Miranda's high pitch sound made Kaika placed her hands in her ears. She'd forgotten she was barely a second year, but getting under a desk?! Really? After getting hit by bludgers and getting wet by rain?! That didn't make much sense at all.

But, oh, she was also wet. And Kaika didn't enjoy rain-related things, including wetness. But her wand was out, and with a flick of it she was already dry.

Nice. Now Miranda was threatening the poltergeist? That should be fun to see, perhaps. "Hey, don't, sit up...the desks won't..." ummm, won't what? protect you from something evil? was it evil? "...keep you dry much longer" she decided, not wanting to scare the girl.

But Kaika was now paying attention to another scene...Hmmmm, the next Quidditch match won't be an easy one with Dominic behaving like that in front of the Ravenclaw Captain, Willow, who was also in charge of bludgers, too.

"You're quite mistaken," the Grey Lady said with a hint of disappointment. "She isn't the one."

"Oh," she says sitting down, she was so sure, that she was right. Thinking some more, she asks "Could we have another clue, please?"

Jai grumbled at the balloon that caused her shield to faulter "Stupid peeves." she grinned "Oh peeves!" she called "Aguamenti!" She shot a stream of water at him, she hated the little ghoul but he had to get a taste of his own meds. Jai grinned and sat replacing her shield "Lady Ravenclaw is it your mother?"

"peeeveessssssssss..you're jerk,crazy,freak and evil"Cedric shout at peeves..He really hate poltergeist he had once encounter a poltergeist when he went on his granma's house..the poltergeist in his granma's house make him fall in the ladder..

Distracting her from shooting spells at a ghost that probably wouldnt notice anyways, mandy smiled and went over to Jai. "Thanks. Figure out who took the stones." she asked her immediatley getting back to the class. She looked around though, Class was a riot with all the water ballooons and people getting wet adn some yelling.

She looked up at the Grey Lady, "Is it those stones they found last term?" She asked. She remembered her brother had helped some Slytherins find the stone and they made some potion.

Suddenly her eyes lit up again, "Ms. Ravenclaw, is it professor Shackleton's Gobstones?"

Did he just insult them? Wha- Miranda gasped emitting a small squeal. "Yeah Myrtle was a Howarts student, where did you go to school?" she almost pouted. If only there was a ball she could throw at him...
Not a ball...Maybe a shoe!

And before Miranda could get a chance to take off her shoe, Kaika was tugging at her to get up. She obedienly stood up, not wanting to seem foolish infront of her captain. Although she probably already did.
"Yeah, your'e probably right..." she sighed as another balloon landed next to her. Well Miranda wasn't sure she wanted to part with her shoe. It was a pretty shoe. She liked it. But if that poltergeist did anything else...

"Oh yeah those rubys?" she smiled "I dont think its them though." she was there and at least they got out, a lot of stuff has happened to her at hogwarts.

"Those stones are safe, young Slytherin miss."

"Does she know they're gone?" the Grey Lady asked and began to float away. "For there's only one besides the fair Arthimancy professor who knows the personal value of such stones. Yet all was done in jest."

"Oooohhhh, a mystery and a game. Liz breathes. "Thank you Ms. Ravenclaw. Will we hear more soon?"

Jai raised a brow at the ghost. "Was is her or is the person dead?" she asked again.

She nodded toward the Grey Lady. "Well I am out of ideas then," She said. She would have to go back to her room and think about it some more without that stupid poltergiest throwing water balloon about like a crazed monkey.

Hmmm.. Mandy was having a hard time concentrating but she was trying to get her mind around who it could be. She looked at Jai. "I have no idea. Im stumped" For like the first time Mandy was stumped.

"Constant vigilance," replied Helena as she floated through the threshold and vanished from sight.

Heeeheeeheeheehehe. Oh, how cute! The little girlie was trying to play along. "Nice try," he said, shaking his finger at her, "but that won't get you anywhere."

:O Peeves found the boy's insults rather funny, and feigned offence. "Oh," he wailed, grasping where his heart would have been had he ever lived. "My soul! You offend it so! WAAHhhHAHAHhahAaaaaA," he continued wailing.

Suddenly he snapped out of it. "Name calling will get you NOWHERE."

He flew into the kid's face. "NOWHERE!"

Well, if they were going to ask questions, he might as well answer them. "Oh, childe," he said, mimicking the Grey Lady, "I was never alive, you see. Poltergeists are merely a manifestation of energies.



When he finished his explanation, he eerily disolved back into the shadows to......continue plotting. Mwhahauuhahauwahahwahhwu

Nodding as Ms. Ravenclaw left. Constant Vigilance...

Was that our class... she wonders. Looking around for their professor.

Daniel was trying hard to restrain himself from the commotion. He was not afraid of the dark, so he sat in the front but at the side, not the middle... He looked and saw Peeves on his usual character... very playful naughty little demon...

He also saw the Grey Lady.... She was looking ever grey that before... I hope the Baron is here... that would be a laugh...

he listened to Peeves and then followed it with his sight into the shadows... I wonder what would scare us this time...

cedric bit scared when peeves flew into his face but he pretend that he wasn't"well,I'm not scared,but I hope Bloody Baron cross this room so he may see what you're doing"Cedric said

Tobi shook his damp self. "Well that was... refreshing.." he said in a dry tone that didn't match his person.

He pointed his wand at his sleeve and tried to perform a drying charm.

WHOOSH!

"Eeeeeeeeeeepp!"Tobi squealed in surprise at seeing his sleeve go up in flame. He whacked his sleeve on the desk to put it out, patting out the top with his textbook.

By the time the smallish blaze had been put out, he had no sleeve left to try again on, and he wasn't keen to attempt on his pants.
