Mirror Divination uses the inner eye to see visions of the future.

I first saw the Grey Lady in our first History of Magic lesson. Helena Ravenclaw said she was looking for some missing stones. One of the professors would know what to do with them.

I saw the Grey Lady the second time on the first floor near Professor Kazimeriz’s office. She was looking at an empty painting of a field. The Grey Lady said she was looking for Sir Cadogan. Helena said he knows where everything is hidden at Hogwarts.

I saw her a third time in the room near the Portrait of the Sleeping Dragon. I asked her what was going on with the Mirror of Erised. Helena said it wasn’t her story to tell.

The song Professor Lupa sang on the moving staircase.

"Often in the dead of night,

The sweet transparent ghost dances;

The song reminds me of the night Peter Pettigrew escaped and returned to Voldemort.

Sir Cadogan helped Harry, Ron, and Hermione find the Divination classroom in Volume three of the The Life of Harry Potter.

Professor Trelawney uses her inner eye to predict the future. She prophesized Wormtail would go back to his master.

The Divination final for third year students was gazing into a crystal ball.
