Astronomy Class 1 Forrester opened his classroom door and took a seat at his desk. The letter from Arianna was still playing on his mind, but he shoved it aside as he prepared himself for class. |
Paris walked into the classroom. She smiled at her head of house. "Good afternoon professor." She said to him before she headed to her seat. |
Cela was excited for astronomy this term and it was evident in her face as she entered the classroom. "Hello Professor." Cela greeted before taking a seat. She flicked through the material they were supposed to read before class while she waited. |
Barry had hurried up the tower. He hated being not early. So today he was early enough, and that was uh enough. Yeah. He said "Good day professer" and took a seat at the back he didn`t like the subject. |
Hannah walked into the class. "Hello, Professor, how are you?" she asked politely, taking a seat toward the front. |
Zeke opened the door to the astronomy classroom and walked inside. "Good afternoon, Professor," he said to Professor Forrester with a smile and nod. He spotted his sister sitting toward the front of the class and joined her. "Hey, Han," he said to her. |
Astronomy, astronomy. Wow he didn't even take one class yet and he liked it already. It was only because the person who was teaching this was the one and only, Professah Forrestor! He was the Head of House for Slytherin and had to put an even better behavior to him than the headmaster. Cam didn't want this guy to see Slytherin losing points! Never, ever, evah, nevah! Before taking a seat he waved at him. "Hiiiii Professor Forrestor." |
Jake entered the classroom, inwardly dreading this. It seemed the hardest so far, from what he could tell from the reading, but he was willing to give it a shot. "Hello, Professor," he muttered nervously, not having met this professor. Spotting his best friend, Jake beelined for Cameron. |
"Hey, Zeke," Hannah greeted her brother. She waited patiently for the lesson to begin. She was very excited about this class; she'd been looking forward to it for quite a while. |
Tobi entered the classroom and took a seat at the back, as was his custom not because he was a troublemaker, but because he was fairly tall and didn't like to feel as though he was blocking people's view. "Good day Professor," he greeted Professor Forester out of habit, as he unpacked his books and quills. |
Anna smiled as she headed into the first Astronomy class of the school year. She'd always been fairly good at Astronomy. It didn't seem to scare her the way Herbology or Divination did, at least. Anna smiled at the professor and nodded her head once in greeting. "Hello, Professor," she said, before heading into the room and taking a seat. |
Astronomy was usually a subject were Willow was fairly good at. Which was the exact reason why the girl's lips were curled into a smile as she walked inside the classroom, and took seat in her usual seat in the middle of the class. "Good day, Professor Forrester. How are you doing?" |
Allie walked intot he classroom. "How are you, Professor?" she said, while sitting down. |
Robert walked into the Astronomy classroom with a sigh and looked around only to see that no one he knew, well except Paris, was in the class. He fiddled with the strap of his bag across his shoulder for a moment before walking to the back of the class and sitting down with a nod at the professor in greeting. |
Mariel happily walked into the classroom, excited for class to begin as Astronomy was one of her favorites. Of course her other favorite class was absolutely ruined by that horrid poltergeist, but she was sure this one just couldn't go wrong. Sitting down in the very front of the class, she beamed up at the professor, "Good Day, Professor." She pulled out her textbook and flipped through it, rereading some of the material they were meant to cover in class. |
Camira quickly walked in and took a seat. "Good day Professor. How was your summer", she asked politely. She loved class with her Head of House. |
Ah, finally a class that Evolette could appreciate. One that didn't require her to get her hands dirty. Entering the classroom, she smiled at the Professor in greeting before taking a seat just behind Willow Kovac. "Hello Willow." she whispered. Sitting back into her seat, she started twirling her quill in between her fingers as she waited on the class to start, impatiently tossing her glance around the room. |
Sylvan walked into the Astronomy class eager for his first lesson. He had always loved looking at the stars when he was younger, so he felt sure he would enjoy this class immensely. He walked over to the Professor and gave him a note, then took a seat. SPOILER!!: Note to Professors |
Ana walked into the classroom "Hello Professor" and she took a seat. |
The professor looked a little distracted, but Helios was too. It looked as if the young prince was playing cats cradle. Strings on each finger terminated in a ball of light that hung between his hands. Two marbles balanced on the strings, one green/blue, the smaller one a dull gray. "Jan twenty eighth, twenty ninth..." The boy with hair that shined like the orb muttered, shifting his fingers only slightly, rotating the smaller beads. Obviously not paying attention, Helios bumped another student with his shoulder. "Sorry." He offered. |
Plymouth was tired by the time he got to the classroom. He bent over in the doorway to catch his breath. "Merlin help me," he coughed. "Hey Professor." Plymouth gave him a smooth head nod as he finally straightened up. Next time he was going to bring a water bottle with him. |
Juniper kept her head down as she walked into Astronomy. She was tired--exhausted, even--but perhaps Astronomy would be able to give her a bit of perkiness back. Hopefully. She needed her energy. "Hello, Professor," Juniper said with a small smile directed at Professor Forrester. She headed to the middle of the class and took a seat next to anti-nature girl. |
Qaz entered, and on her way to her seat, said, 'Greetings, Professor. Did you have a nice holiday?' While awaiting a response, Qaz got out her parchment, quill and the text for the lesson. |
She wasn't late was she? Thought Daphne in slight panic as she hurried into the classroom, her long blond hair flying in the process of twirling about in the same spot. Her hazel eyes struggled to focus on one object at a time for a brief moment before Miss Hopton could register anyone's face. Plymouth was next to her. Stepping sideways, she looked him up and down. "Morgan...still got something in your ears I see," stated the blond obviously before nearly sprinting away towards Celandine. "Cel!" squeaked Daphne slipping next to the Ravenclaw girl, books tight against her chest. "I thought I wouldn't make it in time I tri--" Oh! She had completely bypassed the Professor. Smiling sheepishly at Forrester, the blond third year sank slightly into her shoulders. "Good day, sir." |

When the class had finally assembled, he stood and got Sylvan's attention. "I hope you've all read the text book reading for today," he began whilst signing, "and to encourage everyone to read it, who can tell me the two scientific theories that depend on meteorites falling to earth?" |
