Celandine mumbled something in reply to Kayla's totally accurate comment about Cela not having gone out of her way to find Kayla, but avoided going into why because that would result in a conversation about the surprise kiss attack, the poem and the resulting 'girlfriend' status that Celandine hadn't meant for but wasn't sure was totally a bad thing and...

Cela sighed slightly and popped another piece of coconut ice in her mouth.

She looked back toward Professor Kapoor again, glad for a distraction from such alien thoughts.

"Well, I have something better than rollerskates." and the best possible tree-climbing extravaganza known to wizardkind; but Cela wasn't about to say anything about that in front of Kayla... and Anna.

Cela listened to Professor Kapoor talk to Kayla and at mention that coconut ice was his favourite, a look of dismay crossed her face. She'd... just eaten the last one.

"Oh, Professor I'm sorry! I didn't know... about the coconut ice! I'll come back and get some for you when the next batch is ready and bring it right up to your office. I still have some fudge left though!" Cela took the candy bag from her pocket and sorted through it; dumping the last of the fudge into Kapoor's hands.

Cela caught a few of the words Kayla spoke to Anna, and shot both prefects an innocent look; Cela wasn't planning on sliding down any staircases this term.

She listened absently to the weird confrontation between Kayla and another Hufflepuff (who Celandine was sure Nicholai would be amused by) and Maddox, and popped a chocoball in her mouth, sucking on it absently as Kayla and Mads left the store.

Cela would happily stay right where she was all day if she hadn't made promises to meet up with a whole bunch of people.

She smiled brightly at Professor Kapoor, hoping he'd take her up on her offer to fix the coconut ice situation.

Professor Kapoor had given Kayla a nodd. He had had a great summer indeed. He gave a 'hello' greeting toward Ana as she turned around to greet them, and found himself really rather pleased with how well Kayla diffused the tense situation between the students. He laughed a bit, thinking of the impact having a prefect like Kayla may have on the house of Hufflepuff in general.

"Better than rollerskates?" He questioned. A small bit of doubt somehow managed to creep into his tone, despite the fact that it had been years for him and rollerskates. He waved a hand when he heard her offer to get him some coconut ice, then accepted the fudge. "You'll do no such thing, Miss Toussaint!" He said firmly, but affably. "You should be out enjoying Hogsmeade. Not waiting around in merely one shop. I can come back to Hogsmeade anytime. Besides, there's also the fact that you've generously shared more candy than I probably should partake in through the year. I thank you for that." He said genuinely.

Well satiated from the candy offered him by the young Ravenclaw girl, he figured he'd better get out of there, before he ate any more. Purchasing a bit of gum and some acid pops he turned back to Celandine once more. "Feel free to stop by my office when you get a moment and drop off your brothers' gift, Celandine. No rush, of course. Your studies should be paramount. I shall see you ladies back at the castle." He said warmly towards both Cela and Ana as he then took his leave of the sweets shoppe.

Freya rolled her eyes and straightened up some more, letting Nathaniel know that she was still indeed much taller than him, and still very much the boss. "Yes, that is ALL of it, Nathaniel. Honestly, don't you trust me? Why would I lie about something like that? I'm certainly not hiding any boyfriends or anything." 'Right. Just what I need. Some clingy man bothering me all the time while I try to get things done.' She continued to search the shelves, "Hmm, what is good enough to give children that enjoy sweets, but not overly packed with sugar to keep them running around for hours on end?" Wait. Did Nathaniel have blood siblings? Freya wasn't sure anymore.
Thinking about some things, Freya realized she should probably get something nice for two other individuals...no matter how much she disliked the one.

Nathaniel couldn't help but laugh at the expression on Mariel's face when he mentioned oatmeal "I like granola as well Mariel.". This girl was a candy fiend he thought to himself.Nathaniel grabbed one of each thing Mariel had pointed out.He had come here to get some things after all so he picked up a four Cherry-center Truffles,4 Fizzing Whizbees,4 Peppermint Humbugs, that Licorice Wand,a thing of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, and he wanted a pound of Chocolate dragon fudge. Fudge was his weakness. Nathaniel still had a limp from falling out of that stupid tree.

Looking back at Freya"Okay Freya okay." he said not intimidated by her at all. "I trust you but I know that you only share bits and pieces of things with me.." he said softly. "Chocolate frogs aren't that bad or like gum. How old are they?" he asked unsure if she'd tell him. "I should get some things for my siblings and my nephews." he said adding some Chocolate frogs to his pile.

He looked at both girls and tried to read their minds.. yea that'd totally work. He didn't know anything about girls.. besides that Freya was a softy and was hiding it. "Do you girl's want to go to do you want to go to Madame Puddifoot's after this?" he said with a smile."My treat..." he added.

Reese opened the door to Honeydukes and stepped inside the almost crowded store.She needed to stack up on some chocolate since she had finished up her last choclate frog this morning. She walked to the back of the store and started to look around. Where were those darn chocolate frogs? Her eyes scanned the shelves and then...FINALLY. She spotted a box full of chocolate frogs and went over to it. She picked up 12 of them and decided she might as well look around some more.She might find something she might like to buy.

