When she started to talk to him again he turned his attention to her."Yeah of course. I need some sugar snacks for the long hours of book reading. You know." he told her as she was one of the first people to see his method."Um. Will you give me a second. I'll meet you at the candy shop? I wont be long i promise." he told her as he then added," I just have to say high to someone." he told her as he gave her a smile." I'll be back." he let go of her hand as he then headed over to kayla."hey." he said giving her a smile."hows it going?" he asked her curiously.daggers, thunder, raining needles...here they came. at least she was being civil. Which was more then he had thought possible. at least their was no chocolate and water flying around.

Now Jake-a-tron was looking at him and he didn't know why, maybe to thank him on his new nickname. That was probably it. Jake-a-tron asked him what he just call him! Oh he was sure there was a bit sound of excitement in that voice of his. There sure was, maybe. There was a possibility that Jake-a-tron had hearing problems. So carefully his fingers started to reach out and pull on Jake's earlobes to see if he would hear better from now on. "I called you Jake-a-tron! Ain't it great?!"

"Hey Jake-a-tron, didya know that rubber bands last longer when they're refrigerated? I like refrigerators now. How 'bout you?! EH?! HOW BOUT YOU?!" Crazy state, now deeeeep breath. And let it aalll out.

Mari stood there for a moment as Kayla said hello to her, and she nodded her head once in response. " Hi, Kayla." She said, and then she stood there, not quite sure what else to say to the other girl.
Mari nodded as Cayden asked her to give him a moment, thinking only that she wanted to be gone from the situation at hand. She watched him go over to Kayla to talk, and she walked on, moving to begin waiting for Cayden at Honeydukes. She wondered why it seemed that every boy she had any feelings for always seemed to know Kayla or...just somehow know her. She sat on a bench on the street, trying again to untangle her own social life and failing miserably.

Robert walked down the main street of Hogsmeade in search of Mariska. She had left the common room so fast he hadn't been able to talk to her and he was in desperate need to talk to her. After the astronomy homework he couldn't seem to get her out of his head and he knew what he wanted to do. He couldn't stay like this with her, just friends, it wasn't going to work for him. He wanted to be more and he wanted to tell her. Looking up he spotted her sitting on a bench by herself in front of the sweets shop and walked over to sit down beside her. "You alright?" He asked as he noticed she looked kind of...well miserable was the only way to describe it. Maybe I had beat Cayden to it after all....

Oh... my...

"Great?" Jake whispered turning to face his short fellow. "I am not a computer thingamajig!" Don't laugh at that, Jake... Pleeeeeease don't laugh now... "I am Jacob Jakers Dale Blackly-Upstead! Not Jake-a-tron..."

Oops, full name slip up. Who really cared, anyway? Wow, his name was Jakers, whoopdie-freakin'-doo!

The pink panther music played in his head for some reason, as Jake advanced on his friend. But that was cut short when the boy pulled his earlobes.

PULLED HIS EARLOBES!!!!!

Breath, Jake, breeeeeath!!!!!

Ignoring the boy's question about fridge's and the shouting and the like, Jake looked at Cameron again. "I think we need some sugar in our systems," he grinned, and then mimicked his friend. "How 'bout you?! EH?! HOW BOUT YOU?!"

And with that, Jake reached back for Cameron's hood and pulled it over the boy's head and eyes, laughing in a friendly way. "C'mon," he giggled (GIGGLED!!!!!), and headed straight for the sweet shop, which he could recognise as one straight away. Jake just hoped that Cameron had the sense to pull his hood down and see where Jake was going.

Mariska looked up at the sound of a familiar voice and to her extreme surprise she saw Robert. " Oh, I'm fine." She said, giving him a little smile as she stared up at him. Even when he sat next to her she had to look up to him, something that made her amused even then. " What are you doing out here today? Just getting away from it all?" She asked softly, watching him as she spoke to him. He seemed to in a better mood than she she had last seen him, she thought.

