surprise before she shouted at Cam, "Oi! Stop that! What d'you think you're doing?" Why the heck was he inserting sugar into Jake's nose?! As she bent down towards Jake Nancy gave Cam a warning look as if to tell him not to even think about inserting sugar anywhere else before she tilted her head slightly to the side to examine Jake. Slapping him softly on the cheek Nancy asked, "Jake? You okay?"

Reese walked out into the streets and looked around.She noticed this boy...running...in a crazy manner.Her eyes stayed on him until...BAM.He hit the lamp post.Her mouth dropped open and she quickly walked over to him.Part of her wanted to laugh,because it was a funny site,but the other half felt pretty bad for the boy. That must have hurt.

"Are you..okay?"

Brandon strolled down the street, glad to be out of school for a while. He hadn't seen Spence lately, but he had been busy with homework and so had she probably. He sighed a little and watched a boy bang into a lamppost and then began to walk again, looking for something interesting to do.

"Ouch... OUCH..." Jake groaned, looking up at Cameron as he opened one eye. "That HURTS!!!!!" What... where was he... Oh yeah, someone was tapping his face, which made him open his eyes. That wasn't so bad, but the quills had SHARP POINTS!!!!! And sugar where it shouldn't be was NOT GOOD. He pulled the quills away, all signs of a sugar rush gone.

As Jake rolled to lay on his back, he gave the lampost a sharp kick again, hearing the loud F'TAAAAAANG!!!!! which made him oh so slightly happier.

"I think I'm all good," he muttered, reaching up to his throbbing face. He felt for blood... none. Ooh, but the bridge of his nose was still painful, so he rubbed it a tad, stopping still as he heard the click. "OWWWCCHHHH!!!!!" he cried out. It wasn't so much the pain, but the sound and the feel through his hands... and then...

"Oh no..." Jake eyed his hand, which now had the blood from his nose. Not good. "Erm... I don't think this was meant to happen," he muttered. But then again, neither was running into a lampost. Then he saw it. The red on his nice, previously clean, yellow t-shirt. "MY T-SHIRT!!!!! Someone get me a dry-cleaner, STAT!!!!!"

Urgh... maybe he should see the nurse, before he put someone off their delightful sweets. "I think I should... go..."