"They are pretty young...toddler to your age, or just younger actually." She put the bag of sweets down. "Maybe I'll get them something else. I really don't like the idea of their little teeth rotting out of their heads." What would Freya want if she was to become a child again? Oh brother, she'd want books, parchment, lab materials...animals. Anything but candy really...and pink things, ew.
"Hello, Mariel." Freya said to the girl with a slight nod in greeting before turning back to Nathaniel. "If you think I'm not going to pay for my own drinks, then you're wrong. But I suppose I could go for a little while." 'Give me some time to brainstorm...'

"How many are there?" he asked being too nosy for his own good. "And if you don't get them sweets what will you get them?" he asked. Nathaniel pushed his thick black framed glasses back up on his nose. He knew that Freya was going to say that. He couldn't help but offer. He didn't know if she had money to go all over Hogsmeade or if Mariel did for that matter. "Freya, you know I have to offer. It's the gentleman in me" he said with a wink.

"Oh? A gentleman now are we?" Freya said as she smirked, "Doesn't matter, I don't take things for free from anybody. That's just how I am." 'NOT a freeloader.'
She considered for a moment, "More than two." Freya replied lightly as she absentmindedly gripped the strap to her bag, missing them all suddenly. "I'll get them a book or something. New quills perhaps, I'll find something..." 'Or I'll find that Sneeze boy and finally get a few things from him.'

"I've always been a gentleman Freya." he said taking his hat off. Shoving it in his back pocket "Kids like toys Freya. I don't take you as the type that played with toys.. but usually kids like toys." he said running his free hand through his hair. "I know you don't. I know but I still had to offer." Geez he thought to himself.

"Hm, I doubt that, Nathaniel. You seem to be a troublemaker. It's like me saying that I was a well behaved little girl who had teaparties with stuffed animals." She allowed herself to smile a tiny bit, her face noticeably fuller since last term. "Yeah...toys." Freya said as she thought, "You know that Sneeze boy from school?" She watched Nathaniel play with his hair, "Why do you mess it up all the time? Habit?" Freya's hair would become entangled just from sitting down and resting for a while.

This was his second paradise, first being that joke shop and now this. This place full of sugar and sugar and even more sugar. Who didn't like sugar? Surely everyone did since it tasted oh-so goood and it was like the best food ever. Cam wouldn't mind eating sweets and candies everyday for the rest of his life, since that's what braces were for. "C'mooooon Bakers, lez go buy stuff!" Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the sugar, yeah, yeah, sugar, yaaaaaaah! And he ran to the counter and ordered about two dozen or so of those chocolate frogs, 3 of those tooth-flossing mints (for teeth protection), and about 3 dozen of those SUGAR quills.

And he bought all of it, just for him and ONLY him. He was carrying all of them in his hands, with no bags at all. YUMMEEHHHHH.

Mariel narrowed her eyes at Nathaniel's mention of something called 'granola.' She wasn't exactly sure what that was, but granola sounded like grainy, and that just reminded her of dirt and rocks, so it didn't sound like anything good. At least not good to eat.

She nodded approvingly to herself as he picked out all kinds of different sweets. That was more like it. As she watched, she noticed that he was walking kinda funny. "Are you... limping?" she asked slowly. "Everything ok?"

The Ravenclaw girl had to think for a moment when Nathaniel mentioned Madame Puddifoot's. What was that place again? Oh, right... a tea shop. She had never visited that place last term. "Sure, I can use some tea," she said. "I need to stop at Scrivenshaft's later, but other than that, I had no plans. And that's very kind of you to offer, but no need to treat me, I can pay my own way." She always had a hard time accepting gifts and money from others, especially when she had enough money to spare.

Again unable to wave due to her armload of sweets, she simply said, "Hi Freya," when the older girl addressed her. Not wanting to eavesdrop on her conversation with Nathaniel as it seemed a bit personal, Mariel walked up to the counter and spilled out her candy in order to purchase them.

Go and have some fun.

That's what the letter for Mina had said, as she made her way into Honeydukes. Her pocket strangely heavy with coins, she came to a stop as she stepped to the side of the door. "Fun" for Mina wasn't exactly common, and the only way she could think of actually getting a chance to have some was by a sugar rush.

Problem was ... there was too much sugar here. The promise she'd made to her cousin hanging over her head, she peered at the nearest shelf. Blood pops. Eww. She fought the urge to pull a face as she turned away, instead looking at other shelves with more reasonable treats on.

Great. The one time she needed the titchy little cousin she had, the other girl wasn't available. Mina sighed, examing the sweets without any interest whatsoever. Fun. Yeah, right.

It was just too good to be true... Jake had never EVER had ANY of this stuff, and he didn't know what was good and what was bad, so, unfortunately, the only thing to do was-

"Someofeverything!!!!!" Jake cried. Oh yes, just the smell had turned him loopy. One of his eyes bulged, becoming the big eye, whilst the other twitched. He wanted sugar, and he wanted sugar NOW!!!!! He didn't even care about the mayhem he'd unleashed with Cameron the sugar fiend, nor the fact that he'd been called Bakers...

