Ruby cried and asked "so what am i? doesn't he trust me?"

"You are the girlfriend who he loves very much who due to unfortunate circumstances hasn't been there when he has broken down. Of course he trusts you."

Ruby looked at her cousin and asked "what has happened to us?"

"We've changed. Ever since the first night here we've just been drifting apart."

Ruby let out a little sob and looked at her cousin "i won't bother you anymore then"

"That's not what I meant Ruby. We just aren't like we used to be. Then again how can we be, when you don't approve of my boyfriend? We've grown up slightly and drifted apart but if we try maybe we can be how we used to."

Ruby sighed and said "i don't think we will ever be how we were Sakura," Ruby looked at her and then walked past her

"If that's how you feel." Sakura turned around and began walking in the opposite direction.

"Do you honestly believe I'll stop walking away from you just because you begin to estimate the cost of my clothing?" Emil spoke as he stopped to see if the girl was, and indeed she was following him. Why?
"And these shoes were only 15 galleons and 3 knuts." He fumed over the girl drawing him into her game; but the black haired boy smiled so as not to offend her, with her knowing. It had been his fathers' specialty, smile while insulting someone, but Emil was no where near as adept at coming up with insults to someone’s face, instead he mocked them and insulted them in his mind. It made his life so much more fun.
“Must you follow me? I’m only looking for the common room,” You little money obsessed midget of a girl.
“I’m sure your friends are wondering what happened to you-“ and just as Emil spoke he heard the noise that had caused him to run into the girl, and once again he jumped in fright.

Shana wondered out of the slythie's common room and leaned againt the wall for a bit.She looked around to see if any one was there for her to talk to.

Erm... ok... most definitly the wrong way, Jake thought to himself. He'd been trying to see if there was another route to the Hufflepuff common room, a longer way. After all the stairs he'd gone down, that seemed unlikely now, so he turned and started to head back, when he saw Shana.

Subconsciously feeling the top of his right ear, where the cartalidge had split and he now had a forked ear, Jake stopped. "Hey Shana," he called over. It had been the duel with Shana that caused his super-cool ear wound. "How's tricks?"

Jake let his hand drop again and shoved them both deep into his pockets.

Shana turned and smiled as she saw Jake she tilted her head and looked at his ear and gave a small laugh followed by a smirk.Hey Jakey,,Great and yourself ? She liked Jake as a friend he was funny and she still couldn't understand why some of the huffie boys didnt like him.

So hows the ear ? She smiled again and decided to give jake a chance to answer before asking anymore questions.

Oooooh... Jake was gonna kill Lima for starting that nickname. This would be a bad time for Cameron to stumble through.

"Oh, my ear?" Jake asked. "Yeah, it's ok... a little forked at the top though..."

Jake looked up and down the corridor. "You what you up to round here?"

Cam was extremely glad that he had bought tons of stuff from that wand shop in the summer. His recent love for wands was reaaallly getting addicting. Why the heck would they make wands from wood? Wood made chocolate and he loved chocolate! So he was glad that he bought the wand-changing color thingy-mabob from Ollivanders' or else... he would eat his own wand! He started using the piece of cloth, putting it around the wand and waiting for it to change its colors.

On his way to the common room, he recognized people. Familiaaar people. With his finger, he poked Jake at the back of the head and then poked the girl that was talking to him.

"Hi. I come in peace," he strangely said and put out his hand, using the alien sign.

Shana turned when someone poked the back of her head.What a nice greeting that was Not.What was that for ? She scoffed and smirked at the boy.

Shana smiled at jake and had to give a little laugh when he said his ear was a little forked.She then noticed that Jake ovbiously knew the boy so mabye she would let him off.

"Ow," Jake said absently, reaching round to rub his head. It hadn't really hurt, just surprised him. "Ever the Sneaky Slytherin, eh Cameron?" Jake smiled at his bestest fwend friend. "How are ya?"

Jake turned to look at Shana. "Shana, this is Cameron. Cameron... this is Shana..."

People should start wearing nametags around these parts... Jake thought to himself.

