He gave them both a smile as he gave them a small wave. their was no reason to try say anything seeing as it would only go down hill."so you guys ready?" he asked as he flipped through his book to where his own notes were. they were rather small compared to the others he was sure, but he was never one for notes. Thats what the book was for.

He turned to the voice as it sounded rather familiar. Right! the creatures girl who had a promblem with the rambling.What was her name.name, name, name, Elizabeth. chatter box should of been her last name. he gave her a smile as he chuckled at her reasoning for the gathering."Hey Elizabeth. We are just doing some homework. Its not like a secret society or anything." Ha if this was a secret society it definitely wouldnt have robert. In fact it would have teage, vivi, and then kayla cause she always amused him."did you finish your book?" he asked her as he figured he might as well try to be nice to her. Seeing as she was one of Robert's friends she would end up joining his team.

Aggie had passed by the stained glass window, where another study group had been conjugated. She had seen Tobi’s mass of curly blond hair sticking out from the group, seeing as it was rather hard for him to blend in at his gargantuan height of 6’2. She hadn’t stopped however, because it had appeared the group was working on something other then the assignment she specifically needed help with. She hoped she’d find someone else to help her.

And with that thought in mind, she stumbled across Sho curled up at a small table with a few books nearby him. A thought occurred to her – wasn’t Sho the intelligent one of Tobi’s friends? She wondered if he’d be willing to help her, despite his apparent dislike of her. “Shooo,” she said slipping up behind him. She placed a hand on his shoulder and leaned down to see what he was reading. “Whatcha dooooiinnnnggg?”

Lyra heard a familiar voice and turned to find Robert grabbing another chair. "Oy! Yes, please, do join," she said then paused as she hoped that came out right. No need to let others know that she was pleading for more company. It was odd enough as it was. Well, Robert agreed as well since he worked as fast as he could trying to get a chair for the Ravenclaw girl. This was...amusing. Poor lad!

Lyra blew a strand of hair out of her face and grabbed her things for her notes. "I like the homework as it is interesting it's just a lot of it," she said as she turned to Cayden and smiled. Her eyes drifted down to his notes as she noticed he was not a note taker. She pressed her lips together hiding the smile that was trying to form.

"Well, I told Robert that it would be nice to have...Mariska is it," she asked as she looked towards the girl and smiled. "Lyra by the way..." So much for introductions and she probably already knew her name by now anyway. "I liked your way of thinking during class and thought it would be...good...to have you study with us as well." Not knowing that you were his ex-girlfriend at the time...like RECENT ex-girlfriend. He's masochistic, nothing insane about that! Yup he's cool! OH and by the way, let's just make this even more odd.

Theo carried a little book into the library with him. He smiled rather happily as he placed it down on a table. He opened it and giggled. It was a rather simple, childish, pop up book. This one was about a boy who was in a haunted house. He turned the page and pulled a lever, which made a ghost dance about. He giggled again. He found the book rather humourous and could probably have fun reading it again and again.

Nancy's facial expression changed into a rather sly one as Jake started hissing his explanations at her. Oh, that! Yes, she had noticed all the ink that was smeared across Jake's neck and fingers and everywhere actually. Why she hadn't told him about it? Well, where would have been the fun if she had? A small snicker escaped her lips as Jake once again pointed out that Cam had even poked his inky hair without actually telling him about it. Teehee...

As soon as Nancy'd realized that Mariel was about to walk up to the table she was sitting at the 13-year-old quickly picked up all her notes that were spread across the table concentrating on not to take Jake's as well, which wasn't such a hard task, actually, since her handwriting didn't look like she'd fallen asleep and head-first onto the parchment while writing. Before putting the last piece of parchment, the one on which she'd already written the heading "Arithmancy Homework #1", back into her bag Nancy looked at it for a few seconds contemplating over whether or not to actually put it away. With one quick glance at Mariel Nancy swiftly put the parchment into her bag as well, a small grin on her lips. There were more important things than homework at the moment.

