Elizabeth giggled as Lima acted like she was going to be too big to remember all of them while they were stuck at Hogwarts next fall, considering she was fairly certain that the girl was too attached to her friends to be like that. But then, it just seemed more rock star to be above it all. Finally giving up on keeping Bella restrained, she let the cat crawl off her lap as she nodded when Lima agreed with her about liking the exams. Grinning, she spoke. "Of course I have the right idea. I'm a Ravenclaw, remember? Isn't that like part of our house requirements?"

She glanced over at Reese as the younger girl spoke about where she lived, and smiled. "See? At least you have the option, whether you choose to do anything about it." Her smile grew a bit bigger as the Slytherin responded to her comment about wher she lived. "Yeah. My father's in the army, so we used to actually move around a lot. But we've been lucky enough lately that we've been able to stay in California for several years now. It's fun, cause we live on the beach." She tilted her head in curiosity as Reese then added that she'd have to wait to visit. "Why?," she asked, before she trailed off as several discussions started up.

Including talks about candy, and Jake continuing to try and scare Reese with his baby tarantula. As chaos broke out, shortly after Lima had disappeared, Elizabeth reached out to snag Bella's collar. She didn't want her cat to accidentally get hurt on the off chance anything happened. And therefore was distracted, looking up again as she heard Jake talking about getting kicked before yelling for Lima. And as the ex-Huffie returned bearing loads of candy, only to get involved with finding out what had happened, she gently dragged her cat back into her lap, stroking her to appease her and keep her in place. Which was a good thing, since the compartment door opened again, and Rose walked back in.

She looked back at the Gryffie as the girl sat down by her. "Hey," she said in return. "Not really sure. I mean, Jake was trying to get Reese to look at his tarantula, but I'm not really sure what happened after that," she replied, feeling a little bad about the fact she hadn't been paying attention.

Vanessa giggled as she smiled at Miles, trying to picture him with a tan. It would suit him, and she'd like it. Just as long as he wouldn't get burnt. That wouldn't be nice for him. "Good. That you want to wear it." She grinned, at least it would mean that she wouldn't burnt either, she knew Miles would probably layer her in the suncream too. It was nice though, to know that he cared. "We can sunbath during the day and rock out at night." She giggled, tee hee. That would be fun. Especially with all her best friends.

Vannie smiled at him, at little worried at his reaction. He looked happy, but worried too. "After graduation Miles." She nodded, re-reading the letter. She neded to get her NEWTS before she could start on the program. She needed really good grades in them too, it seemed that it was good that she'd started studying early, she wouldn't have that much pressure. "I'm still going on tour...I wouldn't miss it for anything." She assured him, as she grabbed his hand, smiling. She'd already said she was going on tour, she wasn't going to back out for this, although she'd be bringing her books with her. "And Miles...you're my boyfriend. The boy I love more than anything. Of course you will be able to see me lots!" She smiled at him, moving closer and resting her head on his shoulder. "Nothing will stop that."

"Nuh-uh!" Jake insisted, protecting Charlie's tank. "I was just showing her, I wasn't torm- doing that thing!" he urged. "What does torm-ent mean?"

"Reese kicked me and Charlie and they're trying to blame me," Jake stated matter-of-factly, nodding towards each person as he spoke of them. "So mean," he added, in a scandalised tone.

"Oh well that's good.Better that than ridiculously hard!" Sarah laughed as she took another chocolate out the box.
She probably shouldn't eat too many on a train journey...motion sickness is not good in an enclosed space.

Noticing that Lasca looked over at Mariel,Sarah did the same.She was acting very unlike her normal self.
Maybe if I start a general conversation she'll join in.
"Soooo are you guys looking forward to getting home?"

She looked at the door when she heard that Rose had returned. "I'm just as lost as you are," she told her while she raised her brow. She turned her attention back to Reese and Jake and waited for further explanation.

She snorted at that comment about her House. "Yes, you are the brainy ones. But we Puffs are the hard workers." She smiled and never bothered to correct herself. She wasn't a Puff anymore, but she didn't care. "But the best House is SlytherPuff. Everyone knows that." She nodded.

She shook her head at him. "I'm sure you meant well, Jake. But you know how scared she is of those things. You should have respected that." She was speaking gently.

Then she rubbed her chin and thought of how she could explain what torment meant in a way that he would understand. She knew how hard it was for him to get what a crush was afterall. "Torment means to annoy. Or to harm or scare. You scared her with the spider when you knew she was afraid of the things."

