Ruby smiled it was nice to hear Sakura laugh again, but she knew what the summer lay ahead, she walked into the compartment and shut the door "like i said last night...." Ruby spoke with a whisper ".......i will be coming to help the twin's with their fight, but you are to act as shocked as everyone else or i will put a daught in your drink" she said with a twinkle in her eye, she handed Athen's over to Sakura to hold and stood up and walked to the window and watched the world she knew dissapear it was going to be a busy summer

Rose looked round as Piper walked in, but the fifth year had eyes for only one. Biting her lip to hide a smile, she shook her head. The compartment wasn't full, at least not as full as the one she'd been in before. "No..come sit" She said, indicating the seats left around the place.

The Gryffindor shook her head, "Nope, I was just with Elizabeth and Lima and such.." To recount all the names of the people in that compartment would take her too long, and anyway she was too busy wondering how Piper and the charming boy would look together. Taking the seat Via had indicated, she pulled her legs underneath her a devious and for all who knew her well contemplative smile appeared across her expression.

Emiliano. Now she had a name to the face. Rose nodded, touching her flaming cheeks lightly, "I get like this a lot" She muttered, trying to pass off her embarassment. Watching as he vacated his seat for Piper, she chuckled softly, "How did you two meet?" She asked innocently, perfecting the look as her short red hair bounced. He was being so sweet to her...oh how Rose would love to set them up. Piper had been so...sad lately.

The 6th year twirled her hair around her finger watching Piper with a devious smile. "So what are you all doing this summer?" Rose asked, trying to get the awkwardness she had lugged into the compartment with her to scoot. She didn't like uneasiness despite being the one so heartily in the centre of it.

"I'm a good actress cousin, I can pull off surprised well. And you know that I wont do anything that may make it look like I am scheming. If I did it could look bad, they know of my families loyalties in the past." She smiled as her cousin handed over Athens and began to play with the kitty. Athens was following her hand and rubbing up against it, loving the attention he was getting. "Oh and don't think I wouldn't know if the drink had something in it, and you know Jack would probably kill you if you did anything to me. He's quite scary at times." Looking down she wondered what to say to Ruby, unsure of herself for once in her life.

Ruby watched Sakura and Athen's and smiled she nodded in Sakura's response and said "i only ment a forgetfull daught" Ruby knew that Jack was scary but she knew her cousin would die for him if she needed to, Ruby never liked to use that saying as you never knew what was going to happen in the future.

"Mother is meeting me off the train, are you going to come and say hello?" she saw a raindrop hit the window and smiled "Grandfather has made a full recovery and is going to be at the station aswell"

Ruby curled her legs up and looked at her cousin the year had really made her grow up all that they had been through and now it was like trying to talk to a stanger Ruby didn't like it one bit, she missed her cousin and wanted her back.

"Even a forgetful drought can be harmful if one is given too much." she replied with a smile, showing her cousin she really didn't mind. "This is stranger than when we first met." she said almost under her breath. It was the truth though. Back then they had gotten along so easily, conversation hadn't been stilted and hard. It had just flowed. Then again they didn't have a history like they now do so that could be why.

"I'm glad that he is fully recovered and of course I will come say hello. I'm not even sure if my parents will be at the station. They've been pretty busy lately so they most likely wont even remember that they have to pick me up from the station." she told Ruby mixing truth with lies, knowing her cousin wouldn't be able to tell the difference any more.

Shana stepped on to the train and stayed at the front,she was feeling waaaaay too lazy to walk anymore,she walked past some cabins and saw Sakura in one of them she smiled but carried on walking.She found herself a empty cabin and went inside,She hoped to see someone she knew soon.

Suddenly, through the open window, an exceptionally blinding white owl soared in and landed on Rian's knee, a letter attached to his leg. Upon his mistress's instructions, he gently nipped the girl's fingers and looked her straight in the eye with his owl big hazel coloured eyes, attempting to grab her attention as quickly as possible.

Sigh.

The term was now dragging a bit as it ended. Miles kind of wanted it to hurry up so he could pass summer and start his last term, which Vannie said would be the best. But the end of term feast had gone pretty slow with no one really there, and now the train!

Thankfully, Miles had noticed a friend who would be here a long time at Hogwarts, she'd only just started! "SHANA! Oh, I'm so glad to see you!" It had been a long time, and it was nice to see another Slytherin as he walked inside her empty compartment.

