He smiled, "I'm William, I think I've seen you around before." he said, introducing himself. He leaned against the wall and glanced around, his arms tired. "I wonder what he wants us to do now." He said in a calm voice. The thought of performing this cool spell again made him happy - not omg I have tons of chocolate happy but omg I'm going to perform this spell again happy.

He rubbed his arm absentmindedly and glared at the door, waiting for Jack to come back in, if he did.

Do you need a partner?

"Huh?" Jake looked up to whoever was talking to him and saw it was Kayla. He hadn't spoken to her in aaaaages. Turning properly so he was facing her Jake gazed up and nodded his head frantically, hair bouncing a tad.

"Yeah," he said softly, before clearing throat a little. "Uhm please... With you?" he added hopefully, just to make sure. He just about resisted the urge to bite on his thumbnail.

"Bye Professor!" Cale called as Bunbury left, grinning like an absolutely loony. If he were in a cartoon right now, there would be hearts floating above his head. Yup yup.

Ashby didn't seem happy at all by all the chaos in the class, and he didn't blame him. But who could help it? Bunbury was such an intriguing professor. Sigh. He hopped off the desk and looked around. Partner up? No problem!

"Anna!" Cale called, hurrying over to his girlfriend and locking his arm with hers. "Come on, we're partnering up," he said with a grin.

Rian smiled back and nodded to William. "Yeah, we're both Ravvies, I think," she pushed her bag against the wall with her foot and leaned on the wall above her bag. She nodded again, also wondering what they were going to do.

She was going to say something, but quickly shut her mouth. Talking probably wouldn't be the best of ideas. She'd have to save chit-chat for later.

Qaz continued to move furniture out. Thank goodness for magic. Moving furniture the Muggle way was exhausting and painful.

Now, for a partner. Qaz looked around...it didn't look like Copernicus had a partner yet, so she walked over to him. 'Would you care to be my partner?'

She loved the enthusiasm of first years, even if they did get a little overzealous at times. Actually she hadn't seen Varius since they had done the last charms homework together, he probably thought she was mad at him for setting her hair on fire.

"Yeah with me" Kayla answered with a small chuckle. "How you doing Jake, I haven't seen you in a while" she flicked her wand at another desk and moved it off to the side.

"Uh oh," Tobi was about to be without a partner. This is not good. Worse yet, he couldn't afford to get stuck with Kettleburn, he didn't have that kind of self control. Or any at all, really.

William nodded, looking back at his partner, surprised at how easy it seemed to be getting to actually get one. He didn't want to say anything else, so he kept quiet, his hand in his pocket holding his wand at the ready in case of, well anything.

The quiet time have him time to think about how odd the Herbology professor was acting. When they had been in class she changed personalities quickly, but now it seemed she was ... well a child again. But that wasn't the odd thing, she had acted like their friend almost, and that's what scared him, if he admitted to being scared. Then there was Ashby. He seemed to be in an extremely bad mood which he could easily see, the students acting out and that Hufflepuff being rude. It's amazing how fast emotions can change in this school he mused, his own emotions still hidden fully.

Barry stared at Lyra, she didn`t want to pair up with him, that was fine right? "Uh another time?" he asked un sure and he went looking for a partner, Tobi would do it, he wasn`t all that bad, he just over reacted and hated Barry, nothing harsh.

He walked over to the boy and asked "Partners? You know to make up for.." wait what did Tobi hate him for? He couldn`t remember "Whatever" he said.

Cam eyed the professor and then frowned at his instructions and really wished that he could swish his wand everywhere non-stop. That would have been a bit fun if he'd done it for a long time without making someone lose their eyeballs or do something else that could possibly hurt him. He frowned down at his own bottom that was glued to the chair and then looked at everybody else who seemed to have some ease with the spell. UUGGGGH. For some reason he wished that he could just take off his robes and his pants underneath and then run awaaaaay from the classroom.

