Being the closest bathroom to the Library, Ludo walked in and set his things down next to the sinks. He clutched the sides of the one closest to him, not out of sickness or strong emotion, merely for a moment of composure.

He ran the tap and splashed some water on his face.
Not even a week and you're low on sleep Ludo... he thought.

Ludo shut off the tap, wiped his face on his robes and left the bathroom.

Chris had just came out of his first potions class of the term and Peeves had thrown potion all over the dungeon and it got all over him. He opened the door to the bathroon and turned on the sink. He splahed water all over his hair and face. He tried his face off with a towel and then used his wand to dry his soak hair. He then looked in the mirror, fixed his hair to look presentable. And then opened the door and flicked off the lights.

He pulled out his wand and flicked the lights on. At least the bathroom didn't smell. "Now, where is everyone?" Vindictus said to himself as he checked out his appearance in the mirror.

Click-clack-click-clack...Bunbury's heels made such a nice echoing sound on the tiles of the bathroom floor.

"Everyone who?" she answered the voice as she trotted into the bathroom. "Oh, hello there, Mr. Vindictus," Anastasia started blushing a little as she spotted him in the mirror. He was a very handsome famous flier, after all. A national icon, really. Er...why did she arrive early to this little rendezvous, again?

"My dad's Mr. Vindictus," Max grinned and winked at himself in the mirror before turning around. "Was the coast clear when you came in here? The last thing I want to deal with is a bunch of nosey kids."

Bunbury, if it was possible, blushed further at Vindictus' wink. "Maximus, then, or do you prefer Max?" she asked innocently enough. Oooh he was quite the suave one, wasn't he.

Too bad he was blocking the mirror....just the mirror presence of the object was so tempting to Bunbury she practically bit her lip. What if there was a hair out of place, or an eyelash on her face? She really need to just check her reflection...just a little bit...

"Hmm? Nosey children?" Annie looked away from trying to glimpse the mirror and glanced at Vindictus. "I didn't see any, but then again, I just came down from the fifth floor. Rowdy children seem to be more a problem than the nosey ones." She rolled her eyes at the thought of that Hufflepuff boy who went around punching people. Pfft. He would be enjoying detention.

"Max is fine, Anastasia. Or do you prefer Ana?" he said and moved away from the mirror. "Punching badgers? Interesting. Usually, its hexing serpents."

"Ana, Annie, either or," she answered distractedly as he freed up the mirror. Ooh, just one quick glance told her that she was as gorgeous as always, of course.

"It was interesting, except that he managed to hit two before I tied him up. One was a girl." She sighed dramatically and turned away from the mirror before it took up all her time. "I wonder if Hogwarts still has those shackles in the dungeon?"

As Angela stepped into the room, she noticed Max and..Professor Bunbury, wasn't it?

Closing the door quietly, she turned in their direction with a smile of greeting. "Hello, you two." She caught the last remnants of Bunbury's answer. Hit? Tied up? A girl?

Arching a brow, she stepped further into the room, whatever light was available glinting dully off a small pendant that she wore. "Had a bit of trouble on the way here?"

"Oh, yeah. The shackles are still down there. Got a bit of rust and some strange fungus growing on them. Causes 'em to move on their own. Scares the living daylights out of the kids when it happens," he grinned. "Hey there, Angela. Has Peeves destroyed the library yet?"

"Excellent," Anastasia replied to Max, a diabolical smile sneaking across her face. "I have to adminster a detention later....my first, you know..." she shook her head, still smirking all the while. She didn't mind, of course, but why did it have to be for something as simple as fighting? Alas, she'd make it worth her time.

"Oh, helllllo," she greeted the librarian slowly. "Just a bit," Bunbury grinned at the woman. What did Max call her? Angela?

Nevermind, the flying instructor had brought up mention of...of....eww, wasn't Peeves another ghost?! Bunbury shuddered instinctively at the thought. Oh yes, she'd read her history books, she knew exactly what that one was.

"A poltergeist?" Oops, did I say that out loud? "Great. I'm just glad he hasn't made it to the greenhouses yet." Oh she would make Peeves die a second death if he ever got near her precious plants.

Antonio walked swiftly down the hall to the fourth floor bathroom, taking great pains to avoid any students along the way, which wasn't easy. However, he felt fairly certain that he had arrived here undetected as he entered the room and greeted his fellow professors.

"Good day to all of you. I see you are all talking about the same thing that's been on my mind," he mused. "School hadn't been in session more than a day or so before the little one, Peeves, I believe his name is, came and visited my office. He brought a few interesting surprises with him, unfortunately." Antonio still hadn't been able to remove the ink from his name plate, where it once read "Muggle Studies" the tag now proclaimed "Muggle Stud".

After making sure the coast was clear, Ian sneaked up to the fourth floor and entered the bathroom, only to find the ladies' man, the....self-absorbed woman, the librarian, and that nice professor who he had assisted at the feast. He really should learn everyone's names.

"Tight squeeze, eh?" he said as he shimmied in.

Vindictus turned to Antonio. "That little pest destroyed my office. Important papers, including the new Quidditch schedule, were ruined. I have student witnesses!" he exclaimed and rolled his eyes.