Chris walked into the compartment with freya in it. "Hey Freya! Im glad I found you on here." he sat down next to her and put his owl cage with lyra in it and his new pet Owen his Kneazle from CoMC.

"Yeah, one last hurrah eh?" Freya said as Chris sat down. "So that's your pet huh? Noor is over here." She gestured to where her large Knarl was being kept in the cardboard box next to her.

"ANYONE WANT TO SIT WITH HUUUUGIE?"

The loud-mouthed Slytherin pushed his way to the front of the train; there was no WAY he was sitting at the back! If you were at the front, you could get off quicker and hence... toddle off home quicker. Indeed; front of the train for the win. But, alas! - there was no one to sit with. And so, being the arrogant boy that he was, Hugo hollered at the top of his lungs to see if some lovely person would invite him into their carriage. Anyone?

...please?

Evolette and the crew were nowhere to be seen, and neither was Lima. Lima. Hugo immediately grew quiet at the thought of her, and decided to set out a search to find her. He needed a goodbye.

"yep this is my Owen." he said showing his black and grey striped Kneazle. "So what are your plans when you gt off of here? Are you going home or what?" he asked quietly.

"I'm letting Penelope here stay at my old home along with a few others, then I'll be heading back to my new residence. It's not terribly far away from there." Well, time-wise anyway. If they were speaking of distance then yes, it would be fairly distant. "Afterwards it's back to work for me."
"He's cute." She said as her eyes stared at Owen. "How did you decide on a name for him?"

Sneeze couldn't believe what had happened. He had gotten up, his owl suprised. "You wanna duel Jenn? I'm up for it!" Then when she started talking in french. She seemed to do that when she got mad, like what happened when he got mad but in Spanish. "Que tu quieres! Caramba!" Then when he was pushed so Jenn could sit down, Phantom flew off his shoulder. He sat down next to Chris. "Hey, Chris, how's everything?" Sneeze tried calming Phantom down, but soon heard "jerk" come from Jenns mouth. "Jerk! I'm the jerk! I was just making a joke! You were the one that took it all the way! Now I really want to duel you!" He took his wand in his left hand and whipped it in the air. Sparks flew out. He put his back to the door and thought of spells.

She nodded, and she wondered when will she get over with those feelings. She leaned on her seat and turned her head at the window. She haven't got the faintest idea what to do. She now missed the castle walls even if they're only leaving.

Motioning her focus back at Rose... the sixth year always had the aura of something that Via had found it hard to explain. "Then why did you left them in there?" she asked her. FOr sure they would look for her but maybe there's a reason why Rose had to leave the lot. She observed her blushing's slowly fading away now. She still remember Rose telling her that she would be staying at the Leaky cauldron so they could still meet before they go separate ways over the summer.

"I'm Via," she answered as the girl presented herself. She had a sweet voice and nice smile either. She was like her sister and Via couldn't deny that. She nodded with a smile at Piper, "I think so coz you really looked familiar too." School term ending's bringing her up a real good twist. She's meeting more people... what an irony.

She watched Emiliano offer his seat to Piper and thought he was such a gentleman to do that. She pursed her lips as continued to gaze at the two.

Is he coming back next year? What was that all about? Emiliano's not returning to Hogwarts? She wanted to ask but decided to wait for his answer to Piper's question.

Shana got her bottle of water from her bag,and took a sip.Suddenly someone shouted her name.ARGH!She jumped,and spilt a bit of her water as she saw Miles.MILES! she jumped up and gave him a big hug.It's been wwaaaaay too long.She beamed and let go of him.

Your not leaving too,are you Miles ? she frowned,Why did everyone have to leave ? esspeically when they'd just made friends.It wasn't fair.Hmph.Shana sat back down an got another bottle of water from her bag and held it out to Miles.Want one ? she smiled.

Chris continued to play. But when he looked up he saw that Rian and Jenn had stopped crying. That actually made him feel better. Chris didn't really like it when girls or emotional. It just kind of freaks him out, but maybe that's cause he hates showing emotion himself.

Chris looked over at Sneeze. "Hey bud." He said. But then watched sparks fly out of his wand. This must have been how the fight started. He put his guitar down and grabbed Sneezes sleeve. "You aren't going to duel in here." He told him in a sturn voice. He knew if a duel broke out more Rian and himself would also get hit with the spells.