That would officially make him a complete psycho though and be forced to put in St. Mungo's. EEEEK. This wand-working duty was so scary with more negative thoughts as he wondered what would happen if the glue was already too stuck there that the spell just wouldn't work anymore?

Well all spells had to work so that idea probably didn't work. Geez his own mind was scaring the bajeebies out of him. "Avexis," he whispered and then surprised by the sudden Herbology that came to the room and then... HOLY GUACAMOLE, she was squirting all the glue straight towards the wall. Ew. That wasn't his only surprise but the Charms professor, he--he was a daredevil that ran straight towards the wall.

"Whoaaaaahh."

But as his bottom was still glued, all he could do was watch and not help at all. While continuing to try on the spell and just watch the whole scene right beside him, he frowned. The frown contained mucho jealousy on it. And then he saw where 2 girls fought. Hmm, the Ravenclaw girl smelled real good, he was telling himself to talk to her later or something. Wait, no, since he didn't want to have another attack on a girl.

"Avexis, avexisssss!" Cam continued doing the spell and for once he actually did it. He was about to help Professor Ashby, not BunBun, but it was too late. Blehhhh. Not fair, not fair. He looked down at his chair and frowned. Then he just did what the other students did and stuff, still with that frown on his face.

Eventually Ashby ordered the students to have partners. Er... he looked towards Jake, the Prefect Kayla got to him before he could. He looked at Anna but that... that meanie-bobeanie Cale had gone to her already.

RAGHHHH.

John looked around and realised that the only person he knew had just left the room and had lost 20 points for Hufflepuff and that was the only person he could partner up with. John felt like crying when he realised that if he didn't find a partner then he would probably lose some house points and John didn't want that to happen.

John looked scared when Professor Ashby started looking angry, now he knew what his dad had felt like having to work with him all the time when Professor Ashby worked in the Ministry on level 7. He then remembered that Professor Ashby had challenged him to a game of twister and he hadn't replied to the time or place. John decided that he would have a word with him at the end of the lession.

John looked around the room and hoped that their was someone without a partner but he couldn't see anyone so he just waited to see if anyone would come and ask him if he wanted to be their partner but John had a feeling that because Jack was his brother everyone would hate him and make him work on his own. That was the only problem with having a twin brother when one misbehaves they always think that the other one will misbehave to but John had no reason to misbehave.

Jake grinned at Kayla, eyes going bright. Yaaaaay, no MEANIE Professor Ashbyyyyyy... err... maybe...

Watching as Kayla moved a desk, Jake stood near one and attempted to brace himself. Place his hands on the edge, Jake gave an almighty heave, only for the thing not to even budge. Stupid pre-adolescent strength, or lack thereof! he thought to himself, bitterly, using his legs to get some leverage. He probably looked incredibly comical, pushing against the desk, legs going at triple speed. Especially when it finally did budge.

WHAM! The table smacked into the wall, Jake only just managed to cling on so he didn't fall over. As he righted himself properly, Jake noticed that it was the very wall with the scorch mark on it from Jake's attempt at the Alohomora charm last lesson. "Oops," he muttered, referring to the table.

"Me?" Jake replied, turning back. "I'm-" hated by Puff-kind, incredibly homesick for some reason and a general nervous wreck "-fine... up and down, I suppose," Jake shrugged, remembering everything he'd thrown himself into recently and the painful outcomes. "Erm, yeah... it's been, a while," Jake nodded. "How're you?"

Jake chanced a quick glance at the big mean professor for a few moments, wondering what exactly they were going to have to do, and if he was done being the big bad wolf.

Out of the corner of his eye, Jake saw Cameron, and stared at him for a moment, before looking back at Kayla and smiling. Jake and Cameron were best friends, but Cameron was still mad at Jake for the whole loss of poking finger hexing business, and Jake wouldn't have trusted Cameron not to blow him up, intentionally or otherwise. He was quite safe here.

