"I don't think I could ignore you," Lyra said to Robert, grinning from ear to ear as they both stated they might send something in for the Agony Aunt. This was going to be a blast! "A riddle," she asked in surprise as she liked the idea. "So it will be something that one would have to figure out, something complex." Her eyes became shifty as she glanced from both Ravenclaws for a moment before her eyes settled onto Robert once again. "I like it."

She wrinkled her eyebrows as he cried out, then without hesitating, she knew that Elizabeth had done something to him. "I like her already," she winked at him then turned to her and smirked. "Not that...I'm for anyone hurting you of course." She stopped twirling her hair then made her way towards the stairs for the next floor. "Are you going to join us, Elizabeth?" It was interesting to say the least with it just being Robert and Lyra but, after all, she always welcomed company which was unlike the old Lyra.

Elizabeth's eyes started to widen as Robert asked her exactly how she had gotten caught, and what had happened. She had so been hoping he wasn't going to ask for more than she had already given. But, he had and she didn't know how to get out of answering. "Um, well, I was walking past his office, and started humming music from Rent. And I didn't know he was inside until he started humming as well. And at that point I couldn't keep walking, so I stopped and then ended up talking to him." She trailed off and then listened as he kept going about the riddle idea, as well as fiegning hurt from her comment. "Oh, you know it was a joke," she said, rolling her eyes until he reacted to her stepping on his foot. "And that maybe is exactly why I did that."

She turned back just in time to see Lyra's reaction to what she had done, and grinned back at her. "Thanks," she said flippantly, before tilting her head slightly as she thought about the offer. After a second, she shrugged. "Sure. I mean, I don't really have much else to do right now," she said, then turned to follow as Lyra headed for the stairs.

Robert looked at Lyra and grinned before turning to Elizabeth, "See...she can't ignore me." He smirked and turned back to Lyra as she seemed to me mulling over the idea of the riddle. He raised an eyebrow curiously at her and laughed as she said she liked it, "Really? And here I was just messing around."

He rolled his eyes and shook his head, "This isn't pick on Robert day." At her next comment he looked at her curiously for a moment and smiled, "Hmm...well that's good to know I suppose. Maybe you should stay in between me and Elizabeth then," he asked with a smirk as he looked at Elizabeth.

As Elizabeth explained what happened with Truebridge he laughed, "Well...? What'd you talk about?" He prodded with a smirk, "Come on...spill. Did you get to the mysterious case of the missing actor yet?" He rolled his eyes, "Yea...well she thinks that maybe is a good idea so, ha."

Plymouth was trying to stuff the hair into his ears once they got out into the corridor. "Listen, love, I'm not going to admit defeat and kiss ole senile Kazimamookistan's feet. I was just saying to get out of there before that lady kissed ME!" The Runes Professor had soooo been giving him the eye. Flattering, sure, but a little creepers in front of the Headman.

And then there was the weird lotion, too. Plymouth shuddered.

"I should go find Copernicus though. Maybe he has a hat or a miracle for me. Would you mind.... erm... leading me to the Common Room? I fought the stairs and the stairs won earlier...." Plymouth offered his hand again. Merlin, he needed a hug.

Cela turned and listened for a few moments before speaking suddenly, "What's your name? Not just Mr. Morgan... I mean... your first name?" Cela bit her lip, probably she had been told at some point but...

Cela was a tiny bit disappointed not to have an excuse to visit Kazimeriz, but she brightened immediately.

"Oh I know Copernicus." Cela smiled sweetly, "He's very nice and smart." Cela pointed her wand at his ears and cast two quick diffindo charms, "The stairs? Did you slide down them?" she asked, not aware of how cryptic that sounded.

She put her wand away and took his hand, squeezing it once comfortingly before skating fairly quickly toward the stairs and pulling him behind her.

Jack walked down the corridor, he had been looking for Ruby all day, was annoyed at Jake but he decided to brush it off, he needed to find Ruby to make sure she was ok.

