"That's a pretty good face," Copernicus nodded. "How about this... I'll make a potion instead, and you can drink it in the dining hall. I won't even be there when your hair turns green. He grabbed her and gave her a rather spontaneous hug. "You have no idea what this means to me, Anna. I'm so sure that Lupa is a bit mad and she's going to try to... I don't know." No, he knew, but just thinking the words made him blush.

Anna giggled when Cope commented her little fake-shock face, then quietened to hear the plan he'd apparently come up with. Oh...no. A potion? She'd never even been in a Potions class with Cope, so she had no idea whether he was brilliant at the subject or just plain rotten. What if he accidentally caused her to sprout extra ears or something weird like that? "Cope, you...are good with Potions, right? I mean, you do know what you're doing, right? If you won't be there when my hair changes, how will you know it---." She stopped when he abruptly hugged her. She guessed he felt he had to or something. He was asking a lot of her. She gave in and hugged him in return. "Well, I suppose if I can save you from the likes of Lupa, then I've done my job, huh? Maybe you can even take a wizarding photo of me, so I can mail it to my father. My mother will hate it, though," she said, with a laugh.

Lima whistled a tune as she walked through the First Floor corridor, her poster folded up in her hand. She searched the walls for a good empty place to put it, and when she found a nice place, she headed over to it.

She unfolded the poster and put it against the wall. Then she took her wand out and muttered, "Adhaero" over the poster to make it stay up.



"There," she said pleased with herself. She smiled and walked off.

"I'm REALLY good at Potions," Copernicus laughed, giving her a comforting pat on the arm. "And I'll test it out on myself first, if it will make you feel better. I can turn my hair green too, if you want."

Anna let out a breath she didn't realized she'd been holding in. So Cope really was good at Potions. Thank Merlin! "No, no. No need to try it out on yourself first. If you say you're REALLY good at Potions, then I trust you and believe you." Anna sighed and looked absentmindedly down the corridor. All too soon, she'd be Slytherin-haired. Her worst fear was not having the green and silver hair. Her worst fear was what her schoolmates would think. The Gryffindors would think she'd betrayed them, and the Slytherins would think she wanted to be just like them. No telling what the other houses would think. ...and the staff. Oh, Merlin, the staff. Eek. "Alright, so let's get this show on the road."

"I'll get the potion to you as soon as I can," Cope promised. "And remember, you can play it off and pretend its a total shock. This is a prank, afterall. I did this to YOU. You didn't do it to yourself." He offered his hand for a shake.

"Okay, okay. I understand. Drink the potion, fake shock, and have my hair dyed green and silver," she said, nodding once for added effect. "I'm assuming you have some elaborate plan to put into effect that would make it not seem so unusually random that I just happen to drink an usual potion? I mean, no one's going to believe that Anna Greingoth happened upon a mysterious liquid, wondered what it was, then drank it just because it looked like the cool thing to do..."

"Put it in your goblet," Cope suggested. "Someone could have slipped you a potion when you weren't looking. It adds to the mystery, I think." He was sort of getting into the drama, wishing he could be there when she took the potion.

Whitney walked along the corridor,not really sure just what she was doing there. Why wasn't she outside somewhere in the fresh air? She didn't know but she hadn't spent time in the school for a while,so there she was just walking. Suddenly she saw a blonde girl walking by but this wasn't just any blonde girl. "Lima!" she half yelled,not wanting to disturb any teachers. "We need to talk young lady." She said more motherly than she meant but there were things she wanted to ask Lima about....several things....good and bad. "Hello" Okay so that was a bit out of order but when was she ever in order?

"...and how do you suppose I get the potion into the goblet without being seen?" she asked, shifting her weight over to her right foot. She turned and glanced up and down the corridor, making sure that no one was around and could possibly hear their insane plan. "If I just pour it in, people will being to...think things. Usually people seen pouring potions into their pumpkin juice don't have very good intentions, you know. Sorry, Cope. I'm just not well-practiced in the art of being sneaky. Just spell it out to me, tell me how to do it, and I'll do it. If you leave me to figure it out on my own, though you'll end up with a catastrophe on your hands." Anna sighed and glanced back at Cope. "Oh, and Cope, what am I expected to do when this is all said and done? Do I need to parade in front of Lupa or something?"

Lima started when Whit was suddenly yelling at her. She raised her brow. "What do you want to talk to me about? she asked curiously. Though really, she had something that she wanted to ask Whit to do. A big favor for her. "I want to tell you some things too. And ask you for a favor as well." She had a feeling Whit wouldn't like her favor, but she was going to try. "Hello to you too," she finished, snorting.

"You hide it in your palm, and pour it as you fill your goblet with whatever you want to drink. Or I could make it a powder, which is easier to just drop into the glass." He rubbed his chin. "Do you have a better idea? We could say someone spiked your shampoo?"

He took her arm, careful not to touch skin. "If you just show up in the Great Hall, she'll see you.'

"Chase like Livvy!" she said,before she could even stop herself. Greeeaaaat. Cause that was how every person liked to start their conversations? Accusing her boyfriend of liking someone else after he'd given her a promise ring wasn't the smartest thing but either way,she'd said it and couldn't take it back. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry...um...it's great to see you again?" With that she hugged Lima,hoping she didn't think she was crazier than usual. Even though in reality she was. This jealousy thing was never going to leave her alone and she knew it. "You do?" she asked suddenly very curious. She figured the favor wouldn't be bad or anything. This was Lima after all.

"What?" she asked, taken aback. She never expected that one. "I thought he was in love with you. Why would you say that?" She was confused. "Nice to see you too," she added, smiling weakly. Then she was asked about the favor. Right. "It has to do with Mads ... Oh, Whit! Can you please talk to him? Ask him about me? I thought that he seemed to be warming up to me a bit last time I saw him. Please." She was looking at her pleadingly.

