Damian entered the Library looked for a quiet place and found one in a corner. He sat down and packe out his ink, quill, parchment and his textbook. He read the first question and searched the answer in the book.

Okay! This was slightly uncomfortable. She was supposed to be taking notes for Robert, who seemed to be lost in the bookshelves with now Mariska. Maybe they were chatting up, getting things situated, she had no idea just that she was ready to finish the homework and get it turned in as soon as possible. Luckily she had already finished everything else except for the group project.

Her green eyes darted towards Cayden as he asked what year she was in. "Errr..." she began with a dumbfounded look on her face. She knew what year she was in it was just...a year behind. Technically she should be in year seven, but who needed to know that anyway. That was the problem with being kicked out of school in France during your sixth year. "Sixth year," she said quietly and as if she were asking a question. Yeah! That was innocent. That was showing who was boss. Whatever "I just happen to know a few things about the number seven because it is my favorite number."

Oh and then he asked that dreadful question about the seven year itch. She should have known. Now what year was he in? "The seven year itch in a marriage is supposedly the time when some married couples tire of one another and drift off, so to speak. Cheat." There! Everyone should know what cheating means.

Lyra ignored Cayden's comment except for the evil eye she was giving him. As Elizabeth began speaking about the book she found in the shelves she looked curiously towards the bookshelves then back to the ones that were still left at the table. "Well, if no one else has anything, I'm going to write down what we have already discussed and begin the rest of my homework. I just want it finished so I will stop stressing over it." Truth was, she had an article to write as well, and then to start another for the next issue of the Quill. That one was going to take some time as she needed a few people to interview.

Karma couldn't believe what she was hearing. Never been to a Quidditch match? Well that's it. When the season started, she would go to a game with Emiliano. Or drag him there, whatever it came down to.

"Oh you're welcome," she said, sliding the paper over to him. "If you're sure. I'll just do the calculations now. I'll still stay here though, so we can talk."

She pulled out that stupid button filled thing again, and pulled out the sheet of paper with the conversion steps. She had used one before this class with Kameron back at home when he had the Muggle homework to do.

"Stupid buttons," she muttered.

Emiliano made a silent chuckle. They so needed to finish that homework and walk to the grounds or something or he would burst out laughing. "I believe...that now I can go to those matches, it is interesting that somehow these days, I get to be more social..." He commented and smiled. Yes, he was that little kid, with maybe two or three friends around school and who was always studying, but it was time to relax...during sometime.

While he finished his MS homework, he looked at Karma and the calculator. "Yes, they are stupid...but if Muggles don't like to complicate their brains too much, so they use them..." He told her and shrugged.

"True," Zeke said with a nod. "Hmm. Oh. SparksNotes. It's a Muggle thing. They're for kids who are too lazy to actually read the books their teachers assign them, they go out and get the 'condensed' version of it," he laughed. "Never done it, myself... You may as well just read the book."

Zeke nodded. "Well, then. No. I probably wouldn't reject you." he said. Changing the subject along with her, he started on the first vowel in the textbook. "'The First Vowel of your first name at birth reveals something of your deeper self and describes your natural and innate approach to life.'" he read. "Well. Mine's E. 'Highlights curiosity, investigation, fascination with the mystery of life, resourcefulness,'" he mumbled. "Huh. Sounds like me. So that's what your approach to life is. But your heart's desire thingy is what you want out of life. I guess that's the difference? What you want, your heart's desire, and how you go about getting it, your first vowel?" he asked her. "Does that sound right to you?"

A Muggle device - in Hogwarts? Something that actually WORKED? Wait. This WAS Muggle studies. She reprimanded herself silently.

The parchment she was using was getting full now. Oh well, at least she was doing it, which was more than what some others could say.

"Let's bloom into a social butterfly soon," she said, not looking up, and still writing. "As soon as we're done, let's stop by the Great Hall. I'm thirsty. And then we can head to the lake or something. After all that, we can finally burst out laughing."

Camira wrinkled her nose in disgust. A condensed version of a book?! Some people were so lazy. "Exactly. Why wouldn't you just read it? Reading's the enjoyable part, after all."

She beamed a bit inwardly, but didn't say anything for now. She first wanted to hear his description. Homework was more important, after all. Surprisingly enough, he cleared things up for her very quickly. "That actually makes a lot of sense. One is your deepest desire and the other is how you approach it. Thank you", she said sincerely. "And I'm and A, which embodies Individuality, creativity, and leadership. I can see that, I suppose." She took a few minutes to answer a few of the homework questions before speaking. "And since you're not planning on rejecting me, maybe you'd like to go to Hogsmeade with me when it opens?"

"You're welcome," Zeke said. Blushing, he smiled at her. She seemed to make him blush quite a lot, actually. "Yeah. I would."

Camira flashed him a huge smile, before packing away her Arithmancy work and pulling out her Herbology homework. "What do you say? Herbology next? Though I don't need help with this. I'm brilliant when it comes to this subject. Of course, that means if you need help, you can ask. If you trust me not to intentionally sabotage you", she said sweetly. Of course she would never do such a thing, but pretending to be evil was almost as fun as the real thing.

