Copernicus settled in at a desk, observing several seats nearby had glue on them. He'd be sure to warn anyone trying to sit there, but for now, he was glad to find a mess-free seat.

Dominic entered the classroom in quite a jolly fine mood for a change; for starters, charms had never been a subject that he found terribly difficult. Other than last lesson of course, when he seemed to have spazzed over the unlocking charm. But he blamed that one on Mystery Girl. Oh and of course there was the fact that Professor Ashby seemed to enjoy his presence, as he enjoyed his, which made things better to a certain degree.

Completely ignoring the warning on the board, he whistled his way over towards an empty seat in the middle of the classroom not even noticing the shiny uneven wetness on the chair. Slipping into the chair, the fifth year pulled out some parchment and a quill and waited for the lesson to begin, inching his bum back in the chair for comfort as he did so.

Chris Potter went into the Charms lesson excited for what they were oing to learn today. He took a seat changing his direction when he almost sat in a glue covered one and sat down, i n a clean, non-sticky one.

Melanie entered the class room, her step missing it's usual bounce. She was seriously sad. First Set had-... had... well he wasn't here anymore and now Cadence wanted to run away when she tried to speak to her. She sat down stiffly at an empty table, not bothering to greet anyone although she was sure talking to James would get the stupid incident off her mind and she was itching to talk to Jake about the entire incident. Melanie however was glad she wasn't in his shoes. Being the first witness must have been awful and he probably didn't want to speak about it. Melanie crossed her arms and laid her head down against them. She tried to stop thinking about it, but when ever she did she just thought about it more and then to make matters worse her mother popped into her mind. Melanie didn't want to think about it. She wanted to pretend everything would be okay... but the thoughts invaded her mind like a swarm of bees so she did the only thing she could do: Melanie reached underneath her table and pulled a book from her bag, emersing herself into someone else's problems.

With that smile on his face, he was heading straight to the Charms classroom to earn more stickers that he gave him last time. This was his like, favorite class and all. Since he liked stickers, especially stickers that had some cartoon on it. Cam opened the door and then probably waved at everyone and everybody and then waved at the professor. "Ohaiii Professah Ashbeh sir." There was no need to call him sir but it was more formal and then again, he hated formal. It sounded like he was some tough soldier the way he said it.

He went to his seat but only frowned when there was some white substance that was on it. Cam gently poked with his finger at the thing and then put it back out. And he sniffed it.

"Definitely gluueeee."

Cam wanted to sit with Jake, but he wanted to sit with Willow also. Hmm. He decided to sit where he could be close to the two of them. Then it'd be fair and the they would like, be happy and everything and think about the meadows and gargoyles.

"Hiiiii Willow," he whispered, "Hiiiii Jake."

With that, he took out his textbook and his parchment. On his Charms textbook, there was a pink hippo sticker on it. Ha.

Jack glanced at Melanie sadly, all the 'puffs were thinking about that these days, Jack sighed and turned back to Sak shrugging

Jack looked at Dominic's chair "Dent-" he broke off as Dominic sat down "Er..." Jack looked worried "You did the same thing as me, you sat on the glue" Jack cringed waiting for Denton to start shouting, the 'puff prefects hated him after all....

Jane was so excited about class(since there was sort of a lockdown in the Common Room...which turned out to be quite fun) she just sat anywhere!!!She actually sat on a seat with glue. She didn't care much...yet.

Jake looked around and nodded at Cameron, not really that bothered about saying hi. He noticed the sticker on Cam's book, and absent-mindedly traced the lines around the frog on his own sticker. He vaguely remembered last class, when his wand had shot out of his hands, and landed near Cadence and-

No, stop it, Jake chided himself, turning back to the front and getting a look at Melanie. He hadn't spotted her yet, and he wasn't sure if she knew... but he would have to avoid her for now.

Jake noticed vaguely how people weren't sitting next to him, and in his paranoid state it made sense. Opening his textbook, Jake started to read.

Focused on the front of the classroom and anticipation of the arrival of the great Professor Ashby, Dominic blinked in shock when he heard someone start to speak his name. Oh - it was just Jack - that firstie Hufflepuff boy whom had anger issues.

Sat in glue? Oh yes. He was definitely out of his mind, as Dominic Denton would not have sat in glue. That was just preposterous!

"Don't be ridiculous," Dominic sort of laughed it off, turning his attention back to the front. After all, how would Jack know he sat in glue? And if he did know, then wouldn't that make him guilty for placing the glue in his chair in the first place? Of course it would.

And soon enough, as the classroom slowly started to fill, Willow grew distracted, and her hand instantly reached for her quill and then for the parchment, in which she started to doodle.

Snapping back to reality when someone entered the classroom, and then mentally scolding herself for this, the girl forced her gaze to remain fixed on that crazy Cameron kid from the statues who had just entered, too. And. . . why was he sniffing his finger?

And then, almost as if it had been calling her, Willow's eyes fixed on the announcement that was on the board.

Coated in glue.

Chuckling lowly without humour, and not even checking to see if she'd had the misfortune of sitting on one of those desks, the girl's eyes closed for a second as she took a deep breath.

Granted, Willow liked Professor Ashby, but his class. . . it seemed that only bad things happened to her during it. First disjointing someone's arm, and now this!

"Hello, Cameron," mused Willow quietly and politely from her seat, considering if dropping Charms next term would be advisable or not.

Somehow Ludo had made his way to the third floor and into the charms classroom. The days seemed to be moving much faster than usual.

He found a desk off to one side and setted in it. He took out quill, ink, and parchment and set his wand on top of everything else. All that was left to do was wait for Professor Ashby.