Working hard to move another piece of the too-heavy furniture, Anna stopped long enough to watch Cale act like a complete idiot while Professor Bunbury left the room. She narrowed her eyes and glared at him, furious over the little scene unfolding before her eyes. Stupid males. Stupid, stupid, stupid males. They were mean, cruel, and heartless---all of them! Professor Bunbury should be ashamed for encouraging him, too. She should get a boyfriend her own age...not try and steal one from an innocent seventeen-year-old schoolgirl.

Ugh. Here comes the stupid male now, grinning like the idiot he just acted like. Anna glared at him and rolled her eyes, then turned to grab another desk. She didn't get far though, for the stupid male had linked his arm with hers in such a happy-go-lucky way. "Fine. I'll partner up with you," Anna snapped, jerking her hand away from his. "Help me move these desks." Even though she was mad at her boyfriend, she still felt bad for jerking her hand away from his like that. When you love someone, you just don't do things like that. She looked back up and gave him an apologetic look. "Sorry...," she said, turning to glance at Professor Bunbury for just a moment before getting back to work.

RoRo & Lissy: Don't mind Anna. She's a moody 17-year-old who doesn't actually mean anything she's thinking. *glomp*

Cale's eyes widened as Anna snapped at him? Ok, what was her excuse for acting up THIS time? He hadn't done anything! He frowned as she jerked her arm away from him before attempting to move the desk all by herself. Even though she said sorry afterwards, he had a slight feeling she didn't mean it.

"What's up with you?" he asked, trying his best to not sound agitated. Instead, he asked her in a caring, comforting sort of tone. "And you're not going to get very far by yourself," he added with a small smile as he walked to her side and helped her to push the desk. Gah. Anna and her mood swings. They were never going to end were they?

Well this was all just too strange a situation for Dominic. So Professor Bunbury was not insane and in a period of regression according to Ashby? But if that were the case, then why the skipping. And what was the deal with mirrors this term? Acting? Ha; if Ashby called acting than perhaps he wasn't the only one that needed some theater lessons with Truebridge. Not that he had any interest in being on stage or anything, but apparently, Lupa suggested it. And she was one to talk. Basically the whole lot of Professors seemed to be heading straight on a one-way path to St Mungos.

Partners? Oh great.

Glancing around, it seemed as though everyone was getting all partnered up. Except for one Claw boy whom Dom knew to be about his age, but ooh no... him to was just asked by another claw.

Sighing, Dominic looked hopelessly around for those Forest Green eyes which would be an able partner. Despite the fact that last time they were partners in Charms lesson, she disjointed his elbow. But sadly she was nowhere to be seen and all he kept envisioning was the fact that Jack Mosier had just walked out of the lesson fuming and lost Hufflepuff twenty points. GAH!!! The nerve of some puffs.

Fuming, the fifth year hadn't even noticed that his golden eyes had been peering right at a young Slytherin boy. Cameron; friend of Jake. But they never really all got along well. Actually, Dominic couldn't remember ever having a decent conversation with him.

"Partners?" he finally spoke lamely, hoping he hadn't noticed.

20 more points! I'm goink to kill that kid! one or two times is one thing but every single lesson...argggg...

Then she saw a boy looking for a partner too. "Hi! I'm Ana. Nice too meet you! Do you want to be my partner?" she asked

Watching Jake as he attempted to move the desk and was failing miserably, Kayla opened her mouth to suggest the levitation charm but then decided against it. The table could end up flying out the window or something. Mind you, she could probably help him but she was content to just stand there and watch her mouth twitching into an amused smirk.

Kayla watched his facial expressions as he went on to tell how she was. Okay the little firstie seemed to be in two minds about telling her, she supposed she couldn't blame him, she hadn't actually been around for him or the other firsties. Her eyes travelled over to Celandine, that's probably because she had been busy with an over excited thirteen year old who has just discovered boys.

"Same as you by the sounds of it" she shrugged, "Good days and bad ones. All part and parcel of being a teenager I suppose." Kayla followed his gaze to the first year Slytherin Cameron. "I thought you two were friends?"

