Chris saw Anna and cale standing not too far from him and he rushed over to see them. "Hey Cale remember that book i told you about in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, that i put all my chinese feire-ball pictures in? I brought it. Anna says we should all meet up in the Comon Room tonight and have a look at it. After you guys finish witht the first years of course." he said smiling to some of the friends he saw.

"My summer was great, too. We didn't really do too much, but no family emergencies, which in my family spells out a fantastic summer!" she joked. "Haha, yeah, he told me he met you. I actually didn't know he was coming until the middle of summer! Our parents didn't break the news to anyone until then," Hannah said. "I'm really excited that he's here."

"Hi, Reese," Hannah greeted. She didn't know Reese very well, they had only met briefly before.

Rose smiled at the boy, "It was good. It was hard to sleep when you keep thinking about coming here" She told him good-naturedly. "How about yours? You're not a first year right?"

"Hey Reese!" said Allie, moving over a little to give her some room. "Of course you can sit!"
"I guess it must be fun to have family here? I'm kinda glad mien are muggles though. They are kind of annoying." she said, half jokingly.

Chris looked down the table. He saw the other Chris. He went over to him. "Hey dude what's up?" He asked.

Winnie beamed. Neeew people! Someone who already recognized that they'd never seen her before! One of the important things about being noticed, Mum had said, was if people recognized you as someone new. An unknown entity. Mystery was something you just couldn't buy at Madam Malkin's. Just like you couldn't buy love or acceptance. Those were earned.

"Yes, I'm brand new here," Winnie said obligingly. "I was tutored for a while, which was terribly boring, and I'll be starting here as a third year. What year are you?"

Winnie's fingers were itching. She was fascinated by all the activity around her. She yearned to take notes, to study her peers...her mind strayed to the quill in her bag.

Reese looked at Hannah and smiled."Hey Hannah,"she said."It's been a while since we've talked.How have you been?"

Reese sat down next to Allie.She looked around the table.She felt like an outcast,she was the only Slytherin here."So,Allie,got any plans for this term I need to know about?"

Hannah laughed. "I know what you mean, I'm glad only Zeke is here!" She had a bunch of little siblings who were very annoying sometimes, as much as she loved them.

"I've been good, how about you?" Hannah grinned.

"Hey man!' he said happy to see his fellow Chris and Gryffindor. "whats up? You want to go find a seat together?"

"Nothing much." Chris said and shurgged. "Umm yeah sure." He told Chris. "What have you been up to?" He asked.

"Tutored? I don't think I could stand that. Not if I knew about this whole magical school, anyway. It would seem like too much fun to miss."she said, while piling food on her plate. One of the main things she missed about Howarts was the food.
"OHH!! No way! I'm a third year too!" seh siad, exctiedly. Winnie seemed nice, and it was a fierce coincidence that she was also a third year.
"Nothing special.The usual, classes, homework....and whatever crazy stuff Hogwarts throws at me." she said, with a smile. "What about you? Anythign I should know about?"
"I'm sure it wouldn't be too bad if they were here anyway. None of them seem liek Gryffindors, theyw ould proabbly be in Slytehrin or Hufflepuff." said Allie.

"Well nothing much really most of the time i just hung out at my house with some friends." he said. "You should come over this coming up summer. Oh and i went to China were me and my dad visited the Chinese Fire-ball reservation. And then i went to France to visit some relatives." he said a little out of breath. "What did you do?"

"I've been...good,"Reese lied.She wasn't going to talk about her family problems to people she really isn't close to.

Reese giggled."Nope.But we're partners in crime,Allie.I'm sure were going to get stuck in something somehow.You know all the crazy things we can think of when we have nothing to do,"she said with a grin."But we probably wont to stay away from Cale when we brainstorm things to do.He might ruin the fun,because he's a prefect."Sarcasm.Got to like it.

Nate smiled at her. "Yea. I'm a second year" he said as he saw her looking around. Must be a first year or a transfer he thought.


Just as Nate looked up he saw an older kid. He hadn't seen him last year. And he'd seen almost everyone at least one time or another. "Where you here last year?" he asked with his eyebrow and taking his baseball cap off.

"You're probably right," Hannah said with a smile. "How many siblings do you have?" Hannah thought she'd probably asked Allie that before, but she couldn't remember.