Robert smiled and leaned back against the bench as he looked at her, "Well I was just asking because you looked...lost or something I suppose." As she looked up at him he laughed and shook his head, "Shall I slouch for you?" At her question however he was brought back to his original purpose. Better now then never. Running a hand through his hair he smiled nervously, "Actually...well yes and no I suppose. I wanted to ask you something...tell you something...I dunno. I just needed to talk to you. If that's alright." Dear lord was he fumbling over his words. Completely unlike him and it was making himself more nervous. He had never actually just come out and done this with anyone...especially someone he liked as much as Mariska.

Oh whoa, Jake had a pretty long nickname and he wondered if his parents were really old and modern and everything with the middle names. But his memory was so bad he didn't even memorize half of it and only remembered something like Jake Bakers Jail... something like that, he forgot all of a sudden. He violently nodded his head when asked about the sugar and guess what, he got HOODED too! Now he could see only the darkness, it was scary. In his mind he thought of a clown... creep--"JAKE BAKERS JAIL UPSTEAD, COME BACK THIS INSTANT AND HELP ME."

But he wiggled his head soon enough to finally see something and follow him to the sugar shop. YAY! Sugaaar.

Kayla nodded her head at Mari and watched as the girl walked away before she turned to Cayden. "You don't need to look as though I'm about to bite your head off" she shrugged and turned away from him slightly. "You can see whoever you like Cayden" just why did it have to be her Kayla thought.

"So I guess you really don't need me to show you around anymore?" she hated the way her voice sounded right now but she couldn't help it. Seeing all her friends hook up with someone else just made her miss Nicholai, all the more and it looked as though he wasn't going to be able to come to Hogsmeade after all.

Mari looked over at Robert's words and she had to smile. " You know, you're extremely perceptive." She said, smiling at him. " and yes, you should slouch. It'd be easier for me to talk to you then." She said, laughing at him a bit. However as he started speaking then, she grew quiet. He seemed nervous and she had no idea why...other than if he wanted to talk about what had happened the last time they did homework together. " Oh. Well...I can talk right now. So let's talk." She said with a slightly unsure smile, wondering what it was he was going to say to her. She had a feeling it would be something important, either way she looked at it.

he smiled a little as he raised eye brow at her." I dont? Why not? I thought you were the scary one. The one who had scared boys away because of it." he teased her." Thanks. Im glad i have your approval." he said snickering a little." You know your my friend. I dont want you to be upset or anything. I know your her greatest fan." he said honestly.

"And what do you mean. I want you to show me around. I wouldnt want it any other way." he looked over to see robert talking to mari. he snickered a little as he then pointed the two out."Besides your obvious cool factor and your love for my comedy. You know your my favorite.I mean...Look at that. " he said seriously to her. as he pointed towards the two." That's the reason I'll always love you first." he smiled at her as he moved to nudge her." i dont want you to be upset at me. You've been my friend from the start." as much as he liked mari he always had that feeling he would end up second. Cayden blood wasnt second.

"Yeah well I'm not feeling very scary today" she pouted. "I'm upset that Nico, is not coming to Hogsmeade and I really wanted you to meet him too." Kayla looked up the street and wished she hadn't...all those happy couples. "I'm not upset Cayden, but it seems Mari and I destined to like the same guys or something."

Kayla's face brightened as she heard what Cayden said to her and she followed his gaze over to Mari and Robert and she snickered a little. "Well now that's one couple who are perfect for each other and she'll never have to worry about any competition from me" she turned back to Cayden and raised and eyebrow. "I'm your favourite...really?"

Elizabeth nodded solemnly as Kayla said she thought she was a bad prefect because she was upsetting people. "Okay. I can see where that could seem bad," she said neutrally. "But at least if you're upsetting people, you know they know who you are," she added, trying to find the silver lining. But then Kayla had turned away, and she glanced in the same direction to see Mari. And Cayden.

