The great hall was way bigger than Kyle thought it would be. he stared at the cieling as he walked. The sorting hat had told him he was in gryfindor and he sat down at the table looking uncomfortable. This wasnt how he was planning his first day. he smiled at the kids around him and nibbled on some food. Really just wanting to look for Cam, Christine, Reese, or Gabben

Dominic was halfway through his march over towards the Slytherin table and show that bratty first year who was boss, when more chatter about him caught his attention. What was he all of a sudden Mr Popular? Not like too many people knew about his new badge pinned neatly to his robes; except that words tended to spread quickly at Hogwarts.
Glancing around for the source of the new gossip about him - most likely about his new growth which obviously made him out to be the most attractive male at Hogwarts - he spotted the two Gryffindors whispering excitedly with other Gryffies and Lyra. HA! He knew the voices sounded familiar.
Gently making his way over towards them and completely forgetting about his attempts to teach that young boy at the Slytherin table a lesson for yelling indoors, he casually ran a hand through his hair before shoving it into his robes pocket.
One loose shoelace could ruin it all though.
Especially around this quarters where he knew clumsy people to be in existence. Ignoring the flopping of the shoelace, he figured he was almost to the prefects anyway. Except for one minor problem ...
The fifth year underestimated the power of shoelaces and tripped over it. Right onto to the backside of a younger Gryffindor who had last year fallen onto him. Blushing erratically, he immediately rolled off of her, sliding onto the floor and leaning against the bench. UGH.

"Oh you've got to me kidding me!" she siad, as she immediatly reconized the boy as the one who she had fell on last term. "Well whose the clumsy one now Mr.I cant do anything wrong? What happened your head finally got too heavy for ya?"

Kyle laughed. He had never seen a boy blush before. Well a boy blush that wasnt on tv. He smiled. "No worries mate. Its ok. I think you may be a girl magnet." he said ooking around at the girls that crowded him. He gave a laugh and put a hand on his shoulder shaking his head. He was glad he wouldnt have that problem. Of course Christine and Cam said he would be because they thought he was hot but.. Kyle didnt believe it.
