"Oh well I was just refering to the girls that I had to be around, but thats only what four out of, well too many to count" Reed said with a grin. "yea, random makes for an interesting conversation." he said with a nod of his head. "I loev the guitar. And believe me piano is boring, thats why I normally don't go around telling people that I play" he admitted to her. He actually didn't like playing it at all, but he was rather good.

"Well you two have both made it much better. I'm a little down that my prank didn't work on all pre- all that I planned." *He smirked at her and waved to a friend a few tables over.*

"What you lot talking about anyway?"

Penny look up and smiled at Lima when she sat down. "Hey girl." she said and leaned over and hugged her friend. "Last time we get to do this huh?" she asked Lima. She could see the sadness in her friends eyes. She then looked around, wondering where Mads had gone off to.

Oh. That's good, "So, you're from...either England or Scotland?" she asked. True, they weren't precisely in England anymore, but she'd probably meant it that way.

"That must have been great" she said, with a nod, "I mean, living at many places" she added. Kaika had only been to both, Romania and France, only in Summer time, which is when school was out. But she'd love to visit many more countries. She'll have to convince anyone in her family to travel some place different for the holidays, maybe. Or she'll just have to do so in Summer.

Her smile grew bigger, "I know...it does!" except when Belle's school came along and practically ruined her third year, but it was in the past...no need to be remembering that awful, yet slightly fun, year.

"Yes! It doesn't really matters if you don't play...we still need people cheering on the Stands" not that she ever got to recognize the people sitting there, but the more the merrier.

Reese laughed."Have you really been around that many girls?"she asked."Yes,random things do make conversations more interesting."She looked at all of the food on the table as she listened to Reed.She looked at him as she said,"I love playing to guitar,too.It's very entertaing.Well,it's good to know the piano is boring.Now,I will never learn to play piano."She smiled.

"Well, I asked when the tryouts were. and she said she'd let me know. She was kinda swamped." said Set.

"Well I'm glad i turned you away from something" he said not excactly sure if that made any sense. Reed took a big of the food that was on his plate. They hadn't been kidding when they said that the food was delicious. Now it was his turn to be random. "So any pet?" He asked her.

Oh I really hope you make it Set! I'll be so disappointed if you don't! Cadence said, truthfully. She had never seen a game of Quidditch, but she was sure she'd enjoy it much more with Set playing.

"Good for you" Kayla held up her hand for a high five. "Wow that sounds awesome, I've heard that Australian guys are hot" she chuckled. "No need to be intimidated by them, you just have to better at playing the game then they are" she gave her a wink.

She sighed deeply. "Yes I will and he said he might try and come down for the Hogsmeade weekends as well, so that should be good."

Kayla raised an eyebrow at Gabben. "Oh is that right. You were planning a prank on the Prefects were you?" she leaned closer to Gabben. "Well I would think twice about that if I were you because I give back as good as I get" she leaned back and took a sip of her drink hiding her smile behind the goblet.

"Boys of course" she answered. "What else do girls our age talk about?"

Although despite the rumbling of Dominic's stomach, the fifth year managed to look up from the empty golden platters at the sound a very familiar voice and mention of tryouts as well about new quidditch captain of Hufflepuff? What the--? Where in the name of canaries was Rapunzel Black? Not that he particularly was fond of the older Puff, but she had been his captain nonetheless.

That was when he saw it ... pinned to Kaika Lockhart's robes was a gleaming badge that almost matched his, except, CAPTAIN!?! HOLY MOLYYYYYYYY!!!

But before he could say anything to the fellow fifth year ...


A rather loud voice was heard way across the Great Hall, which was one that included the yelling of his name. Turning around, Dominic's eyes narrowed in upon the young boy whom had spoken back to him in the streets of Diagon Alley sitting at the Hufflepuff table. No, he didn't know his name nor did he care. But anyone who could yell his name with such vocal cords meant intervention.

And intervention is what he got, as the Hufflepuff Prefect rose from his bench and marched straight over to the Slytherin table.

Reese raised her eyebrow at Reed.That didn't make any sense,but that was okay.He changed the subject over to pets."Well,I have a cat named,Isabella.I call her Bella.And I have a white owl named Icee.How about you?Do you have any pets?"

*He laughed a little and pointed to a near by prefect walking by. Once the prefects back was turned there was a long white stipe down the back of his robes. Another walked by with a bit of toilet paper on her left shoe.*

"They'll find out sooner or later. I just did that to the ones that told me off."

*He frowned a little.* "The best one didn't even work."
*Gabben laughed as he heard what they were talking about.*

"Oh well who are the top five guys in school right now then?"

"Well I have a golden retriever back home" Reed told her. Hogwarts didn't allow dogs, and he wasn't too much of a cat person himself. "But I have my owl, Max, here at Hogwarts with me" His oldest step sister had bought him the owl right before he had left. She said it was somethign to remember her by.