Paris wasn't used to the extreme cold she was experiencing here at Hogwarts and she was sick. She was bundled up like a tick ready to pop when she walked into the classroom. Her face was flushed and the pockets of her robes were overflowing with tissues. Her nose was stopped up and her ears were clogged. She felt like utter crap and she didn't know why she was in class or to be honest how she had got there, but charms was one of her favorite classes and she wanted to be there.

ACHOOO!

The violent sneeze almost drove her to the floor, and her head started to ring. She wiped her nose and trudged on to find her seat. She glanced at the board but could barely make out what it said. She just found a seat and put her head on the desk to wait for Professor Ashby to start class.

Jack laughed even though he didn't find it funny "I do not have anger issues" he muttered through gritted teeth "I'm not being ridiculous" Jack's eyes sweeped the room one before he tried to stand up "Look" Jack tried to get his attention, Jack had half stood up and the chair was off the floor, Jack put his hands in the air to show he wasn't holding the chair "Now, why would I do that to myself?" he asked.

Tobi was not yet feeling any more friendly to Copernicus Kettleburn than he had felt in Herbology.

He had SHAMED Cela! The angry creature somewhere in the vicinity of his solar plexus roared from time to time, like whenever he saw him, or that moment when he had knocked him in the back of the head back in the greenhouses. Tobi felt it best NOT to get within arms reach of Kettleburn in a Classroom setting again. So he took a seat in the back. Glaring holes into the back of the Fifth Year degenerate's head.

Sarah wandered,bleary-eyed,into the Charms classroom.She stopped to read the blackboard incase there was anything important on it.Squinting she had to rub her eyes before she could make out the words...
Glue?!
What the he--?
Oh nevermind I'm sure we'll be told soon enough.
Walking along the rows of chairs she tried to find one that wasn't covered in a sticky gloopy mess and to her relief she managed it.
Dumping her bag on the ground,she slouched into the seat and took out a piece of parchment and a quill,then settled back and waited for the lesson to begin.

Rian entered the room quietly and sat down in one of the end rows in the middle. She pulled out a peice of parchment and wrote 'Charms Lesson II' at the top. She set her quill down next to it and looked around the room, seeing a few peole she knew.

Oh this kid didn't let things go easily; sighing, he tilted his head back over to look at the young Hufflepuff. Fighting back a snort at his 'not have anger issues' Dominic had to fight every urge to not retort 'and what do you call that'.

Not being ridiculous? Ha. Oh the boy had used a sticking charm on his chair? How clever of him. "I don't know, but could you please sit back down quietly and wait for the Professor to arrive?" Really, it didn't matter if he was or was not glued down; if he was, then it'd still be Jack's fault. And if he wasn't, then great. But they weren't moving anyplace right now anyway ...

Jack's eyes narrowed at Denton "I don't know the spell for a sticking charm" he told him, Jack sat down, still staring at Denton

My fault? For telling you that you sat on glue?!?!?! Grrrrrrrrrrr... I hate Hogwarts, I hate Hufflepuff and I HATE YOU

Jack crossed his arms and scowled as he stared at Denton.

John sat down at the front and waited for the Professor to arrive. He couldn't wait for the lession to start. He wondered if Jack would behave himself in the lession. Well if he did it would be the first time he had behaved during a lession. He looked around to see if Jack had arrived and he had but he was already arguing with the Hufflepuff Prefect.

John watched as the Prefect started to have ago at Jack and he wondered if Jack would do as he was told or if he would actualy start arguing with the Prefect. John hoped that that wouldn't be the case as he knew that the Prefect would win all the time and that Jack would just get himself thrown out of the classroom. After watching for awhile John got bored and turned around and waited for the Professor.

Jack turned to look at John "I will try my best to behave, but this prefect wants to blame me for the glue on his chair. I mean, you know I take credit for my pranks, and I'd love to take credit for this, but it wasn't me" Jack told John stubbornly hoping John would believe him

The first thing Daria saw when she entered the classroom was a boy fighting with one of the Prefects. Flinching and trying to get out of their way, she hastily searched for a seat as far away from them as possible. When she found one, she tucked her books under her desk and silently hoped he lesson would start soon.

John looked at Jack and got upto ask him if he had when he realised that he was stuck to his seat. "Jack" He said. "Now tell the truth did you do this?" He asked he knew that Jack had done this prank before and knew that if Jack wanted to he could do it anytime. "I want to truth now, did you put glue on the chairs for a joke." He said as he sat down and turned away from Jack. Great now, how am I suppost to go round hogwarts with a chair glued to me. He hoped that Jack would get detention for this it had to be him, who else would do this.

"Why the hell would I stick myself to a chair!?" Jack asked "No I didn't" Jack hit the desk angrily "That note, what does it say?" Jack asked curiously as he noticed it on the board "It wasn't meeee" Jack grunted in frustration and put his head on the desk, then he made a mistake, he put his hand on either side of the chair "Oh for" Jack broke off as he tried to get his hands free

Paris lifted her head off her desk. "Can you please stop talking till Professor Ashby starts class?" She begged them. The noise was making her ears ring.

ACHOOO

She sneezed again making her eyes water.

Freya rolled her eyes and sat down in a seat near the middle of the room. Students have been having an awful lot of tiffs lately, and it was starting to get on her nerves...well, it would if Freya hadn't been in a few of her own.
She placed a notepad and quill on her desk space and kept her wand right next to her hip, 'Wonder what we'll do today...'.
"Bless you." Freya said to another student without looking up to see who it was. 'Just hope I don't get sick again.'