Robert walked down the steps slowly until he reached the 5th floor. He was still in a bit of a daze as to what had happened between Mariska and him. It seemed almost surreal that they had kissed and yet everything that had happened seemed to be wiped away at the sight of her with Cayden again. stopping in the corridor he leaned against the wall with a sigh. Why does this have to be so bloody difficult?

Stomp. Stomp. Stomp.

Stupid school. Stupid Hufflepuff. Stupid Jack Mosier.

It was all so... stupid!

Jake sighed as he stomped down the corridor, kicking at non-existent rocks that would have been there, had he been outside. Pfft. Stupid rocks, not existing. Who'd need them? Well... nobody... because they didn't exist.

Yeah, that's right! Now, where was I?

"Stupid common room, forced to roam the stupid corridors... what the heck am I doing up here anyway?" Jake muttered to himself, turning back. "Stupid fellow first year flaming Hufflepuffs." And that's when he spotted him.

"Yoooouuuuu..." he whispered harshly, eyes narrowed in loathing, as he laid his eyes on Jack Mosier. This whole coincidence thing was just...

Stupid!

Jack span on his heel "You" he spat bitterly "Leave me alone" Jack turned again to walk off "WAIT, don't call me STUPID" he turned back to Jake.

Robert turned his head to look down the corridor as he heard yelling to find a few first year Hufflepuff's? arguing. He narrowed his eyes as he watched what was taking place while at the same time staying where he was. Seem's everyone is having problems today? He thought to himself with a sigh.

Lyra stepped onto the fifth floor corridor on her way towards the Ravenclaw common room. She rather hoped that there would be someone there to see if Robert was inside, if not, she was just going to stand there and stalk until she saw him. He seemed a tad upset...or better yet preoccupied by thoughts. She understood completely.

"Oy! Robert," she said in a surprise as she spotted him leaning against the wall. "You were just the person I was in search for." She walked over and stood beside him. Her head tilted down so that a few strands were in her face at her green eyes peeked up towards his tall self. She looked as though she were up to something, but this time, she was only worried about him.

But then something caught her attention. Her eyes looked back to see two Huffies, one rather...upset. Her eyes shifted back and forth for a few seconds to see if there was someone around to assist in the situation. But then again, it could have been nothing at all.

Robert's head spun back around as he heard someone say his name to find Lyra walking toward him. He glanced back at the two boys and then nodded at Lyra with a smile wary of that smile on her face, "And why would you be looking for me?" He hadn't known her long yet he knew well enough to know that when she had that look it only meant she was up to no good.

Jack suddenly turned to the boy, he ignored him

Jack glared at Jake, he saw a girl out of the corner of his eye, again, he ignored her

Lyra nodded her head in the direction of the Hufflepuff's. "What's going on down there?" The last thing she wanted was for the Huffies to loose points and if she could stop them, she would. Maybe there was a way that they could talk things over instead of point loosing.

"I missed you," she said still looking towards the boys, then cut her eyes towards him with a smirk. "Is it okay if I just wanted nothing more than to check on you? Is that asking for too much?

"You know, maybe we should help them," she said as the boys seemed pretty mad at each other at the moment.

Jack's neck twisted so he was looking at the girl "Don't" he snarled and then he left it, if she came forward, it was her mistake

Jake gritted his teeth as the slightly -gulp- bigger Hufflepuff snapped at Jake to leave him alone. Well stop hanging around where I'm going to go, Jake thought, before grinning, realising that sounded stupid. "I didn't-" no wait... thiiiiiink... oh yeah, I did... "-think it was illegal to mutter my opinion to myself, Mosier," Jake replied, his expression blank.

Some call it bravery, some call it foolishness. Jake called it honesty. And we all value honesty.

Well, maybe not ALL of us.

"You have anger issues, mate," Jake muttered, loud enough to be heard.

Pot, calling Kettle... come in Kettle...

Robert glanced down the corridor to where the Hufflepuff's were when he heard Lyra's question and shrugged, "I'm not sure. That one kid started yelling at that other one and then visa versa."

