Kevin wandered up to the front of train looking in the compartments trying to spots any of his friends

Freya looked at her owl, "He's been territorial lately, doesn't like anyone near me at all, even at work." She scratched him again. "You asked her out?" 'The hyperactive girl right? Yeah...' "Okay, that's good." Although by the way Freya spoke it made it seem like unpleasant news. She fidgeted around in her seat trying to keep a comfortable position but it wasn't working very well.

"Well thanks." he said happily. He didnt her tone. "Anyways so what have you been doing since we last saw each other?"

"Well, I've been working and taking care of things at home. Of course you know some of what I've been up to, but I don't want to talk about that right now." Freya replied as she fiddled with the strap of her side bag, Anchor began to play with her hair again and made strange clicking noises every so often. "I've been looking through a few papers that I found at my mothers home too, they seem interesting. Maybe I'll find out some more about my family." 'If half of it wasn't in German then I may haave been able to make some progress!'

Karma gradually started walking onto the train, dragging her trunk behind her. The stupid thing was so heavy, but that's what she gets for jamming it full of her things.

She sighed slightly and tossed her hair over her shoulder as she began to walk down the isle, looking for a free space. She had to stop every now and then for people darting back and fourth, and excited first years unable to control their excitement. Wands were out, of course, because now everyone was allowed to use magic.

She smiled, remembering last year when she had boarded the train for this first time ever, and this same scenario happened. It was the same so far, and it didn't bother her, having a hyperactive brother at home like many of these first years.

The seats seemed to be full, and she was getting slightly frustrated. It didn't matter though, she would find someplace eventually. Until then, she just smiled and walked, like she always did.

Happy to be returning to Hogwarts, Miles, trying not to skip down the train, walked down the train's corridor to find a compartment, crowded or empty, he didn't mind. Going back to Hogwarts was much better than spending all your time at Diagon Alley, he would miss home, but he had missed school SO much more, and he never expected to think like that.

Zoey looked at the train and couldn't help jumping twice in excitement, "I'm finally going to Hogwarts School!" she thought, "I hope i can find Pandora Black" (the first friend she made a little while ago), Zoey walked on to the train carrying her trunk and Blizzard (her pet owl), it was kinda hard to find a compartment empty because she had come rather late but when she finally did she put her trunk on one side and took out Blizzard from his cage and started playing with him meanwhile she was thinking "I hope I learn a lot of stuff and make lots of new friends"...

Why was he even here? Hugo could quite easily have not returned to Hogwarts this year. Evee and Terry had broken up so awkwardness would hover around their friendship group constantly and he'd had the 'chat' with Miles, which hadn't quite ended up in them being friends again. Sure, they were on talking terms but it was quite...awkward. AWKWARD. That appeared to be the key word for the upcoming term. Siiigh. Brilliant. Where was Maxim Parks when you needed him? Nothing was ever awkward around him, that was for sure. He was Hugo's personal ball of sunlight, bouncing about happily and spreading the love.

The corner's of his mouth drooping slightly, Hugo shuffled down the train. His feet dragged along the floor making that irritating scuffing sound, but he honestly couldn't be bothered to pick his feet up. It took too much effort, and he was putting all of his concentration in simply keeping his eyes open and putting one foor in front of the other. And as if things couldn't get worse, he caught sight of Devil Girl. Perfect. "Oh it's you." He muttered rudely, eying her carefully.

This was as far as she was going; the front of the train, and if Evolette McKenna had to sit alone for the whole trip back to Hogwarts, so be it. But she was not going to venture further in and run the risk of bumping into Terry. He probably didn't want to see her right now anyway.

Her blue eyes darted around searching for a compartment that was at least semi empty, so she wouldn't be forced to socialize with some random first year, for which she was simply not in the mood for.

That was when she spotted Miles, walking alone. A strange occurrence, he was never alone. He always seemed to have Vannie attached to his arm. "Long time no see." she said softly, slowing her pace to walk beside him.

Karma's smiled faltered at the instant that the boy came near her. Oh how the summer memories would never go to waste, and how she had at least TRIED to help him not be in so much trouble. As it seemed, she would be remembered as Devil Girl for the simple fact that his friend had called her that.

Stupid boys.

She rolled her eyes and stopped where she was going. She tossed her hair over her other shoulder, as it was bugging her once again. This was the first time she had ever looked truly disgusted at something.

"So it seems," she said, folding her arms. "What's it to you, anyway?"

Maybe he'd be nicer to her this time. But that was a long shot.

Kait made her way to the front of the train. She was dragging her trunk behind her and carrying her new owl. Her sister was going to come with her, but she had to go in to work.

She looked for a conpartment that wasnt very full, and for anyone that she knew.

The drum beat in Miles' head got louder, that Paris trip was SO worth it. He could not believe how easy the drums were, and cool, altohugh he did already know they cool. He was tempted to get out his invisible drumsticks when he jumped by Evolette's presence. "WOOAH!" Miles stepped back slightly, as she quickly began talking. He must have been in a drum trance. Awesome.

He big grin appeared on his face when he had focused himself back to reality. "EVEE!" Miles wrapped his arms around his friend's shoulders. "It has. Where have you been?" He said, with a little bit of annoyance in his voice. Where had everyone actually been? He let go of her, and stepped back to take a look at her. "You don't seem to happy, if you don't mind me saying."

