”Good, all forgiven. But don't," she chided poking him in the chest, lest he thought he was getting off easy. "Do it again.”

Her brown eyes flickering rapidly as she looked at his face. Apparently something had upset him, and in a much different way then the news of her supposed absence from the game. She had no idea that her choice of words when describing them had affected him. As a matter of fact, the more she watched him, the more she was convinced that perhaps she had reacted too harshly. She really did need to listen to Tobi and take his advice on her temper.

She let herself fall back onto the flat of her feet and quickly turned away as her cheeks turned a bright pink. Apologizing wasn't Aggie's strong suit. In her entire relationship with Tobi, she wasn't sure she had offered an appropriate apology a single time. Right now, an apology felt like it was needed and not just from Tobi. But how to broach it?

"Look Tobi," she started slowly. The words came stronger and faster as she went. "I'm sorry I'm not as Quidditch crazy as the rest of the Hogwarts lot alright? And I shouldn't have lost my temper...despite what you think, I am trying to keep it under control..." Some of the time, she added quietly to herself.

Tobi felt even worse. Over the past month, some very strange version of Tobi had manifested. Tobi with a Temper. He had lectured Aggie about her treatment of Daphne, and he'd pretty much gone caveman on Copernicus Kettleburn no less than 3 times. As for her interest in Quidditch, she didn't need to love it like he did, he didn't love owls like she did, did he. That was okay.

"Aggie," he said to his shoes, "I know you don't like Quidditch, you don't like to fly, I understand, so I don't mind that it doesn't interest you that much..." But it would be nice if I interested you.

But his shoes were so very interesting right then.... "And maybe I'm not exactly the right person to give you lectures on controlling your emotions. I don't seem to be very good at it anymore."

Aggie’s brow furrowed. “Tobi, you’re one of the most level headed people I know,” she put a hand on his arm. “If someone set you off, well, then,” she smiled a little assuming he was referring to his temper. “They probably deserved it.” Her hand gave his arm a gentle pat. “So what did Cale do this time?” she joked hoping to lighten the mood.

Tobi smiled, Aggie was sweet to try. Okay, who are we trying to kid, Aggie was just plain sweet, but his mood didn't seem to want to lift. He seemed to be coming late into the teenage angst period of his life. Copernicus Kettleburn, eat your heart out.

"It wasn't Cale, Ag. It was two different people, in two different ways." He took a step back from Aggie. He didn't know why, it just seemed safer, lest he lose his head and try to kiss her or something.

Ok, so her joke didn’t go over to well. In fact, it flopped like a remora in the sea. She sighed. “Well, what was it about?” They had been so out of touch, they hadn’t had time to talk about things like this. “Did someone steal your broomstick or your lucky socks or something?” Did Tobi even have lucky socks? She watched him quietly wondering. “Do I need to buy you new lucky socks? Is that it? Did they destroy them? Because you’ve sure been ruining a lot of uniforms this year…”

Cedric was walking on the street and he saw tobi with a girl.."hey!there..do you know Plymouth and Kayla...I saw them kissed"Cedric said

Aggie turned, angling her body so she was at a 30 degree angle from Tobi. With the odd mood he was in, she wasn’t sure she wanted to completely turn her back on him. “Pardon?” Aggie asked rising an eyebrow. “I don’t know them,” she trialed off a little wondering if it was worth her time to tell the boy off for airing people’s laundry around. Instead, she looked up at Tobi wondering if he knew what the boy was talking about (or even who this boy was for that matter). “Why does it matter if they were kissing anyway?” she asked unable to control her curiosity.

Tobi stared at Cedric at Aggie. He groaned. Why why why?!?!! Why did he always have to get interrupted just as he was about to tell Aggie the most important thing he had ever told a girl? Who cares about Kayla and Plymouth!? It was an accident!!! Tobi believed her. And so help him, Merlin, if Cedric told Aggie about Tobi "dating" Kayla, he'd figure out the Bat-Bogey hex and teach him not to gossip if it was the last thing he did!