"Good," Hannah said with a smile. She sensed a hint of insincerity in Reese's voice, but she knew it wasn't her place to pry.

"Wow you went to China. That must have been awsome." Chris said to him. "Oh yeah I will be there next summer." He told Chris. "I pretty much spent most time with family." He said and shrugged.

"Nope," Zeke replied. "I've been homeschooled the past few years. I'm a fifth year this year, though."

Lyra looked to Cale and smiled. She was calm for a change and her green eyes swept to the staff table. It was odd not seeing her uncle there this term and she didn't realize just how much she would miss him until now.

"Hiiii Ca-le," she said with a long winded breath. A heavy sigh was followed after with a little huff ain the end. Her green eyes swept up to the staff table and there she saw a few people she knew but a lot of new people. Too many to be exact. "Just how many Professors have you got since Agie and I left?"

"I see" said Nathaniel fixing his black shaggy hair. "I'm Nathaniel James S. Cochran the third" he added with a grin

"Nice to meet you," Zeke said to the kid.

Anna playfully pouted when she noticed the way Cale originally looked at her. He probably thought she was nearly crazy for tearing through the Great Hall and running up to him in such a manner. He should know by now that she tended to get overly-excited about anything---big or small. It just so happened that the news she'd just shared with him was big news. She still couldn't believe their luck. They'd be leaving Hogwarts together after all, and then they could move on with their life and never have to worry about schoolwork again! Right now, Anna was overjoyed. She knew it'd hit her sooner or later that leaving forever meant forever, and she'd never be coming back this way again. Right now, though, it was time to enjoy her seventh and final year!

"It is great, isn't it?!? I've been so worried, and now everything's worked out perfectly!" she exclaimed, leaning over and returning his hug. Anna whirled around and sat straight at the table, eyeing all the delicious food that'd been prepared for them. She wanted to eat, but right now, she was too excited. Visions of her future kept popping up in her head, and she was slowly realizing that she had a lot of planning to start doing!

Out of the corner of her eye, Anna noticed someone take a seat next to her. Looking over, Anna was excited to see that Lyra had joined them at the Gryffindor table! She knew Lyra couldn't stay away from Agie for long, so it was no wonder she'd sat down here instead of at her own house table. "Hey, Miss Mischievous," Anna greeted, smirking at her friend. "Where's your little sidekick and my co-Pink Lady? Don't tell me Agie's already making the rounds and getting into a bit of trouble here and there..." Anna poured herself a small glass of pumpkin juice and sipped on it casually. She still was in no mood to eat. She'd worry about food later---after she'd had time to meet and greet.

"It's more than okay if you sit down, Reese!" Anna exclaimed, moving over a bit and patting the seat next to her. Even though Reese was a Slytherin, she nearly always sat with the Gryffindors, just like Lyra did. "Reese! I've just noticed your hair. It's brown! Like mine!" Anna exclaimed. "It looks really good on you!"

"So,what have you been up to,Hannah?"Reese said.She looked at all the Gryffindors then back at Hannah.She smiled sweetly as she waited for her reply.

"Thanks Anna,"Reese said."I wanted to try out being brunette for a while.So,far I'm loving it."She smiled at Anna.She loved sitting over here with the Gryffindors.She always felt welcome."So,how is my co-princess doing?"

"It was perfectly unbearable," Winnie replied, spooning boiled potatoes onto her plate. "If my tutor had been a debonair gentleman like Davis I suppose it would have been quite nice. But, alas, my tutor was a smelly fat woman. She smelled like Brussels sprouts."

Rose nodded with a smile. He was looking at her oddly, and she blushed looking away, "What's your name?" She asked politely, waiting till her cheeks had lost most of their heat.

Lyra giggled lightly to herself when Banana called her Miss Mischievous. "My sidekick is definitely making her rounds and always has to make an entrance...everywhere." Boy that was the truth and one thing that she loved about Agie. "I have a feeling I will be sitting at the Huffie table this year since it is worth sitting at." In the past she was not crazy about her House but so far she had met plenty of new Huffies that were great in her book, especially Kayla.

"I'm going to have to make my way to the staff table soon," she said as she looked back up there once again. "So many new faces but it's the old ones I want to see."