Cam moved himself two steps back when the Slytherin girl was all... mean to him and everything! Weren't Slytherins suppose to be nice and caring?! He looked back to his wand and smiled when it turned into pink. NO. Pink was horrible, pink was bad, pink was torture. Quickly he rubbed the cloth faster onto the wand to change the color of it. Now it turned into dark pink, which was wooorse.

"MEEE?! No, no, nooo. I'm like an alien. You guys should be aliens too. We have the habit of eating brains AKA poking at the back of the head to test how hard your head is!" he said to the girl, and then follow to a "hmph!"

Turning to Jake he waved again and then used the alien sign. "Hi Jake, I'm doing horribly horrible. Which is a double negative which is a positive. GEDDIT?!" Certainly his weirdness and hyperness did not go down a level one bit.

"Oh and hullo Shanahhh," he said and then put out both of his arms to poke Jake and Shana on their foreheads now.

Shana laughed At the boy he seemed funny and strange but who cared about him being strange.Hey Cameron She smiled at him and turned and smiled at Jake then poked the boy back.

"Actually..." Jake muttered. "I think I do get it..." Which is quite scary, actually... to be understanding something that you said.

"So y- ACK!" Jake said as he rubbed the poke mark on his forehead. Sigh. He couldn't be mad, Cameron was a poking fiend.

Shame really.

"JAB!" Jake announced, jabbing Cameron on the side of his face. Bwahahahaa.

Cam was poked back and he grinned, poking was fun. Again, it was a way of life and he poked everything and everyone he ever saw. He closed one of his eyes when he faced Jake who seemed to understand what he meant. Well that was good, but was that good for Jake's brain?! Sadly he didn't know and wished he had the ability to read minds right now. Then in an instant he was jabbed. Cameron Karsten was jabbed right in the face by Jake Upstead and he was down on the floor! "YEWOUCH!" A jab, right to his face.

Squirming on the floor, like a worm in the rain and starting to roll away from the two. It looked like he was on fire by the way he was rolling back and forth, then rolling again.

Shana couldn't help but laugh when Cam fell on the floor but was quite concerned when he began to roll around like a worm,But he was Jakes friend they were acctually quite a like.Sort of like twins therefore they wer both rather strange and liked poking people.

Shana was getting very concerned when he continued to roll around.So she whispered to Jake Ermm...Is he Ok ?

Jake snorted with laughter at Cameron rolling around. He turned to Shana. "Erm... I don't think he's ever been ok..." he answered, smiling. "He's a total drama queen," Jake whispered, not minding if Cameron heard. "You learn to cope with it."

Jake looked down at his friend. "Seen Bob lately?" he asked, remembering that Charms lesson. Crap. The homework.

Cam was squirming and rolling all the way to the wall with his eyes completely shut. Shana was asking if he was OK and he was obviously not. Actually it wasn't from the jab that his friend had given him but it was of the rough ground that made his arms art once he started rolling. He gasped when hearing the word, DRAMA QUEEN? NO. HE. WASN'T.

"Jake, have you seen me lately?! My awfully short hair and... me wearing MALE clothing," he said with a smirk, "I'm a DRAMA KING." He was a boooy.

He stood up and then looked back at his wand, it was green now and he put the cloth away in his pocket while putting up his green, very dark green wand in front of everyone!

"Bob? No. Since YOU ate him, Jake. He's inside of you. So if you open your mouth like, REAAAAL WIDE, maybe I could reach out to save him!" He started to flex his fingers, was Jake going to do it or not?

Jake stared wide-eyed at Cameron as the boy advanced towards him. He gulped, and stared at those ominous fingers. Shudder.

A flash of green caught Jake's attention, and he tried to keep his grin hidden. Cameron wore a badge.

"Now..." he muttered, backing away. "The thing you have to consider is- MORSUS! PROTEGO!"

Jake had pulled out his wand and sent a Stinging Hex straight at Cameron, with the correct movement, and immediately cast the sheild charm, knowing Cameron would attempt to retaliate.

Shana was getting quite concerned about Cam now,Aleast he had gotten off the floor.When Jake casted a spell she moved slightly backwards and went and Hid behind Jake.She sighed.Im rubbish at duel's. She thought she was sertainly staying out of this.She was glad Jake was taller than her she had someone to hide behind.She peeked and smiled at Cam.
