The driver and snack lady sit up front in the driver's cab, but there are plenty of other compartments up here. Prefects have their very own!

With that he put the trunk down and brought out from under his cloak a small cage with the cutest tiny owl and a brown and darkest green velvet gilded box. "This is Eveningstar, she may be small but she is very magical. And don't open the box until you have settled in."

Twilight took the cage and gilded box from her father. She already had a male cat hanging over her left arm like a scarf, purring contently, obviously this was his way to travel. "O Father you shouldn't have!" she murmured, tears were welling up in her eyes.

Her father picked up her trunk and herded her into the front compartments. He started walking hr down the hall stopping when he noticed a compartment with two girls in them.

"I am sorry," he said, "Is it possible for my daughter to sit with you. Would you mind?" Twilight thought she was going to die in embarrassment.

Ruby nodded and pointed to the seat opposite and said "i'm Ruby Sawyer"

Looking down at the trunk she asked "Do you need any help with your trunk?" It was no way that Ameera ever would have allowed her father to board the train with her. Twilight was so relieved the girl seemed to be really nice. Actually her father had a real uncanny sense who and what people were, she shouldn't get so bent out of shape. Her Father put her trunk under the seat and then putting his hand on her shoulder nodded, and then turned and silently walked away.

Twilight tried to settle herself in, she placed her owl on the seat and the gilded box next to it. She still had her cat hanging over her arm. She carefully looked around and then took her cat off her arm and deposited him next to her. "Hi Ruby, I am Twilight Mcdonahue Hodges. And this is my male cat named Tigerliliy, and my new owl is called Eveningstar."

Ruby nodded she decided to be honest " well once you hear someone go one about someone for an hour you tend to ask about them and their status but Saku didn't know a lot about you like that, she only said funny and sweet, but don't repete that as she is like me has her image to think about" Ruby smiled kindly towards Jack

Nico was appears with his son a Damian on the platform. Damian was really nervous. It is his first year in Hogwarts. Curious he was looking for Leah, his first friend here.

His father saw that he was looking for something or someone, "Damian what do you search?" he asked.

"I search Leah. We meet us at Madame Malkins. She is also a first year." he answered. It was really difficult to find one person in this Melee. *perhaps she isn't there yet*

"So I hope you find more friends and have fun okay." said his father, "I must go now." Nico hugged his son and diappears.

Damian takes his trunk. His new owl Anubis, that he got from his father, sits on his shoulder. He walked through the poeple to get into the train.

Walking on the train Kyle stared in awe. He had never officall been on te train and his eyes wandered around. It was bright red. It was too cool. He laughed at his little insight and ran a hand through his hair looking for a place to sit. Deciding that the front would be better than the back he grabbed a compartment rather quickly and sat putting his feet up and closing his eyes. He had no idea how this year would turn out. He hoped Gabben, Christine, or Agie would get here sooner than later.

My father is Erindall Mcdonahue. He knows them well I think, I believe his family, who goes also way back was friends with the Malfoys. His family has lived in Scotland fr ages, but we have been living in Ireland for some time before we moved to London after my mom died. My dad works at the Ministry."

Theo realised that maybe Dominic wasn't coming back. He must be a Prefect after all. He sighed and returned to stroking Eddie. It took him a while to notice that his bat was actually asleep. When he finally did, he settled the sleeping creature into the seat next to him. He looked at his little Buzz Lightyear watch on his wrist, and noticed that it was nearly lunchtime. Well the train hadn't left yet, but it was still nearly lunchtime. He opened his trunk and pulled out his sandwich. He found his Mummy had written him a little note and had placed it in his trunk. He smiled as he saw it. He pulled out his new robes. He placed them on the seat next to him, next to his sandwich.He took off his jumper and started to get undressed, he wanted to get into his uniform all ready.

He sat down in his new trousers and jumper. He carefully folded up his other clothes and placed them in his trunk. He picked up Eddie and placed him in Theo's robe pocket.

After dragging her trunk to a good safe spot, Freya made her way into the front compartments of the train. Hopefully it would be quiet like it was on the way home last term. She found an empty compartment and made her way inside, Anchor, her great grey owl was of course nearby on Freya's shoulder. Freya sat down lengthwise on a seat inside and gave a sigh. 'One last year...my how time just passed me right by.' She stroked her owl a couple of times before reaching into her side bag, which now had a long stitch job done to one side, Freya pulled out a body pillow and stuffed it between herself and the wall. 'That's better.' Taking another deep breath she took out a large book as well and began to read.