As she tried to think of a way to explain the importance of Herbology without turning it into an essay, her hand found his and she held onto it loosely, her thumb gauging the softness of his skin. There was no way to do it. Her answer was just going to have to be long. Oh well. "Ya know, you don't talk much", she noted randomly. He was the quietest person she'd ever hung out with. It was...strange.

Zeke chuckled. "Sounds good," he said. Holding onto her hand, he replied, "I don't? Am I like super-quiet?" He'd never noticed before.

She used her free hand to start writing out answers for the questions, frowning slightly as her answer for number two seemed to turn into a small essay. Hopefully this professor didn't mind lengthy work. "Yes, you are super quiet", she said simply, glancing up at him from her essay. Maybe it was the result of being homeschooled. He probably didn't have a lot of talking to do. Then again, he had tons of siblings so....hmm, weird. "Do you not like talking?" She wanted him to talk, but she wasn't going to push him if he didn't like it. She could do enough talking for all of Slytherin. "I don't mean to be pushy or anything. I just want to get to know you better. Which is hard to do if you never talk", she added lightly.

Zeke laughed. "Talking is... fine," he said. "I never noticed I was quiet around you. Maybe I just like listening to you," he teased. "What would I talk about, anyway? My life is fairly uneventful." Propping his chin on his free hand, he looked at her with a smile.

Eeep. That was so...sweet! "Do you now? Well, good to know. I was afraid that my ramblings would bore you." She smirked at him then. Everyone had something to talk about. "I bet you have lots of things to talk about. You could talk about your siblings and what you guys do to annoy each other. You could talk about how you used to entertain yourself when you were homeschooled. Hell, you could talk about your favorite pair of socks if you want. Nothing will bore me. I promise." She raised an eyebrow at him when he looked at him. It was a bit unnerving. She blushed slightly, looking down at her Herbology work. "Why, I do believe you've made me blush", she said coyly. It was definitely not an easy task to do so.

"Hmm," he said. "My siblings. I've got approximately 2,143. Actually, 6. But close enough. My youngest sister, Elizabeth, just learned how to tie shoes, and so now she ties EVERYONE'S shoes. Usually together. To the other shoe, to other people's shoes, she doesn't care. That's very annoying because you usually don't realize she's doing it and you trip and fall, possibly bringing other people down with you. Quite like what happened at the opening feast, actually, only I'm sure there are more people in my immediate family than there are professors at this school," he said jokingly. "Ahh... When I was homeschooled, I mostly read. A lot. I love reading, actually. I think a world without books would be one I would not want to live in." He sighed. He was talking a lot now. "And my favorite pair of socks is green with blue stripes. They're a bit ugly, but they're very warm," he added.
"Made you blush, huh? I'll have to remember how to do it for next time," he said with a smile.

OOC: It takes me like 20 years to reply because I get distracted with other things XD I'm sorry!!!

Camira's eyes widened a bit in surprise as he started talking about the things she'd suggested. She hadn't thought he'd actually talk about those specific things. She'd just been tossing out examples. Still, she was interested and so she listened. "See that wasn't so bad", she teased when he was done. "It sounds fun though. Having siblings. I grew up an only child and my father was always away on business. When I was young, my father cursed one of the house elves and he got all furry. I thought he was a live teddy bear and so I carried him everywhere for 2 years. That was the closest I've gotten to siblings." That poor house elf. He'd been slightly traumatized after that.

"Oooh, I love books too. I used to spend hours reading texts on potions and the dark arts. I think maybe that's why I love potions so much now. And I've recently discovered", she looked around and lowered her voice a bit, "muggle classic fiction novels. They're amazing." Wow, they had a lot in common. Kind of.

She chuckled about the socks, somehow surprised that they weren't red. They should have been red. "I don't really like socks. I just cast warming charms on my feet", she said matter-of-factly.

"A... live... teddy... bear," Zeke gasped between laughs. Somehow the stories Camira told from her childhood were extremely hilarious to him. Like the etiquette school one. And now this one. Bahahaha. "That poor house elf. Oh well, at least he was in good company," he said with a wink. "Muggle classic fiction? Like what?" Zeke asked with a grin. Muggle classic fiction = good. "I prefer to go barefoot. But I like to sleep with socks on. I don't know why..." he said. Why DO I like to sleep with socks on? That's kind of weird... he thought to himself. Hmm. Oh well.

Emiliano finished with this homework, and even passed it on to a new parchment. "Well, I'm done..." He slowly said, trying not to sound too excited.
"Sure...let's go...I will follow, and I think I'm getting hungry after all this time thinking..." He told her, rubbing his stomach. It was true, whenever he was either studying or writing music, he had to have some type of food inside the cabin.

"Excellent."

Karma grinned as she carefully folded the parchment and placed it inside of her textbook. She wasn't very organized, and made a mental note to owl her mutter about folders or something. She began to place her books back in her bag and then sat back up in her seat, waiting for Emiliano.

