Unable to hold it any longer, Daphne sucked her teeth and with her free hand reached out to rub Varius' head vigorously. "Yes, you may go now! As will I. I have to...pin this up somewhere." Like a hunting trophy.

Varius smiled as she rubbed his head, deciding against returning the favour. He thought her head had went through enough torture for one day. "Goodbye Daphne," he smiled before he set off for the Common Room for a cold shower, to get rid of those bow images! *shudder*

Off he went and so did Daphne, turning round the bend, dragging the bow lazily behind her.

Lyra walked into the hallway, slowly backing out of Professor Kazimeriz office. That man was scary beyond the realm of...whatever. He just completely scared the snot out of her and she was not going to stay there any longer. She decided however to wait for Agie in the hallway, even though she felt bad for leaving her bestie in the office, she just couldn't stay there any longer.

Agie stormed into the first floor corridor and saw Lyra, the one who RAN out on her, leaving her there all alone in that crazy man's office. "LYRA!" She called. "You left me!" She said with a pout. "And, and, and." Agie was NOT going to cry. She was not going to let it get to her. "LOOK!" She frowned, pointing to her face and then to her tail. "Look at what that crazy old man did to me."

Lyra's head snapped up as she heard the voice of an angry Agie. "I-I'm sor-OH MY GAWD!" Her voice was so loud that it echoed in the hallway. "HE CANNOT DO THAT TO YOU!" She was completely outraged, forgetting that Agie was mad at her for leaving her, but the thing was, that was EXACTLY why she walked out of that office.

"And to think that I apologized to that...that...that...old fool!" She walked up to her best friend with a look of horror. "We have to change it back! You canNOT stay like this! I-I-I'm sorry Agie!" Her look of horror turned into a face that was about to cry her eyes out for abandoning her best friend when she needed her the most.

Agie didn't know what to say or do, but she couldn't let others see her like this. She wanted to cry, but didn't want to let the old fool get to her. She held her hand over her face, it wad just too embarrassing and she hadn't even see it. Lyra's horrified look was enough to tell her just how bad it is.

"I have to take this letter to the CoMC Professor." She mumbled through her hands. Her eyes started to water, but she was trying her all to hold it. "He said... if we try to change it. It will. It'll get... WORSE." The was just horrible and so unfair.

Lyra could see it in her eyes, the tears building up and she knew. "Pull your hood up on your robes and hang on. I'll get you to Professor Morgan's as quickly as possible." Lyra grabbed Agie's arm. "Accio broom!" And with that, her broom appeared. This was an emergency and in emergencies such as these, they needed speed to take them where they needed to go.

"Hop on and let's go," she said as she swung her leg over and waited for Agie to get on.

Agie didn't know why she should be putting on her hood or her robes, but she did as Lyra said. She was her best friend and would fix it. That is when Lyra. SUMMONED HER OWN BROOM. Agie gasped, and a sly smile came to her. Lyra Noir was truly her best friend!

Agie watched her climb on to the broom and she raised her eyebrows. "You are going to fly ME around?" She said with a hint on amusement. Normally, Agie would argue to be the driver, but not today. She was too upset. Instead, she hoped on the back and loosely held on to Lyra. She buried her face against her best friend.

"I'm your best friend and I will take you wherever you need to go and in emergencies, we fly so...hang on." And with that, Lyra pushed up and took off in the hallway on her broom with Agie on the back. She was going to get her to see that professor as quickly as she could and in style, none the less.

No one had driven Agie around on a broom before. Agie trusted Lyra, so with that, she hung on tighter and let Lyra lead the way.

As Lyra zoomed off towards the ground floor, Agie noticed her great improvement. She was a great teacher.

*Gabben walked down the halls looking half asleep. He kept rubbing his eyes and yawning.* "Bloody... sent a sleeping... hex..." *He leaned on the wall near the stairs and slid to the floor falling asleep.*

Ludo casually walked down the stairs. He shivered as he walked into the first floor corridor and down the hall.
"Why didn't you grab your scarf? These corridors are so breezy." he thought.

A D.A.D.A lesson was scheduled for today and Ludo wanted to make sure he arrived with plenty of time to spare. He was unsure how he'd get along with Professor Kazimeriz, but hoped for the best. He seemed so unpredictable.
Ludo arrived at close to the classroom door and pulled out his copy of Into the Dark to review before they began.

A certain sixth year wandered down the first floor corridor, fidgeting with her wand in her right hand. Sam had just put one foot into the Gryffindor common room and got hammered by the female prefect to do her Charms homework. It's what she gets for wanting to take a nap in her dormitory. She should've known Anna would be stalking the common room.

Sighing, she looked around the corridor to see if she could practice on something. Chocolate brown eyes landed on a window and she made her way over. Hopefully it would already be locked and...it was! Score! A smile fell onto her lips until she realized now she had to practice. Dang!