And now Lima was shocked and....Lima. That wasn't good either. And yet: "It's true Lima! Even if he did give me a promise ring. He likes Livvy more and she likes him,I just know it!" So in reality,she had no idea if this was true and deep down she knew that it really wasn't but that didn't stop it from coming out of her mouth. Seriously,she would need to find some duct tape,and soon,before anything else unwanted slipped out. And now Lima was the one talking...about Maddox? What in the world was that about? And get this,she wanted her to talk to him. Whitney talk to that gorgeous giant man thing? "But Lima! What if he eats me!?!?!" Something that big was sure to have a huge mouth,bigger than hers and...what if got hungry!?!

"What? A promise ring? He gave you a promise ring?" She was stunned. And she thought he liked Livvy more? Silly!!! Then she started on Maddox. "He won't eat you! He's really very nice unless you cross him." she paused and thought of how to proceed. "Please? You know how I feel about him. I want to know if he will talk to me now. If he doesn't hate me. If he forgives me."

Okay so Lima didn't seem to match her reaction towards all of this. "Yes a promise ring but he still likes her more!" 'It's true,I know it its.' No matter who tried to convince her it wasn't,in her head it was. Maybe she just needed to talk to someone she hadn't spoken to in ages...that is if they would ever reply to her letter.Taking that thought out of her mind she moved on to that persons best friend and Lima's death wish for Whitney. "What if I do cross his path though? What if I like....step on one of his,I'm sure, ginormous feet? And it,for some very odd reason,hurts?" Why oh why did Lima want her to die now? "I know I know how you feel but....he's gonna jump me Lima!!!" She'd seen people getting jumped in muggle movies before and it did not look like fun. And then to have it done but I big gorgeous man surely wouldn't be any better. 'No sirrey Bob.'

"But that makes no sense!" she exclaimed. Why would he give Whit a promise ring if he preferred Livvy? It was silly! "And don't be silly! Just watch where you step? Though it wouldn't hurt him anyway. He's really tough." She grabbed onto Whit's shoulders and said, "Pleeeease. Please?"

"Sure it does!" 'Right?' But she wasn't going to think about that.Whit knew how each of them felt...didn't she? Of course she did,or at least she thought she did. "Lima you don't knoooooow. Have you ever seen them when they're together? And now Livvy's acting all weird,she likes him and I'm sure he likes her too. Deep down inside,no matter how many promises he makes." Everyone brakes promises at some point in time. And in her head this would be the one Chase would brake. 'I am NOT crazy.' she thought,trying to convince herself more than the voices in her head. Then she let out a huge gasp. "Excuse me? Just was my step? Don't you realize who you're talking to? Half the people I know is only because I've bumped into them or something of that sort." It was like Lima knew nothing about her. Sure that wasn't how they but it was how she met everyone else. Now Lima was grabbing her shoulders. "Lima you're hurting me! I'm sensitive!" Could she really be that desperate?

She sighed. "If that was true, why would have have given you the ring?Why would he BE WITH YOU?" It made no sense. "And I'm desperate here! Please Whit!" She let go of her shoulders. "Sorry, but I'm desperate. And I need you to make it look like I never asked you to do this. He's really smart you see!"

Lima wasn't understanding. 'Becaaaauuuuse! He's trying to fool me,you don't understand. You just....and...." Now there were too many thoughts running through her mind. Why couldn't people just take her side? 'Even if it is the stupid side.' That was all she wanted,one person to agree with her....in a sense. When Lima finally let go of her,she rubbed her shoulders and let out a long exasperated sigh. "Fine." That wasn't the end of it though,she wanted her to hide the truth,not so much as a lie though. "Don't you think he'll realize why I'm doing it though? I mean he knows I'm your friend." Or at least she thought he did,maybe he'd never even seen her before? She was tiny. "And once he realizes I'm your friend he'll wonder why I'm asking about you."

She blinked. But she let it drop. There was no talking sense into that girl. She just shook her head and moved on in the conversation. "Thank you!!" she squealed, wrapping her arms around her in a hug. "You are amazing!!" She let go and went thoughtful for a second. "If he asks, just tell him that you are nosy. I have nothing to do with it at all." She winked. She was so happy, she was getting giddy.

Daniel was looking for a place to spread the posters Professor Ashby had given them. He then thinks of the best and easiest way he could think of - the corridors where every students are passing by He then started at the first floor.

He then traced the poster and Drum rolls the first poster is up...

'Ha!' There. Even though Lima wasn't agreeing with her,she wasn't arguing with her either. Maybe Whit had finally talked some sense into her and she realized that Chase did like Livvy. Suddenly Lima's hands were wrapped around her. "You're welcome?" Okay so,yeah,she had agreed but....then she heard Lima. "I am not nosy....I'm just very curious, thank you very much." 'Okay so 1. Don't get killed 2. Don't get jumped. 3. Don't get eaten. 4. Do NOT step on his feet.' She'd just have to watch the floor and....be nice and nosy at the same time? Whit just had to keep reminding herself that this was for Lima,whether she highly disliked him or not. Maybe talking to someone so gorgeous wouldn't be too bad. She did talk to Chase a lot right? "So...exactly what questions am I asking?"

She laughed. "I know you're not. But he doesn't know that. Please, Whit? Pretend to be?" She looked at her pleadingly again. She hated being desperate, but she wanted to know if there was a chance that he would talk to her again sometime without yelling at her and insulting her. "Ask him stuff about me and what he thinks of me. But don't get into the territory of asking if he has feelings for me. 1. 'cause I know he doesn't," Sigh. "And 2. 'cause he will get really suspicious. He doesn't know that I'm in love with him, and I'm not about to change that." She rolled her eyes.