Pulling out his money Jake made sure to buy some of everything, especially Fizzing Whizbees and Sugar Quills... Mmmmm... sugar...

Candies, chocolates, lollipops catched Emiliano's attention as he walked along the streets of Diagon Alley. As he entered the shop, he noticed many students were also there, including Reese, the sweet girl from Slytherin. Walking slowly, he tapped her shoulder and showed that wide smile. "Hello..." He kindly said. "Candy shopping?" He asked as if it was a joke.

Cam guessed that his friend was as hyper as he was with all of the yummy and delicious candy. He started chewing on one of his chocolate frogs but realized that Jake had bought probably one of everything and wanted to try some of the candies he didn't buy. "Oiiii, Jake gimme some o' yers!" It was too bad he couldn't use his arms because it was carrying all of the things he bought. But he wanted more, more, and moooore! Were those Fizzing Whizbees?! "Dun eat thooose! One of the ingredients for that are like... insects and everything." Yuck, insects in sweets. It was disguuuuusting. Maybe there were other candy shops.

"Let's go to some otha' places naoooo!"

"I can be a gentleman and and a trouble maker Freya." he said looking at her "I never claimed not to be a trouble maker" he grinned. "I know of him. He's in my house. That's about it.. why". Eli is a booger. "I don't mess it up. I move it out of the way. Would you prefer my hair was like this?" he asked as he made his hair shorter.Even shorter than his usual shaggy hair. "Does this please Freya?" he asked with a smirk.

Nathaniel smiled at Mariel "You have no idea what granola is do you?". He chuckled to himself. "Do I have to teach you about muggle things.. off the record so your father doesn't kill me?" Limping.. oh. "I feel out of a tree a little while ago. It's no big deal really. Why? Wanna rub it and make it feel better?" While Mariel made her way to the counter Nathaniel looked at Freya again "Are you ready to leave Freya?" he asked inching his way towards the counter with his sweets.

"I never said you weren't either. I only said I doubted it." Freya said with a smirk. "I've heard that he makes some things, that's all." She said nonchalantly and wandered around for a moment and then coming back to where Nathaniel was, and finding his hair to be much shorter. "It works, yes. But it would work anyway if it was long and well-kept. I actually considered chopping most of my hair off a couple of days ago. And yes, I am ready to leave." Freya said as she double checked her belongings and waited.

Reese was about to pick up giant gumballs to add to her stack of chocolate frogs when someone tapped on her shoulder.She turned around and smiled when she saw Emiliano. "Hey there,"she said. She looked down at her that held a ton of chocolate frogs. "Yes,I am candy shopping." She looked back up at him. "Are you going to get some candy?"

Jake laughed as he payed and shoved the sweets into his pockets and began devouring some of the toffee.

"Haha, n-" Jake started, and then smiled. "Suuuuuuure, Cameron..."

Rifling through his pockets Jake found the right shaped sweet, and unwrapped it before shoving it in Cameron's mouth, before backing up towards the door, sticking his tongue out.

"Oh, I knowwwww what's in them," he added. "But it doesn't stop them being all nummy... plus, most things probably have worse in them..."

Jake pushed the door behind him and started to run out, but not before rounding up his statement with, "...like that Acid Pop you're eating."

And he ran from the shop, giggling.

Emiliano looked at the stack of chocolate frogs in Reese's arms and smiled. "I am...I need something to distract myself a little while I do the homework assignments..." He mentioned and smiled.
"So how are you?" he asked as he turned to the wall and looked at the many boxes of candies he could buy. He picked up a handfull of lollipops, chocolate frogs, etc. How he loved sweets.

Reese smiled. "That's a good reason to get some candy.I just get them so I have something to eat when I don't feel like going to the Great Hall,"she told him. She watched him stack up on candy then said,"I've been...really great." Since she broke up with Lucas,Reese finaly stopped worrying and started having fun. Life was great. "How have you been?"

"Don't doubt me! I mean I doubt you a lot.. but for good reason." he said smiling hoping that didn't sound mean. It probably did but oh well. "Is that allowed at Hogwarts?" he asked in reference to that Sneezy kid. "Are you saying that my hair isn't well kept? I think it is. I think that I'm more well kept in general than the other boys my age."He made his way to the counter and paid for his sweets. He tossed them in his back pack and took his skateboard off of it. Hogsmeade was the perfect place to skateboard and he was going to take good advantage of it. Off he went heading down to the tea shop.

Now Bakers was forcing a candy in his mouth but it tasted reaallly good. He already knew that insects were in that sweet and still liked it? That made him think that Jake wasn't that much of a neat-freak, which was good a bit. That Fizzing Whizzbees was one candy he didn't like but if Jake said that it tasted real good then he would probably try it later then. Then... what were Acid Pops? He nodded that he did indeedy liked them but his tongue started to feel weird.

Ignoring that feeling, he followed Jake to the streets. "Okaaaaay!"

Emiliano smiled and walked around the shop, taking one of each candies that he might like. Coconut ice, more chocolates, etc. "It's nice to know you're great..." He replied with a smile on his face. "Well, I've been great, exploring the school, getting to meet people..." Emilano said.