She sighed as Cayden then saw Kayla, and came over to talk to her, while she watched Mari sit on a bench. Only to have Robert show up out of nowhere to go over to her. And once again she was practically invisible. Glancing at Kayla once again, she tried to get her attention. "I think I'm just gonna go," she said, trying not to roll her eyes at everything she was witnessing. Apparently Mari still hadn't quite figured out how to fix her dilemma over the two guys. But she wasn't going to stand there and watch if a mess occurred. Especially when nobody was going to acknowledge she was there. So she turned to walk away, pulling the sleeves of her royal blue sweater over her hands before sliding them back into her jeans pockets. She didn't know if it was the weather, or the tension between the people, but she was suddenly colder than she had been before.

"Your not feeling very scary. I hate to break it to you miss Winters but you were never scary in the first place." he looked around as she was sad that nico wasnt going to come. he sighed a little as he titled his head a little towards her." Im sure he wanted to come, something just got in the way." he told her as he was sure to be positive at the moment. when he heard her last comment he snickered."what? You like me." he said getting all smug with an raised eye brow in her direction. This was going to be fun.

He turned his attention to the two as he shrugged a little." at least i know i have your affection." She wasnt going to live it down now. he smiled a little as she asked about his favorite." Yeah. Your my friend. We have fun together. I dont have to worry about anything with you then just having fun. Its mellow to be around you. their isnt anything connected like love triangles...or circles..Whatever dimension im in. its just us having fun." he hoped it made sense.

"yeah, yeah" she said pulling a face at him. Kayla sighed as well when Cayden spoke of Nico, not being able to come. "I know, cause he would never let me down but I just miss him." Ugh...she hated it when she felt all needy like this and especially in front of a guy. She looked at Cayden and chuckled, "yes as a friend...Cayden."

Kayla rolled her eyes at him. "Yes Cayden, I'm your affectionate little Puff" she smirked and gave him a wink. "Oh yeah we don't want none of that love triangle thing...it's sooooooo overrated." yep she couldn't definitely vouch for that.

"You know they have those books or something like it. They are like messenger books or whatever. You write messages and the other person can write back right away. no owling wait. You might want to look into it." he suggested as he thought he had seen a few of those in france."dont ask me how it works." he added.

he gave her a smile as he knew what she had meant, but it was still fun to bring it up. he snickered as she called herself his affectionate little puff."Well if you say so your royal Puffness." he rolled his eyes a little as they talked about love triangles." dont drag me into one." though he had a small feeling he had accidentally dragged himself into one without knowing it."Avada me if it happens?" he asked her as he shrugged a little." did he tell you why he wasnt coming? Am i going to have to buy you some more candy?"

Kayla looked at Cayden with a hopeful expression. "Really? That sounds like a brilliant idea, I'll definitely look into it."

"Oooh I like that" she said with a little giggle. "Oh yeah definitely royalty" she blew him a kiss. Kayla looked over to Mari and Robert and then back to Cayden. "Should I do it now or would you prefer somewhere a little more private to say your last dying words" she raised her eyebrow at him.

She sighed deeply and looked back at the ground. "He had to stay and help his uncle" she shrugged. "I know it's important but it doesn't make it any easier" Kayla grinned up at Cayden, "yes I'm going to need more candy, lots moooooooore."

Definitely royalty." Are you not in the wrong house for royalty? shouldnt you be all green and silver?" he was sure he read about that somewhere. he wouldnt pin her being less worthy of anything because she was a hufflepuff. "Ha ha. Thanks a lot. Sure know how to make a Guy feel better." he said sarcastically as he raised an eye brow at her."You pulled a comment like that and you expect candy.Gesh. You really are wishing you were royalty." he added as he knew he would get her candy anyway.

"You only have one grandpa. Well...In my family. all the other ones get strangled by the wives. Its a touch family." he teased a little as he then added," i should probably head back. I'll get you some candy though. I even remember what you like. pumpkin and beans. Maybe some of those blood suckers. Or whatever they are called. To help with your scary theme."

