She walked slowly into the candy shop grabbing a basket to load up with. She walked around the candy store looking at all the candies and wrinkling her little nose at the blood pops and candied cockroaches. She grabbed a handful of sugar quills and ice mice. The last thing he remember was walking in the castle without having a specific place to go. Nothing seems important for him that day and no matter where he was things didn't seems to improve either. It was actually the opposite. Everything that was going on in the school was not even interesting him. Getting rude with anyone seems to have lost all is glory.
Pushing the door of the shop, he didn't realised first that he was in the candy shop. It took him a while to noticed it. Something had brought him in here and as much as he didn't want to admit himself the reason, he knew.

Browsing down one aisle after another, Savannah frowned slightly. Her constant studying for the dreaded NEWT exams were over, she was quite sure if everything she needed to know wasn't already jammed inside her brain it just wasn't going to happen. There was so little time before their -Her, Lexi, Dusty, Curt and Fred's- last day of school, the day they would graduate. This was not why she frowned though, this was simply the reason she was out and about rather than sitting in her dorm surrounded by book after book.
Frown. Where was Lexi? She wasn't running practice today, was she? It was the weekend, Hogsmeade weekend, and she hadn't mentioned it. She had suggested taking a trip into town. Vannah automatically assumed the first place she would find her was Honeydukes, and as ocean blue eyes searched the little sugar-filled store, there was no tall, emerald green eyed blonde in sight. While walking around a corner slowly, hardly paying attention, Savannah very nearly ran into a boy that had just walked through the door. Abruptly, she stopped. Her mouth opened to apologize, but the words came out differently when she realized who it was. "Oh, hey Frederic."

It only as he heard someone speak that he broke out of his little trance. Looking toward the voice, he suddenly took one step back and look around him. If Savannah was there it meant that someone else would be very close. A sudden panic took over him and as the minute went by he didn't move. Two minutes pass before he took back control of himself. He was still glancing on each side but he didn't look as panicky as he was.
Coughing just a bit, he nodded at Savannah. "Hey." At this moment he was sure she had seens everything he was probably already trying to figure out his action but what was he suppose to say. Nothing had prepared him for that. So far he was lucky that a certain captain wasn't there but once she would show up, which was something he was now dead certain, things would probably become a bit more complicated. "S'Up?!?"

Savannah's eyebrows shot up a little, a puzzled expression taking home on her face. He was acting funny. Weird, even for him. Thorough confusion set in at a slow pace, curiousity running through her entire body was much faster. She was very aware of his movements, and utter silence. His actions were odd, extremely so! Why was he checking to see if she was alone? For half-a-second she wondered if he was looking for Curtis, but clearly - with no need to think about to the RoR incident, - Frederic was not. By far, he was not afraid of Curt. The only other two people she could commonly be found with was Sam, who again she knew was no more than a pain to the male Gryffindor and-
He was afraid to see Alexis Chosen!? How is that even possible? She thought, unsurely inside her head. At last he spoke, sounding calmer than she had expected. More friendly, too. Her head titled to the side abit, a small smile tugging at her lips as she replied assuring, in a way she was nonchalantly voicing her light suspicions too. "I'm by myself. No Curt, or Sam, or even Lexis."

Fred felt as thought they were millions of butterflies inside his stomach. He knew that Savannah could be a very direct kind of girl and the only thing he was worried about was she was going to jump in one of her conclusion and to confront him with it. But today seems to be is lucky day. She didn't, instead she point out to him that she was on her own. No boyfriend, no annoying friend not even her bestfriend. Knowing that he should be happy about it since he was starting to get nervous, he didn't. A sort of down feeling wash him entirely and he look at his feet trying to hide a certain sadness.
Looking up, he didn't noticed that one tear had come down his cheeck. Acting as thought it didn't happen, he put his hand in his pocket. "Ah." As he said that, he look left staring at some sugar quills. Some part of him wanted to go grab some, pay for them and eat them but another part of him was telling him that he could be in trouble for that, major...

Savannah was positive, for one moment when he looked up and directed his gaze on some sugary treats on the shelf to the left, that she had seen a drop of water slide down his face. Of course, she couldn't truly be a hundred percent sure but Vannah wasn't trying to look deeper into this, she couldn't have imagined it. Now, she was more confused than ever before. Leave it to Frederic. Now that they were at a better understanding and it was bearable to be around eachother without wanting to snap, he was good at confusing her instead of annoying her.
In all truth, the seventh year knew he wasn't trying to put his energy there. It was the way he naturally behaved that confused her, which was her own fault for trying to figure him out. Vannah spoke up again, "Alexis should be coming soon, though. She won't be happy if she thinks you plan to eat candy," she added quietly, a reminder that caused her to bite down on her lip slightly. It takes alot to make Alexis cry.