Reese leaned back in the chair once more after trying to reach over to,hopefully,grab some candy.She didn't care if Lima said she couldn't have any,Lima wasn't her mother. "Yeah,you should have respected that,Jake,"she told him right after Lima got done talking.She looked up at Rose when she waled back into the compartment. "Hiya Rose,"she said with a smile.

"Ohh," Jake nodded, though he knew he hadn't hurt Reese at all. He frowned when her annoying voice piped up. "Shut it, you," he muttered. "At least I'm not stuck to my chair," he added, grabbing some of the CANDYYYYYYYY that was easily within his reach.

She sighed and said, "apologize. The both of you." She pointed at Jake and said, "You, for taking the spider over to her when you knew she was afraid of it." Then she pointed to Reese. "And you for kicking him or shoving him. Or whatever it was that you did."

She noticed Reese trying to reach for the candy. She scowled and moved them further away. Then she grabbed a chocolate frog for herself. She needed it.

Reese looked at Jake whenhe told her to shut it. "Why don't you shut it?" She told him as she crossed her arms. She looked back at Lima when she told her to apologize.Apoligize?Fine,she'll apologize,but not first.She looked back at Jake,waiting for him to apologize.

"Nuh uh," Jake said indignantly. "I ain't apologising... I was just showing her... and she deserves to be a bit scared anyway," he shrugged, gazing out of the window whilst absent-mindedly scratching at Charlie's tank. When Reese told him to shut it, Jake shrugged a shoulder. "I'm not apologising now for sure, she was the annoying one."

Pffffft.

She glared at them both. They were so childish. She expected it from Jake as he was only 11, but not from Reese. "Right, no more candy. And Reese isn't getting any either." She scooped it all up from the seat and carried it over to near the door. She took a seat and placed the food on her lap. Now she would be near the exits if she wanted to make a run or it.

Reese watch Lima take the candy and go over to the seat closests to the door. "You better not go,"she told her. "Haven't you learned your lesson?That you SHOULDN'T leave me and Jake alone?Not even for a few seconds." She looked back at Jake. "Annoying?Pardon me. I wouldn't have screamed or caused havoc if you didn't put that thing in front of my face." She kept looking back at Lima every two seconds,making sure she didn't leave them or anything. If she did, Jake has full advantage if she did. Reese couldn't do anything. She was stuck to the stupid stupid.

Maddox sat Serefina and Asmara in their cages in the luggage rack above him. He was sad to be leaving, but at the same time, he was ready to go. He would miss Hogwarts so much, and all his friends as well.


Maddox reached for his back pack that he kept with him for the long trip. It had regular clothes in it, along with a few snacks for himself, and his phoenix and owl. He was glad they were getting along well, it would make the trip hom much easier without hearing sqwaking all day long. Though he wasnt looking for a snack. He pulled out his journal, and his quill and ink, and began to write. He only had one sheet of paper left in this journal. Thinking about that, he was suddenly stuck on where to begin.

Kayla walked up the aisle of the train supposedly doing patrols but not really into it at the moment. Some of her closest friends were leaving never to come back to Hogwarts and she was going to miss them so much. It was then that she spotted Maddox going into a compartment and she quickened her pace and burst though the door.

"Maddox Darcy! Where have you been?" she cried before flinging herself into his arms and promptly knocking them back into the seat. "I have been looking for everywhere and..."she stopped as she burst into tears. That was now twice that she had cried and it was getting a little out of hand. "I am going to miss you soooooo much Mads." Kayla didn't bother to wipe the tears away, this was the saddest day of her life and she was going to show it.

Suddenly Maddox was falling over, as he heard a familiar voice fling herself at him. He hit his hea don the back of the wall, and rubbed it, before clinging back to Kayla. He smiled sadly.

Kayla was the one person he would miss the most out of leaving Hogwarts. She was one of his best friends. "I'm sorry love. I figured it would be better if i found a compartment first." He frowned a bit as she started to cry. Maddox gently rubbed her back for a bit, and gave her a small squeeze before replying, "I will miss you too, Kayla. But you have to promise me that we will see each other." He pulled her chin up so that he could see her face, and wiped the tears from her cheeks.

She snuggled in closer to Mads as he wrapped his arms around her. "It's not fair" Kayla burst out, "Just when I make these really great friends they have to leave." Ugh...the tears wouldn't stop, why wouldn't the tears stop? She had cried saying goodbye to Tobi but nothing like this. With Maddox leaving it felt as though apart of her was going as well.