"I think it does." Rian said with an attempt at smiling. It was better than before. She sniffed really loudly, not wanting to cry anymore.

She just smiled again at what Jenn said next, then rolled her eyes at the mention of Devon. "That's good. I'd love to see him again, it's been so long..." she had no clue why she was being so honest, but she was. Maybe it was because Sneeze and Jenn had gotten her really stressed, and she just didn't care anymore. Besides, Sneeze probably wasn't even listening to their conversation.

She gasped when an owl flew through the window and landed on her knee. She didn't know who's owl it was, but upon seeing a letter attached to it's leg, she shrugged and untied it, trying to ignore the owl's piercing gaze.

Right when she was about to pull a piece of parchment out of the bag she had with her, she heard Sneeze. Her head whipped up, and she stared at him, her stare soon becoming a glare. She had just stopped crying, and he wanted to duel her best friend?! "Sneeze!" she exclaimed, dropping the parchment and looking at him fully. "I can't believe you!" she looked at him, confused, and shook her head. "Please stop," she moaned, feeling tears prick her eyes again. Stress was not a good thing, not at all. To get her mind off of what was happening, she sighed loudly and started writing Rachel back.

Melanie skipped sown the ailse of the compartments, glancing in each one...

She'd decided to seat herself in the front because she could get off the train quicker and despite the fact that she wanted to cling to every last moment with each of her friends she also got train sick, something most people had never heard of until' they meant her.

Melanie carried a way to heavy trunk stuffed with things from Hogwarts like honey dukes chocolate and her robes as well as things that weren't from hogwarts and the wizarding world like a few articles of muggle clothes and her dad's butterscotch cookies that he'd sent home with her at the beginning of the year, which she had made a point not to eat. they were hard now anyway.

A very irritable fluffly black cat followed behind her, his tail squishing back and forth rhythmically with his saunter. She just hadn't had the heart to stash him away in a carrier and carry him along... In her eyes that was a bit cruel. Momo made a point to hiss as the pair passed each compartment.

Sneeze and Rian... and a bunch of strangers. She didn't know the other two too well anyway. Melanie gave them a slight smile and continued to walk.

Spence too...Melanie gave her a small friendly smile and continued her walk.

OoOoO...more strangers. Melanie kept walking down the aisle convinced there had to be someone in the front she at least was a bit friends with.

Seeing Via, Melanie gave her a small smile and waved to her, but continued to walk. She wanted to see Ana or Cadence or Ema or even Shana although she'd already spoken to her at the end of term feast and stuffed her face a bit too much (ughh her tummy hurt a bit.)

Seeing Shana and ermm yet again a stranger inside one of the compartments, Melanie practically skipped in, but as she almost fell on her face in doing so she stopped.

"Hey Shana." Melanie greeted happily, smiling brightly at her. Momo followed her inside the compartment and hastily made himself at home inside the luggage rack above everyone's heads. The fact that he was above their heads was a bit unsettling for Melanie though... She knew the cat to well. Well enough to know that was not a good idea, bit he seemed to be going to sleep now. Probably a good thing.

Melanie, not wanting to sit down yet, walked anxiously around the compartment. She was feeling happy, but also sad and she was looking forward to the future as well as dreading it...

The good things about going home weeeere: her brother, her dad, letter from people who had owls, her skateboard...

Okay so that was a rather short list.

The bad things about going home were: leaving her new friends, Quidditch, no more magic, no more visiting the puffapods, no more flying, no more... no more dorm to share with her friends or even dorm mates to hang out with when she was bored...No more Bunbury no matter how annoying and pink-ish she could be she was still amusing...

She was gonna be sick. Melanie suddenly feeling the need to cling to the train and not let go til' it made it's way back to hogwarts, let out a long sad sigh. why did everything happy and good need to go so quickly?

Emalyn was starting down the isle of compartments when she heard a Slytherin yelling.
"Are you okay?" she asked, coming to an abrupt stop in front of him. She gave him a quizzical look before checking in a compartment.
No one there.
She pushed her bag into the compartment, but came back into the hall. Sighing, her hands on her hips, she opened her mouth again.
"Come join me in here, then, stop shouting." she opened the compartment door and waited for him.