Hands stuffed into his pant pockets and with Roma at his heel, Constantine neared the bathroom on the fourth floor. He took a quick look around to make sure that no students were on his tail and once he knew the coast was clear, he bent down and ruffled Roma's fur. "I want you to stay out here, okay? Guard? If you see any children trying to listen in, bark as loud as you can." Roma wagged her tail happily and licked Neo's face.

"Bleh," he scrunched his face a little disgusted; he really had to do something about the puppy breath, "Good girl...now go on, hide." He watched Roma take off and hide behind a pillar, smiling when he was satisfied that she wasn't noticeable at all.

Straightening up, he checked the hallways one more time, and then he moved into the bathroom that was already filled with people. "Anastasia!" he smiled, scooting around to stand next to her. "How are your shoes?" he smirked at her before turning to look around the room.

Pssh. Huge hated the wind. It was a compete hair-do KILLER. And for a boy who spent lots of time in the outdoors, this had become a problem. Hmm. Rushing towards the nearest bathroom, he scooted inside, only to almost run into a gathering of teachers. "Oh!" He paused, edging around Professor Bunbury. "Hello Professors, sorry to interrupt," he beamed at them all, a tad confused as to why they had met in a bathroom. Or perhaps it was mere coincidense. Odd.

Peering in the mirror, Hugo groaned. His fears were confirmed; his beautiful hair had been turned into a blonde haystack by the horrid wind. Gah! Grabbing a tube of hair gel, he began to work his magic.

Constantine frowned as a kid entered the washroom and OBVIOUSLY saw them, because they acknowledged their presence. And then he didn't leave!? What the...

Constantine quickly crossed and grabbed the kid by the collar of the robes and shoved him right back out into the hallway. "What are you playing at?" he asked, further pushing the kid away. "Do you have no manners? Forget how to knock? Not LEAVE when you see that it's obviously occupied? Don't answer those," he frowned before continuing, "Five points from Slytherin for pure bad manners, now, go fix your hair somewhere else."

Sure, he'd been a little harsh, but frankly, he didn't care. He entered back into the bathroom, but stood AT the door this time, to make sure no other dang kids entered without knocking.

Anastasia grew oddly quiet as another professor entered the office - apparently he was the "Muggle Stud"ies professor....and then there was the blue whale charming Charms man...didn't he play Quidditch once too? Hmm.

She turned all the way around from the mirror to face that glorified gardener, who smelled faintly like a wet dog, and who was clearly interrupting their meeting. Why he wasn't even a professor - what in Merlin's pants was he doing here?

"Constantine," she called out in a fake cheery voice. "I'm sure you know the state of my shoes....or at least, you know the state of that pair you're buying me?"

She plastered a smirk on her face and watched with amusement as he threw that Slytherin out. Ha ha. Perhaps she couldn't hate him all that much - after all, he did toss the boy away with just one arm. Mmmhmm.

"Turn his hair neon yellow, Neo," Max suggested with an impish grin. "Maybe that'll send the message to the other students."

Hugo jumped when someone grabbed his collar. Eh? His emerald eyes widened in shock as he was yelled at, docked points and then thrown from the bathroom. "Sorry!" He squeeled, as the moody groundskeeper stalked off and slammed the bathroom door. Pssh. How rude! It was a public bathroom wasn't it? And he'd apologised for interrupting? Well! He was so not doing anything to help around the grounds anymore. Wrinkling his nose, he sighed. Brilliant. This day was just...fantastic.

Not.

Not even wanting to think of the state which his hair was in, Hugo sulked off down the fourth floor corridor, grumbling as he went.

Angela grinned at Max before answering. "No, and I do hope he manages to stay away from there. It would be quite a mess to clean up, I imagine, if he worked his pranks there. Of course, I could probably employ a few of the more willing students who happen by the library." She joked.

"Goodness, the trouble never stops, does it? Ghosts or students?" She asked Bunbury curiously just as the door swung open again to admit another professor. Two others filed in after him. Greeting each with a smile and nod, Angela leaned lightly against one of the walls, most of her weight staying on her feet. It sounded as though Peeves had visited quite a few of the staff, no doubt leaving his mark.

As a student stepped into the room and proceeded to the mirrors after acknowledging them, Angela frowned. The bathroom was not large and it was clear that there were more than enough people present in this one. Couldn't he have chosen another bathroom? The groundskeeper, seemingly very quick on the mark, took care of that problem and then took it upon himself to act as their guard.

Saying nothing, but allowing a slight smile to set upon her face, Angela continued to glance around, waiting for others to join them.

Antonio smirked with satisfaction as the groundskeeper, Neo, took care of the hapless student who had had the misfortune to enter the bathroom while they were trying to meet in there. What they were discussing was strictly private, but the situation was a bit amusing. With Neo watching the door to make sure that no one else entered, perhaps they could finally get down to having their discussion and figuring out exactly what was happening.

A weeee little moaning sound can be heard echoing through the pipes in the bathroom, followed by a high-pitched girly giggling.

Hmm, wonder what (or who) that could be.

Vindictus heard it. "What the . . . what was that?" he asked the adults who were crammed into the loo. "Are the pipes clogged?"