Cam desperately looked around the room, he wanted a partner and he wanted one right now. What if he was going to partner up with like, someone he didn't even know?! That was sad since he didn't get along with people he didn't know yet. Well actually he did but most of them would usually be afraid of him or even go nuts and call someone from St. Mungo's. Ew. So he took out his wand and then just held it while still looking for someone.

Well there was Professor Ashby he could ask to be partners with. He probably would have denied the offer though and if he did accept then it would be called cheating.

He was not a cheater. Well maybe he was but... most of the times, he was NOT a cheater. "Guuuh... uhh." While searching for someone he could bother be partners with, there was some odd familiar voice that he heard inside of his head.

The voice of Dominic Denton. The voice of the Dominator. The voice of Hufflepuff Prefect. The voice of a Quidditch Player.

"Y-Youuuu?" Wow, what a surprise. "Sureeeeeeee." He'd seen it last time with him and Willow. Maybe he could... dislocate a few of his bones and maybe... stick his face onto a wall. Yeaaaah.

Daniel helped in moving the desks and now is sitting in one of those he moved. He was looking around for somebody to ask him to partner up with him. He had been very unpopular with this partner thing-of-a-bob and he hopes he could find one soon.

I hope they won't mind what just happened. he thought thinking about the incident. I won't bite. And even if I did that I am still the kind-hearted and easy to be with Daniel. he sighed thinking of self-pity.

He glanced back and forth and through and through looking for any one who is not yet having any partners. And then he saw a fellow Gryffindor. It was Tobias Avalon or better known as Tobi. He approached his thinking I hope the older one will want to team up with me.

Ahmm, Hey Tobi.... Do you already... ahmm... have a partner? Daniel asked hesitantly.

As Professor Ashby exploded about how they weren't moving desks, Elizabeth quickly waved her wand. Locomotor Desk, she thought, watching the desk she had pointed her wand at levitate before she directed it over to the side of the room. And after doing the same to a couple other desks, she realized everyone had moved on to pairing up like the professor had also asked.

Looking around the room, she saw that most of the other students had already found partners, but then her eyes landed on Ludo, putting his things on the windowsill. Smiling, she made her way over and looped her arm through his. "You wanna be partners?," she then asked, leaning over to look at him. "Before Professor Ashby decides he has something against us too," she then teased.

Tobi started a little as the younger Gryffindor, he was pretty sure his name was Dan, spoke up, but he held himself together.

Calm and collected, Ohm...

"Oh, sure! It's Dan, right?"

Anna tugged on the desk, wishing it would just move already and not cause her to have to ask Cale for assistance. It just wasn't budging, though. She'd just have to ask Cale for help. Sighing, Anna removed her hands from the desk and looked back up at Cale, whose eyes were wide in shock. Great. She'd probably hurt him. "I really meant it when I apologized," she said, not directly answering his question. "You hurt me, Cale. We just can't act like...like that." She glanced up to the desk Professor Bunbury and Cale had been sitting on, hoping he'd get the hint. She really didn't want to have to explain it to him. "Just...not anymore, and you know why. Look, let's just forget about it and get back to moving all this furniture. I really, really don't want to get into trouble," she said. She shot him another apologetic look and smiled sweetly before heading back over to the desk. "Will you help me?"

John smiled when someone came upto him, so not everyone hated the fact that he was Jack Mosier twin brother or didn't she know, well there was only one way to find out. "Hi Ana." He smiled. "I'm John Mosier, Jacks twin brother." He smiled. "I would love to be your partner." He said "That's if you still want to be." He thought to himself as he said he was Jacks brother. Oh why did he and Jack have to be brothers well one's thing was for sure he would certainly tell Jack what he thought of his behaver the next time he saw him. He stood and waited for Ana to say anything.

Thank God he now had a partner.he thought. This will never be like Transfiguration where he stood at the middle of the Maze without somebody to guide him out.

"Yes. Daniel it is. But you can call me Dan."he said. He then waited by Tobi's side. "What do you reckon we will do now?he asked his partner.

"I know" she smiled "Of course i still want to be!" she smiled again.