"They're friends of mine," Tobi explained, though calling Mouth a friend might be pushing it a little, "They had a, misunderstanding, at dinner the other day,"

”Friends,” Aggie repeated giving Tobi a look that indicated that she felt there was something one of the boys wasn’t telling her. But she wasn’t going to push the envelope. “Alright,” She gave the younger boy a look then leaned over and into Tobi’s personal space.

Today, he smelled like leaks with a bit of mint. “Do people always pop up around you like this? Or does this only happen when I’m around?” she whispered as she looked up at him.

Apparently it's only when I really want to talk to you. Tobi thought.

Though the other day it was Barry again, trying to stick his nose in on his post-Plymouth/Kayla-kiss discussion with Kayla. He'd totally lost it with him. Maybe NEWT year was wearing his nerves out.

"It's like I have a summoning charm." Tobi said dryly. What to do, what to do? How could he ever tell Aggie with Cedric around?

The other boy wasn’t leaving and Aggie wasn’t enjoying his staring or his presence. Tobi-Aggie alone time had been few and far between lately and she didn’t appreciate someone popping into it that wasn’t a usual part of their group. “Tobi common,” she said taking his hand and tugging him back towards town. “I want to replace your lucky socks.” Maybe they’d have better luck being alone inside a store.

Such a clever girl his Aggie, (yes HIS Aggie) was!

Tobi grinned an nodded at the shorter auburn headed girl he'd grown so fond of. He grabbed her hand and laced his fingers through hers as they trotted back down the street towards the shops. "So did you hear? We face Ravenclaw in the 'ships? We have soooo much practice coming up," he said.

The thought made it only more pressing that Tobi tell Aggie what was on his mind. If Alexis were as militant about practice before the ships as she were about practice before the last game, would he get to see her that much outside of class?

Allright then, now it was time to concentrate on how to best disguise herself to become almost invisible. That would be the best way to get some awesome pictures of her victims!

Miranda still didn't have her awesome sunglasses she was going to get to be able to sneak behind corners and such.

Reese wandered into the streets,sucking on a lollipop she recently got from Honeydukes.Where was a sugar rugh when you needed on?This was her like sixth lollipop today and she hasn't felt a single sugar rush.She wanted to get hyper and bounce around,like...Jake.Yeah,Jake was a good explain of this.

Cale liked the springtime. He didn't have many allergies, so he didn't get all stuffy when the weather got warmer. Whistling merrily to himself, he walked along the street, wondering where Anna was. Probably at practice--it would be just his luck that his girlfriend would be stuck doing something like that when the weather was nice out. Instead, he found Reese a few feet away, contently licking a lollipop. Grinning, he hurried over to her. "Hey there! Soooo, what flavor?" he asked with a chuckle. Unless it was Jelly Slug flavored, he wasn't interested.

Reese kept on walking down the streets,at least looking for someone to talk to.Geez,like,where was everyone?She found a vacant bench and start over to it,but the only thing that stopped her walking was Cale's voice.she quickly turned around to face him.She took the lollipop out of her mouth before she spoke, "Heeeeeey Cale." What flavor?She looked down at her lollipop then back at Cale. "It's Jelly Slug flavored,what else would it be?"she told him with a smile. Ohhh,please don't take my lollipop,she thought to herself.She knew Cale was like obessed with Jelly Slug flavored stuff.If she knew she would be running into him,she would have got a different flavor.

"Really? Cool," Cale said with a grin. He plopped down on the bench that Reese had just been heading over to and patted it, beckoning her to sit down. "So, how are you? Rumor around the school is you got into a spot of trouble a little bit ago," he informed her with a raised eyebrow. "So, is it true? I wanna know everything!" he told her, trying to sound all big brotherish as he spoke and probably just failing miserably.