"People tell me that all the time but not because of the royalty thing, seems I have some slytherin qualities about me" she looked Cayden up and down and smiled. "You and me in the same house would be rather dangerous I think Cayden." Kayla burst out laughing at his comment. "That's what I'm here for babe, always make you feel better and of course you should still give me candy. I'm your friend, aren't I?" she batted her eyelashes at him.

"Oh okay" she glanced over to Mari before turning back to Cayden. "Well I hope you have fun with...Mari" she almost choked on those words. "Thanks we can share them later then?"

"You and I. It would indeed be trouble. The best looking trouble to hit anywhere." he shook his head as she told him thats what she was here for." Yes well Pumpkin thanks for your support. And Im sure we can arrange something." he smiled innocently at her as he could foresee more fun in their future with candy bribing.

" Your not going to turn me to the dark side are you?" he gave her a smile as he added,"I'll catch up with you later. You still owe me a tour." he added as he was going to hold it to her." You ate the candy so your stuck with with me." he gave her a small nod as he then headed over towards Mari and Robert. he thought about waiting, but this guy always butted in. It seemed like their was never a moment where he wasnt lingering around. he stood next to Mari as he asked," I hope my Jacket is keeping you warm enough. I think we should go towards the candy before it gets any colder." he looked over at robert as he gave him a polite nod. he held his hand out for her as he asked,"ready?"

Via was glad the older student replied. "I thought you would yell at me or something," she joked. "I'm Vivianne... others call me Via.." She trailed off. She wasn't used talking to older students but she wanted to meet more of them. She was still a bit shy and she didn't knew what to say next to the girl.

Just then she saw a prefect approach Elizabeth. That's Kayla, she thought. She is the huffie prefect. Via smiled. And soon the street started to get back its usual crowd during hogsmeade trip.

Walking down the street, with Copernicus, Liz asks "What would you like to see first?"

Fred walked in the street of Hogsmeade not having a specific place that he really wanted to go. He just was very happy to be away from Hogwarts for just a bit. He didn't knew why, well maybe he did but this wasn't something he wanted to be honest with himself, but everything in the school was making him uncomfortable. He had seens Savannah, her boyfriend and the annoying Gryffindor but other than those three he didn't talked to anyone in a while. Not that it was unnatural but he was used to a certain presence and he was starting to crave for that one.

Kicking a rock with one of his feet, he noticed a certain bench that was reminding him of something. Was it?... Yep that was it. Deciding to step toward that place, he took a deep breath before sitting. If he was lucky maybe...

Alexis was sooo completely distracted. She had been up in the owlery, sending back letters to Tyson and Legend and then she went to the common room to review the stuff from the Quidditch tryouts, but then she had gotten bored of it. Then she had tried to do her homework. Uh yeah. For about 5 seconds. Theeeen she had started to walk. And now it seemed like she was in Hogsmeade! She didn't even notice that she had walked so far.

Still not really paying attention to were she was going the seventh year began to slowly spin circles. It was a nice day out, one of those not too cold and not to hot days. Passing by a bench with some person on it she stopped walking a few feet in front of it. Turning around she grinned. "MONKEY BOY!" Lex yelled running to take a seat beside him on the bench. "I haven't seen you since....the summer!" Alexis said slowly. Seriously? It had been two months!?

Fred was lost in his memories. The first time he came to Hogsmeade and the first argument he had here. He almost could heard the voice of the girl with whom it was. This was before he realized that she was right next to him. He jumped a little bit and then blinked not sure if this was reality or if it was just a dream. Was she really sitting right there or did he had completly lost it and was starting to see things. "Lexis?...." Putting one of his hand in front of his eyes, he was trying to concentrate, to mainly focus.

Those past days he really wanted to see her and out of nowhere there she was. This couldn't be true. This was his mind playing trick on him. Looking up from behind his hand, he had an uncertain expression on his face like he was trying to understand something.