Shana smiled as she saw Mel walk into the compartment.MEL! Heeyyyy!She beamed.Miles,This is Melanie Lockhart,Mel this is Miles Parker.Nice to make you too...friends.She smiled.Im still full from the eating contest.She smirked as she thought about the eating contest Mel and her had,had the other day at the feast.How could they've drawn ? someone had to win,how could they've been full at excatly the same time ? this Just wasn't right.Shana didn't want to go home,as much as she liked being with her family,there was nothing to do.She curiously watched Mel's cat sit above there heads,that was odd,the cat could poo on their heads freely now or puke on them.Eww! that was gross.

Melanie waved at the tall Slytherin boy with Shana attempting not to think about her reasoning earlier about how tall people were scary besides Kayla and Kaika and professors and adults...and Dominic now. Maybe all kids past 15 weren't scary... Maybe.

"Hey." she greeted, her voice getting a bit squeaky. "I'm Melanie..." she informed him, realizing shortly after Shana already had. "Just thought I'd say it again..." she added, giving him a small awkward smile.

Melanie rubbed her groaning tummy as Shana mentioned the eating contest...one of the last things she wanted to speak about or think about. "Me too." Melanie mused, frowning down at her stomach. It huuuuurt. That was the last time she had an eating contest with Shana Miller. Humph. "On the bright side I don't think I'm going to need to buy anything for the ride home." Melanie said, letting out a small giggle at the thought. "I am gonna buy a few things for my brother though." Melanie said thoughtfully. "What'dya think I should get?" Melanie asked, looking at her curiously for her opinion and skillfully avoiding the subject of talking about home and going home. She'd already found out sure enough at the feast it made her irrevocably sad...Even thinking of it made her anxious and reluctant to leave.

Sigh.

Shana smiled and gave a little laugh as Mel said her name again.She listned to Mel talked and smiled at Miles.Hmmm...She trailed off as she looked out the glass window in the door of the compartment as she children passed down the hall.She remebered the last time she'd been on this train,that was when she first ever wanted a pygmy puff and she still didn't have one,hmph,and she'd been sitting with...Kiri,Nancy and ermm...Jake sort of she was kind of sleeping when he first came in,so when she woke up he was just some random colouredly dressed boy sitting infront of her then.

Shana shrugged.She was kind of glad she'd had the eating contest she hadn't eat almost all term.She smiled as Mel asked what to buy her brother.Ermm I dunno,What does he like ? If he likes chocolate as much as you,you should definitely buy him something chocolatey.she beamed.

Melanie shot her a "look" as she heard Shana's laugh. It wasn't her fault older kids scared her. Humph. It was their fault for growing so much bigger than everyone else. Yeah, she'd go with that...

Shana looked pretty deep in thought though and Melanie couldn't help, but wonder what she was thinking of. She came up with two very likely answers: Going home or...well the second one was pretty obvious. It started with a J and ended with an -ake. She didn't know what Shana's home life was like, but leaving Hogwarts was a sad experience for most of the people she had talked to so far about it. Which was like two, but that was besides the point. Either thing she was thinking about probably weren't happy thoughts so Melanie decided not to ask. Just distract her and try to stay off the subjects of her crush and going home. Two things she didn't exactly want to talk about. The first because it made her awkward and stuttering, the second because she'd probably burst into tears which she definitely did not want to do. Not in front of anyone at Hogwarts, despite the fact she'd already done it this year... she'd had a good reason though.

Great, so now she had two subjects to avoid.

Melanie rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet which she'd developed a habit of doing lately, thinking hard about what her brother liked: sports, food, causing damage to public property...Okay so she'd concentrate more on what food he liked. True he liked chocolate too...Melanie decided that was probably the best thing to purchase. Or maybe something to prank him...

"He does." Melanie informed her, smiling. "Sooo, Chocolate frogs or umm maybe some sort of practical joke type deal, like an acid pop?" Melanie asked, a mischievous look taking place on her face as it had so many times already that day. It would be fun to prank Alec. Get him back for all the times he'd done just so to her.

"Are you going to get anything for your family?" Melanie asked Shana, the thought occurring she may want to bring something home for them as well.

Shana carried on staring into space,and sort of listened to Mel talk,really it was going in one ear and straight out the other.Suddenly she stopped and came back in to the real world.She beamed.Melanie Lockhart.Are you trying to be nice to your brother or kill him ? she smirked then shook her head.Naah,I'm saving all my money for a pygmy puff,if they're really bothered,I'll go to the corner shop and buy them something.She laughed and smiled.