Just as Mariel had taken a seat next to her Jake got up to leave but before heading for the door he'd apparently planned a little revenge on Cam. Giggling when Jake removed his hands from Cam's leaving a nice dark blue hand print and a Ravenclaw PWN! behind on the little Slytherin's cheeks Nancy grinned at Jake before waving a small goodbye and saying, "Bye, Jake. See you around." Hopefully without all that ink the next time.

Turning back to Mariel again Nancy smiled rather sheepishly at the Ravenclaw's question about the upcoming try-outs. Just as she was about to reply Mariel had already changed the subject. With a small sigh Nancy thought back at their last History of Magic lesson before she said, "Oh, well, it was...okay, I guess. I'm not particularly fond of that subject anyway, so it doesn't really matter who's teaching it, but I definitely think the new professor is loads better." Oh, it was good to talk to Mariel again, they hadn't actually seen each other since, yes, since that day at Diagon Alley where they'd eaten ice cream together. Oh, and her cat had attacked that little boy. Uhm...right...
"Uhm...to come back to your first question, though, yes, I did sign up for the try-outs. I'm already pretty nervous about them actually." She admitted while looking over the other girl's shoulder at all the bookshelves around them.

As Elizabeth sat down, she smiled at Lyra, who also had seemed like she really wanted her to join the group. This was certainly going to be an interesting study session. Waiting for Robert to sit back down, especially since looking up at him was going to give her a serious crick in her neck, she heard Cayden actually say something to her and looked over at the Slytherin. "Hey Cayden," she greeted, before shrugging one shoulder. "Nah. I left shortly after you went back to the stacks. It wasn't like I was absolutely desperate to know how to identify vampires. And it's a library book, so odds are, it's not going anywhere."

She glanced over at Mari as Lyra spoke about how she had decided to invite her friend to the study session, and smiled at her. "Hey," she said simply. It wasn't like she had seen the other girl around that much this term. Not since the first night, really, and classes. So she wasn't entirely certain what to think. Then she leaned over in her chair to pull her own notes out of her bag, and set them on top of the library book she had gotten out of the stacks. "So where do we want to start?," she asked once she had straightened up in her chair again.

Emiliano slowly stepped into the library and walked towards the study area. He would meet Karma there to do the Muggle Studies homework assignment. In his hands, Emiliano held the hand book Professor Dumont had given them to talk about common man fashion. If Diana was here... He thought.

He sat on a desk and flipped through the pages while he waited for Karma to appear.

Helena looked up from picking the wood off the edge of her table and saw Emiliano walk in. She smiled at him and returned to doing absolutely nothing. Boring work though it was, she didn't want to be rude and just up and leave from sitting here in silence with Chase.

Emiliano let the booklet down as he waited for Karma. Then he noticed Helena was there too. He waved back at her and showed his wide smile. Though, she either seemed bored. He wondered why that was happening.

Mariel nodded in agreement as she scowled slightly when they started talking about History of Magic. "Yeah, you're right. That subject is just plain boring. Definitely better than that crazy woman, but," here, she lowered her voice to a conspiratorial whisper, "I still question this one's sanity as well." But definitely not as much as the other one. Giving Nancy an incredulous look, she added, "I mean, making everyone come to class in bare feet? And the slightly askew desks were just... odd. But there was chocolate involved, so he couldn't be all bad. The homework is just dreadful though." She donned a sour look as she remembered that she hadn't even started it yet. Shaking herself out of those boring thoughts, the young Ravenclaw focused her attention on Nancy's next words.

Mariel grinned as Nancy confirmed that she was planning on trying out. "Oh, don't be nervous, I know you'll do great! Have you been flying over the summer?" She seemed to remember that the Slytherin girl had not been allowed to fly at home, maybe that had changed since the last she knew. "Wouldn't it be great if we both played? Of course, we'll be competition..." she added with a wink.