Amanda gave Kayla a high five and laughed. "Oh yes they are, I mean one of the guys stayed for a bit after the show and he asked me if he could kiss me. What else was I supposed to say but yes!. All I can say is..wow. Hold on, I have a picture of me and him backstage." She said, taking out the picture from her bag to show to Kayla. "His name is Jamie, I mean he's absolutely gorgeous." She said and smirked.

"Well that's good, at least you don't have to wait till the summer to see him again" She said and smiled.

"Gabben" Kayla moaned. "Please do not do that in front of me. This whole Prefect thing is new to me and I don't want to turn people in especially someone from my own house. But if you force me to I will" oh like what was she going to do. Drag him up to the staff table by the scruff the neck...pfft yeah right.

"Well technically I shouldn't be looking because I am already taken buuuut there are a few cute ones this year" she chuckled, her eyes twinkling mischeviously. "At number five would have to be Trey Kingston, number four Seth Paton, number 3 your good self, number two would have to be Cayden Blood and at number one I would definitely have to say Teagen Norco." Yep that just about summed them up although Nico outranked them all.


Kayla took the picture from Amanda and studied it. "Oh yes very hot" she agreed. "Not as good as Nicholai as course" she smirked at Amanda. "Just you know keep your wits about you and not get too carried away, there's a lot of crazy's out there."

"This is true" she nodded. "And it can't come fast enough for me."

*Gabben frowned and rubbed his chin.* "Hmmm 3rd... I'll have to get that up." *He then mumbled to him self.* "Ha and I can bet Cayden would like to hear he's in your top two."
*He had a feeling Cayden might have a thing for the prefect. He shrugged again then put his hands out to her and frowned.*
"Going to make me write lines then Prefect Winters?"

"Yes I know. But sometimes I can't help myself..he was just so cute." Amanda said, and laughed. "Once I get myself a manager and a bodyguard then I won't have to worry about that. I mean, right now its not something I need to worry about at school since not a lot of people know about my whole rock star thing." She said honestly.

"Yeah, well don't think about it or the time will seem to go by so slowly." She said, remembering what that felt like.

"Oh I'm sure he would but if he wants to make my number one, he has to give me my candy" she laughed softly.

"Of course not" Kayla replied. "I don't have the authority for that but I will march you up the staff table if I have to" not that she wanted to of course but if he pushed it...

"Yes well I guess I would probably have the same problem myself" she giggled. "Oh that's right I need to give you a list of names, I will do that after the feast."

"I'll try not to but it's going to be hard." Kayla looked at the Slytherin table at where he should be sitting and sighed.

*He rolled his eyes and laughed a little. He would have to be careful around her.* "Guess that means no jokes on you then?"
*He heard someone call his name and looked over.*
"Better go, see you in the common room I guess." *He gave her a small wink and then turned to Amanda.*
"It was nice meeting you Amanda, see you in class."

*Gabben then stood up and bowed to both girls and walked off yelling to a friend down the table.*
"Oi Paul you still owe me that chocolate frog!"

"Alright, come find me after the feast. Well now, I mean its not like I like him or anything, because I'd never be able to see him again unless I went on tour again which is absolutely exhausting." Amanda said, honestly. She yawned slightly, but covered her mouth to be polite.

"Well now that you're Prefect, you've got things to keep you occupied. Plus if you're ever up for a friendly duel, you'll know where to find me." She said and smirked.

Christine was so excited to be back in Hogwarts. She walked into the great hall with a smile on her face. She walked to the Hufflepuff house table. She saw an empty seat that not many people were around, but Christine kept walking. This year she was going to be more social. Christine continued to walk until she was an empty seat in a group of people. Christine plopped herself down in the seat. Hi everyone she said outloud. She eyed the food, trying to decide what to eat first. She was starving.

Seeing a familar face Kyle jumped up from the Gryfindr table and practically ran to where Chrsitine was. Giving her a hug he smiled. 'So you cant leave me cause then creepy first years will get me." he said with a smile and winked. "What Miss Christine all by herself?" he asked and sat down beside her making a first year scoot over. "So I didnt get a chance to give you your candy." he said and reached into his pocket bringing out Bertie Botts every flavor beans. He smiled flashing his teeth. "Im good I know."

Kiki looked around for anyone she might have met on the bus or seen on the train. No luck. She sighed and started eating her food, sad, but not necessarily angry or upset.

Christine had to laugh at Kyle. And also smile. His enthusiasm was a big boost to her confidence. What, are you stalking me now? she asked Kyle while grabbing the candy from him. She opened the box, grabbed a jellybean out and popped it into her mouth. A look of disgust spread across her face. Ugh, sweaty sock. Christine then turned to kyle. Hey you want some? she asked him while raising her eyebrow. She grabbed her goblet and drank some pumpkin juice to get the taste out her mouth.

Kyle smiled and looked at her. "Ew. Sweaty sock." he peered into the box searching for something himself and picked up a green one. He smiled andpopped it into his mouth. "Yum.. snott." he said swallowing and tryin not to throw up. he laughed and saw a girl looking misaerable a few seats away.


"Hey you can join us if you want to." he said smiling at the girl. HE felt bad for her.
