John left the room, He was sad now to find Ruby and ask if she was okay. |
Jake wrote down the homework as he scrunched up his nose. Blech... that seemed hard to him... "Thank you for the..." entertaining? "...informative lesson, sir," Jake said, heading for the door. Maybe, with that experience, the homework wouldn't be too hard. |
Lina opened one eye to peek. She had not hit the headmaster. However, both eyes widened as she saw a student who had apparently been hit in the head, and a strange bird flying around. It had apparently... erm... relieved itself on everyone it passed. Warily she made her way over to the professor, deciding to get it over with. Especially since her cauldron was nowhere to be found. |

Melanie rolled her eyes at the deranged Hufflepuff who was now running around the room overturning cauldron.geeze ...I didn't mean it literaly and think of all the points that kid lost for Hufflpuff! she thought angrily as her potion as well as alot of other student's were knocked over. Hers slowly bubbled down leaving a blob of purple on the floor. Melanie slowly inched her way away from it whistling.not mine not mine not mine "Gladly" she said to Jake, her temper slowly simering down. "I hope we don't have to turn these in..." Melanie murmured to herself. If she had a choice she would flush it down the toilete. Melanie's mind drifted back to Cadence. She poked the potion professer in the back urgently. "Professer! She needs the antidote!" she exclaimed, grabbing her friend's hand and pulling her up into view. |

Varius wasn't one to take things too seriously, but ever since he got to Hogwarts he had a lot of dedication. Dedication and loyalty towards his house and the points they earned. The satisfaction of doing something for his house was one of the best things in the world and he was most displeased when one of his fellow Huffie firsties was acting like a lunatic and risking the precious points he and others had helped restore to Hufflepuff. No matter, the Headmaster (THANKFULLY) didn't take any points off and dismissed the class after giving his homework assignment. What an... eventful lesson, to say the least. |
Miranda finished cleaning up her cauldron and broken vials, and then scribbled down the homework assignment. Rushing away from the craziness as quickly as possible, she called "ThankyouforthelessonProfessor" all in one breath as she went out the door. |
Lizzie had been watching the kaos that the lesson had turned into. Since she hadn't been sitting in the middle of the classroom or at the front nothing scary had really happened to her, except some potion flying through the air... Hearing the professor call out that the class was dismissed she packed her stuff in her bag. Looking up she saw some stupid first year boy screaming "You wanna be my best bud?" to Peeves. Seriously, how naive were some of the first years? She shook her head, lost in thought, and hurried out of the classroom. This had been a very... interesting lesson. At least they'd learned the most important security rule of all. Never let Peeves near a cauldron. |

Abigail quietly packed up her belongings. Her potions carefully stowed. Maybe she would send a vial to her father. He would be proud of her precision, she has always been the maticulous child and he assured her she would do quite well in potions if she had a mind to. Abigail gave a timid half smile to the professor, not quite making eye contact and turned quickly exiting the room. |
"Somehow got some potion in her mouth... apparently not very well mixed. We had better take her to the professor's office. Or try brewing it ourselves. We could do it up in our dorm." Melanie suggested. She gathered her stuff into her school bag and scribbled the home work onto the back of her hand. "Come on." she said to the others, starting for the door. |

"Anyone who needs an antidote can come up on their way out," he announced, pointing his wand at his head to clean himself up. He'd take a shower as soon as he managed to get the kids out. |

Samantha stepped into the dark classroom and sighed-potions!-her brother had mentioned it to be the worst subject possible but Sam thought she would test it out first. Sam walked carefully to the back of the classoom avoiding any poitions or cauldrons that she would be able to knock over-due to her clumsseness- and sat. Staying well away from the front, she didn't want to get her eye popped out or anything. That was for sure. |
Lina approached Professor Bontecou, her head bowed a little, though she was still humming somewhat. Well, that was interesting. "Professor," she sang with her small childish voice, "I am very sorry about nearly hitting you with a cauldron. Especially since I fiddled with the potion." She held out the labeled vial to him. "Here is the modified potion. I kept it on the fire after the five minutes, added some powdered dragon scale, then took it off the fire and added lily tincture. I understand if I failed this lesson, since I did not brew it correctly. May I please have the antidote?" |