"Come onnn, you're slow," she said, smiling.

Emiliano carefully placed everything inside his backpack and stood up to follow Karma. He held himself from laughing at the comment. It was surely something Diana would say too.

He walked out of the library and nodded to the Librarian as a sign of thank you.

Lyra was tired of waiting and she was ready to have her homework turned in as soon as possible. "Look, I don't know what they are doing in there but we need to continue working. I want to turn in my homework on time," she said a little put out at the fact that it was taking those two entirely too long. If they wanted to get together, fine, do it on someone else's time and and not Lyra's homework time.

"Okay," she read through her notes and began the one question that they all needed to work on. "Number three: 'Working with at least one other person and as many as you like, discuss and compare the witches and wizards in the timeline; paying a special focus to the one on your card. Which would have won in a duel? A dance-off? A debate? A cook-off? Any ‘versus’ question you can think of may be addressed. Summarize your discussion.' This is what we need to do with all of us together. Do you think we can all do this in a hurry?"

She pulled out the timeline for everyone to see.

Juniper looked curiously around the library and headed for the study area. She was not a big fan of the library, but the common room was far too loud for her to get any of her homework finished. And she needed to get homework completed. She had a lot, and it had piled up quickly.

Sitting at a table in the study area, Juniper pulled out her History of Magic assignment and began working on finishing that assignment.

With a wary expression on her face painted on her face, the fifth year headed to the study area --and less claustophobic area-- of the library. In truth, Willow detested the place, not as much as she hated the grounds, but enough to not visit it unless she had no other choice.

This time, unfortunately, she had no other choice but to go. History of Magic was calling, and she could not afford to not do the homework. Ravenclaw was on the lead, and she liked that. Not to mention that this was her year of OWLs and she wanted to keep her grades up.

Sighing under her breath as she walked down the place and looked for a perfect spot, the sixteen-years-old recognized the curly brown hair of Juniper Goodwin. Shrugging, the girl made her way to her table and took seat without asking for her permission.

"History of Magic, too, I see," she murmured, for she did not want to get in trouble with Madam Kohan. Again. "What card did you get?"

Juniper looked up from her History of Magic as she heard someone approach. Oh. It was Willow Anti-Nature Girl Kovac. Loverly. Juniper made herself smile at the older girl as she sat down at the table. It would have been rude to do otherwise, however much she may have wanted to, and she had to respect Kovac. Not only was the girl older and more experienced, but she was Quidditch captain. That position alone deserved respect, even if it was given grudgingly.

"Yes, I'm doing History of Magic," Juniper said quietly. "I got Daisy Dodderidge, who built the Leaky Cauldron. Which card did you get?"

Perhaps anti-nature girl would work on the assignment with her. Juniper had not actually looked ahead on the assignment, but she was pretty sure that part of it required discussion with another student. Well, Willow Kovac was another student, and a Ravenclaw. If she had to discuss with another student, it was best to do it with a Ravenclaw. Even if that Ravenclaw was anti-nature girl.

What card did she get? That was a very good question, actually. Reaching for her messenger bag, the girl open it quickly and looked for her Chocolate Frog Card in the very bottom of it.

"Lord Stoddard Withers," She announced, reading the little card. "Apparently, the man is responsible of breeding the Winged horses, and also invented a game very much like Quidditch, but instead of using brooms, he used those horses he bred." Horses instead of brooms... Honestly. Though she had to admit that the man was obviously smart, which meant that she was sure he had been a Ravenclaw.

Perhaps it was best if she wrote this all down. She took out a fresh parchment, ink and a quill and took notes quickly. "Who do you think would win on a duel?" Asked Willow randomly, looking out the window. "Between this Withers person and your Daisy?"

Juniper's jaw dropped. Lord Stoddard Withers. She had heard of him. "Ohhh! I know him!" Juniper said, rather more loudly than she had intended. "Er. I know of him." Of course she did not know him personally. The man had died over two hundred years before she was born. Before her grandmother was born, even. She beamed at Willow, glad that the other girl had an interesting person. After all, who could be more interesting than a dead magizoologist?

"In a duel? Lord Withers would win, most definitely," Juniper said matter-of-factly. "He's got all those winged horses on his side." The girl smirked a little. Obviously anyone who had the brains to breed winged horses and think to play Quidditch on horses would also have the ingenuity necessary to beat Daisy Dodderidge, who was famous for running a pub, in a duel. "All Daisy Dodderidge had was a brand-new pub. Personally, I think it requires a lot more brains and skill to breed winged horses than it does to run a pub, even if that pub is the Leaky Cauldron."

Seeing Kovac taking notes, it occurred to Juniper that she probably ought to do the same. Dipping her quill in Willow's ink - surely the girl would not mind if she borrowed a little bit of ink - Juniper scribbled down what she had just said about the duel, and the names of both of their cards. That would be enough to stimulate her memory when she reviewed her notes later.