Evolette chuckled as Miles jumped into the air. Geez, was he in some kind of trance? Zombie like state? Oh well, at least it was funny. She forced herself to smile at him, truly glad that she had run into him and didn't have to spend the whole time alone. "I've been around." she shrugged, "I suppose I could ask you the same question though." she added, arching an eyebrow at him. Out of all of her friends, Miles had been the one she never got to see. It was so odd.

Another chuckle bubbled up and she shook her head, "Well, you have always been quite observant haven't you?" she asked. Pretending that she was okay had gotten easier over the last day or so, but she still had not been able to fool him. "Do you have a compartment yet?" she added quickly, glancing around them.

"Well it probobly is best if we dont talk aboutt it here." he looked to the door to check. "Someone might hear us." he listened as she talked about the papers she had found. "Wow that would be great if you figured some things out about your family.'

Daphne made her way onto the train, thrilled to be aboard. Just a scant few weeks ago, her return was questionable, but here she was, ready. In her left hand, she held her cat, Angelica, who struggled to free herself. Her other arm was free of anything and was bandaged up. Even though she felt better, her arm was still injured could take some time to heal.

She looked left and right for a compartment, but frowned as most seemed full. Someone in front of her appeared to be doing the same. As that girl turned her head, Daphne recognized her immediately. "Kait!" she squealed as she hurried up behind her. Over the summer she was barely able to remember the girl, but now everything came back. "How've you been?" she asked, still looking out for a compartment.

Kait smiled as she saw Daphne. 'Heyy,' she called before the girl had reached her. 'I've been good, how are you doing? Glad to be going back to school?' She asked as she put down her trunck and gave Daphne a quick hug. 'Wanna help me find a compartment?'

Miles frowned a little at Evolette's mood, she had never been the super happy/jumpy type, but she could have made an exeption, as they hadn't seen each other in a while. Oh well. He chuckled. "Well, I've been around too." He smirked, being nonspecific as well. He didn't mind, she obviously was in a bad mood, but he wouldn't test her, she might bite his head off.

Miles grinned angelically. "Yeaaaah." He lied, observant? Observant as Vannie is a blonde. Poor Miles couldn't tell Adam from Eve. He shook his head quickly, the drum beat in his head had died down a lot now, thank goodness. "Nope. You looking for one? Or anyone in particular?"

Daphne struggled to keep Angelica in her arms. The black feline had grown in size and girth over the summer. "I'm much better," she said, now employing two hands to hold the cat steady. "Yeah, let's find a compartment fast, Angelica won't stay still!" she exclaimed. Her eyes darted around the train until she spotted an empty area. "There, let's go!" she said as she quickly headed towards it. She entered and took a seat, finally releasing Angelica, who proceeded to hop up on the opposite bench.

What was she even saying? Miles? Observant? What boy was observant? I mean really. Boys tended to be quite slow when it came to noticing things. But he agreed with her anyway. He was such a good friend; plus he was probably scared of evoking her anger. Once when they were younger, Hugo had ripped the head off of her favorite doll, and Miles had tried to get her to hand it over to him, so he could fix it for her, but she shouted at him. That probably stuck with him, because he had always been careful to avoid it ever since.

She blinked at him. Looking for anyone? Was he implying that she looked like she was looking for someone? Someone like Terry maybe? The nerve! She stopped herself just short of shouting at him, pressing her lips together as she shook her head, "Nope, I'm not looking for anyone." Her eyes focused on him instead of the wall behind his head, "Are you looking for someone?" she asked.

Kait followed Daphne into the compartment and placed her trunk in the corner. Her owl looking like it was tired, so she pulled a dark shirt out of her trunck and placed it over her cage. After she sat down she let her kitten Aurora out of her pocket.

Miles winced at Evolette's expression. All the words which he had just said ran through his mind, like a teacher checking a child's work for spelling mistakes, he checked through his own sentences to find anything which might make Evolette ... a scary woman to be around. Miles shuddered slightly. He didn't find anything, but felt it best to apologize anyway, just in case. "Sorry." He managed to squeak, gosh, he embarrassed himself too easily.

"Not really, but I guess Van. She likes to float off places." Miles shrugged, that was a good point, where was the little Hufflepuff these days anyway?

James came onto the train excitedly. Only his dad had come to see him off, which he didn't really mind. His dad wasn't one for big good-byes, so he managed to leave pretty quickly. He looked around, but he didn't see anyone he knew, so he picked out an empty compartment and sat down. He got out his book, Quidditch Through The Ages, and began to read.

Daphne yawned as she got comfortable in the seat. She was so excited she could barely sleep. She pulled out her wand and waved it. Her movements were a little shaky, but she hoped they'd smooth out enough for the spells to work. She ran her fingers through her shorter, vibrant red bob. After looking like death all summer, she figured she needed to spice up her appearance to make up for it.

Kait looked the other way as her friend yawned, she really didn't want to start that. She wanted to be awake for the feast! After a few minutes her kitten jumped up into her lap and she stroked it softly.

Spencer made her way on to the train. She lugged all of her luggage behind her. She looked for a empty apartment and walked in. She put her luggage on the rack. She sat heavily on to the seat and put her feet up.