Kayla looked into his eyes as he tipped her chin up and nodded her head. "Of course we will but in two months I am going to be coming back to Hogwarts and you're not. It's not going to be the same without you Maddox." She took a deep shaky breath, trying to stop the tears that just kept falling onto her cheeks. "I don't want you to go."

Lucy sat in her compartment, alone. None of her friends had come by and said hello, or good bye. She sighed and continued staring out the window. The scenery continued to pass by in a green blur. They would soon be at Platform 9 3/4. She leaned her head against the window.

Valentine took Viola out of her pocket as she walked away from the food trolley. People tend to give her a weird look when she had the bat sitting on her shoulder around food. So instead she sat inside Valentine's pocket until she made her way away from those kind of things.

A white rat laid asleep in an empty compartment. Valentine smile as she walked in, and looked down at the rat. Nyx always seemed to drive girls away, and alot of boys. Sadly people didn't enjoy rat company, but it was a good way to guard an empty compartment when Valentine was in need of food.

Valentine watch Viola fly off of her shoulder and on top of the seat, as she sat down.

Herminny took a breath as she entered a compartment the train to go home thinking of all her amazing experiences she had at Hogwarts and one of the best being meeting Lucy. Then Herminny remembered she had promised to sit with Lucy on the train but where was she. Herminny walked down the entire length of the train checking every compartment before finally finding Lucy on the very back of the train alone and Herminny said, "Hey Lucy, I am so sorry I forgot to find you as soon as I boarded the train, I got a bit distracted thinking back on how great this year has been, especially meeting you"

Section of train after section of train, compartment after compartment. Finally Cale found Valey who had wandered off while he had been busy buying them candy from the trolley. "More directions besides 'back of the train' would have been helpful, Vale," he complained as he stumbled into the empty space.

"Honk."

"You said it Robin," he complained as he set the plant down on a seat near the window. The Honking Daffodil immediately turned it's big yellow head towards the sun and spread out it's leaves.

On his way to the compartment, he had run into Tobi who was surrounded by what looked like the entire Gryfifndor house. He had merely from the compartment's window, held up a box of Berty Bott's and shook it at him, then motioned that he'd be down the ways some. There was no way he was going to step one foot inside such a crowded space. He figured Tobi was crammed in there to the point that he wouldn't be able to get out either. Fine, he's just eat the ice mice and Bott's he'd bought for his best mate himself. Tobi could fend for himself, he was, after all a big boy.

Cale finally plopped himself down on a seat and put his feet up. "Ahhhhh....bugger burping bees," the sigh quickly turned from relief to frustration. "I left my travel bag up in the prefect's compartment...."

Valentine chuckled as she watched Cale come into the compartment and complain. "Whats in your travel bag?" She asked, not seeing why he would really need it unless something of importance was inside.

Everyone seemed to have left his compartment but him and Aggie, so Tobi thought it was a lovely chance to invite Aggie over this summer. Only problem?

Tobias Avalon was and would remain a huge coward. So when he spotted Cale pass by the compartment, rattling a box of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, Tobi jumped on the distraction.

"Hey Aggie, let's go see Cale!" he said, getting up and running to Cale and Valentine's compartment like his pants were on fire. (Okay not quite, because there was no stopping, dropping, or rolling, but you get the idea.)

Lucy jumped a little as she heard a voice come from behind her. She looked to see Herminny. "Oh that's quite alright. I was just think of the same thing." She said smiling. "Are you excited about becoming a second year?" She asked making some room for Herminny to sit.

"Mason jars filled with gillyweed and other plants from the Hogwarts Lake. I don't know when, if ever, I'll get back there and they had some very unique plants growing in the lake. I wonder if the Giant Squid had anything to do with it."
"Hey," Cale said looking away from Valey to see Aggie and Tobi show up. "I didn't think you'd make it out of your compartment alive." He tossed a box of Berty Bott's at Tobi, then tossed a Frog at Valey (he had almost forgotten to give Valey her candy. "Aggie, didn't know you were -" He stopped course he should have figured Aggie was with Tobi. "Didn't know what you liked," He covered up. "Jelly slug? Ice Mice? Berty Botts?" He held up one of each.

Valentine rolled her eyes and smiled as she caught the chocolate frog in her hands. She had a feeling that Cale would never loose his geeky plant obsession. She remembered it being the first thing she had ever learned about the boy. "Hi Tobi." She said as the boy walked into the compartment. Nyx looked up from his sleep, and crawled over to Valentine lap. She laid her hand on the rat as it got comfy in his new spot.