"I'm so glad I ran into you, I haven't seen you in, um... forever," she said, pausing to think. She hadn't seen her Slytherin friend all term. When was the last time she saw her? Diagon Alley over the summer? Oh, yeah, right.... speaking of... "So I hope you got a chance to punish that cat-kicker," she said, remembering the day. "How is Chistery anyway?" Hopefully that boy hadn't injured him or anything.

Cam gasped loudly in the library right after he was caught by Jake and gasping again even louder after being said that he was some sort of amateur in pranking! The thought of that made him angry so he folded his arms and started to mutter words under his breath. Jake's hands immediately grabbed for his cheek and thinking that it was some attack, he took out his wand even though he didn't know any spell. Stop tooooouching meee!

After being talked to, his friend left the library and was off to somewhere else. S'riiiight! YA BETTAH RUN. Thinking happy thoughts made him feel better and better was good! He didn't notice the marking on his cheek so he just gave a confused face at the girl who said that "they do." Whoooo is they?

He realized that Nancy and the Ravenclaw girl were talking about something so he decided to join in. "You guys are trying out? Me tooo!"

Karma finally made her way into the Library after making her way through the halls. She had her Muggle Studies books in her arms with a bag on her shoulder holding her parchment and other things.

She spotted the person she had been looking for, and a smile crept across her face. Slowly, she walked up behind him.

"Found youuuu," she said in a singsong voice, placing her books down on the table next to his.

Cayden watched her as she looked like she was staring or something. She wasnt trying to steal his notes was she? Oh well. its not like she had eagle eye vision to scope it from there." Their is a lot." he agreed wit her as he turned his attention to elizabeth.

He gave her another smile as she talked about a vampire book. Oh Crap. He hoped she wasnt one of those people who pushed and pried about things. Teage would kill him. Maybe vivi first."Doubt its going anywhere either." he said as she then asked where they should start." we should start with the first question." he started as no one else was going to start it. He could do some muggle studies while they talked about the first question."so its an small essay about the wizard that we had on the cards. Do you think the wizard on the card was an anti muggle or pro muggle, why or why not. Do you think they changed the world? How? Then what happened in history during their lifetime and how might it have influence on their actions. " he looked up at the others as he suggested."We should probably pick the same person." he looked around to see what anyone else said.

Emiliano had gone back to reading the booklet and searching for the questions asked inside the assignment. Sure, he was not very good into fashion. He looked for stamped shirts and jeans...or a formal sweater with cotton pants.

Suddenly, a musical and very attracting voice got his attention. That voice was Karma's and had sure made him smile as wide as when he was composing music or even more. He raised his hands, playing, "Yep, you found me..." He said with a chuckle.

He stood up and walked to the chair in front for Karma to sit. "Welcome...", Emiliano said, smiling to her.

Karma smiled and sat down in the chair that Emiliano had pulled out for her. He was sooo sweet, and she seemed to melt slightly. He had charm, and she loved it.

"Aww, why thank you," she said, scooting closer to the table. "So let's see. What exactly do we need to do here?"

She opened her books to what Professor Dumont had assigned, and brought out the calculating thingymajigger.

Emiliano blushe slightly. That sure happened a lot those days. He was surrounded by charming sweet ladies like Karma all day long. And he was enjoying it deep inside, yet not bragging about it. "You're welcome..." He told her, and chuckled as he bowed his head.

He cleared his throat and went to sit down immediately, right in front of Karma. He made a little wide smile and took his backpack to take out parchment, quill and ink.

"Mmm...I think the currencies are first...then fashion..." He shrugged by just saying that word.

Karma had been flipping through her book as she listened to Emiliano. Before she had looked down, she saw him blush. Aww how precious.

The way he said the word fashion made Karma start to laugh. Another typical boy, and hesitant about fashion.

"Oh what's wrong with that? It can be fuuuun!"

Emiliano heard Karma laughing about him not liking fashion. "Usually, my sister is the one who helps me chose clothes...either formal or normal clothes...and it reminds me of myself standing outside the clothes' store waiting for Diana to chose what she wants to wear..." He told her, yet amused about the subject.