"She is going to keep bugging until I do. Just do it. Come on. Not too hard." she recited in her head. Urg! She was a procrastinator at heart, even until the last minute. Finally caving, the Gryffindor lifted her wand and stared at it. The charm was...the unlocking charm, and it was pronounced...Crap! This was what she gets for falling asleep in Charms. Some people may say falling asleep in Charms was impossible, especially with Ashby walking around the classroom. But nothing was impossible for this Gryffindor. Except perhaps pronouncing spells correctly. It takes skills to sleep through Charms!

Back to the problem at hand. How the heck did you say the charm?! Alihimra? Olhomora? Alibaba? Crap! She couldn't even ask Anna because she would eat her alive for falling asleep in class. Ok she was just going to practice different pronunciations until the lock opened. Good idea Sam, no great idea.

Pointing her wand at the window, she said with a clear strong voice, "Alomora!" Nothing happened. Not even a spark. Crap again! No wait! Wasn't there an "H" in it? There was definitely an "H". Ok, lets try again. "Alhomora!" Dang it! How did you say that charm?! Thats it! From this moment on, Sam vowed to never fall asleep in class again! Until History of Magic, because come on!

"One more try, one more try, one more try..." Taking a deep breath, the sixteen year old stared hard at the window and said in a sturdy voice, "Alohomora!" The lock didn't open but her wand did let out small white sparks. Sweet success! Maybe she had pronounced it wrong. She was so close! She could feel it.

Rolling her sleeves up enthusiastically, and pointing her wand at the window once more, Sam said in a confident voice, "Aloe-hu-more-uh!" And BAM! The window opened. Yeeeeeeees! Victory dance time!

When she was done, she re-shut the window and walked away with a grin on her face. Take that Miss Gryffindor Prefect!

Set walked around the corner from talking to Cedric Diggory'd portrait. He saw another gril, she was practicng her "Alohamora" spell. "Hello, you there!" he called to hte girl. "Would like to practice that spell together? I need to practice as well!" he asked and told her. He was excited to have a partner to pratice with.

Set! There you are! Cadence yelled from the end of the hallway. She ran over to him. I've been looking for you everywhere. She saw that he had been talking to another girl and suddenly had a very peculiar feeling in her stomach... was that... jealousy?

Garret made faces at the back of Daphne's face, cursing his idiotic impulses. He really should have remembered that she was crazy in love with him, he should have known that baking her a cake would give her the wrong idea. But nooooo, as usual, he never thought things through, did he?

"Outside?" if he knew Cela at all, she was probably outdoors rolling about in the muck or sniffing leaves.

Daphne clutched the bag of sweets excitedly with both hands. Of course! That's where she would be. Probably observing the Whomping Willow from a distance, making sure her calculations are correct before trying to go through with that ridiculous idea of hers.

"That's a--" she stopped short from congratulating Garret on a great idea. Flattery would only make him more attached to her and he was already way in over his head as it was. There was no need to make him fall harder. Wincing, she tried to smile again. "Let's go!" chirped Daphne over enthusiastically, and started speed-walking once more.

"Wrong way, Daff," Garret reached out and grabbed her elbow before he could think about how his touch would only have her in more raptures over being with him. The moment the thought occured to him, however, he let her go as if she had set his palm on fire, "Er, this way."

He turned about and took the stairs down to the entrance hall, not bothering to wait for Daphne. Figuring that he was probably more familiar with the Hogwarts grounds than Daphne was, he could probably find Cela first and warn her about this whole mess before Daphne started squealing about babies and wedding plans.

"Oh. good Cadence your here. Wonderful. I was just looking for someone to practice our Charms homework with and I ran into this girl who had already started. But now we can do it! YA! Let's get started." Set said as he got out his lock and wand. He calmed himself and took a few deep breaths, then "Alohamora!" he said firmly and delibritly. At once the lock clicked open. He relocked it saying, "Colloportus" and tried it over again three times. His wandwork seemed to improve each time, if that was possible. Then he turned to Cadence. "Your turn" he said kindly.

I think the professor said we're actually supposed to put the lock on something and practice it. She dropped her bag to the floor and began searching through it. Finding wait she was looking for, she straightened up holding the plastic link necklace that sort of looked like a chain in her hand. Give me your right wrist. she said smiling at him.

"OK," he hoding out his wrist. He was pretty sure what she was gonna do.

She took the chain apart where two of the links connected, grabbed Set's right hand with her left, and began wrapping the necklace around their wrists. When there was no way they could wriggle their hands out, she put the lock on it and locked. Now you're stuck with me. she said smiling at him.

"Wow, this hard" Set said. The hard part was reversing his wand to face him. "Ahhh....um...ohhh Got it!" he said as the wand point directly at him. "That was the easy part, but now !Alohanora!" he scremed. The chains fell to the ground as the lock clicked open. "Is it your turn?" he said hopfully. He wanted to tye his grilfrind up now!

Okay! Cadence said as she put her wand in her left hand and extended her right warm toward him.