He turned his gaze toward Lyra curiously, "You missed me?" Oh now he was going to be even more confused if that was possible. Even Elizabeth didn't come searching for him just because she missed him. He laughed it off and shrugged, "I suppose not. What were you wanting to make sure I hadn't hurt myself...or Cayden rather?" He ran his hand over his head, not like he did when he was nervous but rather a frustrated swipe of his hair causing it to mess up.

At her words he looked back down and shrugged, "As long as they don't start throwing punches I'm not too worried."

At the boy's words however Robert pushed off the wall and stared at the boy. He glanced over his shoulder at Lyra, knowing that she wasn't going to stop just because the boy said not to but more worried on what would happen if she did.

Jack took a deep breath and smiled at Jake "It isn't illegal to have an opinion, no" he said his smiled twisting into an annoyed face "BUT, it isn't very clever to start with me. Jacob Dale Blackly-Upstead" Jack snarled "I DONT HAVE ANGER ISSUES! I HAVE PEOPLE ISSUES" Jack yelled as he curled his hands into fists, he took a step forward

Well there was a warning, but that little kid was mad. Everything else rolled past her as she was concerned for the Huffies and their points. NO POINTS! Points meant a lot to her at this point and she was NOT about to be turned away from a little boy fussing.

"I know he just didn't tell me to not do anything," she said with slight attitude then looked to Robert. "I think we need a staff member. Is there anyone in their office at the moment?"

Jack turned to her "LEAVE OUT!" he yelled at her "LEAVE.. ME.. ALONE." he'd finished talking to her he turned back to Jake.

Robert continued to listen to the boys argue and he saw the one who had told Lyra not to do anything clench his fists. Glancing over his shoulder at Lyra he smirked as she spoke, her attitude clearly showing and he had to admit that this side of her was rather interesting. "Umm..." he wasn't sure what to say to that and was relieved when she said to get a staff member. He was worried she'd insert herself to break them up. "I don't know. I'm standing here talking to you. And no before you ask I'm not about to leave you here while I go check."

As the boy yelled at Lyra he turned around and glared down at the boy. "Oi! You just leave her alone. At least she's the one with her head on straight and not acting like a child." What they were first years...for all intensive purposes they were just children.

Jack turned to the boy "SHUT THE FREAK UP!" Jack screamed at him.

Jake's eye twitched. Twitch. Twitchtwitch.

"One... I didn't start with you... whatever that means..." Start what? Dancing? Hmmm... Jake was quite clumsy, so he didn't dance. Unless maybe raving or moshing. No way was anyone getting him in a Ballroom. "Psshhh... ballroom..." What? That was out loud? Gah! Erm... Where was I... oh yes!

"Secondly, my name is Jacob Jakers Dale Blackly Upstead... and... you knew my name..." HOW THE HECK DOES HE KNOW MY NAME?! Ohno! Panic stations... staaaaalkaaaaah!!!!!

Jake jumped nearly a foot into the air as Jack shouted. He nearly went into his nervous twitching mode... but no. "Oh yeah..." he replied, managing to stop the shakiness getting into his voice. Wow... he is big. "There's the anger issues... do you see them now?" Jake turned suddenly to the spies in their midst older students, as well as Jack.

For the love of all that is socially inept... stay awaaaaaaaay from me.

At least one Hufflepuff had a head on his shoulders while the other...well, his head was about to be knocked off. Lyra walked over to try to assist with helping and stood behind the nicer Huffie, Jake. At least she knew him and he was okay.

"Hey, I think you need to settle down a bit," she began with a little bit of force in her voice. "No need to talk to anyone like that, especially me."

"That's quite enough, boy," Professor Bunbury stated loudly, click-clacking her heels down the corridor at the sign of trouble. She had been roaming the castle after her little tea-time and she most certainly in no mood to deal with rowdy Hufflepuffs.

"You there," she pointed a long, red fingernail at Jack, "stop that infernal noise-making. There's no need to be name calling anyone." Her blue eyes shot the Hufflepuff a death glare, as if warning him to argue.

"Now, what seems to be the problem?" She continued, eying Jake, Lyra, and Robert. "Lyra, dear? Is this boy bothering you?" Her hand instinctively tapped the wand in her right pocket...ooh, it had been how long since she'd hexed a student....
