Welcome to Hogwart's Care of Magical Creatures Nursery.
Outside on the grounds and right beside the professor's hut, you'll find a large, stone building. Inside the building and lining the walls are a variety of cages in all sorts of various sizes. Peek inside the cages and you'll be delighted to find that they are filled with sweet, baby, magical creatures. Look beside the door and you'll find shelves stocked with dragon hide gloves, goggles, brushes, clean rags, and anything else you could ever need to care for these precious baby creatures.
Just outside the back door of the stone building is a number of pens and stables for the larger creatures, such as the Abraxans, and a designated closed-in play area for your baby to roam in the warm sun. Be sure and properly close the stable doors and pens when you're finished caring for your little darling.
Please come in and let your creature get to know you. Make sure they are growing up nice and strong and report any problems to Professor Morgan. OOC: If you have any questions, stop by the Notice Board for more information. | |

Nathaniel could decide if he wanted to go with his Augurey or not. Nathaniel laughed at the look on Mariel's face. She was a weird one. More than other girls. Who would have guessed that that smart allelic Ravenclaw and the not so gentleman Gryffie would be close like this. Not him. That was for sure. Not after flying lessons last year. Was Aimirgin flying yet? He laughed to himself.Of course he was. He looked at Aimirgin "Want to go see the snow buddy?" he asked as he saw the bird studying his face. he stuck his arm in the cage and the bird hopped on. He closed the cage door and headed to the pen. He was still snowing when he got inside the pen. "Of course he's flying!" Nathaniel called out to Mariel. He let go of his grip on the bird so he could fly. He did just that. The bird flew into the air and looked as if he had been waiting for that. Nathaniel gathered up some snow in his hand and up behind Mariel trying to be as quiet as possible. He then put the snow in the back of her shirt. He figured she'd knock the crap out of him but it was worth it. "Haha. That's it for now. I had to get you back! Don't scare the animals" he chuckled

Via went back to the nursery again bringing with her some French books. She was going to teach Cid French. The thought of it made her laugh, she didn't even know if Cid can really talk. Making her way unto Cid's place, she found her sitting in a corner of his cage. "How's my little darling?" Via asked as Cid got up suddenly upon seeing her. Jumping up and down on his cage, "Seems like you already know who your caretaker is."
She gently stroked Cid's head. "I know you want food again." But CId doesn't looked like starved or anything. Professor Morgan's doing a great job in keeping up with all the creatures she had to work on. Cleaning Cid's cage for a moment and all. She gave him food to munch on while she documented some changes on him.
"Je m'appelle Via," Via said as she was teaching him. "Oh... maybe i should stop this now. She chuckled. "How i wish you could meet Slumber and Freeze. I wonder what you'll gonna do upon seeing them..."
"I wonder if i can take pictures of you. Maybe my sister would love to see you," she told the little imp. "She would have been proud i was trained here at Hogwarts to be a responsible one."
TIme was just so fast when Via was there, and how she hoped she could bring Cid up the tower. "Au revoir," she said as Cid was still reluctant to let go of her.

It was still horrifying, despite what Cela was saying. Class XX or not, it looked plenty capable of evil deeds. "Maybe I'll call him Iablo. Since it's a him," Plymouth mumbled, clearly not too happy about having the thing on him. Why couldn't he have gotten a nice bunny? You could never go wrong with bunnies.
The upside to this was hand holding. Plymouth Morgan LOVED to hold hands. Especially Cela's. "I'll swipe him some eggs at breakfast tomorrow. If he likes birds, well, I bet he likes eggs. I like eggs. And you." | |

Plymouth DID think about feeding his creature to Cela's. It was a split second thought that he'd never, ever reveal to Cela. "Sure. Great. Absolutely." Plymouth was so sure that he and his GreenDevil had bonded enough for one day anyway. "Just let me... put this thi- Iablo the Clabbert ... away." Plymouth eased towards the cage and let it jump off his hand into it.
Free at last. And no harm done. The Green Devil probably hadn't attacked because Celandine Toussaint was FARRRR too cute to attack. Even for a green devil.
"What sort of animal do you have?" Plymouth asked, shutting the cage to the door and locking that one up TIGHT. | |

Happily, Celandine made sure she had a good grip on Plymouth's hand and began to drag him outside to the stables, "I have an Abraxan. Copernicus and I have been working together a whole bunch because he has an Abraxan too. They are getting pretty big already, and they are really boisterous and like to knock me down in the snow." Celandine continued to drag Plymouth, stepping inside the stable and over to the stall where Cassiopeia and Tiberius were.
"Hello!" Cela greeted the two foals enthusiastically and took a few brushes from the shelf. She let go of Plymouth and climbed into the stall, and got to giving Cassiopeia a good brush while Tiberius nosed at her back impatiently.
"Aren't they neat?"

" No mistletoe." Celandine told him, still pouting unhappily.

Plymouth kicked at the dirt. Booo. Not getting his way was NO fun. Among other things like...
...being man-handled by an itty bitty girl, being made to touch and cuddle a green monkey-frog with horns, being given said green monkey-frog instead of a COOL RIDE like an abraxan, and being told NO to being able to ride the very cool little horses.
And NO mistletoe????