"Yeah,it is,"Reese told Cale."If you waaaaant one,I have another lollipop in my pocket." She reached in her pocket and pulled out another Jelly Slug flavored lollipop."Here you go,"she said as she handed it to him.She watched Cale sit down and then patted the area beside him.She went over to him and sat down. "Oh,I've been...better.I think that's a good way to put it,"she told him.Oh,DARNIT.Cale had figured out about the little incident with Jack.This was just great.Why did it have to get to Cale?I mean,he was going to start acting all brotherly on her. "Yeah,I did get into trouble with Kazimeriz,"she confessed. "I just-you know-Okay,so I might have threatened Jack with a wand!I wasn't really going to hurt him.No matter how much I wanted to hex him off the universe,I wouldn't have done it." She leaned back in the chair and looked at Cale.She was ready for him to go all brotherly on her.She should have done what she did.She knew that.But,Jack deserved everything he got.

Hogsmeade. Fiiiinally.

Sarah had been meaning to come here siincee ages. Well not exactly ages, buut she had missed the last time. Thanks to her oh-so-slacking ways that had been keeping her behiind homework.

But today she was free.

The smell of Hogsmeade filled the, current dramatic sixteen year old's nose and she smiled real wide. And seeing the street not that crowded made her extra glad- now where to head fiirst?

Tucker was leaning against a wall, almost definitely in the way of people trying to get past, picking at a chocolate frog that he wasn't particularly interested in eating anymore. He took one last nibble before throwing the frog into the crowd of people pushing their way through the street.

Tuck watched the frog fly over heads before falling back down, bouncing off some girls head and crashing to the floor, shattering into a few chocolaty pieces. Oops. HA! The fifth year waited, his eyes slightly squinted, to see if the girl had even noticed that chunk of chocolate that he had just chucked at her head.

Butterbeer it was.

Even when she hated the three broomsticks for being so crowded, she still was going to try and get in .. for the sake of good butterbeer.

It was always easy to distract her and something hitting her right in the head wasn't something she could ignore. "Oww .." she frowned, glancing down at the thing that bounced off her head and then at the place it took flight from.

It would have been hard to catch the culprit, throwing away chocolate, if He wasn't squinting his eyes and ducking a bit- only to make to sure Sarah knew He was the one.

Picking up a piece from the ground, she walked over to the fellow. "I suppose you are the one, wasting good chocolate?"

See, wasting good chocolate was almost a crime.

Oh, she had noticed, and ... she was coming over? This could be interesting. A little exciting in what had been such a boring week.

He chuckled, "I wouldn't call it that myself, but yes, I threw it." He smirked, "It wasn't meant to hit you, but it was a good shot."

He leant back against the wall and folded his arms, quite pleased with himself to have hit someone with it. "If it's such good chocolate - why don't you eat it?"

He smirked again. Let's see what she could do with this.

It was a good shot. Right on her head. Enough to bring her here.

Her brow rose at his proposition. Eat the chocolate? Was He one of the smug dudes? Her hands rested on her waist. "Are you challenging me?" she asked, slightly bothered by his smirk.

It was the smug dude smirk.

Hmpf.

Tucker tried to hold in bursting out laughing. Would she actually eat the chocolate. It had been on the floor. Now this he would have to see.

"Yes, I am challenging you." He replied, standing up to full height in interest at this conversation. "If you do, I'll buy you an ice cream."

He nodded his head towards Madame Puddifoots. His money was safe, surely. She wouldn't dare eat chocolate that had been on the street!

See, He was just making sure Sarah knew He was from the Smug Dude Society. And since that was the case, it was a matter of pride. Sarah was sure He was sure she wouldn't eat it.

She rolled her eyes. "Urgh" she frowned, when He smoothly offered icecream. It was getting clear He was so damn sure she wouldn't do it.

"Finee," she nodded, looking at the chocolate in her hand. It was good chocolate. Once the dust was gone, it would taste good- but that dust would be in her mouth too.

Eeeeeeeeeeeee!

" .. its your money on the line, smug dude!" she shrugged- rising her hand. It was a bit gross ..

.. alot gross, actually.

URGHH!

Maybe she wouldnt know if she did it all quick. YES! On the count of three. One .. two ..

three ..

And in one go went the chocolate in her mouth. EEEEEEEEEWWWWWW! Sarah could taste the dust, before another second she spit it out .. letting out a verbal loud "Eeeww!"

So much for the pride.
