Theo took a dive at the ball thrown at Qaz. He beamed as he caught it, even if he started heading a bit too close to the ground.

"Copernicus. Come back and play." Nobody deserved to be out if Anna was playing. He wondered who to throw it at. He decided on KAIKA.

"He scares me!" Tobi yelled, as he sped around the pitch in twin persuits of not getting hit and finding a ball to throw.

Soaring through the air, amazed she still hadn't been hit, Liz sees Copernicus going down. Zooming around hoping to deter those with the balls from the opposite team, enough to allow her teammates to hit one of them!

Qaz saw Theo head towards Kaika and decided that she'd join him. Once she got in range of Kaika, she threw the ball with a lot of force.

And it was meant to hit, if Kaika hadn't been paying attention. But she managed to dodge the oh-so-speedy ball and turned to look at the criminal who decided to target her...

Oh, but he was too small to be playing this, wasn't he? "Watch it, kid!" she said, flying safely on her broom...

Jenn glared unhappily as her ball started to come back at her. "That's enough to drive a banshee crazy!"Jenn mumbled, as she caught the ball. Looking for the person that threw at her she chucked it back at the girl (Kaika), still grumbling threats under her breath.

Theo shook his head, "I am not the one that needs to watch it." He eyed her, and continued to keep an eye out for any balls that might head his way.

So, someone else, besides the little boy, decided that it would be best to target her...Great.

But the ball past her by an inch. HA! Kaika stuck her tongue out at the girl (Qaz) but then her balance was lost...because, well, a different ball hit her broom (Jenn)...

Noooooooo! Waaaaaiiiitttt, "I say it doesn't count because the ball hit my broom, not me, right?" she said, flying uneasily on her broom and looking for a much too amused Vindictus.

Everyone was after Kaika, "Leave her alone! Three shots on one! Honestly!" he shouted.

but one hit her broom, which would knock her out. He caught the rebound. "We'll bring you back soon Kaika! Promise!"

And he fired a shot at at the newly returned Copernicus.

He was barely on the ground before he got to come back to the game. His cheek stung from the ball hit, but it was probably just a light bruise. He was more concerned about his pride. Anna was going down, even if he had to crash his broom into her himself. Which... he probably would anyway.

A ball was pelted from one of the Gryffindors, and Copernicus stopped on a knut and reached for it. Stopped on a knut? Apparently this game WAS improving his skills. He threw it back at Tobi.

Jenn jumped slightly on her broom as her ball hit Kaika's broom. "Yes!! Now that's enough to put Merlin's lost pinky toe back in it's right place!"she shouted, grinning.

Jenn stuck her tongue out at the boy that was yelling at her. "Hey it's not my fault great minds think alike."she yelled back, swinging her hair back. She watched as the boy threw the ball at Copernicus. That wasn't right, he had just gotten in too. "Look out Copern-oh what the heck! Look out NIC!"she yelled.

She sighed in realif when Nic caught the ball. Smiling, she grabed a ball that was passing by and chucked it and Tobi, just because he was kinda on her nerves.

"Ahhh!" Tobi screamed, as he flattened himself against his broom, the ball whistled over him with half an inch to spare, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

He flew out of there, and fast! "I'm sorry Kaika! I'll catch it next time!" He yelled as he passed the stands.

She sighed. Yes. She was out. Pffft. Silly Ravenclaw...or, no it was a Ravenclaw the one who threw the ball at her...

And then a Gryffie addressed her, "Oh, ummm, thank you, you!" because she didn't know the boy's name.

They better bring her back soon enough, being on the ground was not her favorite place right now.

Anna turned in mid-air just in time to see Cope come back into the game. Sure, he was her friend, and she really hated to be playing against him, but seriously....Copernicus Kettleburn must go down. She made a mental note to later apologize for chunking the ball right to his cheek, but for now, it was Cope versus Anna. Raven versus Lion. Boy versus Girl. Friend versus Friend. Oh, and, unfortunately for Cope, it was also Loser versus Winner. Anna smiled sweetly at her friend and then zoomed in closer, daring whoever had the ball to just try and toss it at her.

Tobi saw Jenn take the shot later than he'd like. The ball was heading uncomfortably in the decided direction of his face.

I don't need another black eye!!! Tobi veered hard left and avoided the ball by the skin of his teeth. or the seat of his pants, or the twigs of his broom. whatever, it was a very near miss.

"Am I the only one left or something?" Tobi howled, "Or have I offended someone?"

Qaz went after the ball the bounced off the Huffie. Once she had it, she went looking for a target.

"KETTLEBURN, NEWTINGTON, WINDSONG - TAKE THE OTHER SIDE OUT!" Vindictus shouted and resisted the urge to join back in on the game.

Jenn watched closley, crossing her fingers that it hit him somewhere, (perferbly on the head or face). She huffed angrily as it missed by the hair on his little head, and she grumbled a few hexes.

She grinned. "More like annoyed, no offense or anything."she said, smiling sweetly at him as he passed by.

Listening to the professor yell to 3 of her team members, Liz spots a ball and zooms toward it.

Once she has it, she aims and throws it at Tobi

Theo heard Max shout out at him. He was trying really really hard. But his throws seemed to be caught. He took a deep breath before hunting for a ball. Maybe Copernicus had one.

Qaz looked around...Tobi was the one closed to her, so that's who she was going after.

Coming up to speed, she swooped down from above and torpedoed the ball right at Tobi.

Becca hovered in the air, watching the epic battle between houses. She really wanted to just pelt the nearest Hufflepuff in the face but, of course, she didn't have one of the balls to throw. She glanced from Vindictus to her Ravenclaw teammates - oh, and the Slytherin ones, too - to make sure they were all working their hardest to win this thing. Still, none of the balls came to her, so she circled around casually, sure to stay moving and keep alert. Maybe she would just have to get aggressive and intercept it from someone. Her team WAS doing a good job... but she could do better.

"THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT! GOOD THROW, MERELDA! COME ON PARKER - TAKE IT TO THEM!" Vindictus shouted and wondered where Greenwood went. He knew that the Slytherin would take anyone out.

Grinning she grabed a ball and looked around. Now the question was who to throw it to. She knew she could throw it at Tobi like everyone, but she thought was getting a bit desperate. Finally her eyes rested on Anna and she shrugged. Couldn't hurt to try. So she snuck up behind the prefect and chucked it, aiming for Anna's back.

"Merlin, I'm trying," Copernicus mumbled, spinning his broom and heading down toward the Professor. All the balls were in motion, and he just... had a theory. About 20 feet above the professor, he pointed to the spare ball Vindictus had dropped earlier and then pointed at himself. Give me the ball.