Karma laughed. At least Kris and Kam would follow her into the store. Even then, she'd make them help her and carry her bags. But, she'd go to the stores they wanted. Ohh well. Give and take.

"Well, that's why you have me to help you right now."

She moved her chair closer to Emiliano's so she could sit next to him, and opened his book. She started to spread out his things so she could help him with this new subject.

"Okay. Calculations aren't that hard. So we should save that for last. Do you want me to help you with the fashion part first?"

OK. More nerves got into Emiliano the minute Karma moved beside him. His heartbeat, he hoped she didn't notice, went faster. God, why...???

"I think I did the calculations while you were...still missing around school..." Emiliano joked and shrugged. "So, yes...please help me with the clothes' section..." He told her and showed that wide smile spread from ear to ear.

Karma gave him a nasty-but-just-kidding look. She smiled and shook her head as she put the calculation Muggle like thingymawhatsit away.

"I was NOT missing. I was... distracted, to say the least. I saw something shiny. Just kidding!"

Karma snickered at her own joke, trying to not laugh too hard so she didn't get the eeeeevil eye from the librarian.

"Alright. What exactly is difficult about the clothes section?"

"It's called a calculator and Muggles, as my parents are...well, they consider it their source of all we have now..." Emiliano told Karma, who just seemed to not like the machine a lot.

Something shiny? Emiliano was confused, he so was. But then, she told him she was kidding. He sighed in relief. Also, trying from not letting his hardest chuckle, that he knew only a few people achieved to make him do it, would come soon.

"I can arrange for formal things, such as prom and semi-restaurants...but for sporting events?" Emiliano had never been in such places in his life. "Please, help me with that...." He just didn't know what to do about the situation.

Mariska looked over at Cayden with a happily bemused expression on her face as he voiced his excitement at being able to choose the chairs for them and she let him do so, waiting for him patiently. She smiled at him as he set his things on the table and she did the same. " You know, it would be quite nice to have footstools." She said, wondering if there were any nearby.
Mari looked up from her spot at the table as Robert and Lyra came in. She kept her expression neutral but she was a bit surprised that his jaw muscle was still clenching like that even though he was...whatever they called it with the other girl. She watched as he set his things down on the table across from her, a polite smile on her face as she waited for them to settle in.
Mariska smiled at Lyra, noting that the other girls pleasant greeting was completely genuine. " Hi, Lyra, " She said, unsure as to what else she should say. She looked over then at Elizabeth came out of nowhere and she gave her friend a slightly apologetic look, a glance between them to let her know that she would want to talk with her later about what had happened after the feast. " I'm sorry we took a little bit longer to get here," She said to Lyra, making light conversation before they all got to work.
Mari looked over at Elizabeth and smiled again as she spoke. " Yes, it certainly does." She said, and she fell silent then, waiting for someone else to make the first attempt at real work and ignoring the weirdness that was having Cayden and Robert in the same room...again.

Thankfully, Cayden spoke up first. She looked over at everyone and she smiled a bit. " So, I had Perpetua Fancourt, and I know that Robert had Edgar Stroulger...what did everyone else get?" She asked, getting the first step out of the way. " I figure we can vote on one person to discuss, if that's easier for everyone." She said, her gaze moving from person to person, even if it did linger a bit on Robert's face and not anyone else.

Karma held the quill in her hand as she shuffled the pages to a new section. There were the sporting events. She knew they were in there somewhere, even though she had already gotten the homework done.

"You mean to say you've never been to watch a Quidditch match before?"

She stared at him for a moment before shaking her head.

"Nevermind. Normally, people wear spiritwear to show off their favorite team, or the team they're supporting. And something relaxed, like jeans or sweatpants. Even shorts, if it's warm."

Sho turned suddenly as his shoulder was touched. Who was there and trying to- oh wait. Now he knew. It was snowball, owlball thing, girl. He focused on the girl who seemed like she was in need of something with that tone in her voice.

"Uhh... just doing some studying. You?" he asked her, offering her a chair.
